Uni Uni is our go-to for fresh and delicious boba. The quality is consistently great, and the flavors are spot on. We especially love the taro milk tea—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to going here because I’ve seen their other locations around the city and they’re always busy. To be honest, I was a little disappointed by the menu and the boba. There were a few options and a few unique options but when I visited there was a lot that was greyed out that you couldn’t order. I got a basic black tea boba and found it to be lacking flavor and the tapioca pearls were also flavorless and not my cup of tea unfortunately. I’d give it another try but my first impression was not great sadly.

LOVE the new croffle they just released!! Taste really good 😊 The Oreo one was way better than I expected — crispy, chocolatey, and SO good with boba. 10/10 treat 💯🧇🍪

This place had the most delicious teas! Extensive menu, can't wait to go back and try something new! A bit on the sweet side, make sure you adjust the sweetness level to your liking!

The cup was not sealed and my drink leaked in my car. What's worse the boba tasted sour and seemed spoiled. Quite concerning. I love Uni Uni but I recommend visiting the China town store.

I got their signature milk tea with extra brown sugar boba. It was so yummy! With only one person working (that I could see), drinks came out reasonably quick too.

Nicest people and the most delicious drinks! Perfect thing to have on a warm day! Seriously- you HAVE to try the Croffle!!! I had to get a second one!

One of the BEST milk teas I've had!! Not based on quality of tea leaves or anything, but just cuz even the 100% sweet was the perfect amount, in addition to their super unique milk mochi topping. It felt a bit like pudding but more creamy, a bit like burrata texture?? Absolutely obsessed, and most boba stores don't have this topping as an option. It was holiday season, so you could add a $1 to get it served in an adorable gingerbread bottle. We got to pick our own mini crochet hat and scarf!! The drink came out very quickly and you order from a tablet. Perfect for pictures inside, the decor was so cute!

I've been to this place for the last couple of weeks and tried different beverages and they are amazing ! You should definitely try the mango smoothie :) It's also a really nice place to sit down and enjoy the music videos they're playing The service is also really good and the drinks take no longer than 6 min :)

Uni Uni will forever be one of my favorite boba restaurants. They have a great selection of flavors & toppings. But some of my favorite go too's are either a lychee or mango smoothie, as well as getting aloe or lychee jelly. I also like how all of their shops have a different look as far as graphics and colors but it still all matches up. The staff is always nice as well.

Solid tea and boba place. It's not large but it's great for grab and go. The service is fast and drinks are good. I recommend their fruit teas. They are delicious!

The place is very cute and trendy. The inside is nicely maintained and clean. The menus are visible and you can order from a kiosk on the side. The only negative comment is that I'm placing an order myself on a electric kiosk and at the end it asks for a tip and it won't let you proceed unless you select an amount or zero, which I think is a absurd. This was my first time here and I was craving bubble tea but my entire drink was $8, which is a bit on the pricier side for a fruit tea. Overall it was a good tea.

Not sure how I made it this long before EVER trying boba (???) but I'm happy that my first boba experience was here!! I got the signature milk tea (30% sweet) with tapioca pearls added. As one who doesn't like sweet coffee and tea, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this! The tea flavor was refreshing, I'm still trying to make up my mind about the texture of the tapioca pearls I liked how easy it was to order on the kiosk and the ability to customize the sweetness! Such a fun afternoon beverage for a Sunday :) very intrigued by their menu so I'm sure my curiosity will bring me back to try other drinks on their menu!

The service was nice, fast and easy. I popped in last Friday to grab a bubble tea and was even happier to see that this location has the limited gingerbread bottles. Had my favorite go to the brown sugar boba. Just the right amount of sweet and refreshing. Definitely will return again

I ordered a taro milk tea with coconut and no sugar added. This hit my craving that I had for some taro and coconut boba was a nice surprise. I had never had that flavor combo but it really worked out well!

Nothing to write home about here tbh. Solid tea but a little bit on the expensive side for my liking. Being from bay area / having spent a lot of time in Asia, I'm a little picky when it comes to tea. I would probably go here again since it's so close to my spot but pretty average. The workers were very nice! Ancient brown sugar milk tea - 2/5 taste was good but was barely iced and the boba didn't seem like all the way cooked, it was kind of hard in the middle.

Lots of fun fruit tea flavors! Would love to try more. Mine was a lychee peach green jasmine tea which came with lychee and mango jelly. Great refreshment on a hot day

So good!!! We picked up some boba using an Uber eats boho deal. We ordered the mango cloud cream and the oolong boba. Both equally delicious and our order was ready promptly. Thank you!

Visiting a friend in Chicago and was craving a refreshing drink, so we decided to stop by Uni Uni Tea. I ordered the watermelon passionfruit green tea (L size only) with honey boba & 80% sweetness. I'm not sure how much I tasted the notes of passionfruit but the watermelon taste was definitely prominent! I appreciated that it wasn't a jolly rancher, artificial type of watermelon flavor. Rather it tasted very fresh and even had small bits of watermelon inside. In terms of pricing, it is a bit steep (paid around $7.50), but I was pretty pleased with the drink overall. I would say it was comparable to boba shops in the San Gabriel Valley back in California. Not sure the next time I'll be in Chicago but if you're looking for a boba spot, I'd recommend checking Uni Uni Tea out.

I had a coffee based drink with boba, it was quite nice on a warmer day after going to the nearby art museum. Their system was down which made ordering difficult but they were kind and worked hard to get it restored, even to the length of getting my information to charge later, but then it came back up and they gave me a little discount. Small but nice interior, I took it to go. Cute Uni decor

My new favorite bubble tea shop in Chicago! Great location and is very convenient if you want to swing by after a meal in Lincoln Park. Uni Uni has all the standard options -- milk teas, fruit teas, etc. -- and also Yakult drinks which are the standouts for me. We ordered a few different drinks to try and my favorite was the Peach Watermelon Jasmine Green Tea with Yakult which I paired with lychee jelly. Like most bubble tea shops, you place your order at the kiosk and can choose all your customizations. However, if you need some assistance, the staff can also help take your order and give suggestions.

Love this spot, so many options!! Got the taro milk tea with cheese foam. The cheese foam was so light and fluffy, really added to flavor of milk tea. My friends loved their drinks too, especially the fruit tea.

Anytime I can get boba I'm happy. Here the options are plentiful and that's part of my problem. Notice I said my problem. This place is the boba version of Starbucks where ordering coffee or in this case boba requires thought. Options on your drink is a good thing, except when your picks don't complement each other. Also my fault, I did not specify I wanted boba, but they didn't ask either. The ice on the smoothie could have been crushed a little more. On a positive note, we came at 8pm it was already closed. They opened for us. For that I am eternally grateful. Listen Lincoln Park patronized this place they just opened - support your local business.

Not a great time. I felt like a burden walking in when the staff was preoccupied on their phones. Asked about desserts: they have one option - for a moment I thought I was silly for assuming they would have more until I left and confirmed their sign said "tea and desserts." The staff recommended the sesame tea latte, I got it with no boba (I LOVE tea but tapioca doesn't agree with me). After a few sips I asked if the drink had espresso in it. They said "no - it's just milk" "I spent $7 on a cup of milk" "yeah" "but it's a latte?" "Yeah idk why corporate calls it that - I can put espresso in it if you'd like" and they did... Honestly I was extremely disappointed I didn't go to the Starbucks on the corner instead.

3.5/5 Jasmine Milk Tea with grass jelly and 30% sugar [3/5] - It felt like I was drinking 90% milk and 10% tea. I go back and forth between 30/50% sweetness, but I would have preferred 50% in this case. Brown Sugar Milk Tea with 50% sugar [4/5] - This one was really good! I liked that the tea flavor was strong enough to complement the brown sugar and milk in the drink. Would definitely recommend this one. It's nice that there's a reward program (buy 10 drinks, get one free). I would need to see if there is free wifi next time.

Love this addition to the neighborhood. You can order at the kiosk or the counter. There are lots of choices on the menu with varying levels of sweetness and topping options. We loved our first teas and cannot wait to return!

Pretty good boba spot in Chicago! My hubby and I just got to Lincoln Park and was going to grab a coffee, but I saw a picture of a boba out of the corner of my eye and I knew we had to go here! This place is cute - lots unicorn decor. You can order at the front with the guy or order on the machine. I'm a fan of talking to someone and ordering so we did. He was really nice and friendly. I got a Lychee Jasmine Latte Green Tea with boba, hubby got the grapefruit green tea with boba. Drinks were good, boba had a nice texture. Overall a cool spot!

We stopped by Uni Uni Tea after eating nearby. We ordered the Signature Milk Tea and the Yulu Oolong Milk Tea. Both have a nice, strong tea flavor. I tried Osmanthus Tea Jelly for the first time and it was really good! Sugar and ice levels are fully customizable and ordering was fast via the kiosks. Overall, good experience!

Opened late. At the kiosk, told us to order at counter. When said we were ready because then ignored us. Said to order at kiosk after several others had done so. Then told it would be an additional 15 minutes because they needed to prep. Even though they were serving other customers. Bizarre and rude experience.

This place is so good! I tried a few drinks from the menu and was never disappointed. My favorite toppings are the cheese foam and the classic tapioca/boba. Favorite drink is probably the pineapple tea since I dont typically see that flavor elsewhere. The price point is comparable to what you would expect for a bubble tea place so no complaints here. The only thing that could be improved is that - 20 mins after opening on a weekend, the tapioca was still not ready and I was told it would be a 20 minutes wait before their tapioca would be ready. Luckily I no longer live right down the street since it would be dangerous for me to live so close to a bubble tea place such as this one.

We ordered 5 items today with my nieces. Mango smoothies, brown sugar milk tea, fruit tea...They were so good! She was nice at register. At first, they made 2 strawberry smoothies instead of mango by mistake. They fixed it. My brown sugar milk tea was delicious. I'm not from Chicago so if I'm nearby I'll be back.

Yummy and fresh! Great service. There was a bit of a wait because they were so busy but they were able to serve us quickly and accurately.

We came in 5 min before closing and i know as much as an asshole as that makes us seem they treated us with a smile and we truly appreciate that.

Great boba, it's ready within a couple of minutes. I always get their brown sugar boba, which never gets old, so I haven't tried anything else. But, I am tempted to, since their menu has a ton of great options.

Thank goodness this cute new boba spot opened up in LP! Delicious options and fast, friendly service. Really appreciate being able to adjust the sweetness level, even with the fruit smoothies. Will keep coming back for sure!

I ordered brown sugar milk tea and oreo cheese foam with mint and they were so yummy. I love the soft tapioca there but it might taste better if you put 30-50% sugar.

This might just be my new favorite boba place... the varieties are endless! My favorite toppings include the white peach oolong tea jelly, honey red bean, grass jelly, soy milk pudding, and others-- many of which you can't find at other shops. The popcorn chicken is also delicious and not too spicy or salty. One area I would suggest for improvement is to make sure all 30% sugars are consistent among drinks-- sometimes it feels like the fruit teas taste extra sweet even with only 30%, whereas that seems to be the perfect level of sweetness for milk teas. Overall delicious and can't wait to try more!

One of my favorite bubble tea places in Chicago! So happy they opened a location in Lincoln park. The soy milk bubble tea is the best!
