OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite.  Follow Truck Route. Several truck restrictions are nearby.  When leaving, tight right turn after active Railroad track. NO Truck Stop parking nearby. No Parking on the side street. Gated facility: use intercom to call the S & R office for entry.  Open:  24/7. Take 2nd entrance. There are plenty of signs to direct route.  First Come, first serve (FCFS). Busy location. Plenty of space, manageable to maneuver.  Good lighting at this location.  Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The portable bathroom is available next to the S & R office.  Tandems to the rear before entry.  Must have Hi-Visibilty vest. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.

Very long unloading time, 3 docks for unloading but they sent all drivers to door 13. 2 hours as minimum for each truck to be empty. Appointment only.

Delivery. By appointment only . People in security shack very nice and very informative . Unloading time about 30-40 minutes. No overnight parking, but you can look area around , maybe you can find some parking. Thanks.

Show up at appointment time. Easy in and out. Easy peasy. Great people. Can’t wait to deliver again.

Easy in & out they took only 45 minutes to unload my trailer and the security guards were really Helpful

Good company, the female security guard is very nice and explained how to get to my dock, they started unloading right away. One minus is that there is no night parking.

Receiving crew don't show up until 7: 00a.m .. Check in 30 minutes prior to appointment..No overnight parking..
