Recently home in Fort Smith got a chance to visit this restaurant I’ve heard so much about. I have to say every thing was good. Food came out hot and full of flavor. My server was Grant really nice and offered great service. Oh and did I mention I knew the head chef 🧑🏽‍🍳 that was a plus. Next time I’m in Fort Smith or if you are passing through make sure to stop in and stay awhile for the great food and wine 🍷 on tap. ✨

The food was delicious! The staff were very good. We were celebrating a birthday and what they brought out for the birthday boy was pretty cool!

Got lucky on a Friday night and was able to get a seat without a reservation. It was outside on the patio, which was very comfortable. Food was fantastic and the drinks were great as well. It was a little odd eating duck on my lap, someone said they had trays later...but it was so good it was worth the struggle!

Google
Love the vibe here. The food is some of the best in Fort Smith. The craft cocktails are delicious and eye catching. Several options available for those with Alpha Gal syndrome. My husband loved the jerk chicken and we will be back again to order it again.

Google
Excellent service, and delicious food. I had the Peaches and Pork Chop with Truffle Mashed Potatoes. Will be back to try other stuff.

My wife and I went here for the first time on a date yesterday. I would definitely recommend Uncork’d for that kind of special occasion. While the service was a tad bit slow at times (especially for a Thursday evening… though the place was pretty full), at least our waitress was very friendly to make up for it. They also sat us at a table for two that had some of the biggest, semi-reclined chairs I’ve ever seen in a restaurant (and not on someone’s back porch 😄). The beers and cocktail we ordered were better than average (they have a huge selection of both), and the food was excellent and clearly made with both love and very high-quality ingredients (e.g. I could really taste the subtle “mushroomy” quality in the truffle oil they used to fry our fries). It was some of the tastiest food bite-for-bite that I’ve had in a long time, and definitely one of those meals that you want to eat slowly and really savor! I’ll be back to try more for a future date night, for sure! 👍

Google
The atmosphere was high-end casual. The service was on spot and the server was very personable and attentive. I had the Spring Duck and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible dining experience at Uncorked, and much of that was due to our exceptional server, Shawnee. She was the epitome of attentiveness and friendliness, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. Shawnee's cheerful demeanor truly added a special touch to our evening. While the food was fantastic, her outstanding service is what made the night unforgettable. If you visit, definitely ask for Shawnee—you won’t be disappointed!

Yelp
Not sure what to think about this place. Came here because there seemed to be a lot of gluten free options when looking on google but when we arrived the waiter had essentially zero knowledge on the menu. That being said, I understand the menu changes a lot so perhaps they had just rotated it. I liked the vibe of the restaurant. The decor was pretty cool and I imagine it would be a great place on weekend night.

Yelp
Lotta booze and if that's your thing - they have an upscale sports bar tyke feel with high end liquor and beer. I've been with work friends and not drank alcohol because I don't drink alcohol - but it's a nice place.

Yelp
Had a birthday dinner and at Uncork'd tonight. Appetizer was great. Party of 4 one meal was delivered first ( we had the person eat while it was hot) the following 3 came after later, first person had already finished . Our server was very friendly but extremely slow. Restaurant is beautiful but I'm not sure I'll be going back again.

Yelp
Perfect wine spot Great samples But A great selection of beers almost everyone over looks. Go Wine. Yes Beer. Yes Food. All very good

Yelp
Worst restaurant ever! The tables are coffee table short with lounge chairs so you have sit on the edge of your seat and stoop over your food. So I sat at the bar for comfort. The bartender was rude, made terrible drinks (like a mixed drink not shaken with ice and served in a hot glass with a big ice cube) and slammed the glasses on the counter like she would rather be ANYWHERE but there. She didn't answer questions about the menu and got pissy about tasters for their craft beer on tap. I only asked for one. This is all after telling her it was the first time there and I was from out of town. Consequently it will be my last time there too. The food is mediocre and overly spicy. I got the crab cake appetizer for dinner and they are definitely not made fresh in-house and are served over a really spicy red sauce that is not properly described on the menu. I cut the spicy part off the crab cake and ate the sauce-free parts. Not a good experience and the bartender didn't give two shits. I hope the owners get rid of the older short haired bartender, she's terrible. Even one of the locals sitting two stools away from me was shocked at her behavior. He finished his drink and left saying he didn't want to deal with her.

Yelp
Love this place! My fiancé and I have been for date night as well as with family and friends. Great for either occasion! Highly recommend their brussel sprouts, charcuterie board, & the lemon drop blueberry martini.

Yelp
Good food !!! Place is not upscale as pricing looks. Filet great choice black eyed pea humus is a must do !

Yelp
We always love a meal at Uncork'd! The cocktails are perfect and the Wagyu burger and truffle fries could not have been better.

Yelp
The food was great. The seared Ahi was the highlight of it all. Decently priced, great environment and great service

Yelp
This is hands down the best restaurant in the River Valley. Everything from the ever changing and current menu, beverage options, to the ambience, and outdoor areas, it's all just excellent. But above all of that, the wait staff is there to go above and beyond for the customer. Savannah in particular is quite possibly one of the best servers I've encountered, so friendly, polite, and helpful all around. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed!

Mike H.

Yelp
Deviled egg appetizer was excellent with a little bite. Short ribs were done to correct texture and paired with their potatoes was enjoyable. Good bar selection of higher shelf items and beers Will return.
google avatar

Taffy L.

Yelp
First time and it won't be the last food was absolutely superior the fried deviled eggs are a sin on a plate...the breakfast burrito had the fluffiest eggs ever and let's talk about the service, girls were highly engaged and checked on us frequently but not too much they seemed to respond at just the right time. The ambience is relaxing and upscale. The decor is very well thought out. Bottomless Mimosas yes!!!! They even "box" what you don't drink...score

Yelp
Fort Smith, Arkansas, we were blown away by the eclectic menu! We loved our server, the drinks, and the food! I had the Pistachio Martini, which I had never heard of, but knew I had to try from the moment I saw it on the menu! It was one of the best drinks I have ever had! My husband had the Apple Butter Old Fashioned, and he couldn't stop talking about it! We only tried one appetizer, which was the Black Eyed Pea Hummus! It came with fried pita bread slices. We couldn't stop raving about it. We enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance so much that we made reservations for brunch the next day with our family. During brunch, most of us ordered the shrimp and grits, which was good. Personally I felt like the portion size could have been a little bigger. Sorry we didn't take pictures of the food. If I ever make it back to that part of the country, this will be the first place I visit!

Yelp
Dined on a Thursday night around 8pm. We were seated right away. Janet B was our waitress. She was very upbeat, attentive, informative, took excellent care of us. We had 2 alcoholic beverages that were both good. We also had mushroom pie, fried deviled eggs, tomato basil soup, Brussel sprouts, and the Blackened Salmon. Everything was very delicious and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend each of these dishes and if you have a chance to sit in Janet's section you won't be disappointed. 5 stars plus!!

Yelp
What a fabulous find in Ft Smith, Arkansas. Traveling home to Phoenix from TN and headed towards OK City for the night, driving to OK City would have been too late for dinner. So I consulted my trusty Yelp app and it brought up Uncork for the Ft Smith area. This place does not disappoint! The beer selection has a wide variety of great beers. Hubby had the pistachio martini, so good! I had the sea bass, excellent!! Hubby had the salmon, amazing!! The ambiance is romantic and has the makings of a great first date choice. Located in a strip mall, but once you get passed the front door, it's another world. Should we pass thru the Ft. Smith area, this is a definite repeat visit!!
google avatar

Karyn R.

Yelp
Food was delicious service phenomenal! Whenever I'm in Ft. Smith this is a must stop dinner spot..

Yelp
Nice vibe to the restaurant Live music Basketball /Sports on the screen. I will try something else when I come. Had the Peach Ring drink $14 (if you've ever had orange kool-aide, it tastes like that) And the grilled chicken nachos (I ordered extra cheese, which was brought on the side). I wouldn't have to have either again. Next time, I will get the topless burger (my mother swears by this) or the jerk lamb pasta. No buzz from the drink, and the nachos weren't packing in flavor and they weren't very hot. I think this is a cool hang out spot, definitely. Would return. Just not for what I ordered.

Yelp
Visited here for brunch on Saturday for a graduation celebration. Our visit was extremely disappointing because the food didn't come out for 1.5 hours. When the food did come out, it was nothing memorable. My breakfast burrito has no flavor and the salsa served with didn't add any flavor to it. The waitresses were nice and trying to their job but they said their kitchen is small and they can't accommodate cooking for big parties. This excuse I don't understand because the restaurant is pretty big - what happens when it's fully packed? Also they apparently got a shipment of unripe avocados which means they couldn't make avocado toast... I looked at the table next to us and they had avocado toast... I guess there just wasn't enough.

Yelp
Good service, bartenders rock! good cocktails, great small plates, have not once been happy here!

Yelp
My second review of this place...still just as good!! Puff's Magic Lamb Chops Jalapeño cornbread

Yelp
Love the atmosphere, seasonal change of menu, and the staff! It's always a great time!

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner tonight. From the appetizer to the main entree, everything was great. The food was next level. We will definitely be back!!

Susan B.

Yelp
Super delicious dinner and drinks! We had the Uncork'd Board, Chilean salmon, prime filet, and prime ribeye. Over server was WONDERFUL and she brought over happy birthday cookies that were too delicious so we immediately scarfed down before snapping a picture. The only bummer was that the food took a bit to receive but overall great experience!

Yelp
Unfortunately, it seems the people of FT. Smith, Arkansas don't get out much. This is priced as a 4 star restaurant with lower quality steak than IHOP. Service is pretentious and assumptive. The food is not bad, but it is way over priced. $55 filet was unseasoned and previously frozen. Will not be back. Would not recommend if you are trying to impress anyone who has ever eaten good steak. Bring your friends and act like a big shot if McDonalds isn't going to be your usual.

Jessica D.

Yelp
It's pricey, BUT the food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak bites, fried deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts, a beer, and blackberry crown with lemonade. It was $64 with tip. Again, food was delicious! It wasn't busy. We went on a Friday right at 2:00 when they opened. We will be back. Hope this review helps someone!

Yelp
Enjoyed the ambiance and drinks. Salmon is good just a bit too fishy for me. The hummus is delicious as well. Service was unbelievable.

Yelp
My husband and I visit here 1 time a year for my birthday and it's a good experience. We like sitting at the bartop and enjoying each other's company as well as the company around us. The bartenders are kind and attentive. I recommend this place as a local for a date night or special occasion! If you want to sit at a table, I recommend you call ahead and make reservations. This place is very busy on weekends and is hard to get in to sit at a table if you don't have reservations.

Yelp
Showed up with a sponsored listing for BRUNCH. Yet, they are closed until 4:00 PM. BUYER BEWARE.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
My husband and I love this place! Great food. Great service! One of the best brunch spots ever.
google avatar

Jim L.

Yelp
This place hits it all. Great sit-down place. Better Happy Hour with your Sweetie place. We go regularly to sit at the bar, have the HH apps, partake of the well cultured bar (scotches, whiskeys, solid wine list, etc.). Few places where booze concoctions match food. Food is super inventive without being too high-brow. High-end southern interpretations that bring home the flavor. I like to think this is what I would serve my snooty NYC Goons to represent what the southern palate is all about. But if you just want to grab a high-end cocktail (and who doesn't on occasion) - get it on like a gong. Best bartenders south of Fayetteville and north of Dallas.

Yelp
If you're ever in Ft. Smith and looking for a fabulous place to dine and drink, don't miss Uncork'd. Great food, great drinks and great service plus a terrific sports bar. Our server Grant was one of the best we have ever had! We were there by 5 pm for an early dinner but by 6 pm the place was full. They have a happy hour bar menu from 4-6 pm but we ordered an entree. The deviled fried eggs are not to be missed. It's pricey but worth every penny! Definitely a 5 star restaurant in Ft. Smith! The Ormands, Tijeras, New Mexico

Yelp
I was really impressed with the food here. Also the service at the bar was fantastic. They were nice, kind, and very attentive despite it being a busy Saturday night. I came here on a date and we ordered a bunch of food to share. The corn risotto is delicious and apparently there's a dish with fried chicken. It sounds heavy but I'll have to try it next time. We also got the salmon with pineapple and the steak. The salmon is baked just right. Crisp on the outside and soft on the outside. Was really impressed with the prep. The steak was a well marbled ribeye cooked to order. It's 55 compared to the filet 45 so I recommend going for the ribeye to get the most bang for your buck. Come with THREE condiments. I recommend the chimichurri and the garlic butter. This is a great spot for some good food in fort smith so I recommend anyone to come check it out!
google avatar

Stephen M.

Yelp
Honestly love the vibe. Live music playing was great. Friendly staff and the food was awesome! I got the Buffalo basil wings and the Asian wings and both were phenomenal. I also go the crispy Brussels, which were wonderful. The old fashioned was great, but I probably wouldn't get it again since it alone cost the same as my wings, and I can snag a whole bottle of bourbon at Sodie's next door for less than that. Will definitely be back though. It was a great experience.
google avatar

Nicki H.

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere. They have unique cocktails that are amazing! We will go back in the near future.
google avatar

Corrine S.

Yelp
So glad I ventured out of my hotel to check out this restaurant! First of all the staff were awesome. The girl seating me was SUPER sweet and gave me a great option of seats. My server, Sara H., was SO sweet and helpful as well! I had the Shrimp 'n Grits and was NOT disappointed. It's the best shrimp 'n Grits I've ever had, actually. So much flavor and portion size was perfect. I started with a glass of Sparkling Rosé from Spain (yes!) And ended with the Boen Pinot Noir. Both were excellent and hit the spot. I may need to be coming back here this week for seconds!
google avatar

Chandi M.

Yelp
What an experience, I've been dying to eat here for months and we finally did. The atmosphere is relaxing even with the live band playing. The staff was friendly but not to attentive but not horrible. The food was on the pricey side but we were treating ourselves and boy did we. Our table ordered the Ribeye steak and the Filet both cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Also ordered the Fried Deviled Eggs a must try in my book and the Wagyu Meatballs so delicious. Also shared there spring salad and Salmon. For the price I definitely expected the salmon to be a choice cut piece but it was on the thin side but still delicious. We will definitely be back but not to offend probably just on special occasions due to over pricing.
google avatar

Toby E.

Yelp
Excellent service! The blackened chicken was awesome along with the corn risotto. Exceptional quality at a price point that is very reasonable.
google avatar

Yelp
Three for food. Four for service and beverage options. If this had been downtown, I think it would have helped the ambiance. We went for a late bite and were seated in front of a fireplace. Great atmosphere for drinking. Not the best for eating (even the small plates). We were given a rundown on the drinking situation. It was confusing. If you loaded card you could self-serve the wine or visit the bourbon room (I think that was part of it). We just ordered some glasses of house wine and a beer. They also bombard you with five menus which was a little cumbersome with our seating arrangement (but I'm just being picky). The charcuterie board was good but I thought it was a little pricey. Our server (who was great) brought us more pitas. We also ordered the Mediterranean plate which I thought would come out with roasted peppers, veggies and olives. The hummus was topped with a few diced peppers and exactly three olives (along with the obligatory carrot and celery sticks and more pita). Again, our service was great. The manager even checked in with us a bit. Cool idea.

Beverly D.

Yelp
Fabulous food and great staff! Ahi tuna appetizer is delicious! Would also be great for mid day drinks and a charcuterie board!!
google avatar

Francoise T.

Yelp
An unexpected find in Ft Smith! Beautifully appointed, great service and huge beverage selection. We had the charcuterie board which had a lovely variety of meats and cheeses. The menu looks great and it seems like a great place to have date night or a special occasion dinner.
google avatar

Daphne M.

Yelp
You. Must. Eat. Here! This is possibly one of the best meals I have had at a restaurant! It was packed so we decided to eat at the bar and I am so glad we didn't find another restaurant with seating! Chicken and corn... the chicken was fried to perfection, the corn risotto.... I could eat a whole barrel of this stuff. It was amazing! Truffle Mac n cheese - also amazing. Not too much truffle. Broccolini- a little oily or buttery but the grill flavor was on point! Crispy brussel sprouts - a title salty but such good flavor! I was shocked how inexpensive our meal was and how good it was.

Yelp
This place is truly an experience. Wine on tap, bottomless mimosas, amazing cocktails. Lord don't get me started in the food. I had shrimp and grits and she had the chicken and waffles. Let me just say you can't beat it anywhere. The food was so good. We live in Little Rock but we will drive back and stay the night just for brunch. There is nothing like it in Little Rock. The staff was very nice and the decor is really nice. The food though. OMG. They have an amazing patio which is perfect for this transitional weather. The food though. OMG. They also have a stage for live entertainment. We missed it but the food though. OMG. You have to stop here if you do nothing else in Fort Smith, GO TO UNCORKED.

Mu I.

Yelp
We visited for my husband's birthday. Great food and environment. I had a glass of wine, caprese flatbread, and uncork'd burger. Overall, it was a great experience.

Yelp
The service and food has been great every time I've eaten here. I really enjoy their brunch menu, as well.

Yelp
I came here at the recommendation of somebody that lives in Fort Smith. It's located right near the airport in a new building. We came on a Wednesday night around 7pm. The place was pretty packed so we sat at the bar and ordered food an drink. They have the wine taps that allow you to load money on a card and pour by the ounce from various taps on the wall. There is a also a cigar bar in the back although I did not go in. In addition to all the wine choices, they have a large selection of beers on draft, whiskey and cocktails. In terms of food, there are a ton of shareable plates, small plates and then larger entrees. The menu is pretty eclectic with a mix of bar-like food, seafood and variations of American bistro. We chose the house Prosecco and house rosé. Both were dry and very good. For food we ordered the salmon entree which came on a bed of rice and the venison nachos to split. Our food did take a long time but the bartender was super friendly and filled our wine glasses on the house. The food did not disappoint! The nachos were huge with tons of light queso, ground venison and other toppings. I really enjoyed the salmon which was moist and well seasoned over rice. Overall, this was a very fun and eclectic restaurant that has a bit of everything.

Yelp
I love the ergonomic wine system, it's the best way to fuel my wine addiction. They have some of the best vegan options in Fort Smith. Also the cutest patio with blankets, heat lamps, fire pits, and TVs. Highly recommend for a date night or girls night out. Definitely one of the best places this town has to offer.

Michelle M.

Yelp
A go to for anything from date night to girls night. Relaxed atmosphere with a seasonally fresh menu and expert crafted drinks.

Jonita C.

Yelp
Delicious food, helpful staff ambiance and bar nice. Menu/food not quite as good the last few visits, but still tasty.

Darren W.

Yelp
Was excited I was finally going to try this restaurant, brought my family to eat there. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The food was really bad, made 2 of us sick when we got home. We paid a 150 dollars for a dinner that was awful. Would have a hard time recommending Uncorked to anybody.
