"Looking to an early June debut, local caterer and food truck Afro Fusion is expanding into its first brick-and-mortar location, bringing a uncommon West African menu to the westside. Specializing in Liberian dishes and promising the “ultimate African dining experience,” the restaurant has been sharing online previews of its future menu, designed for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. Located at the intersection of Alta and Buffalo Drives, Afro Fusion takes over a light-filled, 2,369-square-foot corner space, previously occupied by the Call Me Cake soul food restaurant and the Southern Style Eatery. Expanding on a food truck menu that includes fufu and soup, fish and chicken gravy, jollof rice and attiéké, diners can also expect chicken gizzards, rice with oxtail, a Senegalese fish dish known as tchep, pigs in a blanket sausages wrapped in dough, pineapple upside down cake and the mashed plantain creation foutou banane with peanut soup." - Bradley Martin

Small boutique full of beautiful garments. I shopped here for the first time, I was looking for a constructed head wrap w/ matching mask for a birthday gift. A really nice lady brought out several patterns for me to choose from. I selected a lovely purple, multi green and blue pattern set. The birthday girl LOVED IT! Very pleasant shopping experience with great Ghanaian Gospel music playing in the background. Check this place out for yourself!

Nice and groovy atmosphere, the owner helped out my old man with suggestions for a set of clothes the day before I stopped by. She then recommended that same set with another outfit as a backup gift for his birthday. Overall helpful and bombastic styles that help you stand out!

I put something on hold for five days. When I can to get my deposit back she pointed to a sign said no refunds. She didn’t tell me that I would not get my refund back. I also brought my friend with me. She was going to buy something but the way unit was treating me she wasn’t going to give her a dime. Trust me I won’t be back. Unit u should tell your customers about no refunds. The sign is almost hidden behind clothes on wall.

I drove around and located the shop but as I got there the shop was closed. I'm from GA and wanted to buy fabric that I could not find back home. This suck.

Yelp
If I could give this business no stars I would. A few weeks ago I went to this business to buy a tunic/dashiki to wear to church. I was greeted by a lady who I found out later was the owner. I found a shirt I liked and asked how much she told me $80 I thought it was a little much but I thought what the heck I am supporting a black business. I paid the money and they took a while to process the payment they told me they were having a hard to printing the receipt. I thought that was strange but didn't think anything of it. I finally realized the husband and wife were the owners. Fast forward after running other errands I got home and noticed a written receipt that said 2 piece which I thought was strange when I opened the bag I noticed a pair of pants in the bag also. I than realized she had charged me $80 for pants and a shirt of which I never tried on any pants nor did I tell her I wanted pants. I called the store and the lady answered I told her I did not want the pants I only wanted a shirt she told me if I didn't like the pants to give them to someone else. I would highly NOT recommend patronizing this business as the owners are clearly scam artist focuses on a quick dollar as opposed to good business. According to the owners per our phone conversation all shirts come with pants and everything is sold in sets which is not posted anywhere in the store. Bottom line save your money and go to other places that won't take advantage of you or treat you differently. Do not I repeat do not support this business as they do not care about there customers. I will NOT be back to this business and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
