Union Biscuit is a newer spot over at The Bend off of Sunset and Durango, and it’s already always packed, and for good reason. The place has a really fashionable vibe when you walk in, super clean, and everything on the menu leans toward fresh, green, and healthy without losing that comfort-food feel. Breakfast and lunch are their main thing, and biscuits are involved in a lot of dishes, but you can still get your bacon, eggs, and hash browns if you want something more traditional. I ordered the shrimp and cheese grits, and honestly, it was excellent! The grits had this Cajun-style sauce with cheese and green peppers, and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly. Not your standard Vegas breakfast, but it definately worked for me. I like how their system runs, first you grab a menu upon entering, order at the counter, and then the staff takes it from there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and made sure coffee, water, and food were right on point! One thing to know: if you show up around lunch or brunch, expect a line. People literally wait outside to get in to Union Biscuit. Everything is made from scratch, no reheated, packaged food, which makes the wait worth it. Definitely a place worth trying. I gave it 5 stars. Very cool concept with delicious food! High chairs are available for children. There is also outdoor seating for those not so hot temperature days.

This may have been one of my favorite all time meals… Upon arrival, the atmosphere was very cute, clean and immediately greeted but kind staff. I am gluten free and haven’t had a biscuit in over 15 years… so to finally have one and have it be once of the tastiest and fluffiest biscuits I’ve ever had… was beyond exciting. My family which is not gluten free and are more critical of a typical biscuit also agreed that their non gluten free biscuits , scrambles, and overall food was also amazing 🔥. Lastly, we took some biscuits to go and met the owner, Honey, which shared a little about the restaurant and their story and she was so kind. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Vegas. This will definitely be a staple for us when we are local.

Great spot for breakfast or brunch! A little pricy but the portions were very generous. Moved to Vegas from the south and this is the closest I’ve gotten to true southern biscuits. We both got chicken sandwiches (Nashville hot and regular) and they were delicious! We also tried the biscuit French toast and I WILL be heading back for that!

Google
This is a hidden gem here in SW. the food, service and atmosphere is amazing. I’ve had the mini wedge salad, Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the French toast. The French toast is made from the inside of a biscuit. It literally is the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. A must get, and a staple of the restaurant. They also have a great vegan menu.

Stopped by for brunch. Grab a menu when you enter, then walk up to the counter to order. Luckily, when we got there, no one was in line. When we were almost done eating, there was a long line. Service at the counter was good. Also, 2 other ladies were walking around the floor asking how everyones meals were. Food: Nashville Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwhich Biscuit and Sausage Gravy Sweet Potato Pancake Side Bacon We deconstructed the Nashville fried chicken so that it wouldn't be so messy. It was good in flavor. The biscuit and sausage gravy were equally as flavorful and delicious. The only negative was that the edges of the Biscuits were both hard. I tasted the pancake on its own, and it was not good. However, when you mix it with the walnut, butter, and syrup, it is devine. Overall, it's a great spot for brunch minus the Mimosas. Since the weather is nice, sit outside and soak up the sun.

The forever wait was worth it at Union Biscuit Co, which finally opened. Biscuits & Gravy w/eggs along with much food porn to delight the eyes & stomach! Grits and homemade hash browns looked really good...for next time. While I prefer home fries, I might be a convert. I enjoyed the old school hospitality of a server refilling my coffee, rather than getting up and doing it myself. Owner Honey and husband are a great addition to the area, and are not to be overlooked with the many choices of the breakfast & lunch scene in Las Vegas.

Google
What a fantastic addition to the Las Vegas food scene! I had the pleasure of meeting co-owner, Honey, and she was amazing! Filled with energy, excitement and passion, she provided a story on how Union Biscuit became alive ignited by southern influence in her husband’a life. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was great, the pancakes were amazing, coffee and the shrimp and grits!! I cannot wait to return on another lazy Saturday.

The entire experience was great! My husband had the French Sausage and I ate the Gluten Sensitive biscuit and gravy (mushroom gravy). We shared a side of bacon and hash browns. All flavors were divine!

Yelp
We stopped in for breakfast and ordered the fried chicken with biscuits and gravy and WOW. Everything was sooo good. The biscuits were fresh, buttery, and flaky, and the gravy was absolutely out of this world. They are rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken? Crispy, juicy, and fried to perfection. Every bite was comforting and delicious! The vibe is super casual so when you walk in, you grab a menu, order at the counter, then find a spot to sit. Despite the self-service style, the customer service was impeccable. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Our drink cup ended up being cracked and spilled on the table, totally not their fault, but they noticed right away, cleaned it up quickly, replaced our drink, and offered us a free dessert! We had their fried biscuit donuts and they were crispy. The dessert was served with caramel sauce for dipping and it was absolutely wonderful. For the cup, they absolutely didn't have to, but their kindness and care really stood out. Union Biscuit has definitely earned a spot on my favorite breakfast spots list. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Yelp
My friend and I decided to finally give this place a shot. It was around noon on 7/20/25. The lot for the cluster of restaurants there was pretty full but we found a place to park. As we walked up we noticed quite a line forming inside but it was okay. So as you come in there is a chalkboard with directions to take a menu and stand in line. While you're in line, they ask how many in your party and if you want to sit indoors, outdoors, or first available. It was just the two of us and we said whatever was first available. A few minutes later we were told to jump the line to order since there was a larger party in front of us in line. I went with the Korean Chicken Biscuit, Biscuit Bread Pudding, and Bonuts with a Watermelon Lemonade. My friend went with the Classic Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a side of bacon and an iced coffee. We were told to sit at the table with a 23 on it and found a cute little booth. The vibes are very chill, natural, clean, earthy in a way. The booth was very comfortable and bouncy and I always appreciate high backs so you feel a little more privacy. Our drinks came out first, followed by the classic egg and cheese sandwich and bacon, my Korean chicken sandwich, and then the desserts. Presentation was nice, although we commented on how silly it was they put the side of bacon on a separate plate when there was plenty of room on the egg and cheese sandwich plate. But the biscuits were very nice and fresh, a slight crumble but that warm softness that a good biscuit has. The Korean chicken had a great flavor, not too spicy, but definitely drippy. Nothing plenty of napkins and some finger licking couldn't solve. The watermelon lemonade was tart and tangy but very refreshing. My friend added oat milk to her iced coffee as they didn't have any other alternatives but she said it tasted good. Now, the desserts...I love me a good bread pudding, but this biscuit bread pudding...topped with vanilla ice cream, baked with blueberries inside and piled on top, was chef's kiss. I was pretty full after the sandwich but I also couldn't stop eating it! I couldn't let it go to waste! The bonuts were a lot easier to pack up and take home, doughy biscuit donut holes covered in cinnamon sugar and plated in a river of a cream cheese and caramel frosting. All in all we had an amazing experience. They have servers who are always checking in, taking empty plates, bringing whatever you need (to go boxes, etc). The only downside is due to the high volume of traffic, this is not the kind of place you can take your time and sit and chill and hang out afterwards. I mean you could, but I'm sure you'd get some less than loving looks from the people in line waiting to be seated. They also frown upon it (see their chalk board for directions). So just be courteous and be ready to eat, because that's what you'll need when you visit.

Yelp
Took the drive down to South Henderson all the way from the North and after 35 minutes we arrived in a line. The line was almost out the door at like 10 am on a Sunday. The way the line works is you grab a menu, then order and then they give you a table to sit. They have an outdoor patio too. The line moves fairly quickly, took us about 25 minutes. Here is what we got: 1. Biscuits and Gravy: you get an option of sausage or mushroom gravy. For my meat loving heart I opted for sausage. It's absolutely delicious, I will say the amount of biscuit to gravy was okay, it was a bit too dry, so I would opt for more gravy if possible. But maybe because gravy is too damn delish! 2. Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit: the sauce was perfectly sweet, not really spicy, but I did love the Korean pickles. The chicken breading did fall off a bit too easy, so at one point I just used a fork and knife. 3. Strawberry Shortcake (This is a summer special) I loved the delicate sweetness, the only caveat was there was just a glob of cream- which is not bad, but it was a bit too overpowering. I would cut the amount of cream in half and add fresh strawberries Drinks: 1. Watermelon Lemonade: this was a bit too tart, but perfect for this weather. 2. Iced Honey Latte: this was a nice roast which was pretty mellow as far as coffee taste. It was smooth and definitely delicious with the whipped cream. Overall it was a great visit and I am excited to come back and try more of the menu

Yelp
Very good! We came in early and the staff was nice and accommodating! Gravy was very good and biscuit was tasty. The chicken itself while it was well-seasoned the batter didn't stick to the chicken so both of us ended up with basically chicken breast and gravy. Still good.

Yelp
This breakfast spot is amazing! The Bonuts at Union Biscuit are some of the best deep fried biscuit dough I've ever had! If you haven't had a chance to eat here yet, you should try it out! Union Biscuit is located at West Sunset Road, near the 215. The hours are currently Monday to Sunday from 7:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. My husband and I stopped by here on a Saturday morning around 8:00 A.M. There was already a lot of people inside, luckily, we were able to find a table! Ordering from Union Biscuit is unique. You actually order at the register, and then take your order receipt for the team to deliver it at your table. Drinks like soda are all self serve at their soda fountain near the restrooms. I ended up getting a Sprite while waiting for our meal! Union Biscuit is known for their Biscuit sandwiches. They have a wide variety of unique biscuit sandwiches like PB&J, BBQ Pulled Pork, French Sausage, Korean Fried Chicken and more! I really wanted to come here and try their Fried Chicken sandwich biscuit! My husband also added on the Dessert bonuts! If you wanted to try something other than a biscuit sandwich, salads are available, French Toast, Pancakes and much more! All of their jams are made fresh! You can choose from a variety of different spreads for the biscuits such as apple butter, pimento cheese, pepper jelly, blueberry jam and a lot more! I really enjoyed the apple butter and honey butter. Both flavors were sooo good! For the Fried Chicken Biscuit, I ended up selecting the sausage gravy, cheddar, bacon, with two added scrambled eggs. The dish looked amazing! The Biscuit was huge and the Fried chicken looked so good. The biscuit was smothered in gravy. It was delicious!! This is a must order if you enjoyed Fried Chicken and biscuits! The highlight for me though was actually the bonuts. The bonuts at Union Biscuit are deep fried biscuit dough with cinnamon sugar. lemon cream cheese and caramel sauce was on the side. The presentation of the bonuts was beautiful, with all of the different dipping sauces on the plate. It was great. I would come back to Union Biscuit just for the bonuts! The food is amazing here. I'd highly recommend stopping by Union Biscuit if you haven't already!

Yelp
Cool and delicious brunch spot if you love biscuits! Came here on a Sunday with my best friend and there was a line, which is a good sign! Here, you order then you get seated. Inside is small and cozy with booths and bar stool tables. They also have outside seating. We ordered their summer special, country fried chicken with sausage gravy, eggs, hash brown and biscuit plate, Korean fried chicken sandwich, and their French toast! The country fried chicken with sausage gravy, eggs, hash brown and biscuit plate was delicious and a great breakfast sampler! The chicken was crispy and the gravy gave it an amazing taste! The eggs were good and we got it scrambled, can't go wrong with that. The biscuit was yummy! It was thick, soft and fluffy and the honey butter enhanced it. The hash browns were good, but a little salty. I give it a 4/5! The French toast was so good! It is made with their homemade biscuits and they put it on the grill with some butter! It was crunchy, soft and dense! It went well with the fruit, syrup and cream! 5/5 The Korean fried chicken sandwich was okay. It was huge. The chicken was drenched in the Korean sauce, which made the chicken soggy. The chicken to me tasted very chickeny if that makes sense. The slaw was good but a little salty to my liking. The biscuit was the star of this dish. Overall, the staff was amazing, the venue was clean and busy, and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend and will be back for the French toast!

Yelp
My friend and I got here around 10am. The line was at the door and it was already busy. We didn't wait long. You order first and pay then they will set up a table with your number and you wait for your food to come. Service was really nice, inside is small but cute and simple. The food was amazing! The chicken plate with gravy, eggs and hash browns is my fave. Also comes with a butter biscuit which I didn't try because I was so full! My friend ate it and she said it was good. I also loved the French toast. It was so delicious. Located right across IKEA and now I need to come back and bring my family. Lots of parking around.

Yelp
This brunch spot was intriguing to me. They are known for their delicious biscuits and everything on the menu is made from scratch. We arrived for a Sunday brunch. The restaurant is located in a nice plaza at the Bend in Las Vegas. Parking is easy and accessible with the large parking lot. The decor inside is modern and simple yet inviting. There was a long line as soon as we came in but it went by rather quickly. We ordered the cheesy egg breakfast, buttermilk pancakes, lil wedgie, fried chicken biscuit sandwich, and a chicken fried chicken breakfast special. Everything was so delicious and scrumptious. My breakfast special included a fried chicken breast with sausage gravy, 2 eggs, biscuit with blueberries jam, and a fruit cup. Wow the biscuit with blueberries jam was so satisfying. The tasty sausage gravy went very well with the chicken fried breast. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Overall we enjoyed our experience very much at Union Biscuit. We will be back to try other menu items for sure.

Yelp
I was really excited when this place opened as who doesn't love made from scratch biscuits? I also love that this place is family owned. We went on a Sunday morning and arrived fairly early. There was a small line but it moved quickly. You order at the counter, and they will assign you a table either inside or outside. We sat inside at a nice booth as we had a little one with us. The interior is bright, airy and very clean. Exterior has some small tables but no shade whatsoever. I ordered the the Classic Egg and Cheese biscuit with a side of hash browns and sausage. They make their own sausage so I was interested in trying it. My daughter ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and selected the mushroom gravy as an alternative. My friend ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken biscuit. Here is where it goes a little downhill. My biscuit arrived but the way they served the cheese was one slice of American cheese laying on top of the eggs. It was slightly melted, not hot and virtually no flavor. I expected the egg and cheese to be mixed together like an omelet. There was only one choice for hot sauce and I think it would be beneficial to provide additional choices of hot sauce since we are in the southwest. Everyone has different tastes in hot sauce. The biscuit itself was dry and just not appealing. The hash browns were good but the sausage tasted odd to me. I really didn't finish my breakfast which was disappointing. The star of the show was my friend's order the Nashville Fried Chicken biscuit but I was looking for morning food not lunch. I had really high hopes for my experience here. Maybe I will try them again in the future. Service was friendly and parking is a breeze here.

Yelp
Happy to have made it to this beautiful bakery that is melanated woman-owned! She did and does an incredible job and the bakery is proof. Loved how the line was respectfully formed on the outskirts of the sidewalk as we all patiently waited to enter. The vibes and energy of the bakery are great. the traffic flows and everyone is so eager to either serve or experience the bakery. The matcha was delicious (I have had stronger ofc but this is good matcha). The cinnamon rolls are perfect; the dough is so soft (not overcooked like others) and the cream is not overwhelmingly sweet. The Toffee chocolate chip is soft and chewy - i recommend!

Yelp
This is a fun brunch spot with interesting food choices, some of which had a Korean fusion. I got the following two items: Chicken and Pie -- 5/5 - This is Nashville hot fried chicken with sweet potato pancakes. The chicken was perfectly fried, moist inside and pretty spicy. This paired very well with the sweet potato pancakes, which were also very good, moist and fluffy and tastes like a slightly elevated normal pancake. The homemade ranch and candied nuts nicely tied it all together. Korean Spicy Pork and Grits -- 2/5 - The pork was a little dry, stringy/tough, and salty. But the grits were perfectly cooked, nice and buttery and not overly seasoned, so it paired nicely with the meat. I feel like the slaw doesn't pair well with the dish. It was very firm and crunchy and overall all the textures from the creamy grits, tough meat, and crunch veggies was a little strange mixed together. Overall the food is quite appealing visually and the taste is decent and overall it was a good experience. The service was super friendly and fairly quick after being seated even though it was quite busy. The restaurant is a very modern aesthetic, bright, and clean, and is in a nice new area/shopping center. There is an outdoor seating area as well that has a nice desert garden theme. I would recommend Union Biscuit and will come back to try other menu items, like their classic biscuits and gravy!

Yelp
I came here while I was on vacation and I'm still thinking about it. These are the best biscuits I've ever had in my life!! I hope this place expands to California one day because I'd come here religiously lol. The service was good, the place was clean and had a lot of natural light, and the food was memorable.

Yelp
The best biscuits I've ever tasted! So fluffy and moist -- absolutely perfect. I also tried the chicken and pie; the chicken was a bit disappointing as it was mostly batter, but the pancakes totally made up for it -- so soft and flavorful! I ordered the kids' chocolate chip pancakes too, and they were a hit. And don't even get me started on the bonuts... pure heaven. I'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Gave this place a try when our good friends were in town and they wanted to try someplace new. We mentioned seeing this spot whenever we'd grab coffee next door and they were game. Surprisingly, the inside had more seating than it let on which is a plus because it got busy during lunch hour on the Sunday morning when we came in. The menu had lots of fun and different options so I tried the Korean Spicy Pork & Grits because I do love myself shrimp and grits and Korean spicy pork but never imagined the two combined. It was quite tasty, I almost finished the whole plate! My husband had the Korean Chicken Biscuit Sandwich which he also mentioned was pretty good. We ordered a biscuit on the side for me to try with their apple butter.. to be honest I was expecting apple butter like the one at Lucille's but this was more of an apple sauce texture? Wasn't a big fan of it so was a little disappointed. Still, everything else was pretty bomb.

Yelp
Let me start off with, the customer service is great! Honey sets a great example for her staff They initially got our order wrong but they corrected it right away. They were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We don't eat pork or mushrooms so we opted for the vegan gravy. It was very flavorful and paired well with the classic biscuit sando. I ordered the KFC sandwich. It was full of flavor. I only wish it had a tad bit more slaw. I would come back again for the very least, the vibes and hospitality. But I want to try the pbj sandwich as well and hopefully other menu items.

Yelp
My mom was visiting and she loves biscuits and gravy, so it was the perfect day to finally drive to the Southwest and give Union Biscuit a try for brunch. The interior is very minimal in décor, but still has some pops of color and fun signage to make it feel trendy. Seating was comfortable. They do have a nice looking patio out back, but it was a bit too hot to enjoy that today so we stuck inside. Soda & tea is in a self serve area around the corner from the order counter - they had fresh brewed iced tea as well as a few tea selections & hot water for a hot cup of tea. There were 2 gender neutral restrooms located near the entrance. Now onto the delicious food... we ordered some "Bonuts" to all share. They are little donut holes made with a biscuit mix rolled in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel & a lemon cream. These were fantastic. If you go with a savory dish, this would be the perfect little dessert afterwards. For our entrées, I ordered the french toast which came topped with whipped cream, fresh cut strawberries, and candied walnuts with a side of syrup. I never in a million years would think to make french toast from biscuits, but dang these were good. I really liked the texture and appreciated that they weren't overly sweet. My husband opted for a lunch item; Nashville Biscuit Sandwich without the slaw since he can't eat mayo. This chicken sandwich was stacked high and packed some good flavor. One of the employees brought me over some fresh made blueberry jam to try on my french toast, but as odd as it sounds it tasted best on the Nashville chicken. My mom then ordered the biscuits and gravy. My mom rarely cleans her plate, she usually takes 1/2 home, but it was so good she ate it all on site haha. She was very pleased and said she'd like to come back next time she visits. Service here was super friendly, space was clean & comfortable, and the food was great! Despite being 30 mins from our home, I think we'll be returning quite soon :)

Yelp
Our biscuits had really hard edges. I prefer biscuits that are softer. The pulled pork was fine but I wish my biscuit was better. My girl had a similar biscuit and her eggs weren't seasoned. I guess we expected more. When a place specialized in biscuits I expect the most amazing biscuit ever but I've had much better and cheaper. Service was friendly and a young lady kept checking in on us when we were seated. Cute place and you order at the counter and then find a seat. Maybe an off day for us with the biscuits?
google avatar

Jaynar S.

Yelp
Fresh made biscuits from scratch! We loved the Biscuits and Gravy, and the Fried Chicken. Definitely fresh ingredients! The interior is very bright and open with the large windows all around. There is also some outdoor dining, but there isn't much shade there. This is right across from IKEA. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
I'm always down to try a new breakfast/brunch spot. Union Biscuit will be on my short list of spots I return to and introduce to my loved ones. The set up had an old-school diner feel with a modern flare. The indoor seating is very limited, however, they do an amazing job at getting parties seated. Oddly enough, with it being busy, no one felt rushed or compelled to speed through their meal as a courtesy to fellow patrons. It just flowed in a steady pace. A wait long enough to make you appreciate the food increasingly more, yet short enough to comfortably wait in line and perhaps review the menu or check the IG page of @BrandonFromVegas to see what to order. The staff will literally tag team a table. If we include the cashier, at least 4 team members took care of our party of four at one point during our dining experience. Everyone was willing to help. The biscuit was great as expected. The fresh fruit was really impressive. No BS honeydew melon or cantaloupe. Just strawberries, blueberries and oranges. God's favorite fruits... if watermelon is out of season and pineapple is unavailable. The hash browns were good. Perfect blend of crus and mush. A dash of salt and pepper made them perfect. The vegan sausage, I should have requested to be cooked well done. Perhaps a crispy outer layer would have made for a better texture. To be honest, it's my fault because the fake meat I ordered tasted like fake meat. The irony. The OJ was pretty standard for a breakfast/brunch spot. I'll be returning soon.

Yelp
WSOP Day 38 - Main Event Day 1B, marathon cash game insanity awaits. 7am. The text, "you up? breakfast?" I exit my room, walk across the suite to the second bedroom and knock the door. "Yeah and sure". Millennial ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seriously good biscuit sandwiches! Thanks Stefany V. for the rec. The house made buttermilk biscuit itself, rich, buttery, layered, with just the right amount of salinity. It goes great with any sweet spread ie honey butter or apple butter. The basic biscuit and sausage gravy, solid, it's the more creative offerings where Union excels. The PB&J (peanut butter, blueberry jam, a strip of brown sugar bacon and boneless FRIED CHICKEN) sounds absolutely bizarre but it just works and will probably have you dipping your chicken tenders in a similar concoction at home. The Korean fried chicken biscuit, inventive. A piece of crisp fried boneless breast sat in a biscuit slathered with gochujang then topped with a kimchi / pickle slaw. Great flavors but the biscuit quickly soaks up the slaw juices resulting in a heavy mouth feel. Eat fast. Other breakfast items including vegan options available. Friendly counter service (order at the counter, they bring the food to you when ready). Fairly priced. A biscuit and spread $4. Biscuit sandwiches top out at $15. Repeat worthy.

Yelp
Everything from the food, service, and quality of the environment is spot on! You can tell everything is made from scratch and made to order. Food comes out fresh and staff takes care of everything from ordering, speedy table turn around time, and finding you an assigned seat! Everyone was so incredibly sweet and respectful, the food is great! I love the fluffiness of the biscuit- it didn't feel too dense at all, and the food is all well balanced. It was a busy Sunday, but you can tell how hard everyone is working and they're all so kind! Great job to the staff for running things so smoothly!

Yelp
Absolutely loved Union Biscuit!! I'd highly recommend if you are in Vegas and have a car (it's off the strip). It is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. I came here with a friend for brunch and was immediately greeted by the staff. The staff was super nice and even recommended a few items to try. We had the Korean Spicy Pork Grits, the French Toast, and the Buttermilk biscuit with a side of apple butter. All amazing dishes! The Korean Spicy Pork Grits had lots of interesting textures, including slices of apples. It was a very delicious dish (probably my favorite). The French Toast was also delicious. It was very cinnamon-y and the added nuts on top added great texture. Finally, the biscuit was the star of the show. Mostly all dishes here are made from these biscuits. But I'd highly recommend ordering a biscuit by itself, to try it out on its own. We went early morning, when the place opened. The ambiance was very calm at that time. There was hardly anyone there. Something to keep in mind in case you need to catch an early flight out of Vegas.

Yelp
This place is my new breakfast obsession. I went twice so far-once on a weekday and once on a weekend. There's still a pretty hefty wait time on the weekends, so go early or visit on a weekday! I enjoyed everything we ordered on both occasions. The biscuits themselves feel indulgent yet not too heavy. My go-to order is just the simple biscuits and gravy, so I can really concentrate on the fluffiness of the biscuit and the heartiness of the gravy. The PB&J biscuit was pretty good, and the peanut butter is the primary flavor relative to the rest of the sandwich (so less on the bacon and blueberry). The French toast biscuit was a touch heavier, but still tasty, and the apple butter was a nice subtle addition (I want more of it personally!). The bacon it comes with is smoky and sweet, and seasoned well. My husband got the fried chicken biscuit sandwich and it's a huge, comforting, breakfast staple if you're looking for something super filling. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance! Nice and clean aesthetic you order first then get a table. We got an assortment of things for brunch on Easter. We got the biscuits and gravy w/ sausage & mushrooms + Nashville chicken and fried chicken with bacon and gravy. I loved that they made their ranch homemade with dill it was all very good. Definitely need to check this out

Yelp
With the biscuits, we united! I love biscuits. Union Biscuit is the first place in town that offers a menu that built around biscuits. It reminds me a little of the Denver Biscuit Company in Colorado. Ambiance: Casual, bright, and relaxed. It's counter service here. Once you order, you can find a table. When it's busy, they'll assign you one. They have a nice size patio outside as well. Service: Quick and easy at the counter. Food comes out fast after ordering. Staff will clean your table and bring you sauces if needed. You can help yourself to water and drinks at the side counter. I do wish they offered full service, especially since we're now expected to leave full tips even when ordering at the counter. Food: I've been here twice so far. It's a solid 5 out of 5 for me except for one item. -Fried Chicken Biscuit (5/5): Comes with gravy. The biscuit is soft and fluffy, and the fried chicken is well seasoned. You can add an egg for an extra charge. -French Toast Biscuit (5/5): I'd never had a French toast biscuit before. So good. I think I like it even more than regular French toast now. Definitely top French toast entree for me comparing to most other brunch places in town. -Nashville Fried Chicken Biscuit (2/5): No gravy included. The biscuit fell apart when I cut into it, and the batter separated from the chicken completely. Maybe it was just an off day, but I'll stick to the regular fried chicken biscuit for now. Overall, I love that we finally have a biscuit brunch spot in town. It definitely satisfies my cravings for Denver style comfort food. I highly recommend giving it a shot, especially if you love biscuits!

Yelp
This place is fairly new, I was fortunate enough to try this place before leaving Vegas. I wish we had known about this place sooner, but nonetheless, it was a perfect spot to start our road trip home. Upon entering, it was crazy busy, but the vibes were inviting and straightforward. Step 1. Grab a menu and follow the instructions. This was seamless. Thankfully, the lady who took my order was super nice and patient, while I proceeded to order the whole breakfast menu. The wait for my order wasn't too long but let me tell you my order was handled with the utmost care. For example; I ordered pb&j. The chicken was in a separate container, and the pb&j were in separate containers as well. It wasn't assembled together to just end up a gigantic mess. I thoroughly appreciated that. Some of the items we ordered: 1. Egg (over medium) and cheese biscuit - Once that yolk pops, it's game over. It's a messy goodness Bonuts - Hearty sweet treat, it's more dense compared to the biscuit.   It's delicious.  I wish it came with a dipping sauce or some sort.  Maybe a raspberry jelly or something. PB&J sandwich - This is an understatement.   It comes with chicken and a candied bacon. The candied bacon is good on its own. Since everything was separated for my to go order, I thoroughly enjoyed the deconstructed version on the way home. Korean Fried chicken - Crunchy and perfect amount of spice and sweet. The Cole Slaw and pickles just elevated it to another level. Bbq pulled pork - this was fine with just the pulled pork and biscuit. Biscuits and gravy - This is a meal on its own. I even ordered an extra side of gravy just cuz. This is enough to make you want to take a nap. Overall, it was an amazing experience. As crowded as it was, there was a seating area for pick-ups. Parking is a little hard, depending on the time of day. We went breakfast time on a weekend so you already know

Yelp
One of the best places I've ever tried!!!! I have seen this place many times on social media and seen how packed it is which is always a no for me! I'd rather wait for the hype to die down. We were in the area since my barber is around the corner and went to see if the line was long. Line was pretty long and restaurant was full so I got in a mood, but my partner was hungry and wanted to try it so we stayed. I'm glad we did b/c the line moved so fast!! And we got seated right after our order, staff was super friendly!! I tried the Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit and my partner tried the Classic Egg and Cheese and we shared their special Strawberries and Cream! MINE WAS SO GOOD!!!!! The biscuit was so soft and warm, I had never had a biscuit that was that good! Then the strawberries and cream one was just as amazing! I wanted just the biscuits to eat without anything else because their flavor is just so good! My partner enjoyed his but in the end said he should've gotten one with more to it and I told him WHO GETS AN EGG AND CHEESE BISCUIT!! Like that's the most basic thing to get. I always want to try something different! So I encourage everyone to just try something new! I also got their summer special watermelon lemonade and it's definitely sour, but ok! Definitely will be back soon! I'm obsessed!

Yelp
Stopped by for brunch. Grab a menu when you enter, then walk up to the counter to order. Luckily when we got there, no one was in line. When we were almost done eating, there was a long line. Service at the counter was good. Also there were 2 other ladies walking around the floor asking how everyones meals were. The only negative was the edges of the Biscuits were both hard. I tasted the Pancake on its own and it was not good. However, when you mix it with the walnut, butter and syrup it was devine. Overall, a great spot for brunch minus the Mimosas. Since the weather is nice, sit outside and soak up the sun.

Yelp
Union Biscuit is beautiful, convenient, and tasty! Their decor is perfect, fitting with their branding elegantly. And like so many restaurants, they cleverly provide a signage-adorned selfie spot right as customers enter the store. There's also a wonderful back patio eating area with tables and chairs. Overall, the atmosphere just feels like a nice place to be. The menu is curated with obvious care. There's a kid's menu, gluten-free menu, and a vegan menu, all with a good amount of choices--and that's in addition to their normal menu items. My gluten-free, vegan mom is a happy camper! Their drinks are self-serve. We had the Vegan Biscuit & Impossible Gravy, as well as the Nashville Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. Both were delicious, with extra flavor and spice on the chicken coating. They provided ranch which paired with it well! Everything was beyond amazing! We're going to be bringing the kids back with us to try it soon too, hopefully.

Yelp
Amazing! At one end of The Bend, Union Biscuit is a cute eatery with plenty of seating inside and outside. Quick, friendly service and interesting menu items that make me want to come back and keep trying their takes on breakfast and brunch classics. Reasonably priced. I would definitely get a biscuit just to try their different spreads. Let's eat!

Yelp
I really liked: Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich Biscuits and Gravy I liked: Bonuts (Biscuit donuts) Blueberry Pancake Biscuit w/ whipped butter Biscuit Union is a great spot if you are looking for a strong, flavorful breakfast #goodeats in Las Vegas. They stick to what they do best: Biscuits and all kinds tasty variations on them. The Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich and the classic Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich were both excellent. Crispy, juicy, and well seasoned. Their Biscuits and Gravy hit all the right notes too, with a rich gravy that doesn't feel overly heavy. I also tried the Bonuts, their biscuit donuts, and they were a fun little treat if you like a firmer donut hole. The Blueberry Pancake was good, packed with super fresh blueberries, but it leaned just a little too sweet for me. The simple Biscuit with whipped butter was basic but proved that even without all the extras, they know how to bake a solid biscuit to mop up all the extra gravy and eggs you have. Despite the generous portions, the meal did not leave me feeling weighed down, which was a pleasant surprise. The waitress was attentive and friendly, coming by often to offer water refills without us having to ask. It's pretty busy here so they do have staff that try to clear tables quickly. It contributes to the slightly rushed atmosphere but I understand that's how upcoming and popular resturants are. Overall, Biscuit Union does not try to reinvent breakfast, but they definitely know how to make it satisfying. I would absolutely come back.

Yelp
I cannot rave enough about this place - despite living clear across town, I've been twice and I'm always looking for other friends to introduce. This cozy breakfast and lunch spot is owned by a super sweet couple, and their menu hits all the marks for me with their mix of classic southern dishes and more creative takes, some with a Korean fusion twist. Their biscuit sandwiches are huge, and I've had both the Nashville (good lunch choice) and the Classic Egg and Cheese. Their sausage is made in house, and their sausage gravy was very good with a little kick. The Kimchi and Spam Fried Oat bowl was a little out of my typical ordering habits but suggested by the owner and was so good, one of their more filling options for heartier appetites. While I'd typically come here for breakfast fare, their Devilish Salad was also a hit. My daughter also enjoyed their biscuit and apple butter. Multiple friends have raved about their bread pudding, but I'm not much of a dessert person. I really appreciate that the namesake biscuits are made in house, along with the aforementioned sausage and all of their sauces and spreads - these extra touches and commitment to quality really make them standout as a dining destination in a sea of so many chain restaurants. Hopefully as time goes on, they will be able to install some sort of shade cover or umbrellas for their patio seating to be more usable. I look forward to going back and introducing more friends to this special spot.

Yelp
We visited Union Biscuit in the southwest part of Las Vegas for the first time today, and I'm already planning my next trip back. The setup is great--you grab a menu, order at the counter, take your number, and your food is brought right to your table. It's casual but feels thoughtfully put together, and the vibe is welcoming and relaxed. We tried items from their specials menu: the fried chicken plate and the strawberry shortcake, plus their classic French toast. Everything was excellent. The fried chicken was incredible--light, crispy batter with tender, juicy meat. The scrambled eggs that came with it were cooked perfectly, and the hashbrowns were golden and crisp. But the star of the plate was the biscuit. Since it's in their name, I expected it to be good, but it blew me away. Light, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. Do yourself a favor and get the honey butter on the side--it takes the biscuit to another level. The strawberry shortcake was equally fantastic. It came piled high with thick, rich whipped cream and loads of fresh strawberries over tender shortcake. Sweet without being overwhelming. And then there's the French toast--honestly one of the best I've had in Vegas. It didn't even need syrup because it was already perfectly sweet and had a lovely crispy texture on the outside. The syrup and whipped cream felt like a bonus. Stephen at the counter was absolutely amazing--friendly, helpful, and really made us feel like welcomed first-timers. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Union Biscuit feels like the kind of place you want to work your way through dish by dish.

Yelp
Great environment where everything is made fresh. The honey iced coffee was amazing! I got the fried chicken with mushroom gravy, rather than sausage, to try something different. I added the egg over medium and it was worth it. We also tried the biscuit and gravy, also with mushroom gravy, and it was just as great. This place has a lot of vegan and gluten free options, if that's your thing. Only two things preventing 5 stars is that the egg on my sandwich was closer to sunny-side than over medium, and the eye roll when I asked to remove the whipped cream charge from the iced coffee. We'll definitely be back since a lot of the options sounded tasty.

Yelp
It's a nice sized restaurant where you order at counter and while paying, someone provides you a number and table to sit at. The drinks (soda, water, coffee and tea) are self serve. They hand you a cup when you order and you go get it yourself. Someone brings your food to the table. The food over all was good. The biscuit had good texture but the gravy was not very flavorful. It wasn't a bad gravy just needed to add salt and hot sauce to kick up the flavor. Food came out quick and everyone was very friendly.

Yelp
Great brunch place! Love that they have indoor and outdoor seatings. Love the location. They were playing music but not too loud. We were with a newborn and she slept soundly the entire time. They have a good amount of options depending on how hungry you are. We ordered an orange juice, their sweet potato pancakes, and their French Sausage which is a french toast style biscuit with brown sugar bacon. Nothing special with the orange juice, the sweet potato pancakes were very fluffy which I love but I definitely would go back just for those brown sugar bacon! Delicious!!! The prices were decent. Pretty comparable to other brunch places. We paid $45 for our whole order. The staff were fantastic! Everybody was very try friendly and accommodating and I have to do a special shoutout to Krista. We were ordering and she saw me carrying a car seat with our 2-month and she approached me and offered a table right away. She made sure we are comfortable and have everything that we need while waiting for our food. She was amazing! I'm only giving them 4 stars because the food took about 25 - 30 minutes and I was looking for more sweet potato flavor on the pancakes.

Yelp
K, I'm gonna have to come here to retry to give them a fair shot. I uber eats bc you know, these kids run us. I can see where they were going w/ the French toast, but I think bc it took 30 mins to get to me it just isn't the same as eating in-house. I will say their homemade whip cream is YUM!

Yelp
Scratch-made buttermilk biscuits and more. Sounds promising, right? The restaurant itself is lovely, offering lots of natural light, and both indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and seat yourself, keeping things casual and relaxed. I opted for the classic egg and cheese biscuit, and to my surprise it was packed with egg, almost excessively so. It felt like a few eggs piled on rather than a single balanced portion, and unfortunately they weren't seasoned. The biscuit itself leaned dry, with edges that were harder than I prefer. And while I know eggs are practically gold these days, I crave harmony in a sandwich. This one was overwhelmingly egg-heavy, leaving the cheese nearly undetectable. My man's bbq pulled pork biscuit had much more flavor, but again, the biscuit wasn't the standout we'd hope for. With "biscuit" in the name of the business, I anticipated something exceptional. One of those buttery, flaky, salty creations that melts on the tongue. I've had far better and more affordable. Did we catch them on an off day? Possibly

Yelp
Wow! Really good. It was busy on a Thursday morning before 10a.m. I like the way you order, grab a number and find a table. Coffee and water are self serve. They deliver the food to your table. The place is trendy and clean. The cashier recommended trying a plain biscuit- we ordered one with honey butter. We had the pb&j biscuit sandwich- basically a pb& blueberry jam biscuit sandwich with bacon and fried chicken, biscuits and gravy and Korean pork grits with apple slaw. The grits were really good with a ton of flavor. Less of a breakfast food in my opinion but delicious. The pb&j sandwich was so surprising and delicious! Can't wait to return to try more items!

Yelp
We got here around 11am for brunch. This place was packed and line was long. You order your food, pay and they seat you at a table. While waiting in line our eyes light up every time they served a table- food looked delicious!!! (We were starving) Service was great- everyone working was in a pleasant mood despite how busy it was. The restaurant is on the smaller side and they do offer outside seating. We ordered Biscuit and Gravy, Fried Chicken and Gravy Biscuit + eggs, Korean Fried Chicken, Kids Cheesy Egg Breakfast and side of hash browns. It was a wait since food is made fresh to order. As soon as we received our food. We quickly dived in. Everything was good but it did lack seasoning. I had to add salt to my gravy and eggs. The fried chicken was delicious. We also notice the food wasn't piping hot considering its "made fresh to order". But since we were hungry- it fulfilled us. The biscuit were pretty good - nice size and perfectly made. Just wish it was a bit warmer. Over all, it was good and worth trying from the reviews. With so many new places popping up, We probably wont be running back here any time soon but we will give it another try in a future and hopefully I'll have a better rate.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the biscuits. We will probably be back. I would like to see a bigger menu with more selections but what they do have on the menu, they do well. One thing that I thought I would see on the menu would be a cowboy benni with the biscuits and grave, eggs and sausage but we improvised. The grave seemed light but with a good flavor. The service was great and kept clearing plates from the table when we need them too. The restaurant is smaller in size with some outdoor seating on the south side of the building.

Yelp
Why can't you just sit down and order like in a normal restaurant? Menus are on the floor and you have to bend over to get and you can't get a table before order? I don't understand the need to reinvent restaurant service.

Yelp
I enjoy supporting local. Add Union Biscuit to your list of local businesses for a nice breakfast/brunch biscuit option.. Your dining experience starts with walking up to 2 cashiers to place your order. They give you a number placard for your table, and you'll stop by the drink station if you ordered one. The team swing by to fill up your coffee when you need it. The dining area is open, decor is minimalist, and the dining spaces are maximized with the table set up. The noise level is your usual breakfast brunch chatter amongs the tables. Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich - When I read those 5 words on the menu, I had to order it. The fried chicken fried Korean style was on point. The sauce, kimchi slaw, Korean pickles worked well together with the fresh biscuit. This Korean inspired Biscuit sandwich was a creative collaboration. I'll swing by Union Biscuit again when I'm in the area during breakfast time. The Nashville Chicken biscuit sandwich is next on my list to try. Enjoy!

Yelp
Great food and friendly service. We had the 3 egg breakfast and chicken and pie. The chicken is cooked perfectly and has a spicy sauce that is delicious! Hash browns were cooked perfectly. My fiancé and I have been here a few times and the food is always great.

Yelp
Really cute place. You come in and take a menu and order at the counter. Then take a seat and they bring the food to you. The food came out fast and was plated with care. Food was delicious and would definitely come back. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Yelp
This is just what The Bend needed! I love a mom and pop restaurant with the cutest story and the most comforting food. The moment I saw biscuit... I knew I had to make my way here. I didn't realize they just had their grand opening the past weekend (went beginning of February). When you walk inside, you can feel the warmth. The windows make the room so bright with the natural lighting and their choice of the light wood with the green sage color is so soothing. You order your food on the left side and you get seated after. Everyone was also so warm and inviting, especially one of the owners, Honey. I mean even her name is so dang sweet!! These place was BISCUITS everything. I didn't realize you could make so many things with biscuits. The staff helped me choose what to order. The staff favorite was the biscuit French toast so absolutely said yes to that. Also had to get their biscuits and gravy because... it's a classic. Lastly... needed to at least balance out all the heaviness, so I got these fried oats, but the kimchi version! If you're wondering what fried oats are... it's literally is that! Fried oats but they made it taste like friend rice! Because it's oats, it's healthier for you and has much more fiber. I was actually confused at first.. I saw some fusion in their menu options. It turns out that the other owner, Kyung, is Korean and added some Korean flare to his dishes! That brings me to their cute story! Kyung moved to the US from Korea and one of the first dishes he had was biscuits and gravy. He loved it so much that he and Honey created Union biscuits. It's for the love of biscuits and a union with his culture. My heart!!! This place is also affordable and I don't know how they do it! Definitley coming back for more!

Yelp
Come to Union Biscuit for a great scratch made biscuit brunch. Glad we have another brunch spot that opened in the Southwest. The signage Breakfast, Brunch and Scratch made drew us to union Biscuit. Lauren P was our server and answered the couple questions we had and was very knowledgeable about their biscuit options. Today we ordered the mini biscuit and gravy and the French toast style biscuits. The French toast biscuits were great with cinnamon, whipped cream, fresh fruit - blueberries and strawberries, candied walnuts and maple syrup, 5/5 would get again. The mini biscuit and sausage gravy was also delicious which you can opt for the mushroom gravy if you so choose. The mini is one biscuit and the full you can also add eggs. They offer some outdoor seating, coke product beverages, tea and coffee. Love the photo op spots, like the Risk it for the biscuit sign, the vestaboard is cool with rotating sayings like "In biscuits we crust" and various quotes. Plenty of seating in this bright brunch spot with booths and tables available. The servers also come around to check on you which takes their service to the next level. Thank you, Union Biscuit, for a delicious brunch. Will definitely be back again to try other menu options. Tip: 10% Military/Veteran discount available. *Update, came back in for some scratch made biscuits and tried the pimento cheese, honey butter and blueberry jam, all delicious.

Yelp
Tasty biscuits - specifically recommend the biscuits and gravy for a simple delight, fun interior, good service but very odd music choices. Maybe the somebody had the aux on shuffle as it bounced from pop like Colbie Callait to heavy metal by Powerman 5000, so random. We loved the food but probably wouldn't dine inside the restaurant again - maybe outside instead or take it to-go for a less hectic and busy feeling while we eat.
