"Unframed serves Cape Town’s best ice cream, and was named the best ice cream parlor in the world (which seems like a hard call to make, but we’ll take it). The speculoos, blue coconut, and honeycomb are our favorites, and the vegan options are all on par with the dairy ones. They also post their flavors on Instagram every morning in case you need a few hours to think before committing to just one. There are two locations, one on Kloof Street and one in the Food Market at the Waterfront (this being one of the only two semi-reasonable reasons to go to the Waterfront other than the Watershed shops next door).
