"After a requisite stop at Erewhon for an organic hot-bar bowl, I dropped by Union, which heralded La Brea's transition into the streetwear strip—Stüssy and Stampd are next door, OVO is nearby, and a Carhartt WIP just opened on the block. Union has always marched to its own beat (swerving to high fashion when everyone was obsessed with sneakers), and with the rise of Trump, Union owners Chris Gibbs and Beth Birkett haven't exactly stuck to sports."

I am so excited. My order was processed quickly and arrive on time. Good job Union...my fam will be so surprised! Thank you.

Google
I paid 1400 for a pair of pants and received pants that I did not order . They sent me a cheaper pair and won't refund the 300 dollar difference . I do not know why they dont care and dont care if they lose business . I would advise no mail order.

Newly Edited Review 3.0. Things have gone from Bad, to Better to Amazing. I ordered a sweet shirt online. It shipped out in 1 day, and arrived in 2 days. It also came with a bonus $52 shirt from free and a nice note. These guys seem to really have got their house in order and I can now Highly Recomend. OK, Edited Review. I ordered 3 things. Only 1 came and they never responded to my repeated emails. After I opened an Inquiry w my credit card company, the other 2 items magically shipped ASAP. I am amending my review from 1 to 3 stars. I hope that future orders are shipped without me having to take action...

Google
Not sure why there's so many negative reviews, my experience is always A+. I called in to inquire about the Discovered x Union collab MA-1 jacket. They went as far as taking measurements for me on the spot over the phone. I ordered it on Saturday and the jacket was processed for delivery first thing Monday morning!! Great service!!!

Google
Fine store. Had some unique brands I never heard of before. Nice guys. Not anything super special but cool walk in.

Google
fan of the brand & while the brick and mortar was smaller than I thought, it didn't disappoint. A really helpful staff member helped me find what inventory was left in my size! would def recommend if you are coming to L.A to visit. Bonus: Stussy is right next door! Follow me on IG @freshdotdaily

JIMMY JAZZ IS GARBAGE

Google
Million dollar company that can’t operate a fair raffle. My girl won the Jordan 4 Unions Desert Moss and she couldn’t checkout due the broken checkout link we received through text. First time ever winning something like this. People are checking out 100+ pairs, mean while we can’t checkout 1 pair. On top of that there are large amount of errors and we have tried every single possible way to check out this past week. Many people are having the same issue. I tried contacting them to help with the situation and they said they can’t do anything about it. So then where is my pair going? Disgusting and Unfair. Until I receive my pair, this review is staying up.

Yelp
Service is trash. Not sure why these places think they don't need customer service. All the workers just stand around. Not a good experience.

Yelp
5 Stars because of the security! My friends and I were waiting in line for the Nike Dunk drop and this guy cut in front of me and hundreds of people and was trying to incite drama. I let the security guards know and they kicked the dude out and followed him to make sure he didn't cut again! They were really chill as well, appreciate them.

Yelp
I'm kinda mad that they take so long to ship items but have the audacity to charge crazy shipping fees. This is a clear indication of the lack of appreciation for their customers and based on the comments I'm reading, it's no shocker. I want to support all LA based brands but you have to support your customers and create an iconic experience. So far, I hate this experience.
google avatar

Anthony M.

Yelp
Terrible business taking peoples money and not wanting to refund them. They'll continue to go on like nothing happened. They must've been down bad or owed some money taking everyone's money. Union should just really consider shutting down, they aren't for the people anyway they love to backdoor and plug their friends. Fuck union

Yelp
I won a raffle and went to this location to pick up my pair. I went in the store completely unaware that I had to make line outside, the cashier looked at me like I was crazy and was so rude she told me to go outside and make line. I went outside made line around the block, an employee checked my nike app and ID, he gave me a wristband. I waited in line for 3 hours, when I got to the door 4 guys denied my entry and said whatever I was trying to pull wasnt gonna happen, bc I had gone into the store previously unknowingly that I had to go get a wristband first. I was embarrassed, harassed and kicked out, i was treated like a thief for no valid reason. A customer shouldnt be treated this way, they need new employees

Matt G.

Yelp
Union LA is clearly a scam like business. charges outrageous shipping costs yet takes over month to ship. Nike needs to end its collaborations wit's Union until they figure out how to ship shoes in a timely manner.
google avatar

Zoe S.

Yelp
This place is ridiculous. They don't pick up the phone and are never open during their store hours. Bad business

Chad S.

Yelp
Won the purple colorway for the passport release and didn't know we couldn't have 2 shoes sent to the same address. How can we know prior to the drop? Mind you we just got back into the shoe game and didn't realize all these rules. Emailed back multiple times and even told them we can come in store to prove we are 2 different humans but they still can't do anything about it. Very, very unfair and me and my brother won the shoes without cheating the system!! I hope the owner or whoever sees this message because it's unfair to me and my brother that we woke up early, waited for the release and won them fair without cheating the system. Now we can't have the shoes cause we live in the same house?? I hope somebody at Union sees this because this isn't right

Yelp
I want to support this business as I feel their buyer has a great eye and they carry many brands I love, but customer service is non-existent. Be sure you really want what you're purchasing because returns/exchanges are a joke, and basically avoid making a purchase online/from their website. While the interface is slick, they won't fulfill your order for weeks, and if you send an e-mail or call their customer service number, you won't receive any response at all. Not sure how Union expects to retain customers or attract new ones with this poorly managed retail experience. There are far better options out there when you want customer service, and just respect, in general.

Yelp
My brother and I have been coming to Union for the last 10 or so years now, and we probably visit the shop monthly to see what's going on because they always have new items coming and parties for new releases. I believe the man who runs Union, Chris Gibbs, has a great eye for the items he brings to the store, and most of all, he has created an attentive, comfortable, and judgement-free shopping experience that is rare at many streetwear/fashion stores. At Union, I feel comfortable to shop and try-on any piece that suits me. At other stores, I usually feel like I'm being followed and that I'm being judged on what I'm wearing to the store. So Union carries a mixture of expensive high fashion and streetwear brands. I've gotten many items that I truly love from here like a Gosha denim jacket, a Noah flannel, a Thom Browne shirt, a Union crewneck sweater, Advisory Board Crystsls shirts, and of course the Union Jordan collaboration. They have many other brands here as well. To top it off, the sales here are great. If it wasn't for some of Unions sales, I wouldn't have been able to afford certain pieces that I really enjoy. Chris and the rest of the staff are always looking to hook you up, and help you with whatever you need. I highly recommend visiting Union. You will not be disappointed.

Ty L.

Yelp
Used to love shopping here, but the store has completely declined in terms of their online customer service. I haven't received my order in 2 months and it doesn't matter how many times I email their "online customer support team". No responses to any of my emails. The phone line is disconnected. Not shopping with union again. Very disappointed

Yelp
one of the worst companies that continues to spit in the face of their supporters. customer service is non existent. they genuinely do not care. once nike fries their contracts with jordan brand, this brand is destined for obscurity.

Matthew E.

Yelp
Terrible raffle process, extremely bad customer service. Waiting on $500+ on refunds for over a week as well as hundreds of others, while they post other new products and give no updates. Terrible business not worth the hype at all

Giselle A.

Yelp
Horrible store. Employees are unprofessional! They will keep your shoe that you won in a raffle and prohibit you from coming inside the store.

Kevin L.

Yelp
This review pertains to my online experience and may not reflect the experience in their brick and mortar store. I was fortunate enough to check out a pair of the Union Jordan's in a size 10. I'm a natural size 9.5, but was able to cart the size 10, which was ok by me. After weeks of waiting for shipping to Toronto (which I don't necessarily fault them for, as I get they had a ton of orders to fulfill) I was sent a size 10.5 instead, to my dismay. Sent an email asking for some acknowledgement of the error and a reasonable form of compensation and their response? They offered for me to take the time to pack up the shoes, and send them back for a refund! This to me, is an insulting 'fake apology' and not really taking ownership of their mistake (knowing the context of how difficult these shoes were to get and the limited stock). I replied with, what I think is a reasonable and diplomatic email, and they have yet to respond to me after almost a week. Maybe I've been spoiled with great customer service from other comparable streetwear boutiques (Concepts NYC and Capsule Toronto are both superb), but this is not how you are supposed to address a mistake made to a customer, in any type of business. Not sure how much of a difference this review makes, but hope it at least is a wake up call to Union to re-evaluate how they treat their customers going forward.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. I ordered the Union 4's on release day. They made the shipping label and supposedly shipped them two weeks later. I live in the Bay Area so normally packages wouldn't take long to get to me from LA. After two weeks with no update to the tracking, I asked them what the issue was and they told me to follow up with UPS. UPS informed me they never received it. After a few days of the constant back and forth, Union failed to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional and just terrible customer service. They make good products, just I was one of the several unlucky to not have gotten mine. Look at other reviews and you'll see that I'm not the only person that has gotten this treatment.

Alex R.

Yelp
Union was usually great on invoices for the in store raffle. This past release I hit on argon dunks my size, but have yet to receive them. Ordered April 3rd and nothing. Have emailed multiple times and no response. Phone number doesn't work either so don't even bother. I can't go in store due to my work schedule. Paid 190 for them just for them to keep them. Union a joke now.

Yelp
If you like being ripped off and treated like crap then this is the place for you. Left my work early for a raffle that they had advertised on IG until 3pm. I arrived an hour early only to be greated by a hostile employee telling me not to waste my time. They are absolutely right..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Yelp
Had a wonderful shopping experience with Union for a highly coveted drop. While you may not always win, the pressure was on but the shopping was fair for consumers, which is rare these days. Nothing but Love and respect!

Yelp
Stupid place. Fake info. Don't go I got 2:00 for raffles but they already shut and close the line even they said till 3:00.

Niklas L.

Yelp
Clothes are nice but these guys aint trustworthy for overseas shipping/online shopping. Two times I tried, and paid, and did not get all my goods. Customer service neglect and refer to outsourced partners that you can't connect. Pretty low standard.

Aakomon J.

Yelp
What a sad case of store management, and an even sadder case of customer service. The (unwritten) store policy that prohibits you from returning an online-purchased item to the actual store, yet instructs you to pay to have it shipped to an address that is identical to the store's, is ridiculous. The store employee (when you talk to them on the phone) claim there is a totally separate department that handles returns... but when you ask for the number to that department, they say they don't have it. And so I go look at the website's "return info", it provides the store's number! It's literally the same number! When you call that number for returns, the store employee answers the phone standing right there at the store counter! What a lazy scam! I am done supporting these boutiques with less than acceptable business models. I seek out Black owned and/or POC owned businesses quite often, but I will not hesitate to take Union Los Angeles off my list for continued support. I sure hope the owners improve upon their practices, for the next customer. If you care about customer service, don't shop here, go elsewhere... otherwise good luck to you in not having a similar experience to mine (and many others I'm finding out after the fact).

Yelp
I'm personally a big shopper and into men's clothing. I shop a lot in LA area. I've been to Union 2 times - the first visit was bad. No one says hi - they follow you around and you feel awkward then you leave. Fine, maybe it was just an off day. So today (over a year later) I decided to give it a second go. I want you all to know I think Union and a clothing store has some amazing pieces. I subscribe to their email and their buys are fantastic. I've purchased things on their website. So back to my visit. I walk and and 3 (maybe 4) people are just hanging around the cash. Nobody looks in my direction, not a hello/welcome... nothing. I look around. Many of the clothing in the rack I'm actually wearing on this visit. I notice their is a rope blocking people from going upstairs... I assume they don't want you up their without a sales person. So I walk right up to the rope and look the 2 people behind the cash in the eye.... nothing. They don't ask if I want to go upstairs, they don't say a single word again. I'm totally blown away at this point. I just walk away. Chris - I'm not sure if you are aware how your associates treat your customers, I truly hope not. But that's just horrible. I am your customer, but the shipping experience should not be something this unenjoyable. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Yelp
In my opinion, Union has always been ahead of its time. This is one of the OGs of the La Brea block. Good ol' South La Brea Ave... Back in the day, this was the only place in LA you could buy Supreme or Bape. Nowhere else. Waaay before Supreme opened up shop on Fairfax & Bape on Melrose. And today, Union curates brands that aren't available anywhere else in Los Angeles... at least, that I know of. Brands like Visvim, Wtaps, Neighborhood, Comme des Garcon, Original Fake, Maiden Noir, Mark McNairy, etc. Too many... Brands & styles we arent even ready for. Union was also one of the first stores to have a Nike SB account. They along with Val Surf In Valley Village & Hot Rod in Westwood were the only ones in the immediate area that sold SBs. They've always had the vision, the clout to carry the goods that are of high quality & not found easily anywhere else. I gotta give it up to them. So props to Chris Gibbs & staff. Eddie Cruz before him set the table... I still remember when Pete was managing the store, the lovely Joy was working there and the homie Matt not too long ago. Good people. Good products. It's not for everybody cause some things are far from inexpensive but for those that know & appreciate what it is they carry at Union, this store is for them. Look behind the counter. That's a McIntosh audio amplifier.... That should be your first sign that this is not your average.

Yelp
Let me first disclaim this review. I am not in the shoe game. I've been coming here for years with friends, rarely do I buy something and it's mainly because of the price, but I'll give them the nod that what I did buy was of high quality materials and craftsmanship. In some cases you get what you pay for. Frankly the clothing is so eclectic and random it's hard to get a sense for their buyers. Accessories, be they handmade or not are trinkets. Etsy-esque for men. Like I hear the kids singing to that Macklemore song paying $50 for a t-shirt is ignorant. I love the wooden enclave counter area and the lighting, the design is pretty hip and cool for being around for so long and at the top of the game. Service is a little showy, a lot of posturing and it boils down to being slightly rude. I think I put off this vibe that I'm not about that life so when simply purchasing, browsing and seeking help I haven't gotten the service some of my other friends get who come in and either drop real loot or where the staff seems to be on their jock. I think at some point in the life of every male under 40 they have known someone who was/is or they themselves were/are in the shoe game. To all of you who have paid a ridiculous amount of money for shoes you'll never wear, waited in line hours or days and don't even play basketball. You have all been lied to. Milk fed dreams of style and glory through shoes. Shoes are meant to be worn, to be used, not stocked or stored so paying that much for something that doesn't at least take me out to dinner or do my taxes is ridiculous. It's a specialty fashion, novelty boutique catering to a bit of a young mans lifestyle. I'm a fan when I'm a fan of an item, but overall I it's a head shaker type place.

Mao M.

Yelp
Placed a order. With in 7 weeks no respond to multiple email. No order update. Sent 1 last email asking to cancel my order. Following business day. Got an email stating shipping label created. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Yelp
scammers. tell you to send in an email if you want to make a return but then never respond to the email before the return window is up.

Yelp
I've ordered online from Union on a number of occasions, but I had yet to actually visit the store in-person until relatively recently - when I happened to be in the neighborhood following a midday meeting. The place exudes style, and as soon as you walk in, you get the feeling that you're treading on the cutting edge. Sneakerheads and fashionistos alike (sorry ladies, no luck over here!) will find themselves particularly intrigued by the store's tasteful collection of brands, including both the relatively-well known (Comme de Garcons, Visvim, Pigalle) and the up-and-coming (my particular favorite being Tantum and their pocket tees!). While the employees may not spring into action in an attempt to help every person that stops by, they're more than willing to answer questions that you've got in mind. In particular, one cheery female sales associate (didn't get her name) was more than willing to give me a informative explanation as to why the store hadn't restocked on its supply of Virgil Abloh's "Off-White" project. It's refreshing to see that Union prides itself on keeping its staff well-informed and knowledgable. Having walked in merely to do some light window shopping and see what sale items the boutique had in stock, I wandered around to get an idea of Union's current selection; while there, I found a pretty killer selection of Marcelo Burlon tees on sale. Although I was tempted to make the impulse buy, I ultimately allowed practicality to win the day. While some of the items at Union can seem to be priced well into the stratosphere, all you've got to do is keep a close watch on the boutique's online store. Chances are you'll stumble upon at least killer bargain from doing so. I'd probably come back here in the near future to make a purchase - I've had my eye on getting my first pair of Buscemi sneakers for some time now!

Floetic 8.

Yelp
Union LA is straight hot garbage! Avoid at all cost! The gear is overpriced and can be purchased at plenty of other online retailers/boutiques that actually have functioning customer services departments that are responsive. I order two Haiti Union soccer jerseys because they looked nice and the proceeds were said to go to charity, so I payed $180 for both on 4/9/22. I got a tracking number on 4/14/22. It's now 5/2/22 and I have not seen any update to the tracking number (UPS just says Label was created). Sent multiple emails to Union with no response. Spent 20 minutes in a automated voicemail loop. Now, I'm reading all these horror stories of people experiencing the same janky, unprofessional scammer vibes that this buying experience has given me. I want a refund but not even sure if or how that will happen. I know for sure if I don't have my money or product in the next few weeks, legal actions will be taken. Any one who gives this place above a 1 star rating is a joke.

Yelp
My bf is in love with this store. We came to LA with three goals in mind: 1. Disneyland 2. Hello Kitty's 35th Birthday (more my goal, but w/e) 3. Shopping!! I saw a lot of really pricey items here. I didn't really bother to even look at the brands that they carried after I looked at the price tags of accessories, toys, and small goods. A good selection of sunglasses. For some reason they were selling some pretty expensive ass cologne. It had skulls on it, and was like mad money for it. Kinda confused by it. Must be some avant garde shit I don't understand. All I know is that if you can't afford it in the first place, then you have no business worrying about wtf it's for. It could be an air freshener for the bathroom for all I care. The goods I managed to notice were Nike, Carhart (big deal to us!), Neighborhood, original fake, and visvim. You can go on their website http://www.unionlosangeles.com/main.php if you wanna see the rest of what they carry. I think out of all the street wear stores I have encountered here, this was the one that despite how jaded they all are about the broke asses, window shoppers, tourists, assholes, nice people, celebrities, etc that come in here...they still maintained some laid back friendliness. My bf wanted to check out the plain Nike SB hoodie, and the guy at the checkout wanted to show him "something cool" he just notice about the jacket. Didn't ignore us, helpful, and not pushy. I like his style. To the left of the store is a small stairway leading up to the half-second floor of the shop. More clothing, and a few shoes here and there. This store is in a row next to Stussy, UNDFTD, and random funiture pieces store. We came on a Sunday evening around 4pm, and parking wasn't difficult. We wanted to steer from the crazy traffic in front of the store, and opted for the residential parking behind the building across from this row. We returned a second time after hitting up the other two stores next door (gotta make sure you do price comparisons!) and decided the Nike SB jacket was worth the money. My bf really liked this store, despite being a Supreme and Undftd afficiando. I think its because of the lowkey and chill vibe of the store/merchandise.

Yelp
Really bad customer service. I understand the impact Covid has had on businesses but the lack of responses after multiple follow ups and over 4 weeks to deliver a product is almost as bad as their unwillingness to stand behind product and put the customer first. I spent half a morning during the Union Jordan launch only to get a matching set of top and shorts. After a month of of waiting to receive the product fits easily 2 sizes too large. For context I am 6'2 about 180 and a medium in any other brand sometimes may be too tight. The union version could easily fit someone over 215 lbs with a basketball sized stomach. They didn't care, wouldn't take responsibility or Let me return or exchange even though this stuff sold out in seconds a month before. Just saying know what you're getting into with this Hypebeast. I for one will skip.

David F.

Yelp
Beware when ordering online as there is no customer service. I ordered a pair of slides in the wrong size. I emailed them the following morning asking if there was anything that could be done before the order went out. I followed up a couple days later. 4 days after I placed the order I received an email saying my order was shipped. Union never responded to my emails. I really enjoyed going in there every time I was in LA and began shopping with them online because of the pandemic. It sucks that they don't seem to care at all about helping their customers. I'm relieved that it's just a pair of slides. I caution anyone who orders from them, if there's an issue or concern they will not respond.
google avatar

Ed L.

Yelp
Ran across town to do some shopping and they close early... to top it off, if you make it in, they treat everyone who walks in like a thief. They follow you upstairs, SMH why don't you invest in WiFi camera. I used to spend a lot of $$ here. Not anymore, Save your money and buy online mrporter, everlane, endclothing, barneys same stuff just a lot cheaper. You figure for the price of clothing here they would give you better treatment.
google avatar

Margreth C.

Yelp
Walked in and there were two people working there. One on his phone and the other one on the computer. We didn't get greeted or talked to. Then we went upstairs the guy on his phone followed us up there, didn't say ONE word. Was leaning by the upstairs entrance still on his phone didn't even look at us.I thought he was coming up to finally ask if we could needed help with anything but nope. You are in retail, your job is to provide customer service. A simple hello would've been just fine. FINALLY, as we walked out the girl on the computer said bye thank you. I was in retail for 10 years, and I cannot stand poor customer service. The reviews are a reflection of this store, so it all makes sense. Come here and get what you need, but don't expect anyone to talk to you.

Yelp
Don't let the little hole in the wall look detour you, this little spot has awesome trendy clothes and exclusive footwear! Meegan helped us in store and was amazing ~ answered all of our questions, gave us styling suggestions! Will definitely add union to my go to stops for new clothes and shoes! Thanks Meegan for being so accommodating!

Yelp
Today the Union x Jordan sneaker was released and I can't rave how amazing this whole experience was. When Union said they are a LA brand and they are going to take care of the locals they really came through! From the in store raffle process to pick up, I was impressed with how professional and organized the event was. The pop up they made was beyond expectations and the installation really made the wait more of an experience. The shoe was worth the raffle trip to LA - such a creative and well made sneaker. I just wish there was a way we could have entered the raffle for both colors, I wish I could rock each color on each foot at the same time! But Big Props and Kudos to Union, appreciate the fairness and love you show LA!

Yelp
Yes Union used to be a landmark. Used to be. It is part of the 3-headed streetwear hydra along with Stussy and Undefeated at La Brea. This was one of the few authorized dealers of Bape in its heyday. Since Bape opened their own location, the main draw here is mainly some Nike SB, Neighborhood, VIsvim, and BBC. They also carry some American streetwear brands, such as UNDRCRWN. Anyways, the stuff here is expensive, even when they have a sale. First of all, I really don't like BBC, because it isn't very innovative most of the time, and BAPE stuff is actually cheaper and cuter. Nope, no women's clothing. The girl behind the counter is kind of unhelpful. She is too chill and doesn't care that you are in the store. All the other guy employees are pretty helpful. Like the location in NYC, Union has kind of fallen off. Very few people are blowing their money on $400 Neighborhood denim these days.
google avatar

Jon Y.

Yelp
They dont tell you the items on sale are final sale. Not even at check out. Most places give you the friendly reminder as you are paying that sales are final. Not even a store refund. I came back within two hours of buying an item and they would not take my return or even give me store credit. Felt like a shady move on their part to clean sale items.
google avatar

Jeremy S.

Yelp
Dope shop, if you're into the hype beast or street wear thing. Most people that work there and go into this shop are grown people that take themselves waaaaay too serious. But other than that! Amazing! Awesome! Kind! And friendly staff and dope good quality clothing.

Yelp
Union has always been on my hit list for LA for a long time. After my experience there, I was a bit disappointed. Union is one of the few stores I've found in LA that really cater to the high end men's clothing market. They carry brands such as Thom Browne, Acne, Visvim, Public School, Neighborhood, and so on. You get the idea. My assumption from the website was that there would be a pretty sizable selection at the physical store. I was a bit disappointed however when I arrived at the store. Union is pretty small, but although not completely unsurprising. Union is a boutique carrying many brands, but very few pieces from each designer they list. I was hoping to score a few things I spotted online but to my dismay they were completely sold out. In the end I picked up a few things that were on sale at a very good price as compared to full retail. My expectations were set a little too high since Union is probably the premiere boutique men's clothing store. For me being on the east coast, its really just easier for me to go to NYC and most likely get what I wanted. I wish they carried a bit more things but since their business now is mostly online I can't honestly complain. If you're expecting an experience you would expect from a NYC boutique, you will probably be a bit disappointed. The selection is small here. Pricing is as expected when it comes to these brands. However, Union is a worthy stop at least if you're in LA.

Yelp
Eddie Cruz...you's the man! So this has been my staple for shopping for the past, almost 10 years now. They have always been putting out the dopest gear for the urban shoppers. Although they dont carry womens clothe anymore, they still rock guys stuff like no other. Back in the days this was one of the only places I could find Sarcastic and Hysteric stuff. Now they have moved on to Silus, BAPE, Neighborhood and now Billionaire's Boys Club. Plus they have remodelled the place and it looks cooler than ever. The dressing room is proper...its almost like the naughty sauna looking room at a club. The place where all the debauchery goes down. Of course the clothe here can be quite expensive but that's what you have to deal with when shopping for the exclusive threads. If you want to get in on the ground floor you can wait with the crowds on Saturday mornings when both Union and Undefeated open...personally, I dont care that much about clothe or shoes but its still funny to drive by and see.

Yelp
If I could give less stars, I would. My experience with the Union x Air Jordan 1 was absolute trash. I thought I was 'lucky' enough to check out a blue AJ1 from the online release. After being charged $28 for shipping, I thought I would receive the shoes in a reasonable time frame. I never received the shoes at all. After literally months of emailing back and for with Union x Jordan, I've received the same response numerous times - no exaggeration. I have not only not received the shoes I paid for, but I never got my money back either ($238). I am not new to streetwear, I've been going to shops on La Brea, Fairfax and Melrose since 2006 but this is more than just an apathetic employee - it directly reflects Union's values and based on my own personal experience I cannot recommend enough avoiding dealing with the hassle of doing 'business' with Union. They've given me the run around in every attempt to resolve this situation TO THIS DAY - 3 MONTHS LATER. If you're reading this do yourself the favor and DO NOT waste your time with this Union.

Yelp
First time coming in here. Definitely the major leagues of "streetwear". A few legit fashion junkies were in there as well, so it must be the spot. Rickie was the sales associate I spoke to and he did a great job of explaining why/what makes a $1,000 hoodie, to a $600 hoodie, to a $100 hoodie. As a layman I learned a lot about top of the line designers. Didn't end up getting anything but wouldn't hesitate to come back. My one very minor knock is I wish the brands and clothes were better marked and sorted. I couldn't see any rhyme or reason to where things were. But maybe it was just over my head.

Yelp
Prices are high, but what do you expect? It's Union. Very few others around LA carry most of their selection, and let's face it: it's a seller's market. Don't judge their stuff just because the silly hypebeasts and hipsters moved on to neon jeans and fixed gear bikes. Union keeps on doing what they've always done, carrying the rare, quality goods they've always carried, and does it in a way few other stores in Los Angeles can compare to. On the matter of customer service, I haven't had a bad experience here yet; shame others have though, but I can only review it based on my experiences. For me, they've always been very laid back and helpful. If you want premium products and can stomach the premium prices to match, come to Union. If not, stay away, and leave it to those of us that can appreciate what they carry. Five stars to a streetwear shop- no, a streetwear institution. P.S. Park behind the store, not in front of it. Save yourself the meter fare!

Yelp
I've been in the shop a couple times while visiting LA. The clothes were obviously great, and the customer service was okay. Second time I went in was literally five minutes before they were closing, and despite my bad timing one of the dudes was helpful with finding my size in a particular tee and allowed me to try it on. Despite my previously good experience, this morning I called the shop to see if and when they would be getting any more of a particular shirt and size available for online order since I am in Texas. The man on the phone was really rude, and after I ask about the shirt he says "Well, I think we have smalls and extra larges". I ask if he's for sure about the extra large in the shop, because if that were the case, I would have a friend in LA pick it up for me. He responds very abruptly saying "I was just telling you that. I don't really know." then says nothing else. Not only was the asshole lying AND doesn't know his shop's inventory, but the shop is not big. It's not a long walk to the back of the shop, so I don't see what the problem was with helping a potential customer find a shirt they are wanting. I am usually not one to complain about customer service ever, but this dude was an ass. I will be back when I visit LA because they DO have exclusive clothing you can't find most other places. Hopefully my upcoming visits will be more positive than what happened this morning.

Yelp
I have been here for couple of times.I was satisfied with the stuff here until today! I was trying on a Thom Browne sweatpant and decided to get it. However I found there have few dirty spots on the stripes of the pant. So I asked the staff if I could get another one. One of the salesman suspected that I made it dirty. LoL! So they would not exchange a new one for me! That's really ridiculous!!! Btw, how do I know that if the last customers who try on the stuff and made it dirty, huh? And I would not take the dirty stuff either! Just keep the dirty one FOREVER! Suck stuff and salesman!

Yelp
This is only place I have found, in California, that carries the brands: NEIGHBORHOOD, W)Taps, Head Porter Plus (+), Original Fake and Visvim all in one store. This is by far, hands down, one of the best gems. A little difficult to visit on a regular basis, since I live 400miles away from it. But I will still mark this store as one of my favorites. For me, NEIGHBORHOOD is one of my all-time favorite clothing brands, and it's very hard to find boutiques that carry this brand as well as the Head Porter Plus (+) brand, which is another one of my favorites. The Union store carries these and much more...all at pretty much standard retail prices.
