Whats The T.
Yelp
I am not one to complain and write reviews because I have worked in retail for years and I know terrible customers. But I also know terrible customer service.
I have shopped in this location for years with no problem but for the past year, a sales girl name HOLLY has brought lackluster service, condescending attitude, and a superiority complex probably due to the fact that she feels fab working at Undefeated.
Every time I step in, she never leaves the counter and proceeds to talk to her coworkers and today was no different. It's two days before Christmas. This is the time to make sales. And there was a handful of people, including myself, who was in there to buy holidays gifts.
Before I asked for help, I overhear a customer being rung up by Holly, asking if there was a gift bag. She rolls her eyes and says no. The customer asked for wrapping and she giggles to a respond "You don't want me to wrap your gifts."
I asked for a specific shoe in my size and she goes "we don't have that size. Whatever's there is the smallest size", not leaving her post. I asked for a pair my brother wanted and she begrudgingly goes to the back because I cut off her conversation with her two coworkers. When I was paying, I asked for a gift receipt during my payment processing and she goes "You should've asked earlier. Now I have to go back and reprint it for you" like it was an inconvenience to her. Now, I work in Beverly Hills where customer service goes above and beyond and I am only expecting the bare minimum of customer service, whether it's greeting, attentiveness, product knowledge and communication but for some reason, none of those are being met as of late.
If it weren't for my brother really wanting those pair of shoes, I really would not want to go back if I have to deal with her or anyone of that type of "service". Bodega will get my coin as of now.
