The food was delicious and the cashier was kind but the overall hygiene was unacceptable The dining area was full of flies tables were dirty stained with sauces The soda machine was broken and the restroom was unusable Condiment boxes were scattered around making the place messy This poor hygiene seriously affected the dining experience I hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness

The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently well-prepared, with perfectly grilled patties and soft, toasted buns and crispy sides. Each bite feels gourmet without being pretentious. The service is fast, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Staff make you feel welcome and ensure orders are accurate and timely. The atmosphere is clean, casual, and inviting — ideal for both a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner.

I usually always order out and am never disappointed. Prices are decent considering the quality (but I only order when they have a special on Doordash otherwise it is pricey for the size in my opinion…) I always order cheeseburgers with extra bacon it’s delicious! Their Uniburger sauce is really good too. Their fries are delicious, I ordered last night around 3am and they were just perfect super crispy and tasty! Love the poutine but when you order out they put the sauce on the side which is a good thing so jot everything is soggy but if the delivery takes a while the sauce tends to thicken in not the best way. Would love a little extra cheese on the poutine as well.

Tried the chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food and great service. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location due to the poor customer service from the cashier. He had a long beard and seemed completely unable to communicate effectively in English, which made the entire transaction frustrating and confusing. Basic questions were not understood, and instead of trying to help, he appeared disinterested and dismissive.It’s essential for front-facing staff to have at least a basic grasp of English, especially when dealing with customers. This kind of service really brings down the overall experience and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training or re-evaluates staff assignments.

Simple menu with great burger. Their combos for only 13.99 comes with a burger with two patties, fries and a drink. The patties are juicy and soft, which goes well with their buns. The uniburger sauce brings a hint of sweetness and unique flavors which adds on the tastiness of the burger. The fries are crispy and well salted. Along with their milkshake, the whole meal was a delight.

I'm not into frozen meat burgers like most places have.. not naming any. These Burgers are incredible.. if not the best in the 514. The poutine sauce comes in a little cup so you can reheat it when your order arrives instead of getting a cold poutine 👍

Our first restaurant on our visit to Montreal. My daughter and I truly enjoyed this place. The poutine was FANTASTIC and our burgers were excellent. Some may think they are a bit on the smaller side, but I’m a Big Mama and I was completely full after this meal. I love their specialty sauce on the burger. Great service as well. Hard to find a parking spot, but worth it.
