Menu design is creative but doesn’t provide enough information about the cocktails. The selection is small and strictly fixed to the menu. Each drink contains around 15 ingredients, and they offer a free shot if you can guess two correctly. While playful, the over-engineering dilutes individual flavors—cocktails come across as hit or miss. Coasters are nice, glassware is above average, but garnish and presentation are minimal. Water is served on arrival, and complimentary snacks are provided. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations aren’t needed, but prices are significantly above average for Lisbon.

Sam & Marvin were awesome! Both are very friendly, welcoming, and sociable, and they gave great recommendations for other spots in town. This place draws a good crowd! Came here solo and it was easy to talk to the other bar goers. Lots of detail put into this bar, I honestly enjoyed how intimate the setup is. Coming from NYC I'm used to high cocktail prices, but this farm-to-cocktail concept is really quite unique and the flavors are complex. They do turn away customers if the bar is full, so make a reservation if you don't want to miss out. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Lisbon!

What a place! This was such a good experience. Thank you to our bartender. Brazilian guy - what a legend. We tried 3 different cocktails, all of them were amazing, and so different from what we’ve tried before. Looking forward to the next visit.

It feels like you entered a bar on a newly discovered planet! The menu is minimal and mysterious. A great place for people looking for adventure in liquid form. Another amazing creation from a talented female bar owner (her other 2 bars are also very worth the visit, both different in style and menu). Staff are knowledgeable and lovely. I can’t wait to go back on my next trip. Highly recommend. 💜

Very unique experience! Sam did an amazing job with the cocktails, I would recommend to try more than one cocktail. I really had a great time there, will definitely want to come back when I visit Lisbon again!

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, perfect for discovering some of the most creative cocktails I’ve ever tried. Each drink is crafted with natural ingredients and unique recipes, sometimes I had no idea what was in it, and it didn’t matter. It was always incredible!! Marvin is a true artist behind the bar and brings so much personality to the experience. If you’re into cocktails or just want something special while in Lisbon, this is the place to go!

The highlight of our trip was visiting Uni. Sam made us feel very welcome and served us the most fantastic cocktails made with fresh ingredients grown on the owners farm. The quality of the cocktails is excellent and it's almost impossible to guess even a couple of ingredients! A unique experience that I'd highly recommend

They charged me for a "no show" on a reservation I attended. When I reached out for a refund, they were anything but helpful. I was forced to contest the charges on my credit card - which were quickly refunded in my favor. Additionally, I thought part of the whole experience of going to a cocktail bar was watching the bartender actually make the cocktails. All of the cocktails are premade and simply poured into a glass. Very disappointing experience.
