"Gelée of vegetable mousse and consommé is a much-requested dish. The ingredients vary with the season—white asparagus in spring, corn in summer, butternut squash in autumn, Jerusalem artichoke in winter—and are prepared with a light touch. Vegetables arrive from the chef’s parents in Ibaraki Prefecture. For the main course, pastry-wrapped pigeon or quail is a longstanding favourite. The number of dishes, arranged in a modern style, and the portions are adjusted to preference." - Michelin Inspector

I was shopping in Ginza and was looking for French food, every where was booked out. My friend looked up Une Pincee, and we made a reservation immediately. Upon entering we were happy to see that this restaurant is very intimate and also is a Michelin Guide Restaurant. We asked to do an Omakase Dinner, and were pleasantly surprised. Every dish had attention to detail and flavor. Texture and aromas were also highlighted. During the course of the dinner many customers who frequent the restaurant came in to dine, making the atmosphere even more invigorating. I highly suggest coming here and just leaving it to the Chef and his amazing team. I come to Japan twice a year for business and I will be back to enjoy dinner here again. Thank you to the team, and thank you for the last dinner in Tokyo! It was superb.

There are LOADS of French fine dinning places in Tokyo and this is definitely my favorite even after trying a couple of Michelin restaurants. They change menu once in a while with creative and seasonal dishes. Very good value for money and most importantly, every time I go, I feel they really cook with lots of passions and dedication to the meals they make. The chef and his two guys are very kind and friendly, so we always feel home eating there. My all time favorite is their rabbit pie. Honestly I haven’t tried better even in France so highly recommended. All other food is great so you can just choose freely as you like! ♥️♥️♥️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This French bistro is located in Higashi-Azabu. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. All dishes look and taste great, and the three chefs are dependable. You can use it for a date or dinner with friends without hesitation.

A very nice place in Higashiazabu. Small with only 14 seats, 1 table of 4 and 10 at the counter. French cuisine at its best, reasonable prices, the prices on the menu are for 2 servings. One small request: be a bit more generous with the drinks, pours are quite small.

Feels like an izakaya grabbing your plate directly from the chef over the counter, but the food is anything but. I especially liked the risotto. The Dario 2007 Merlot was super yum.

This is a rare and unknown gem in the sleepy suffer of Azabu Juban (Higashi Azabu shopping street). Opened at the start of 2020 this restaurant has survived Covid and thriving. Exceptional French dinner, casual quaint place.
