My partner surprised me last night with the Uncorked Taste of India cooking class and I literally cannot express how happy I was the entire class. The setting was absolutely stunning. We had the best time ever. Chef Doug was hilarious, so educational and made this experience a 10/10! The price was super fair and the food - WE made - was absolutely delicious. We cannot wait to go back!

Google
What an incredible team-building experience for our business! With 50 people in our group, it was incredibly fun and inclusive. I highly recommend it—the chefs and servers truly felt like family.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Camille was absolutely fantastic as she led us through this unforgettable cooking adventure. It was the perfect team-building event—filled with laughter, delicious food, and a splash of wine! Those enchiladas were simply out of this world! This is definitely a must-do for any team looking to bond and have fun! Yumm!

My husband and I have been coming to uncorked for years and have always enjoyed our classes. We especially love all of Patrick’s classes! He has such a fun approachable way of teaching that makes you feel like you can do even the most complex skills. He always makes us laugh and was so informative. Maya was our bartender last time, and she was lovely. I am very pregnant and she was kind enough to make all of my NA drinks still seem very special and fun. Great crew! Thanks so much!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Uncorked in March of 2025. Kris was extremely helpful in organizing our large group of 40 and handling many allergy considerations. The food was delicious and the views in the wine bar were lovely (even though it was cloudy). Also, not surprisingly, the wine was elite! Our guests had a lovely time and we appreciate all the attention to detail!

My 18 yr old nephew and I took the family brunch class with Chef Hunter today and the class was excellent!! He is the best instructor I’ve had at a culinary class. Personable, helpful and very knowledgeable -full of great tips and advice. We made a poke bowl, eggs Benedict and and out-of-this-world banana cream stuffed French toast. It was too much food to eat…but we did our best because it was so freaking good. I’m so excited to know how to make a proper perfectly poached egg. Can’t wait to show off my new skills! Highly recommend the class -/ especially any that Hunter is teaching.

Date night cooking with Jerry and Ben was fabulous! We did steakhouse favorites and it was a delicious menu with great cooking tips. Ben and Jerry were great hosts. Highly recommend!

Google
It was really good how we got to be chefs for a day. We got to learn all sorts of different recipes and I got to try the delicious tomato soup for the first time. I really hope to go back and learn even more recipes soon.

Yelp
My cousin and I went here for dinner the other night and it's so cute! The staff was friendly, and they had nice, small, but good, offerings for dinner. We saw that a cooking class was going on, which we agreed we'd have to try next time! We ordered wine, of course, and though they were out of my second pick, they quickly had other, similar options for me. We started with the mezze board which was so good! My cousin and I both wanted the pasta Bolognese, which they were also out of so I got the octopus and my cousin got a flatbread. The octopus was cooked perfectly. We decided to pass on dessert. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Disappointed in this place. I paid $250 dollars to learn "Mexican" cooking it said the meal was Enchilada Verdes, Tostadas and cookies. What we got to learn was to make an enchilada "casserole" or "deconstructed" enchilada. If I wanted to make this I could have followed Pinterest to throw everything in a pan with some tortillas thrown on top and cheese. This is like a free demo class they do in a store worthy - not worth $250.

Yelp
We had a great time attending the surf, turf & bourbon class. Chef Ken was great, the food was phenomenal & we learned a few tips to save time in the kitchen. We look forward to going back!

Yelp
We had a party of 6 come in for a birthday. The waitress was spazzy and all over the place. She dropped a few things, delivered food to the wrong seats etc. we had the cauliflower, pork tostones and the fries as appetizers. All were delicious! I had a rose flight which I didn't really enjoy.. they said it was a scratch kitchen so everything was made on site. I ordered the sweet potato ravioli and it was vastly under cooked and chewy. The en brodo part of it felt like they dumped chicken stock into the bowl and added pancetta.. my friends ordered the flatbreads. The potato one didn't have any taste to it.

Yelp
We did the Mother's Day chefs dinner and it was the best time ever! We had the best chef who was so fun and engaging and encouraging and made you feel soooo comfortable in the kitchen! It was so great to cook a phenomenal dinner but the way the chef taught you was the best - it was great to learn about the food, the whys of cooking a certain way! Such a great experience! We are all so pumped to go back for another experience!

Yelp
Wine and flatbread pizza was a great combo. We got some wine flights and flatbread. I had the wine flight from South America and enjoyed them all. The place has some good views on the second floor. They did have some beers, but nothing on tap.

Yelp
My husband and I came for the happy hour specials before our Italian Steakhouse cooking class. The atmosphere is so pretty- I love all the glass and the view, and the fun modern chandeliers. Our initial server was really nice, and made some great wine recommendations. We had the pork belly tacos, but they were a little sweet for us- the tortilla tasted like bubblegum and I would have liked some balance to the flavor. The server who took over for our first gentleman didn't seem to know what she was doing- she told us they would come get us for the class (not true) and when we asked for the bill she forgot to bring it. That was a little frustrating, but we got it handled and got to class on time. The class itself was super fun- I feel like we learned so much that we didn't know before! Our menu included shrimp diavolo, steak with fingerling potatoes and broccoli, and berries with a marscapone cream. All the ingredients were so fresh! The shrimp diavolo was really good, and definitely something we are going to try at home. It was the highlight of the meal for sure. The steak and it's sides were good, although I think it would have been helpful if we had some temperature gauges and a print out of what temp the steaks could cook at- my husband was a little disappointed that his steak was underdone, and he was too embarrassed to put it back on the stove for a minute. Basically the class would have been better if there has been some paper instructions or labels to refer to- we had the ingredients for all the dishes in various bowls on trays, but class moved fast and it was easy to mix up what ingredients go where. The best part of class was absolutely Chef Ken- he was the perfect mix of sardonic, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all of us, even as the evening wore on and the alcohol flowed. Our favorite cocktail was the sangria. We also had the cucumber drink and the cherry blossom, but didn't care for those. Every wine we tried was really good though, and we loved the red wine that came with the class. Class ended at 9:10, and then we could finish our wine at the bar. Miguel, the gentleman running the bar was so friendly and sweet- we really appreciated his willingness to chat and his patience while we finished our drinks and conversations. We never felt rushed and that was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and if there was another special event that lined up with their calendar, I would be willing to do a class again.

Yelp
Participants play the role of students here. Established in 2015 by a Chef. The South of Denver is lucky to have them in their neighborhood. They encourage you to be an active participant. Play with your food. You will learn knife skills, prep method, and cooking techniques from appetizers to desserts. It's a very friendly setting. Knife skills! This is an adult cooking class that offers romantic couples cooking experience. I'm was in a smaller class the first time here. Only four of us. The second one was much bigger. You can have cooking classes, dining, or just enjoying wine. Everything from classes on curries, Cuban cuisine, French, classic American grilling to gourmet Greek food. Everybody graduates. Nobody fails! The more the merrier! Perfect for team building! Out latest class was called "The Bloody Mary Brunch" we made Fried Chicken and Waffles. Very easy and fun! We learned how to flambé for our Banana Dessert! Pls refer to their website for prices and hours. www.uncorkedkitchen.com

Yelp
The view is incredible! They had an amazing selection of wines. Their food menu is on the smaller size but everything was delicious there

Yelp
Taking a cooking class at Uncorked is a great way to to mix it up for date night. My husband and I love cooking together, but we don't get much of a chance to do it at home since one of us takes the lead on cooking while the other one is busy chasing around a toddler. We signed up for Along the Shores of the Mediterranean, which has a menu that would be easy to replicate at home. Best part was that the course was well timed. We had the opportunity to prepare almost every dish except the dessert on our own. There was even time to sit down and enjoy the meal while chatting with new people. And don't forget about those gorgeous mountain views! Our menu consisted of the following: +White Wine Steamed Mussels with Tomatoes, Olives and Basil + Grilled Halloumi with Rosemary- Grape Walnut Relish and Baguette + Cod with Pancetta, Artichokes, and Olives + Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Whip Cream Given that it's only a three-hour class, the learning part consisted of a very brief refresh on knife skills and cooking technique. It was a fun and memorable evening; we would love to return for another date night!

Yelp
Uncorked Kitchen is the type of place that is just cool. It's the type of place that is perfect for an intimate date night, cooking class or a simple happy hour. It's the type of place that makes you feel right at home with the floor to ceiling windows, outdoor patio with killer views, wine bottle artwork and lush bar. It exudes all the vibes wanted for a night out. It's the type of place where you'll get great service and recommendations from bartenders, interesting wines and even better bites to accompany them. It's the type of place that offers more than just happy hour/light bites, and allows for elaborate cooking classes with elaborate menus, delicious ingredients and introduces new techniques from head chefs on how to prepare one hell of a meal. It's the type of place that really makes you indulge - as it does take a hit to the wallet, but I can assure you, the quality alone is worth it. Most importantly, it's the type of place that makes you want to return, all year round for another wonderful experience! In the two different occasions I've been in (for my birthday happy hour and Italian cooking class), it's been an experience worth repeating and indulging in again!

Yelp
Uncorked Kitchen has rolled out their new winter menu as well as opened their new, fully enclosed patio wine bar. We had the chance to check it out for drinks & smalls plates this week and it was great. We arrived at Uncorked Kitchen and headed upstairs to the wine bar; the aesthetic was warm and inviting. The new, fully enclosed patio means patrons can enjoy views of the front range during their Uncorked Kitchen visit. Our server, Samantha was knowledgeable on the menu and quick to serve We started off with two glasses of the The Hidden Sea, Chardonnay - a Fall White with structure & body. The chardonnay had fruity notes of white peach, honeydew melon and lemon with a touch of pineapple and limestone. The wine had a juicy acidity with a soft texture on the palate. For small plates we had the Savory Uncorked Butter Board, the Pork Belly Bites, the House Made Red Kuri Squash Cappelletti, the Citrus Beet Salad and the Artisan Cheese and Cured Meat Board. The Savory Uncorked Butter Board was made with Sherry Butter, Garlic Confit, Pickled Shallot, Aleppo Pepitas & Crostini. This was our first time having a butter board and it was amazing. The softened butter was spread onto a cutting board and garnished with seasonings, herbs & toppings. The butter was creamy, garlicky and had beautiful snap from the shallots and pepitas. We cleaned house on this butter board - truly there wasn't any left when we were done with it. Uncorked Kitchen also has a sweet butter board that we can't wait to go back in and try. The Pork Belly Bites were made with Milk Braised Pork Belly, Zaa'tar, Apricot & Pomegranate Glaze. The Pork Belly Bites were succulent and packed with flavor. The tangy, sweet pomegranate glaze was dark and sticky and beautifully balanced the fatty meatiness of the pork. The House Made Red Kuri Squash Cappelletti was made with Red Kuri Squash, Mascarpone, Amoretti, Sage Brown Butter Cream Sauce & Aleppo Pepitas. The Cappelletti was fantastic. The Red Kuri Squash filling in the pasta was nutty & mildly sweet - very autumnal in taste. The Citrus Beet Salad was made with Roasted Baby Beets, Candied Pickled Oranges, Almonds, Shaved Fennel, Manchego & Sherry Vinaigrette. This salad was a refreshing mix of colorful & tangy flavors. The earthy beets were complimented by the acidity of the oranges and sherry. The Artisan Cheese and Cured Meat Board was made with 2 Cheeses, 2 Meats, Olive Mix, Toasted Nuts, Pickled Cherries, House Made, Ale Mustard, Apple Butter & Crostini. The smoked goat cheese was our favorite of the charcuterie board.

Yelp
My husband and I took a couple's cooking class here and had the best time! The facility is striking; beautiful modern design with commercial grade features. We were seated at a long table by a big window and were provided cheeses for a snack. The wine and drink list is bountiful with some wonderful varietals. Chef Zoe was so friendly and kept the pace fun and moving. The theme was bourbon- every dish incorporated it. You get to really be involved in the creation of the dishes, they prep just a few things that require time to marinate. I learned some great tips for basics such as how to properly hold a knife and how to create more elevated slices for presentation. Everyone was friendly and had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience, we will be back! Update: our son took a kids' cooking class and he LOVED it! He got to chop, sautee, and do everything. They send home the dinner for the whole family. It was delicious!! He has already asked to take another class.

Yelp
Sophisticated, decadent, and welcoming. Imagine a high-end restaurant with kind and friendly staff. Exquisite food at reasonable prices. Oh and a view to die for.

Yelp
This ain't about cooking class. Don't make the same mistake we did. We thought Uncorked was primarily a cooking school. Date nights and corporate events and summer programs for kids, yadda, yadda, yadda. And it is all of that. But we've been sleeping on the fact that it's a lovely and damned fine wine bar and restaurant. And I almost don't want to tell you about it. My wife and I decided to go a week ago for an impromptu date night.* We'd known about it for years but it never cracked our thick skulls to make it a destination. I'm so glad we finally did. Here's the short story: Terrific, inventive, elevated food and a changing menu. (Pork belly tacos are my fave, thus far.) Smashing and thoughtful wine and beer selections. (We haven't had the cocktails yet, but they look fun too.) And equally as important - PROFESSIONAL staff who make you feel incredibly taken care of. Top to bottom, this is a place that understands Hospitality with a capital H. And I don't mean 'for the 'burbs'...I mean that they 'get it' no matter where you are. If you think Del Frisco's and Eddie V's is top notch hospitality? Fine. They have that here. If you're a fan of the Brown Palace and the Broadmoor? They preach the same level of service to their staff. If you're a fan of Coperta or Barolo or Table 6. Same deal. You're welcomed and taken care of from the moment you set foot in the place all the way through to when you're handed the check. And tremendous views (especially for sunset hours...) Do yourself a favor...even if it means my wife and I have to wait next time. GO. *I've been back three times in a week. Twice with my wife and once for a meeting.

Yelp
I was really excited to attend a cooking class at Uncorked Kitchen as I had previously visited the place only for its wine and food, never for a class. The theme of the class was Spring Dinner Party, which included making arugula salad, salmon, risotto, and lemon tart. The class for two includes a bottle of wine, which can be upgraded to a better one for $50 per person. We had some time to settle in and order additional drinks before the cooking class and dinner, and snacks were also available. During the class, we learned the correct way of holding a knife and cutting different vegetables for the dishes. The instructions were clear, and I never felt rushed as we were offered help whenever needed. I found it really exciting to learn various techniques and try out new dishes. All the food turned out to be delicious, and I would like to recreate some of the recipes, but with less butter! Overall, it was a fun experience, but I am not sure if it was worth the price as the ingredients were very basic, and the place didn't have a very upscale feel. The survey form handed out at the end was a bit of a mood killer. I did enjoy my time there, but I am not sure if I would attend again. It would be great if they offered various levels of cooking classes at different price points.

Yelp
This restaurant and cooking school is amazing! I took the "Talk about Tacos" class and definitely can't wait to try more classes. The chef was informative and witty! The wait staff was super on top of ensuring we had drink refills as well. I learned a lot of useful skills and ended up with a wonderful meal to enjoy. Definitely recommend this as a fun activity to try with friends, spouse or even on your own!

Yelp
Cool place but unfortunately a bit far from downtown Denver. Wasn't sure where the entrance was located but there was plenty of parking. I ordered charcuterie board and some food wine. It was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. I might come back but that has more to do with the travel then the establishment.

Yelp
This place is THE CUTEST! Recently stoped in for some wine and snacks and just loved this spot. Their charcuteries are massive and delicious. Lots of options and little bites making it such a fun place to sip wine and snack. The butter board trend has made its way here and dang was the holiday seasonal butterboard good! It has rosemary butter, topped with a cranberry chutney and lemon and pistachio goat cheese balls. DIVINE. They had tons of wines and also do wine flights where they will give you three different small pours so you can have a little tasting. So yummy! Lastly we got the fried olives. They are stuffed with cheese and fried and delicious. Truly the best little spot and perfect after a day of shopping!

Yelp
Unfortunate experience all around. The space was ok - surrounded by construction on the deck and lower area. We had a meat & cheese board that was fine - but ridiculously overpriced. The service was not good. Overall it was very expensive and a sub par experience. Not going back.

Yelp
The Korean bbq cauliflower was incredible! Everything was great, don't waste your time on the bolognese.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I did the Japanese cooking class tonight and it was a blast! Patrick and Hunter were great instructors and the food we made was delicious We got a bottle of wine and made gyoza, beef skewers, pork noodle soup, and fried chicken! Great activity with a group vibe. We learned recipes and new cooking and knife skills. Now there are several new classes we want to try!

Lorena F.

Yelp
Our server Miguel was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Plus, the place has amazing views to the mountains. We are definitely going back!

Marsh D.

Yelp
Good venue for views of front range if you look over the nearby building roofs. Nice to have in area. Service was good and attentive, restaurant very clean and quiet. Need more of a menu with less focus on meats, especially menus items without pig/pork added. Glad at least cauliflower bites did not have bacon or pig products mixed into small plate. Too bad happy hour ends at 5:00; 6:00 is a nice ending time to meet those who do work a 9-5 job. Overall, I will go back for a relaxing sunset glass of one of their many wines.

Mitchell P.

Yelp
Waited months for the beef and bourbon class to line up with our schedule.. paid nearly $200 a piece and we really did not do anything you wouldn't have done at home. I was expecting a lot more cooking and prepping and more hands on work, yet all we did was cut some vegetables and cook a steak... only two things. For the price, we thought there was going to be more to the evening. Was expecting more but it was still good. Not worth the price. Also, instead of getting three drinks like the menu said, we only received two. The drinks for the class were stronger than the drinks we ordered on the side.
google avatar

Robin K.

Yelp
Sunshine was very helpful in organizing our private event. The Cellar room was a nice space for our group. Tegan, our bartender, took good care of us. The Hors d'oeuvres buffet was tasty. Our gathering somewhat exceeded the 2-hour contracted window, which incurred a $250 charge. If people are having a good time, considering the overall amount spent, maybe give a pass on the overcharge -especially if there isn't anything booked afterward?

Yelp
I walked in to purchase a class the other day and had great conversation with the front desk staff. Although when we went upstairs to the wine bar, we had a fantastic server with another server supporting her who was terrible. We asked to buy a bottle of wine and she acted annoyed and then never told the main server. We also tried to order with her and she never brought us what we ordered so we waited for the other server. At first I thought that it may just be that we don't speak the same language. I work with a diverse group of people and thought that could be a possibility...but then I heard her talking fluently in English to the other servers at the bar. At the end of the flights we had, we were not given our bottle of wine to purchase so we ended up just walking out after only paying for the flights. We'll be back for the class but won't be going to the bar again.

Yelp
Our women's group had a social hour yesterday at uncorked kitchen. Miquel was a superb host as our waiter and everyone liked the wine, drinks and food. We'll be back.

Susan T.

Yelp
We took a class (private event) led by Chef Doug, in which we cooked crab bisque, marinated beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, whole French (string) beans, and crème brûlée. (Yelp helpfully added the diacritical marks ) It was outstanding; it exceeded our high expectations. Not only delicious, but we learned a lot about basic techniques. Fun way to spend time with friends!

Yelp
A great addition to the South Metro scene!..We stopped in for a glass of wine and some munchies..charcuterie plate. All tables were full (make reservations!) So we sat outside And had a glass of wine while we waited for a table to Become available. The patio is Facing West and has an awesome view of the front range. I can see this being a much sought after Hotspot for happy hour and beyond.... And I have a strong suspicion that I might just be one of those people supporting that notion!!

Yelp
This has been on my list to take a cooking class (which I love to do), but just never got there. However, for my birthday my hubby treated me to a wine empowerment class. Terry (who ran the class) was an incredibly knowledgable sommelier and his passion for wine was evident. He had great information on regions, types of wines and pairings. I loved that he had key fruits on a plate to bring out flavors. The class was packed with wine lovers. We were more just interested in learning a bit more and having a good time. I think the class works for both types of attendee. I would have loved to be up in the kitchen, instead of a conference room, but I will have to take a cooking class! Highly recommended.

Yelp
We were invited here for a private Iron Chef style cooking competition event and had an amazing time! Most (if not all) of the beers, wines, and refreshments served were local Colorado brands. My husband really enjoyed the Sad Panda coffee stout by Horse & Dragon brewing company. The event was pretty well organized. I think there were about 40 participants split into 4 teams, and an assigned chef coach for each team. Chef Patrick was great! Very efficient and good at delegating a group of individuals with varying cooking experience. We made fresh pasta, which was fun. It was great to be able to sample the creations of the other teams and the competition element made it exciting. My only complaint is that with all the cooking, we didn't get to eat our appetizers until around 8pm and dinner entrees until around 8:30. Dessert and the final scoring felt really rushed (would be nice to maybe have the scores projected onto a tv or screen?). They did have some cheese, crackers, and olives for us to nibble on while we were cooking, but those were mostly demolished pretty quickly. Some more substantial snacks/appetizers would have been nice. Overall, fantastic event. I mean, going out to eat dinner at a restaurant for date night is great and all (aka boring)...but if you're competitive, like to cook, and enjoying learning/trying new things this is something I'd highly recommend!

Lexi H.

Yelp
It was ok. They didn't do as much as I expected. Kinda disappointed but ok. . . Overall, I don't know if it's worth it.

Yelp
We've seen this venue many times before and have never stopped. Shame on us! Uncorked was a wonderful experience. It's a gem of a venue with its incredible views and understated, comfortable decor. We dined in the restaurant and had a lovely, reasonably priced, romantic dinner, enjoying incredible views of the rainy evening. Our main waiter, Miguel, is delightful. Lovely accent, invested in every part of our experience tonight and so thoughtful and kind. Christina, GM of Uncorked, stopped at our table and introduced herself. Both of us were charmed by her soft welcome and friendly demeanor. As the evening progressed, it's clear Christina has developed an educated and polished team of people who have the confidence to share their thoughts about the menus and know how to create magic for their guests. Simply loved every bite of each course of our meal. For us, Uncorked Kitchen is simply lovely in all aspects. Thanks again, Bill & Kirk

Yelp
I've been to two classes now - knife skills with Chef Logan and vegetarian winter classics with Chef Ian. Both classes were wonderful. The knife skills class provided great hands-on experience with all sorts of different foods to slice, dice, chop, and mince - potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers. The vegetarian winter classics class had a roasted carrot soup, black bean burger, and apple pie. They were all flavorful and learned a few new things. There was a huge selection of wine and the servers were always on top of it - they made sure everyone in the class had a glass in hand and knew the wine. Top notch place!

Yelp
We had a great experience at Uncorked Kitchen with Chef Patrick! We learned lots of new techniques and recipes. Chef was very knowledgeable and professional, he helped everyone during the process and explained all in detail. Thank you for this amazing experience, we will definitely come back!!!

Yelp
Let me start off by saying my woman and I had a wonderful time at the class and enjoyed the chefs. Here's what could be better: For the price of $325 I expected to cook something unique. The dishes for "Mexico Meets Asia" were sort of too simple (considering the price). I could've easily cooked fish tacos and made guacamole at home. The $50 uncharge for "reserve wine" isn't justified. The wine didn't fit the uncharge. I would return if they had a more unique menu. I understand the logistics of the ingredients and keeping everything simple, but for the price point, I'm looking for an experience---not just a heaping portion of food I can cook at home.

Kirsten L.

Yelp
My husband and I have been here multiple times to the wine bar. We are hoping to like it, as we love wine and tapa style appetizers. And we do not have a nice quaint wire bar in the area, especially with views. But after a number of attempts unfortunately, we have never had any decent service. We have had some nice and different wines that we appreciated. But at a wine bar with only a handful of patrons, it took 15-20 minutes for a glass of wine on more than one occasion. We decided to order additional food tonight after an appetizer to try a couple of new things that the server said were new on the menu. After waiting for over an hour, other patrons that had recently just came into the restaurant had food coming out. The wine we ordered to have with our dinner was gone of course by this time. We just tried find an employee to get our check. No one acknowledged that our food order was missing. We just left. My husband was a bit upset as he was hungry! I have worked in the service industry, and this was not a situation where the bar was busy in any way. In fact, for a portion of our visit there were close to the same number of service personnel as patrons, I hope this cute place can get a few things straightened out.

Yelp
A friend of mine invited me here to join her financial advisor for an iron chef like challenge. This is right up my alley for things I enjoy doing (I have a culinary degree from a previous life) so I said, sign me up! The staff first and foremost is really friendly and made me feel welcome. Because I was there for a company event, we did get complimentary adult beverages which naturally makes for the start of a lovely evening. I appreciated that the chefs took the time to teach the groups about basic knife skills, cooking techniques, etc. It was a really fun way to get people to enjoy cooking which is becoming a lost art form. Our evening was divided up into three teams who all cooked a different appetizer and entree. It was great because not only did we get to sample a wider variety of dishes but they were for the most part healthy and light as well. It was a really fun evening and I would definitely want to come back.

Yelp
My husband and I did the scallops and risotto virtual cooking class this weekend and it was amazing! We picked the food up the afternoon of the class. Uncorked was super accommodating when we said we were pescatarian. For the charcuterie, they subbed extra cheese for the meat. The virtual class was held on zoom and really went seamlessly. We were able to see the demo from several different camera angles and when we had questions we submitted them via chat and they were answered promptly. The scallops and Lemon herb risotto with broccolini was all delicious! We would HIGHLY recommend a virtual class at uncorked! Chef even took a selfie with us at the end!

Yelp
Wow! What a fantastic night at Uncorked Kitchen (1/16/21)! Chef Doug Kastendieck was absolutely phenomenal. His anecdotes, knowledge, experience and humor brought more to the table than we expected. I might have said out loud 1000 times over the night how happy I felt! Being with some of my favorite people in such an intimate, gorgeous setting, doing a cooking class with an incredible menu of high-quality foods and wine was the perfect way to spend my birthday. Their entire staff made the experience so wonderful from the first point of contact with Lindsay. Lindsay's professional demeanor set the stage with her excellent communication, follow-through and coordination with my husband. Upon arrival and safety protocol with the front desk staff, we began the most memorable evening! It was so fun to finally be social and yet safely social distance in your beautiful huge kitchen. Chef Kastendieck is clearly passionate about his profession. He is so very articulate and projects poise and authority of the kitchen while encouraging all to participate and learn. All of our guests were blown away too, literally and figuratively with the entire experience. (Learning to flambe was particularly exhilarating!) I loved learning many of Chef Kastendieck's tips and tricks with knives, and the understanding of why chefs do things a particular way. Chef Kastendieck's interpersonal skills are spot on. He made a favorable impression and developed a rapport with each individual. He was effective at keeping the pace of the class, giving clear instruction and encouragement, and retreating to give us all our confidence and time together. We highly recommend Uncorked Kitchen!

Yelp
I live in Arizona and hosted a bridal shower in Centennial, CO at the Uncorked Kitchen and couldn't have been happier ! From the beginning, Sunshine was amazing ... responsive, confident, and helpful. I was very nervous because I am a very visual person and I was hosting something so far away. Sunshine helped me every step of the way and was so accommodating and had great ideas. The food was great, the service impeccable and the venue was AMAZING ... the view was spectacular ! This IS the place to host an event!!!

Yelp
I went to check out this place for the first time meeting up with a friend after work. We were too late for Happy Hour, which was fine, we didn't get there until 6 and most places don't have happy hour that late. Initially I was looking at a specific selection of the menu and almost texted my friend that we would need to meet somewhere else, the prices listed for a glass of wine were so expensive. However, looking at the rest of the menu, there was a wide selection of half-glass pours between $6-8. I think the least expensive cocktail was $12, most were $15. The wait staff was extremely attentive, I'm guessing at least in part due to the fact that the bar area was very small. I asked a lot of questions about the wine, and the server allowed me a couple of samples. For some reason, I had decided that nothing but a sickly sweet wine would do on that day, and the waiter eventually had to inform me that they "don't really carry wines of that sweetness level here." (Pro tip: I love Invintions for when you just want to be a basic bish and only drink wine that tastes like Kool aid with alcohol). My friend and I ordered two apps to split, "Cozy Pigs" and the flatbread with basil and mozzarella. We were definitely feeling hungry, so imagine our dismay when we were served 3 lil pigs in a blanket, each no longer than an inch, for $12. The flatbread was flabby, though of a more decent size, and the cheese on top was barely melted, let alone GBD or bubbly. Maybe my taste for value overstepped my taste for the finer things, but I'd rather stay home and sip boxed wine and eat hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls than splurge for a $12 glass of Riesling and a $4 Cozy Pig.

Yelp
Our friends won a free pass to Uncorked Kitchen at a Yelp event held there a few months back. Janet D. and I decided to experience it ourselves, so we join them for an evening where bacon was the star. We arrived early and were greeted with a friendly smile. She checked us in and explained the class details. We headed straight to the upstairs bar, with one of the most chic decors I've seen in Denver. The back wall of the bar is an array of densely packed wine bottles with back lighting. While we waited, we ordered a variety of beers, wines and cocktails. I had a couple of nitro beers, which were smooth as expected. The drink menu is extensive with quality choices. As far as the culinary experience, it was educational and a blast. Since there's drinking and potential clumsiness involved, we started off with a liability form. Once we passed this legal formality, the fun begun with prepping for bourbon and caramelized bacon bits ice cream. Then moved on to prepping the fresh seasoning and the entree, rolled pork loin wrapped in bacon! Then we learned how to properly cook Prince Edward's Island mussels, resulting with tender and not chewy meat. Also made a delicious goat cheese and bacon bits spread and filler for the fig wrapped in bacon appetizer. Throughout the chef was amazing, showing us industry tips, which we all practiced. Our class was perfect, four good friends having a blast with the chef. The bar tender was equally nice, checking on us throughout the duration of the class. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
We just came here last night for a "Taste of Uncorked" which is a smaller version of their regular cooking class. Our instructor, Logan, was really fun and very informative. We made a beet salad, garlic shrimp, and lamb meatballs and everything was INCREDIBLE! It was plenty of food (of course 2 people didn't show up so we got extras). I am so excited to make the meatballs again at home. We managed to get a couple drinks at happy hour before going in to the class. (Although the bartenders still serve you while you're in the class so have no fear!) We also had the pork belly bites on HH because we weren't sure how much food we'd actually have. We should not have been worried! The bites were good but the portion was super tiny. (See photo.) Not that I expected much for $5. The views at this place are amazing. I can't wait to come back and hang out on the deck...before going to another class, of course! I highly recommend for a girls' night, date night, birthday, or just because you want to treat yoself!

Yelp
We came in for the Christmas in Tuscany class. This is one of the first cooking classes I've taken and loved it. The kitchen here is gorgeous and has every piece of equipment you could possibly imagine. The chef teaching the class has a large amount of knowledge she passed on. I was so excited that I finally learned the trick to cutting an onion. Also you end up making enough food that you get to take home doggy bag which is a huge plus. There are different types of classes: adult group classes and date night classes. I attended a group class but a couple I met recommended always going to the date night class if there's just the two of you. The group class is perfect if there will be 3+ people in your group.

Yelp
Reserved the Cellar Room for my 40th Birthday party. Sunshine and her team did a fantastic job of making the event super special. The menu was perfect and the drink selection was great. Highly recommend for your next event!!!

Yelp
Can't say enough about the experience we had. We chose the Italian steakhouse menu. Shrimp appetizer, steak dinner, dessert and a bottle of wine. The instructor was informative and entertaining. We learned about herbs, knife skills, searing, food storage and so much more. Who knew we needed a lemon zester in our lives?! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back. We left completely inspired and have been making incredible gourmet meals at home ever since.
