Under Bridge Spicy Crab

Come for the crab, don't really order anything else. It's more of a specialty restaurant that happens to serve other food. Came here expecting that from other reviewers and thought I'd confirm it with my experience. The steamed chicken was tough and not tender at all. The crunchy garlic bits from the crab make a great addition when sprinkled on the fried rice. I highly recommend it. Hopefully it isn't as bitter or slightly burnt as mine was but it was tasty nonetheless. Ordered regular medium spiciness for the crab. Was adequately spicy for somebody with high spice tolerance but I can see why they offer higher levels for Capsaicin junkies.

I didn’t expect excellent food taste, because of many bad reviews here. However, the food was amazing! The crab, mussels, cucumber…. Would definitely visit the place again!

Absolutely delicious seafood, I would defiantly recommend. The scallops and crab are must try.

Location on Lockhard Road Causeway Bay. Exit C1 Causeway Bay station, turn left (see McDonald's in front of exit C1). Keep going for about 300m. Since the restaurant is on the right, you can cross first; the direction is straight from McDonald's. From under the overpass, 100m away, there is signage Under Bridge Spicy Crab. You can also follow the gmap to get to this restaurant. There are plenty of tables and chairs for guests, both on the first floor and the second floor. At the front, there is a reception that will direct guests inside. Don't forget to ask for the English menu to make it easier to choose the menu. And a staff who somewhat understand English, will guide us to choose the menu. The best tea menu is spicy crab with several spicy levels. The crispy fried tofu is also very good. The skin is crispy but the meat is very soft inside. The salt chili fried squid is also not to be missed along with the sweet and spicy oyster sauce clams. After finishing the meal, a dessert such as taro soup which is not too sweet but delicious. Price $$$ $

First time trying the crabs and mantis shrimps were very tasty !!! The fried garlics preparation is out-of-the-world! Can also choose the spiciness level you desire! Very local HK restaurant and the service is fast!

Spicy crab, shrimp steamed with garlic, and chicken with veggie are all very delicious! Friend from Taiwan was very satisfied.

Arrived at 6.50pm to join the queue. Five tables ahead of me. I finally tasted the food at 9.20pm. Really incredible! Ordered their spicy garlic crab, mantis prawns, goose intestines and their signature fried rice. Only the spicy garlic crab was good. Mantis prawn were not very fresh. The rest was not even worth the trouble. Even though the spicy garlic crab was good, it’s not nearly as good as those that you can get in SE Asia. So maybe that’s why the restaurant is a hit with locals and PRC nationals.
