Atmosphere: 7/10
UNI runs on an experimental, lab-like concept. The space is very small and intimate with just nine seats arranged around a mirrored bar counter. Music is at a good level and the setup emphasizes exclusivity, though it can feel constrained.
Drinks: 6.5/10
Recommendation: ABA
Menu design is creative but doesn’t provide enough information about the cocktails. The selection is small and strictly fixed to the menu. Each drink contains around 15 ingredients, and they offer a free shot if you can guess two correctly. While playful, the over-engineering dilutes individual flavors—cocktails come across as hit or miss. Coasters are nice, glassware is above average, but garnish and presentation are minimal.
Service: 8.5/10
Water is served on arrival, and complimentary snacks are provided. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations aren’t needed, but prices are significantly above average for Lisbon.
