This casual restaurant ands bar inside the Fairlane is perfect for a quick breakfast or a beer after a long day. The staff are friendly and service is fast. Our breakfast was terrific!

Overall review is misleading. Not a 4 star place. After reading through you can see the disappointment. Stayed in the hotel so went here out of convenience. 3 times, each time was the same, food is okay, service is the problem! Wait, wait, wait with no other customers! The staff acts kinda like they may be High? That may be the problem. Really bad!

Phenomenal quality & service by Kimberly & staff. Excellent coffee. Standard breakfast fare prepared at a gourmet-level.

Been coming here almost weekly but lately since the management changes and recent staff turnover, the welcoming vibe is completely gone. The people taking orders at the front have a terrible attitude, don’t make eye contact and treat you like a disturbance when ordering despite you being friendly. The food is great…but you’ll be lucky if they don’t mess up your order. There really is no excuse because the past few visits the restaurant hasn’t been busy at all. Lastly, recently discovered that locals get 10% off (per their website) and the cashier laughed at me this morning when asking about it. Not sure what the deal is, this place used to be a Nashville hidden gem.

Wonderful food and a nice atmosphere but the service was poor - despite having lots of staff. I got brought a cold coffee and then had to wait a long time to get another.

This USED to be one of favorite places to stop on since moving downtown but like the review before mine expressed, the vibe and service have change DRASTICALLY. Every single time I’ve come in the past week, the staff is behind the counter, seemingly trying to figure out something that cause them all to be gathered at the cash register. Even with that, there’s NO eye contact, no greeting, no “we’ll be with you in a second” or anything. Then they ask if you’d like something, as if I’m just standing there for my health. I’ll be finding a new bagel shop. Very disappointed.

Really bad service, don’t recommend. Name wasn’t on the receipt, probably on purpose. It was a guy with glasses and curly hair. After taking my beverage order, server did not come back. Had to waive down another server from a nearby table to order food after waiting and waiting. I was just one person and a table of 3 that got sat after me got their food at least 20min before me, even when I ordered immediately after. Server kept walking past my table and was all smiles with the other table and I had to wave him down to ask about my food. Asking for the check and then waiting for my card back also took forever because he was busy chatting with his coworkers. This was also early afternoon, it was not busy at all and it still took incredibly long to dine here. Will not be back.

Yelp
If you are looking for a fun vibe near TPAC look no further then the Fairlane Hotel Lobby Bar. Modern and fun vibe , strong drinks for a fair price and great service. This is Downtown Nashville so prices are not dirt cheap but for the area it is fair. Recommend 100%

Yelp
Name was changes I guess from "bagel shop" but had the same-ish menu. Bagel was just Ok coffee was average and they got my bagel order wrong. Friendly service but there's probably a better bagel place out there. Had I known it had changed to "Union Teller" and seen the reviews I probably would have looked for another place. Other reviews are pretty accurate.

Yelp
Fabulous service! Food is good too, but you can't beat the service! Ask for Chelsea. She is amazing.

Yelp
There are plenty of places to drop $6 on a bagel, and if it's worth it, do it. This place is not worth it. It used to be called the Bagelshop; it was my favorite place to order a bagel. Since the management change, I can tell the bagels are smaller and they skimp you out on the cream cheese. The quality went down as prices went up. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bagel shop.
