UNiQ Burger

We were at our son's basketball tournament and randomly found this place in-between games on Google. Walking in the place was very clean. Friendly staff right away willing to take the time to explain the menu. Food was very fresh and made to order. Took less than 10 minutes to get our food and it did not disappoint. Very tasty. Definitely go for the Cajun style fries.

Uniq Burger has a delicious menu that any vegan/non vegan would love. I brought my family today because it was my birthday request and it did not disappoint. The owner even gave me a sweet treat to celebrate. ❤️ I love the burgers and chicken sandwiches, the fries are even better with lots of different flavor options. We came out from the west valley and it is so worth the drive, go check it out!

I have been a vegetarian since the only option was frozen boca burgers. to be able to go to a restaurant and get a fresh made burger and loaded fries is a revelation. service was fast, very friendly, and hot damn the food was GREAT! pls go - even my carnivore bf inhaled his burger and ate most of the fries!

Went in today with my friend, I got my usual, the UNiQ Burger, he got a Southwest Burger and fries. This was my 5th or 6th time here and EVERY TIME the food is AMAZING! DEFINITELY worth the 30 min drive from the West Valley every single time. The food is always consistent, which is SO important in food service and it is honestly one of the BEST vegan burgers I've ever had.. hands down the BEST vegan burger you'll find in Phoenix! Customer service and atmosphere is always top notch.. the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. You can definitely tell that the owner has a passion for providing great food, great service, quality ingredients, and a great atmosphere! Don't change a thing! LOVE UNiQ!

First time eating here. I had the single burger with the Uniq sauce on the side. Burger was very good! Next time I'll get the sauce on the burger it was good on the fries. Vegan restaurant.

It's awesome when you are vegan and can eat anything in menu, but beside that UNiQ burger is great for anyone who like creative takes on otherwise simple food. It's a pretty straight forward menu, we came by twice while in town and enjoyed the various burger and fry types. Really interesting flavor mixes for all the burgers. Service was great. It's not exactly healthy but you can enjoy a decadent meal that feels like a treat without the cognitive dissonance.

Stopped here on a trip to PHX/Scottsdale and it was bomb! The staff was super helpful and friendly and the food was excellent! I had the southwest burger and cajun fries. Absolute 10/10!

Ok first things first, run don't walk here and go hungry. Secondly maybe one of the best burgers I've had... ever. Thirdly my non vegan, meat loving not a 'vegan' food type boyfriend said this was top burger ever... and was confused as to how "everything" was vegan. Lol I am not vegan... Im vegan ish... don't come at me. But I don't eat red meat or pork etc. Put all that aside. This is just freaking amazing messy feed your soul food when you want a burger and fries food. We each had the southwest burger and split an order of loaded fries. We were SO full. Couldn't even finish the fries...but we gave it our all. The owner?/lovely lady at the counter was so genuinely sweet. 500% we will be back. My boyfriend is telling everyone he knows. We already told my strictly vegetarian son and his girlfriend. It's a nice quiet hole in the wall with 2 little patio tables if you want to sit outside the storefront (we did). 10 out of 5. This is the burger I didnt know I missed and needed....and apparently my boyfriend too.... cows are safe another day :)

My friend recently needed to go vegetarian/vegan for health reasons and she's been struggling a bit with finding places to eat that make her feel like she hasn't lost the things she loves. Like burgers for example. She found UNiQ online and so, as is our tradition, we set out to try this new burger option that matches with her new dietary restrictions. When we arrived we found a dark interior that felt cozy rather than closed in. It was clean and the lighting sets a rather intimate mood for a burger joint. We were greeted warmly by the woman at the counter, placed our orders, and found a good seat. Our orders were dropped off quickly and the food was great! As a burger guy I will say that the texture and taste aren't as good as a regular burger but they are large, good, and filling. The tomato, lettuce, and pickle on it were crisp and fresh and the sauce is the cherry on top. The fries were fresh, crispy but fluffy, and salted perfectly. We got some UNiQ sauce to dip fries in and it was bomb! Honestly I really enjoyed it and I'm very full! We'll definitely come back in the future!

Not for us! I was so excited to try this place out because of all the amazing reviews. Full disclosure: my husband and I aren't vegan. We don't mind eating vegetarian, I even make vegetarian dishes at home. But I was craving a healthy burger today. We talked to several people eating in the restaurant and they are all repeat customers and they absolutely love it! The service was 10/10 the guy is so nice taking your order. But the food is SUPER EXPENSIVE. We got the southwest, the chopped cheese, and 1 tender (to try the chicken) and it was $43!!!!!!!! We didn't even get drinks, just water. I didn't want to leave a bad review with all the amazing reviews, but I can't give 5 stars. I didn't even finish mine, just wasn't my thing.

My Yelp friends are correct on this one. A delicious veggie burger served up with a smile. I had the Southwest with the spicy stuff on the side (because I love avocado). Hubby had the Chopped Cheese sandwich. Both were exceptional. The smashed burger was juicy and yet crisp. The chz grew on me. The crispy onions just added to the flavor. The brioche bun was perfect. Mom was helping out at the counter and she was so sweet with her givin welcome, recommendations, and checking on us. The atmosphere is all black and club-like, a nice change from a boring all-white generic fast food cafe. Order at the counter and Mom brought the food to our table. If I lived in Phoenix I would be here all the time. A family came in and then left after discovering the burgers weren't made of meat. Their loss! You couldn't top this burger if you tried.

I just walked out of UNiQ 100% satisfied. The food is exceptional and even with it being vegan, I didn't miss real chicken for one second. The Cajun fries were spiced + cooked to perfection. Super pleased with my decision to stop by this place and give it a try. Highly recommend!!

My first visit to UNiQ Burger was perfect the customer experience was A+ the menu was explained to me I got a little history on how the brand started it was a great interaction. The food was so good! The burger was deceiving as I couldn't believe it was vegan. The fries were really good. I'm unsure if onions are an options if so I'll have to add to my burger on my next visit. I dined in I really like the decor very modern. Thanks for doing vegan food the correct way I'll be back soon.

My Experience @ UNiQ Burger was special Daniel's Mom welcomed me in , Helped make a wise choice, UNiQ Burger! The Burger is Plant based , with melted cheese , a pickle chip and Special Sauce On a Soft Bun. Being an Elite Squad Yelper, my Burger and my Drink was complimentary. I ordered Cut Sweet Potato Fries which I dipped in Ketchup. Heidi , Daniel's Mom was a great Hostess. People really enjoyed their meals. Lots of smiles all around! Loved how the Restaurant was decorated . Black walls, Spots, Black Ceilings, Black tables and Chairs. All in All , a wonderful outing. Wish them the very best . May this be an Auspicious Beginning... We love uniq burger. The Owner is amazing. It's right near us and when I am craving a burger it is my go to place.

As a vegan food enthusiast, I always list vegan restaurants across the country that I plan to try, so saying it was a pleasant surprise when my Airbnb was 3 minutes away from UniQ Burger would be an understatement. Dare I say it, but this is one of the best vegan spots I've had in a while, if not ever! UNiQ dares to be different with its thoughtful attempt at flavor and texture combinations. During my visit, I tried the following: Chicken nuggets, chicken wrap, Southwest burger, sweet and spicy chicken sandwich, and Southwest loaded fries. UNiQ's food tells a story. It is so refreshing to go to a place with such quality and care that speaks through customer service. Heidi was incredible. She provided recommendations and checked to make sure we enjoyed everything. When I ordered my food, I thought I asked for the fully loaded fries, but I got the southwest fully loaded due to a mixup. Let me say this was one of the best mistakes. They were so good and flavorful. Heidi offered to exchange the fries and apologized for the mix-up, and I respectfully declined partially because I started to guess second if I had said the correct thing. Additionally, I love the restaurant's aesthetic. It is extremely cozy. Most importantly, the restaurant was nearly spotless. They have gender-neutral restrooms, which were practically spotless. I've witnessed so many people come to dine-in, and I understand why. They get it right!

I met my boba sistah for an early lunch and suggested this spot as it has been on my list for a while and neither of us tried it. Plentiful parking in the shopping center and tables inside when we arrived. Service was welcoming and friendly as we perused the menu. Our server was also able to split our check and our sandwiches which was great. We chose a table and our food was delivered within 10 minutes. Out of the two entrees, I preferred the Southwest burger (PLANT-BASED PATTY, VEGAN AMERICAN CHEESE, LETTUCE, AVOCADO, JALAPEÑOS, FRIED ONION STRINGS, HOUSE-MADE CHIPOTLE AIOLI, VEGAN BRIOCHE BUN). I love chipotle sauce and the cheese was creamy and delicious. Everything worked together really well and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the vegan brioche is. The chicken sandwich has a nice combination of flavors (RECREATE VEGAN FRIED CHICKEN GLAZED IN SWEET & SPICY SAUCE, JALAPENOS, GRILLED PINEAPPLE, SWEET & SPICY SLAW, VEGAN BRIOCHE BUN). I'm not the biggest pineapple fan but it wasn't too prominent. The fries were delicious and they offered some dipping sauces but I just went with the ketchup and hot sauce available on the table. I'm glad we split the entrees so we could try two menu items and I'd love to come back and try more!

This guy is a hard worker-always serving up hot and fresh food that is healthy and easy to order. And its vegan? Wowie! I can even order gluten free-what a Uniq Idea!

I am visiting for a week long job at a "resort" type property that has very limited vegan options; good but limited. So I came here because, while it can be crippling having so many vegan options, I can't turn down a good smash burger. All I can say is WHOA! I split the southwest burger with bacon and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich plus the loaded fries. I'm stuffed, my palette needs a rest from being flooded with amazing and bold flavors, and I am left sad knowing when I go back to PA, there is no UNiQ burger waiting for me. 10/10 recommend for vegans and meat eaters alike!

We come here ALL the time! You honestly would never think it was vegan...SO tasty and unique! The truffle fries are the BEST fries anywhere! The single burger is bomb! The chopped cheese sandwich also bomb! The Mexican Lager and Mango cider...great!

This is the best burger place in south Scottsdale not even vegan just burgers. If you didn't tell me the burger was vegan I would have NO idea. It tastes exactly like in-n-out! The owner is so kind and took the time to answer my questions and explain the concept of his store. I love how everything is from scratch and of the highest ingredients- you can really taste that. The chick'n' tenders are also super good for those that like chicken more than burgers- they're so good that I gave them to my friends kid and they scarfed them up !! I do think the place is tad bit dark inside (painted walls black) but it creates a cozy atmosphere that I don't hate; I do like it! This place is OK! Do not understand the rave about it, their fries were stale when I got them and their food taste greasy with too much sauce. It's like I can't taste the food. It's way too expensive for tasting like nothing and having to add salt to everything

I stopped here simply because of all the other reviews. The restaurant was rated 4.8 out of 5 stars out of 150 reviews. Why not stop?! What do I have to lose?? Numbers speak volumes to me. Saturday around 130p. Not busy at all but people trickled in a few here and a few there. All black decor and interior. The entire menu is plant based. The offer 3 or 4 burger options, 3 French fry options, a couple salads, chicken sandwich options and they serve beer. I ordered the southwest burger. Omgeeeeeeeeeeee! Y'all!!! Go here! Go here! Go here! I made the 45 min drive because good food is worth it and so is supporting small businesses. This burger had crispy onion straws, jalapeños, grilled onions, Melted vegan cheese and a whole bunch of other good stuff. Oh yea some vegan bacon bits! I had to take two bites to make sure I tasted it good. I demolished this entire burger. It didn't stand a chance. And the fries were Cajun loaded and weren't too spicy. They were almost demolished, but I was sooo full. If I lived closer I'd be here all the time!! Again I came here because everyone else said it was good and it surely didn't disappoint.

I ordered the Ginger Chik'n sandwich, sweet potato fries and a drink. Definitely fresh and nice use of flavors. The brioche bun is naughty and perfect. The patty has to be made in house. All soooo good. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Counter person was super helpful and friendly. She later came by to check on us and take trays. It's definitely a hipster contemporary vibe. A place set up for selfies in a low key kind of way. Strip mall parking and it was a breeze- no issues. I will be back and I'd recommend to anyone carnivore, vegetarian, vegan or otherwise.

Wow. So good. Ordered the Southwest Burger. I was a little hesitant as I do Impossible burgers at home all the time, so I was wondering if it would be the same (why get a burger out when you can get one in, right?). But I was so satisfied. [A little tip if you are sauced out sometimes. I ordered the burger with the aioli on the side as I like to control the amount of sauce by occasionally dipping the burger into it.] I had the option of making it a double patty but a single is just enough as the proportion with the other ingredients. I am huge ingredient ratio guy. Cajun fries were awesome. So was the vegan ice cream. One single scoop could feed two easily. Lastly, the feel of the restaurant makes you feel like you are in an oasis a bit. The sleek design of the counter with the black trays and foodmats and the clientele the restaurant attracts makes it feel like a chill vibe. I will be back. Great new spot catering to vegan and gluten diets. UNiQ burger has accomplished what a lot of new establishments haven't been able to achieve diet restrictions without sacrificing tastebuds. I ordered in addition to my entree loaded fries because let's be honest if you can have loaded fries vs just fries it's a no brainer!! Lots of flavor and you don't even realize you're not eating traditional meat entrees. Bravo

The over all ambiance of the restaurant is kinda dark so the Halloween theme fit perfectly! I was tagging alongside my bestie she was invited for yelp event... we were super stoked when we realized they offered cocktails!!!! The service was really nice and the food was good. The bun was really soft and veggies were really fresh. I loved the truffle fries the garlic sauce paired really well.

Not for us. A while back we got Chinese food next door. Noticed UNIQ Burgers so my husband and I keep it in mind for our date night. When we finally tried it we were not aware that it was fully vegan/ planet base. (Mind you we are not vegan). The food wasn't bad it just wasn't for us. I'm sure if are vegan you would like this place. It was pretty pricey .

Uniq is definitely unique in the fast casual realm of food! Gotta love a restaurant that prides itself on cruelty free plant based options. We stepped in here around lunch time and shared a chicken sandwich and a burger. We both liked each type of sandwich but had our preferences. I liked the chicken sandwich a little more due to the crispy coating and it really did taste very close to chicken. Service was very friendly and the person at the counter wanted to make sure we had the best experience.

Maybe because it's 100% Plant Based, not that I don't eat vegan food cause you all know I do but, this was damn good!! I'll stop yappin and this is what happed. Check it out. Southwest Burger (Double) - It was sooo good Haha this Plant Based Burger was loaded up with Vegan Cheese, Lettuce, Avocado, Jalapeños, Fried Onion Strings, topped with a House Made Chipotle Aioli, slapped between two big Vegan Brioche Buns. Yoooo Highly recommend. I couple my burger with some Parmesan Truffle Fries (Crinkle Cut) it was all so damn good. If you haven't been, if you live in the area or not, go check em out for real. Decided to stop in for lunch and experienced an amazing array of food. The burgers are supreme and delicious. The fries do not disappoint and the Uniq sauce was a chefs kiss. Will have to return again and try the chick'n. Highly recommend coming here for a good burger and excellent vegan food.

First time at Uniq Burger today. I'm rarely in this area of town but it was lunchtime and I remembered hearing good things about it. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap and fries. The wrap was a lot of food and very tasty. I appreciate the way it was wrapped in paper so as to avoid the sauce dripping out and becoming messy. The fries had the perfect level of saltiness and they came out fresh and hot. I was hoping to grab a pastry for dessert but didn't see any being offered. I will definitely be back!

I'll start by saying - I would definitely try other items here before saying I wouldn't go back. I ordered a southwest burger and felt like it was tailored for someone who I looking for the meaty flavor in a burger. I was hopping for a vegan patty that had a little more flavor and substance and not necessarily looking for the texture of a meat patty. The sauce in the burger was great and the jalapeños were spicy! I had it delivered so I can't speak to the ambiance and service.

My friends and I had a great experience at UNiQ Burger. The staff were very friendly and their food recommendations were helpful (I.e. getting them sliced so that we can try each other's food) and everything was delicious and flavorful. My friends got the two burgers and I got the chicken sandwich. After eating for a while I realized I preferred the burgers over the chicken sandwich. The sandwich was slightly overwhelming with the truffle fries in terms of what was on it, but still good. Lastly the dipping sauces were tasty. I'll be back to try other items on the menu.

One of the most delicious vegan burgers I have ever eaten. It was a little spicy but also full of flavor. I didn't even miss the missing meat. The food was fresh. One of the ingredients made it crunchy on the inside. The rest of the burger was as one would expect with a soft bun and patty. The shop is average size and quiet inside when there's not a lot of people. They also have kombucha. I really liked that.

This quick service restaurant is a treasure. I'm vegetarian and it's hard finding vegetarian/vegan friendly fast foods. I was pleased to find out this place exists. Service is great too!

Really good! Flavorful and satisfying proportions. I liked the regular American cheeseburger over the SW one, but my SO thought the opposite. Nothing was oversized, greasy, or lacked deliciousness. Also had the loaded fries and was rewardingly impressed. We tried that 'Rehab Burger' in Old Town last week, and it was awful! (apparently they serve RAW ground meat as their "medium cooked" and it had ZERO flavor/spice) UNiQ Burger was 10x better with massively noticeable uniqueness to their taste palate and only used super fresh everything!!!! Support Local greatness!

Delicious! I honestly could not tell this meal was vegan at all. The hamburger patty was charred and tasted like actual beef. The truffle fries were very tasty. Most of all, the service was exceptional. You feel extremely welcomed and appreciated as soon as you walk in.

This yummy vegan restaurant in Scottsdale is a must try. Customer service was amazing and I love when the server find out it's your first time and they suggest what I should try. Now that we've eaten here multiple times, I will say that the most shocking thing about UNiQ is how consistent they are and how no element of the experience is overlooked. I typically leave burger places really excited about one piece of the puzzle: maybe they have a nice bun or great fries or interesting sauces. UNiQ somehow checks all the boxes. Incredible burger, fries, sauces, fresh lettuce, avocado, you name it. In a world where other fast casual burger joints like Shake Shack and Culver's can easily cost diners $15-20 or so per person, it's kinda wild to me that a high-quality vegan option isn't more expensive tbh! Definitely stop by if you're vegetarian/vegan or just looking for a great burger.

This is plant based "fast" food, but I couldn't tell it was plant based. I had the UNiQ Burger. It was absolutely fabulous, with a soft 'brioche bun' reminded me of a smashburger favorite) and the sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and just the right amount of salt. They look like "crinkle fries" which i usually hate, but I was schooled they were fab! I recommend this place and would return but it's 40 min from my house. Thanks for a great burger and fries! Service was friendly, place was clean. Wait for a burger was about 10 min.

The location easy to find, clean and good customer service. I used this as my birthday dinner and as always very tasty and good presentation for plant based burger and fries. SN, bathrooms as very well kept up as I was my hands prior to eating of course. We enjoy the seating as not too crowded and some patio offered as well.

I have been thinking about the Fully Loaded Fries for the past 72 hours since I tried them. Whether you are plant based or not, you NEED TO TRY THESE FRIES. They taste like the perfect combo of nachos and fries and are the best fries I have had in my life
