The 11 Best Breweries In The Hudson Valley & The Catskills 2024 - Hudson Valley - The Infatuation

"Union Street Brewing opened in July 2023 and quickly made a name for itself by producing easy-drinking, accessible beer. It doesn’t hurt that they brought in a world-class brewer, whose extensive experience at Alewife in Queens and Sixpoint in Brooklyn lent some early street cred. It’s situated only a few blocks away from the high-traffic Warren Street—where you can easily drop a few thousand dollars on a ceramic horse or antique clock—and is the perfect place to sit down for a bit, have a few beers, and split some appetizers. The outdoor patio is dog- and kid-friendly (though on Fridays and Saturdays you’ll want to tuck the kids in by 7pm, when it becomes adults-only), so bring a big group and share the salad, big pretzel, and tacos, all paired with a Planning an Escape hazy IPA, or the Canceling Plans West Coast IPA." - keith hernandez

I went here with my GF. We really only drink hazy NEIPAs anymore. This place is very nice in general. We definitely liked hanging out here. We had uncharted galaxy which was excellent, probably the best current hazy in the local area. We found the food to be too expensive which was a bummer. A chicken sandwich with fries is $29 without tax or tip. That's an entree price at most local restaurants. $10 for fries alone. Maybe we're cheap but I don't think so. We'll be back for the beer for sure.

Great edition to Hudson. Great beers, Good small plates and snacks. The staff is even better. Friendly, fast, and helpful with tastes and selections. Plenty of indoor seating and a nice bar. Awesome outdoor area with fire pits.

Awesome brewery right downtown. Situated right behind the Governors Tavern, this place is a must visit. Huge, bright, airy, immaculate vibes. Outdoor space is fantastic with solo stove pits! Beer was fantastic, had the Czech Lager and the sour ale (10/10). We both had the spicy pork tacos, DAMN. Great spice and flavor, speedy service.

Beautiful space with a large patio offers plenty of seating options. 12 rotating house-made beers on draft, plus wine, cider, and a few standard cocktails. A large selection of cans in 4-pack to go. They have their own kitchen serving bar snacks, tacos, salads and a few different sandwiches. Dog friendly both outside and inside.

Prompt and incredibly friendly service. Dog friendly too! I stopped in quickly for a glass of wine and a small appetizer after a busy day. 5/5 for the tasty food/treats, both for humans and dogs! My little one doesn’t like many baked treats but went crazy over the peanut butter treat the chef has prepared for 4 legged visitors. Would definitely come back.

Fun and spacious spot for casual drinks and bites. There's more than enough seating inside and outside. Recommend the beer flights to get a small taste of everything, and some small eats to accompany the beer. Friendly staff too.

Hey Now Folks… this place ROCKS! Great Beers! Great Food! Welcoming friendly staff! Beautiful room adjacent to the beer tanks and a giant patio with fire pits… The manager Marin was on it! Super cool and involved. Very importantly… has the back of her crew. Can’t forget to mention the awesome floor peeps… Jeff, Shelby, Scotty and bringing up the back of the house…Chef Joel, preparing our delicious grinds that go perfectly with their homemade beers and ales. Only one block off of the main Hudson drag… this place is well worth the short stroll. If you’re looking for something to do in Hudson, give this place a try, you’ll want to go back! Thanks Union Street Brewing Co. 🍺

Huge space with friendly bartenders and great food. Trivia on Monday nights is always packed, so come early to find a seat! It’s a fun time! Delicious variety of beers all brewed in-house. There’s also wine and N/A options. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the courtyard. USB hosts events for all-sized parties as well.
