Google
Finally, a local spot that does biscuits and gravy without sausage...and does it right. If you’re a biscuit-and-gravy lover who’s vegetarian or vegan, this place is a must. The gravy is rich, flavorful, and satisfying without relying on meat, which is surprisingly hard to find done well. Beyond that, the menu has a great variety: eggs, sweet options, savory plates. So there’s something for everyone. I’ve been here several times now, and the food is consistently delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned, all at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is clean, chic, and welcoming. It’s kid-friendly, perfect for meeting up with friends, or even settling in to get some work done from the café. Highly recommend checking it out! You’ll thank me. 😉 bonus tip, you have to try their hot sauce. Forgive me, I can’t remember the name but you'll know what I'm talking about when you ask for it. 🌶😊

Google
Don't believe these over hyped reviews. The biscuits aren't light, fluffy, or buttery. They use cheap bacon that doesn't taste smoky or flavorful. Their gravy has an orange tinge and isn't tasty at all. You order at the counter then they bring you the food if you can find a table.

Google
This place was very good! They have a gluten sensitive menu and the biscuits are awesome! The owner was there when I ordered and I really wanted French toast but I’m gluten sensitive so I can’t eat a whole flour based biscuit she was willing to work with me to make a gluten free biscuit in the French toast batter (warning: if you have an actual gluten allergy you can’t do this!!! I’m only intolerant so cross contamination doesn’t bother me drastically but their gluten free biscuits are fantastic without doing this!). Everything was clearly fresh and made to order. You order at the counter then sit down and they bring the food to you.

Google
I’ve been to Union Biscuit couple times and it never disappoints. This time I brought my parents for Saturday brunch, and even though it was packed, we were seated fairly quickly and served hot food in no time. There was a small mix-up with our order, but our server Ether and the owner, Honey, went above and beyond to make it right—even treating us to the most amazing blueberry bread pudding! The service was warm and attentive, and the food was as delicious as always. Highly recommend! ❤️

Google
Great spot for breakfast or brunch! A little pricy but the portions were very generous. Moved to Vegas from the south and this is the closest I’ve gotten to true southern biscuits. We both got chicken sandwiches (Nashville hot and regular) and they were delicious! We also tried the biscuit French toast and I WILL be heading back for that!

Google
Union Biscuit is a newer spot over at The Bend off of Sunset and Durango, and it’s already always packed, and for good reason. The place has a really fashionable vibe when you walk in, super clean, and everything on the menu leans toward fresh, green, and healthy without losing that comfort-food feel. Breakfast and lunch are their main thing, and biscuits are involved in a lot of dishes, but you can still get your bacon, eggs, and hash browns if you want something more traditional. I ordered the shrimp and cheese grits, and honestly, it was excellent! The grits had this Cajun-style sauce with cheese and green peppers, and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly. Not your standard Vegas breakfast, but it definately worked for me. I like how their system runs, first you grab a menu upon entering, order at the counter, and then the staff takes it from there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and made sure coffee, water, and food were right on point! One thing to know: if you show up around lunch or brunch, expect a line. People literally wait outside to get in to Union Biscuit. Everything is made from scratch, no reheated, packaged food, which makes the wait worth it. Definitely a place worth trying. I gave it 5 stars. Very cool concept with delicious food! High chairs are available for children. There is also outdoor seating for those not so hot temperature days.

Google
Really cool breakfast spot, the biscuits were fresh and the portions were massive. The service was good, very attentive. I got the spicy pork grits, this dish had some creamy grits, some nice pork and an apple kimchi slaw it seemed. Good dish overall, next time I’ll get a biscuit breakfast sandwich they were huge and looked amazing, but for today tried something new. Cool experience would go back.

Google
I was in town for a conference and stopped by here for brunch…so glad I did! The service was on point, from quickly bussing tables to taking orders and checking in throughout the meal. It really made the experience feel thoughtful and well-run. Aether was my server and she is the sweetest thing; much praise to her! She was warm, attentive, and just made the whole visit feel extra special. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the French toast with fruit, so yummy! And the honey iced coffee was hands-down my favorite. I still think about it. It tasted amazing all on its own, no need to add anything. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Yelp
Union Biscuit is really inviting. It's well lit in the interior, which is clean with comfortable seats. The menu is easy to peruse with diverse items, mostly in the form of sandwiches between 2 biscuit halves. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Zenaida Valdez was exceptional. She was personable and seemed to actually care that we had a great dining experience. Fountain drinks are Coca-Cola products (yeah!) from a clean dispenser with properly stocked accessories. We had a Nashville Biscuit sandwich and a Fried Chicken sandwich. Both were tasty; had a variety of textures; and, a perfectly baked biscuit. The sausage gravy was served on the side as requested. The various components of each sandwich had good flavor and proper texture, except for the gravy. It was thin with chunks of sausage. Flavor was meh. We love Black Bear Diner biscuits & gravy. These biscuits were as good or better than BBD. The gravy was quite poor in comparison with BBD. On a lessor note, the cost was in line with most worthy breakfast restaurants, which nowadays is expensive due to rising overhead costs. $36 pre-tip. Would we eat here again? Maybe.

Yelp
Beyond anything I expected. I'm talking Bed, Bath and wait, that placed closed down. Or did it? Anyways, back to how incredible Union Biscuit is . . . It is NOT just Biscuits. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't order it. What that means is that you NEED to also order other tasty menu items. Order the breakfast sausage. If you're expecting to get the standard breakfast patty, you'll be surprised to get this well seasoned, smashed burger style breakfast sausage patty instead. And definitely get an order of the beignets (really it should be more like two orders). Have you ever had a funnel cake? If you have, then I needn't say anymore. And if you haven't, then get ready for light, fluffy chewy interior and a crisp, crunchy, fried exterior. Then there's a side of caramel for dipping or pouring over. It's also served with a lemon curd that is equally delicious. Oh yeah, the secret menu is trying it with the berry compote - contrasting, cool, sweet jam, and fresh fried beignets will have you clamoring for more. Service is prompt and pleasant. I especially liked the self serve coffee spot since I will binge copious amounts of it when eating beignets. Ambiance is interesting. It's weird - like a fast food sit down place with plenty of room but still cozy and warm (probably because of the food they serve). In short, Union Biscuit is pretty awesome.

Yelp
Cute little biscuit-themed breakfast spot with quick service and a bright, warm vibe inside. It can get busy and a little louder later in the morning, but the food comes out fast. If you prefer a quieter breakfast time, they open at 7:00am! If you're not super hungry or have a smaller appetite, the traditional biscuit order could be enough to share between two people. The gravy is on the heavier side and loaded with onions, so keep that in mind if you don't like onions. The menu also includes gluten free and vegan options for those who might prefer it. We ordered biscuits and gravy, PB&J biscuit sandwich and the French toast. All were delicious including the drip coffee and fresh orange juices we got. Easy to navigate parking nearby, early opening hours, tasty food all around, homemade spreads (honey butter, maple bacon butter, pepper jelly, blueberry jam and more!) and they have a handful of options to satisfy any breakfast needs! I love trying biscuits and gravy at different spots in town and am happy that Union Biscuit is a solid spot for a casual breakfast.

Yelp
Tie place was fantastic all around! Workers were very kind, attentive and willing to offer recommendations on the menu. You order at the counter but they came around multiple times to check on us and refill our waters. I had better service here than I've had at many sit down restaurants. Much appreciated! The menu is fun and offers traditional delights as well as more fusion and unique items, definitely making this a spot all can enjoy. I tried the Korean fried chicken biscuit and wow did that amaze my tastebuds. The flavor was great and the biscuit was so soft and fluffy. If you order just a biscuit they're $4 or $5 and come with a big heaping of honey butter. Yum. They do offer gluten free biscuits and options. Ambiance was upbeat and welcoming. Love the open windows. Inviting layout. I do want to come back and try more yummies!

Yelp
Decently sized menu. Not so much one it that you have too much trouble picking what you want. Prices are very nice considering the density of the orders. ( you will get full even if you think you won't ) Bright and inviting atmosphere. Also a very cute and compact small diner feel. Def a good start to the morning to wake you up. Pleasant colors that keep you feeling calm. It's interesting what color and lighting can do to the nervous system and feel of a place. I got the egg n cheese biscuit. 2 eggs over easy perfectly cooked. Looking at it you wouldn't think it's as soft and incredibly fluffy yet perfectly dense it is. It's hit my top 3 and I have eaten biscuits every state and country I go to. We also got the French toast... pleasant sunrise it was also in biscuit form and OMG a must get! It was SOoooo good. Never had that before. Had croissant French toast but not biscuit and this was cooked to perfection sooooo number 1 French toast I had in my life thus far! The hashbrowns on the 3 egg were incredible visually and tasting! I would hands down go back again and again and bring fam. Best breakfast I had in a while. Loved it.

Yelp
Excellent! finally a great breakfast spot in southwest, the biscuits are made with real butter, the sausage is made fresh in house, great service and the manager Lauren was very friendly, definitely recommend and will return

Yelp
We're not locals and stumbled upon this place on a rainy day--such a great find. Inside, the space is bright, cozy, and welcoming. You order at the counter first, then you're seated. While we waited, my son had an orange juice that tasted fresh and natural. He also ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, which came with a side of velvety, creamy whipped cream that was delicious on its own. We shared the fried chicken biscuit with mushroom gravy--crispy, juicy, and flavorful chicken, a flaky, buttery biscuit, and rich, creamy mushroom gravy with great depth. The standout dish, hands down, was the Korean spicy pork grits. The grits were perfectly creamy, paired with a light, refreshing slaw with apples, and every component complemented each other beautifully. Too bad we don't live nearby--otherwise, we'd be back often. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I've only had great brunches here since Union Biscuit opened. They have biscuits and gravy, biscuit sandwiches, breakfast combos, French toast, pancakes, plus gluten-free and vegan biscuits. Don't skip the candied bacon, which is great for sharing. The staff is welcoming and they check on you during your meal, which I always appreciate. It does get busy on the weekends, so I've learned to come on the weekdays if possible or right when they open on the weekends.

Yelp
I had heard several good things about this place, so honestly I expected to be disappointed but these just might be the best biscuits in town and that is a fully baked opinion. The vibe is kind of chill, when you walk in, you have to immediately place your order, then you get seated and your food comes out to you. Due to this seating arrangement, I would recommend that you come in prepared. Food wise, items ordered were the biscuits and gravy, the classic sandwich and an extra biscuit because there's nothing wrong with a little treat. With the biscuits and gravy, there is the option of sausage or mushroom gravy, I tried the sausage and it was . The classic Sandwich is egg + cheese so if you want a full sandwich you'll have to order a side of your chosen protein. If you're fully after carbs, you can order a side biscuit and you get your choice of several types of butter. These range from apple butter, pimento, spicy jelly and a few others. I tried the apple butter and the honey butter. Overall this is a made to order kitchen and it was all super tasty. They also have non biscuit options and vegan options. I'm super looking forward to trying out the beignets in my future visit.

Yelp
Decided to come in for breakfast this morning after hearing how popular this place has been. I tried to come before but it was super slammed, so today we arrived early to beat the crowd. I'm glad we did because as soon as we sat down, the crowd arrived! The place immediately felt like home. Very bright, well lit, and welcoming. The employees were warm and friendly, which set a great tone for the visit. For food, I ordered the Breakfast Club with no avocado and an egg over medium. My honey ordered the French Sausage, added an egg over hard, and got a fresh squeezed orange juice. I got the apple juice. We both added a side of hash browns. My honey didn't realize his dish was a biscuit sandwich, so he pulled it apart to avoid syrup on his hands, but he loved it. My biscuit sandwich was fire. Taking the avocado off was the right move for me. Everything tasted homemade, from the biscuit to the smashed sausage. So delicious! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
We had a delectible breakfast at Union Biscuit on Sunday! My first time there I opted to go basic in order to really try the biscuits and ordered the 3 egg breakfast. The biscuits were large, fluffy, & tasty. I really enjoyed the honey and apple butters as well. The eggs were cooked perfectly and for $3 you can get coffee with free refills (self serve). The fresh fruit was an ample serving of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and oranges which were indeed fresh and flavorful. The menu offers a selection of vegan and gluten-free options, which is great. You order from the counter and they assign a table. Despite being quite busy, we were seated right away and our food came out fast and hot. I will be visiting again to try the breakfast sandwiches and beignets!

Yelp
This place is super cute near ikea. Homemade biscuits and whipped butter of all flavors. Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was very good. But beware some of them are bigger than a Big Mac (see picture)! Definitely worth it!
google avatar

Cheryll R.

Yelp
I'm giving this 4 stars, but it really should be 3 1/2. LOCATION: Across the street from Ikea. PROS: Nice atmosphere, comfortable seating inside, beautiful patio, nice window view to the outside areas. The coffee was excellent! SERVICE: Very friendly when talking your order and delivering your food. DRINKS (i.e. coffee/Lavazza, waters, sodas) are self Service at a counter with creamers etc. FOOD: Mediocre. I ordered a side of 2 scrambled eggs and bacon crispy. Unfortunately the bacon was more beef jerky like, and some parts were still fatty? The eggs were just ok, nothing special. The coffee was excellent! PRICES: Prices were great for ordering sides!

Yelp
I just placed an order on Postmates after blindly discovering Union Biscuit in my recommendations. I don't know what I did to deserve this blessing in my food algorithm, but all those good choices led me here and I am so happy. I ordered the KFC biscuit sandwich with the gochujang sauce and buttermilk ranch on the side. I saw reviews saying the sauce made the chicken soggy and due to delivery I didn't want to chance it. The chicken without the sauce is so good. The batter is definitely seasoned before frying. I added the gochujang sauce and the sandwich was next-level with the slaw and biscuit symphony. (The gochujang sauce was cold, wasn't expecting that. I did try it cold and then warmed up to release the flavors more. Better warmed up) The biscuit is fluffy, buttery, sturdy, yet soft and just everything a biscuit should be. Even through delivery. I can only imagine them on site. Overall, Union gets a 5. Delivering biscuits is already risky. Adding toppings is a whole other beast and Union has slayed!

Yelp
I am not the best person to review a biscuit specialty place. I don't think I've ever ordered it before and I was not fed this when I was a youngster. it wasn't part of our breakfast routine. I came here on the advice of some Yelp friends. When you walk in, you take a menu or just peruse it. You then go down the counter to give one of the workers your order. After ordering and paying, you're given a number for the table. Seat yourself anywhere and they'll bring your order. It was a very short time when my order was brought. I rate the experience as OK. It was their plain biscuits and gravy--nothing daring. It was good and it was a lighter breakfast compared to an omelette with toast.. This was much less filing which was what I wanted. I had forgotten to order coffee. The woman who brought my breakfast gfot me a cup full and I paid for it with her hand held card/Apple Pay reader. Very convenient. Service was quick and pleasant. The staff made me feel very welcome. Had I read Rod U.'s review before I went, perhaps I would have ordered something a bit different, but I was satisfied with the plain biscuits ands gravy. I'll remain an omelette/Benedict breakfast person.

Yelp
I wish there me u was a little bigger, but I was SO pleasantly surprised. I went in thinking I was just going to a cheap little diner. This was totally different. The biscuits were light and fluffy. I got the pbj biscuit sandwich and it was amazing. Not too sweet, not overly messy, and the bacon was delicious. My husband got the chicken sandwich I thought about getting and I was so happy with mine that I didn't even want to try his. Which he was happy about because he ate it up. He also said it was probably the second best biscuit he has ever had at a restaurant. Anyway love it and will be returning!

Yelp
We came to Union Biscuit on a Sunday morning as a group of three. It was definitely busy, but we were still able to get a table without waiting, which was a nice surprise. The setup is order-at-the-counter style, and then they give you a table number. The biscuits are the star here--really delicious and satisfying. Everyone in our group agreed they do them really well. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which tasted good overall, though the cheese on it was oddly only half melted, so that threw me off a bit. On the flip side, I tried the mushroom gravy and ended up liking it a lot more than I expected--it paired perfectly with the biscuit. That said, the atmosphere isn't the most comfortable. We sat in a booth, and all three of us found it awkward--the backs are really upright and not very padded. On top of that, the place feels pretty cramped, and it gives off the vibe that you should eat quickly and move on rather than hang out and relax. If you're looking for a laid-back brunch spot where you can linger, this probably isn't it. Overall, Union Biscuit gave us a good enough breakfast experience. The biscuits make it worth trying, even if the comfort and atmosphere aren't the strongest points.
google avatar

Chris J.

Yelp
Amaaazing food. So glad we found this spot on our drive to Dennys. This was the obvious better choice. The biscuits are astounding. Super soft but crispy on the exterior, all full of flavor. I personally ordered Biscuits and gravy, and the classic egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. Both amazing. The pricing for the food is very fair as well.
google avatar

Kerry K.

Yelp
My husband and I grabbed a biscuit from Union Biscuit a few times when we were in Vegas. The biscuit was great. We got the Korean fried chicken one. I think the gochujang overpowered the rest of it a little so my only recommendation is to lighten up on that.
google avatar

Alexandra N.

Yelp
I'm dreaming about coming back here once I burn off enough calories to justify coming back. I don't remember the last time I was impressed with the food from a new restaurant in Vegas. The biscuits are huge, and everything is made freshly in-house. While im not a fan of the order at the counter, and have someone "kinda" there as a your server, the service was friendly from everyone who was working. There aren't enough tables for the Sunday morning rush if you want a seat inside so i recommend coming before 8:30 on weekends!
google avatar

Victoria K.

Yelp
Went back and the food was just as amazing. The favorite was the sweet potato pancake and it is absolutely delish. Service was super simple and fast. They made a mistake, but the owner came over and apologized. She was the absolute sweetest, and honestly we probably wouldn't have noticed it. Ambiance is still super bright and beautiful!

Yelp
This place is A.mazing!! From staff to their lovely biscuits! It looked like we would have to wait for a table, but that wasn't the case! Great place and everything was clean! Highly recommend

Yelp
We were looking for a spot to grab breakfast and wanted to stay close to home and came across this spot. The reviews and menu looked good so we decided to go for it. We walked in and it was busy. There are menus in a bin for you grab and look at when you walk in and then once you know what you want you go to the counter to place your order. They give you a table number and you find that table and they bring the food to you when it's ready. They had some cute signs on the walls and one that was a good photo opp. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was delicious! I would definitely get that again. My husband had a regular eggs, bacon, hash brown and biscuit breakfast and he love it. My son had the pb&j biscuit sandwich. I tried a bite and it was very different. He enjoyed it. I've never had chicken with peanut butter and jelly before. The coffee was good and they walked around topping off your mug while you eat. Everyone's plate was clean and our belly's were full when we left. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
Stopped by for brunch with friends Pros - great interior with fantastic natural light for brunch. Super friendly and quick service. I got the fried chicken with pancakes and it was so good with juicy chicken and fluffy pecan pancakes. The biscuits were amazing as well drenched in their rich gravy. Cons - none! Definitely a beautiful and delicious place for brunch with family and friends.

Yelp
These biscuits are so so good! The house made blueberry jam is the best I've ever eaten....better than my mom's! I ordered shrimp and grits with a biscuit on the side. It was really good. Hubs got the chicken fried chicken breakfast.....it was huge. He couldn't eat it all. The ordering process is a little unusual but it worked. Walked through the door and there is a sign explaining the process. You get a menu, order at the counter, a server shows you where to sit and they serve your food. It was quite efficient. The seating area is typical fast food style. It is small inside and tables are close together. Booths were very narrow. Took off 1 star because the seating feels very cramped.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here around 8:45am on a Saturday because my friends said it's too crowded later in the day. We ordered at the counter and were shown to a table after. I got the fried chicken biscuit sandwich and my friend got biscuit with eggs. Nothing special, decent and exactly what you expect. We finished eating around 9:30/10am and there was a long line to order. I personally wouldn't go back, but if you're into biscuit and gravy then you'd like it.

Yelp
The perfect UNION of flour and butter!!! I love me a good biscuit and Union Biscuit more than satisfied the carb lover in me!!! Their biscuits are so buttery good and not dry at all....cuz come on, no one likes a dry biscuit. I am already looking foward to going back to get plain biscuits in all their glory!! We split the Nashville Fried Chicken sandwich and the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich! They were tasty in their own ways and I would get them again! Loved trying a new to me hot sauce too, Zab's Datil Pepper Hot Sauce! The strawberry shortcake is their seasonal summer dessert, as well as their summer lemonade! Both the lemonade and shortcake were a hit!! Get it while you can! The interior is bright and modern (love the color scheme) and there are cute little sayings posted so don't miss them! ;) Service was absolutely wonderful and the music (90s playlist) made my inner child so happy while pigging out on biscuits! Union Biscuit, I think you and I got a new union started here!! I will be back to try more of the menu items! :)

Yelp
Came here Sunday for brunch! The restaurant was really clean and the staff were friendly. There was a short line. This spot is an order at the register first then be seated after. You have to wait for a table to open up before the waiters seat you. We got the French toast, orange juice, biscuit and gravy, and fried chicken biscuit with an egg. The biscuits weren't too dry and were really good! Would come back again to try the other items.
google avatar

Carolynn G.

Yelp
The best biscuits and gravy are here! The biscuits were fluffy and moist and pairs perfectly with their sausage gravy. It was so good and still tasted just as good as leftovers as well! Came around 12pm during a holiday weekend and they were pretty busy for their small restaurant. The line was at the door when we arrived so maybe about a 15 min wait. When you arrive, you have to wait in line to order and pay first and then the server will find you a table to sit at if you're dining in. We ordered: -Biscuits and Gravy: 5/5. *must order* it's their specialty so you can't go wrong. I tried the sausage gravy and the mushroom gravy but I prefer the sausage gravy. -Korean Fried Chicken: 5/5. I didn't get to try it but my picky daughter ate it ALL so it must have been good. There is kimchi in there but she said it wasn't spicy. My girlfriend tried it and didn't care for the flavor so it's not for everyone. -Chicken and Pie: 5/5. My girlfriend's 2nd time ordering this because she loves it so much. The sweet potato pancake was perfect. The Nashville hot fried chicken could be spicier but still good -French Toast: 5/5. Made out of their biscuits. -Cheesy grits: 3/5. Mediocre. Probably wouldn't order again. -Nashville Fried Chicken: 4/5 -Bonuts: 5/5 -Honey Iced Coffee: 5/5 Overall a great quick brunch spot to try if you're in the area. I'll definitely be coming back for more biscuits and gravy

Yelp
Union biscuit is a nice brunch and breakfast spot in the Southwest neighborhood. It's close to the ikea and can make for a fun little trip with friends. You order first before you sit down in this restaurant. I would make sure to come a little bit earlier cause it can be quite busy and you might need to wait a bit. I would come here with friends or family. The inside is nicely designed as well. Staff: (4/5) Sanitation status: clean (4/5) Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich (4/5) The chicken sandwich is definitely a solid choice. I definitely would've wanted more gravy for my sandwich. The chicken was fried okay but if it sat the batter would kind of be separated. Bacon was in it but wasn't too crispy. The biscuit itself was really fluffy though.

Yelp
First time trying this place. Known for all things biscuits. They even have vegan/dairy free options. Very bright and spacious inside. I went with the Korean fried chicken biscuit which uniquely stood out to me. The biscuits are on the heavier side, but pretty delicious. You order at the counter and take a seat and they will bring the order to you. They have both savory or sweet biscuits. (Try the homemade sweet jam). Good casual brunch spot with selection.

Yelp
Boy oh boy are these biscuits delicious! This local family owned business is in a new plaza next to our favorite coffee shop. Their biscuits are soft and warm and house made of course! They sell biscuits by the dozen and half dozen as well which is great for hosting breakfast or doing a Bridgerton style event. The menu is straightforward and simple. Different versions of biscuits plates, vegan versions, and gluten free versions, and pancakes added in there for biscuit haters. Kid portions are there if you want half a biscuit. Love their seasonal menus and got a summer special of their delicious strawberry shortcake biscuit dish that is definitely for sharing as one half was enough for me. There was plenty of seating inside with a few outside on the patio. I can't wait to come back for some more gravy covered biscuits! Food: - Strawberry Shortcake (summer special) share this as it's sweet and I added a side of fruit - Fried chicken biscuit sandwich - delicious!! - Bonuts - yummy biscuit donuts

Yelp
Now that I've been here a few times I can confidently say this place is absolutely amazing! This is located at the Bend right in front of IKEA so you are bound to find enough parking as it is a newer plaza. This is an order at the counter and get a number type of place where they bring out your food to your table, I prefer these type of places as it's more effective. This place does get really busy, especially during the weekends, but they do also offer outdoor seating. It's a pretty easy menu and there is definitely something for everybody. The biscuits are probably the best that I've ever had. They do have a generous amount of sides and compote to accompany your biscuit - I would say my favorite is the honey butter if I want to keep it simple. The portions are pretty good and pricing is fair. Overall, I had a pretty good experience and will continue to make my way back over here. My review is as follows: - Food: 4.5/5 - Service: 5/5 - Ambiance: 5/5

Yelp
Joel at the counter was amazing! The food was good! Definitely a return is warranted. My wife and I got the same thing. She works in the area so we have a good excuse to return soon! Nobody gets 5 stars unless they are washing my hands and putting the napkin around my neck But the food was amazing.

Yelp
This breakfast spot is amazing! The Bonuts at Union Biscuit are some of the best deep fried biscuit dough I've ever had! If you haven't had a chance to eat here yet, you should try it out! Union Biscuit is located at West Sunset Road, near the 215. The hours are currently Monday to Sunday from 7:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. My husband and I stopped by here on a Saturday morning around 8:00 A.M. There was already a lot of people inside, luckily, we were able to find a table! Ordering from Union Biscuit is unique. You actually order at the register, and then take your order receipt for the team to deliver it at your table. Drinks like soda are all self serve at their soda fountain near the restrooms. I ended up getting a Sprite while waiting for our meal! Union Biscuit is known for their Biscuit sandwiches. They have a wide variety of unique biscuit sandwiches like PB&J, BBQ Pulled Pork, French Sausage, Korean Fried Chicken and more! I really wanted to come here and try their Fried Chicken sandwich biscuit! My husband also added on the Dessert bonuts! If you wanted to try something other than a biscuit sandwich, salads are available, French Toast, Pancakes and much more! All of their jams are made fresh! You can choose from a variety of different spreads for the biscuits such as apple butter, pimento cheese, pepper jelly, blueberry jam and a lot more! I really enjoyed the apple butter and honey butter. Both flavors were sooo good! For the Fried Chicken Biscuit, I ended up selecting the sausage gravy, cheddar, bacon, with two added scrambled eggs. The dish looked amazing! The Biscuit was huge and the Fried chicken looked so good. The biscuit was smothered in gravy. It was delicious!! This is a must order if you enjoyed Fried Chicken and biscuits! The highlight for me though was actually the bonuts. The bonuts at Union Biscuit are deep fried biscuit dough with cinnamon sugar. lemon cream cheese and caramel sauce was on the side. The presentation of the bonuts was beautiful, with all of the different dipping sauces on the plate. It was great. I would come back to Union Biscuit just for the bonuts! The food is amazing here. I'd highly recommend stopping by Union Biscuit if you haven't already!

Yelp
We stopped in for breakfast and ordered the fried chicken with biscuits and gravy and WOW. Everything was sooo good. The biscuits were fresh, buttery, and flaky, and the gravy was absolutely out of this world. They are rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken? Crispy, juicy, and fried to perfection. Every bite was comforting and delicious! The vibe is super casual so when you walk in, you grab a menu, order at the counter, then find a spot to sit. Despite the self-service style, the customer service was impeccable. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Our drink cup ended up being cracked and spilled on the table, totally not their fault, but they noticed right away, cleaned it up quickly, replaced our drink, and offered us a free dessert! We had their fried biscuit donuts and they were crispy. The dessert was served with caramel sauce for dipping and it was absolutely wonderful. For the cup, they absolutely didn't have to, but their kindness and care really stood out. Union Biscuit has definitely earned a spot on my favorite breakfast spots list. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Yelp
We finally made it here and will definitely be back !!!! It is counter service which is not my favorite but they were well organized and assigned you with a table . We went with the PB&J and it was delicious. Even with counter service the staff was friendly and they were walking around doing water and coffee refills .

Yelp
My friend and I got here around 10am. The line was at the door and it was already busy. We didn't wait long. You order first and pay then they will set up a table with your number and you wait for your food to come. Service was really nice, inside is small but cute and simple. The food was amazing! The chicken plate with gravy, eggs and hash browns is my fave. Also comes with a butter biscuit which I didn't try because I was so full! My friend ate it and she said it was good. I also loved the French toast. It was so delicious. Located right across IKEA and now I need to come back and bring my family. Lots of parking around.

Yelp
Union Biscuit was okay. I expected the biscuit to have a bit more flavor, and the eggs didn't seem to have any seasoning. My boyfriend ordered the biscuits and gravy, but the gravy was a little cold. Pancake was really good, butter was a little hard though. The service was great, and I really wanted to love this place, but overall it was just okay. Probably wouldn't go back. (Don't mind my Oura ring photo).

Yelp
Cool and delicious brunch spot if you love biscuits! Came here on a Sunday with my best friend and there was a line, which is a good sign! Here, you order then you get seated. Inside is small and cozy with booths and bar stool tables. They also have outside seating. We ordered their summer special, country fried chicken with sausage gravy, eggs, hash brown and biscuit plate, Korean fried chicken sandwich, and their French toast! The country fried chicken with sausage gravy, eggs, hash brown and biscuit plate was delicious and a great breakfast sampler! The chicken was crispy and the gravy gave it an amazing taste! The eggs were good and we got it scrambled, can't go wrong with that. The biscuit was yummy! It was thick, soft and fluffy and the honey butter enhanced it. The hash browns were good, but a little salty. I give it a 4/5! The French toast was so good! It is made with their homemade biscuits and they put it on the grill with some butter! It was crunchy, soft and dense! It went well with the fruit, syrup and cream! 5/5 The Korean fried chicken sandwich was okay. It was huge. The chicken was drenched in the Korean sauce, which made the chicken soggy. The chicken to me tasted very chickeny if that makes sense. The slaw was good but a little salty to my liking. The biscuit was the star of this dish. Overall, the staff was amazing, the venue was clean and busy, and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend and will be back for the French toast!

Yelp
My friend and I decided to finally give this place a shot. It was around noon on 7/20/25. The lot for the cluster of restaurants there was pretty full but we found a place to park. As we walked up we noticed quite a line forming inside but it was okay. So as you come in there is a chalkboard with directions to take a menu and stand in line. While you're in line, they ask how many in your party and if you want to sit indoors, outdoors, or first available. It was just the two of us and we said whatever was first available. A few minutes later we were told to jump the line to order since there was a larger party in front of us in line. I went with the Korean Chicken Biscuit, Biscuit Bread Pudding, and Bonuts with a Watermelon Lemonade. My friend went with the Classic Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a side of bacon and an iced coffee. We were told to sit at the table with a 23 on it and found a cute little booth. The vibes are very chill, natural, clean, earthy in a way. The booth was very comfortable and bouncy and I always appreciate high backs so you feel a little more privacy. Our drinks came out first, followed by the classic egg and cheese sandwich and bacon, my Korean chicken sandwich, and then the desserts. Presentation was nice, although we commented on how silly it was they put the side of bacon on a separate plate when there was plenty of room on the egg and cheese sandwich plate. But the biscuits were very nice and fresh, a slight crumble but that warm softness that a good biscuit has. The Korean chicken had a great flavor, not too spicy, but definitely drippy. Nothing plenty of napkins and some finger licking couldn't solve. The watermelon lemonade was tart and tangy but very refreshing. My friend added oat milk to her iced coffee as they didn't have any other alternatives but she said it tasted good. Now, the desserts...I love me a good bread pudding, but this biscuit bread pudding...topped with vanilla ice cream, baked with blueberries inside and piled on top, was chef's kiss. I was pretty full after the sandwich but I also couldn't stop eating it! I couldn't let it go to waste! The bonuts were a lot easier to pack up and take home, doughy biscuit donut holes covered in cinnamon sugar and plated in a river of a cream cheese and caramel frosting. All in all we had an amazing experience. They have servers who are always checking in, taking empty plates, bringing whatever you need (to go boxes, etc). The only downside is due to the high volume of traffic, this is not the kind of place you can take your time and sit and chill and hang out afterwards. I mean you could, but I'm sure you'd get some less than loving looks from the people in line waiting to be seated. They also frown upon it (see their chalk board for directions). So just be courteous and be ready to eat, because that's what you'll need when you visit.

Yelp
I was really excited when this place opened as who doesn't love made from scratch biscuits? I also love that this place is family owned. We went on a Sunday morning and arrived fairly early. There was a small line but it moved quickly. You order at the counter, and they will assign you a table either inside or outside. We sat inside at a nice booth as we had a little one with us. The interior is bright, airy and very clean. Exterior has some small tables but no shade whatsoever. I ordered the the Classic Egg and Cheese biscuit with a side of hash browns and sausage. They make their own sausage so I was interested in trying it. My daughter ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and selected the mushroom gravy as an alternative. My friend ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken biscuit. Here is where it goes a little downhill. My biscuit arrived but the way they served the cheese was one slice of American cheese laying on top of the eggs. It was slightly melted, not hot and virtually no flavor. I expected the egg and cheese to be mixed together like an omelet. There was only one choice for hot sauce and I think it would be beneficial to provide additional choices of hot sauce since we are in the southwest. Everyone has different tastes in hot sauce. The biscuit itself was dry and just not appealing. The hash browns were good but the sausage tasted odd to me. I really didn't finish my breakfast which was disappointing. The star of the show was my friend's order the Nashville Fried Chicken biscuit but I was looking for morning food not lunch. I had really high hopes for my experience here. Maybe I will try them again in the future. Service was friendly and parking is a breeze here.

Yelp
Someone had originally brought me a biscuit and some of their hot pepper jam to try and it was good. I thought we should probably go in person and have the experience at the restaurant. When you walk in, it's very strange. There's not a whole lot of guidance, you go up to a counter kind of like you're at a fast food place and there's some people that hand you a menu and say when you're ready they'll take your order. There's absolutely no guidance or recommendations. All of them are either on their phone or laughing or talking, it's definitely not personable. The ambience is also not ideal and feels very school cafeteria, but make it magnolia's table. It just doesn't hit the spot for elevated comfort food in atmosphere or service; so let's get to the taste. If you order coffee, water or tea, you get these strange small cups that are self serve next to hot sauces, then they point out which table is yours that has a number and you guide yourself there. We ended up getting some cheesy grits, one biscuit with sausage gravy, two eggs over medium and beignets for dessert. The wait for the food is so awkward if you aren't in a booth. We absolutely hated it. We were at a table with shared seating and were forced to listen to parents coerce and reprimand their child into eating their breakfast on one side and on the other side a couple arguing about why hasn't their orange juice been brought midway through the meal. The portion of the food is decent, but it really needs some color on the plate. Everything is so white and the food is served on white plates and the food is also white and it's not very appealing when served. The cheesy grits were the worst I ever had. They were watery, lacked salt, lacked creamy consistency, lacked cheese, just really bad. The biscuits and gravy were ok, once again not enough salt. The biscuit was kind of dense from the first time I had tried them. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Whoever their line chef is for eggs, they did great. None of the food was hot at all except the beignets. The beignets were actually the star of the show. In my opinion they could throw away all of their biscuits, which is what they're supposed to be about and just be a beignet place. Just incredibly soft and fluffy with the caramel dipping sauce and a cream cheese that had a hint of lemon. It's $22 for six biscuits. I just can't agree with that. The food is good but nothing you can't make at home for a fraction of the price. No secret recipes or ingredients that you're left wondering how to replicate. Except the beignets...gods sweet little gift My recommendations are: get some color on your plates, have your staff get off their phone and stop laughing when guests are ordering, don't put your tables so close together, put larger water cups out there, instead of these baby cups for adults to sip on, use more salt. Maybe we came on an off day, I'll try to give it another chance.

Yelp
This brunch spot was intriguing to me. They are known for their delicious biscuits and everything on the menu is made from scratch. We arrived for a Sunday brunch. The restaurant is located in a nice plaza at the Bend in Las Vegas. Parking is easy and accessible with the large parking lot. The decor inside is modern and simple yet inviting. There was a long line as soon as we came in but it went by rather quickly. We ordered the cheesy egg breakfast, buttermilk pancakes, lil wedgie, fried chicken biscuit sandwich, and a chicken fried chicken breakfast special. Everything was so delicious and scrumptious. My breakfast special included a fried chicken breast with sausage gravy, 2 eggs, biscuit with blueberries jam, and a fruit cup. Wow the biscuit with blueberries jam was so satisfying. The tasty sausage gravy went very well with the chicken fried breast. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Overall we enjoyed our experience very much at Union Biscuit. We will be back to try other menu items for sure.

Yelp
My friends & I went to try this new place after church and it is phenomenal! I am not not usually and biscuit gal but it was absolutely amazing. To to top it off, they offer gluten-free options for my friend and she loved it too. Honestly, the butter and their jams were superb. I can't wait to try their pancakes, which I'm hoping will be just as good. Highly recommended :)
