Unico Gelato & Caffè

There is no authentic and good tasting gelato in my home province in Canada, the only examples I had was from a market stand when I was a little girl that long since shut down. This place flooded me with beautiful memories when my mother and I visited late Nov 2025. We went twice during our trip, the first time I got a scoop of mango and of dark chocolate and it was so heavenly that I had to tell the server and he shared in my excitement. The second time I believe I got the mint chocolate chip and it was also great. I wanted to go again to taste even more flavours but we sadly didn't have the opportunity. Still, I would gladly sail the atlantic ocean to have more if I get the chance some day. Highly recommend! Top recommended flavour: the dark chocolate. It was extremely deep, smooth, and still plenty sweet.

We went to buy ice cream recommended by a friend .. there is a wide variety of flavours to choose from . Luca was very kind & let us taste a few to decide what to pick Pistachio was delicious I will definitely recommend it . Also tried the apple crumble & pop corn flavours and they were very nice but weird 😜 They had pastries & cakes , coffee & teas Indoor & Outdoor seating area , very bright lighting inside . Staff were very friendly and shop was super clean so they really deserve 5 🌟 & very good food hygiene rate !!

Tasty authentic gelato and sorbets in many flavours. Not too sweet and the texture is amazing. I had the chocolate and stracciatella. Very well maintained premises and ambient environment. The staff were super friendly and served with a smile. Ps. Grab a spoon with your cone on a hot day. It melts very quickly.

Amazing customer service! Thank you for the lovely manager and staff at the Holland Park branch. Went out of their way to ensure my cake made it home in one piece after an hour and 20 mins journey, glad to say the cake made it back in one piece. Highly recommended.

The Best Ice Cream I’ve Ever Had – Especially the Mint! This place absolutely blew me away. I’ve had a lot of ice cream in my life, but nothing comes close to this. I tried the mint flavour, and it was unreal perfectly creamy with a fresh, natural mint taste (not that artificial stuff). It had just the right balance of sweetness and coolness, and the chocolate chips were delicious. You can really tell they care about their ingredients and their craft. The texture was smooth and luxurious. The shop itself was clean, cozy, and had great vibes, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The brunette lady was so sweet and even let me try a couple of flavours, I will go back to get her name. This is my number one treat in Holland Park. L x

The gelato here is probably the best I’ve had in London. I’ve never tasted anything so smooth and flavorful anywhere else. I highly recommend going for a double scoop of dark chocolate and pistachio. The two flavors blend together perfectly and taste absolutely amazing. It’s definitely a must-try for anyone who loves gelato!

Unico in Holland Park is a fantastic place to indulge in delicious Italian gelato and desserts.
