Uniqlo provides great value clothing. I love their t-shirts. Very comfortable and look great with no ironing. This store has great assortment of standard garments and also artsy shirts . The personalized t-shirts stand is fantastic . You can get your own design printed and it looks great.

The store experience could have been better, the checkout line was super long with a few unmanned tills. The clothes looked good, however the store feels like a maze.

This is the largest Uniqlo in the US, and it's HUGE! We had a blast exploring its three floors. Even though it was busy, the store is so spacious it didn't feel crowded. There's even a seating area to take a break. The only downside? No customer restrooms! You have to use the ones at the nearby library, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, this Uniqlo is a must visit for any fan of the brand.

The Uniqlo flagship store in Manhattan is a shopper's paradise with a vast selection of PuffTech, Ultra Light Packable Down, and HeatTech clothing. The comfortable fitting rooms and contactless checkout make the experience even better!

This is a great store! Originating in Japan, I’ve shopped in stores all over the world. London, Paris, Lisbon, Madrid and now in New York. Casual clothes for Men, Women and kids. Everything you need from socks and underwear to some of the best travel clothes. I can always find something here and the prices are great. This store is huge with 2 full floors and great helpful staff.

Great store location, 3 floors of uniqlo. They have all types of clothes at affordable prices. Quality is pretty good too. If you been to an uniqlo then you know what to expect. Would recommend!

This location of the UNIQLO store is MASSIVE. This store is three stories high. When I initially walked inside I was pleasantly surprised to see both sides of the entrance filled with fresh flowers, so you could make your perfect bouquet. In addition to selling men's, women's and children's merchandise, they also have an area where you can customize your own hoodie or tee shirt. This UNIQLO store was filled with shoppers, but it didn't feel so bad due to the large layout of the store. The prices are very fair. They had 100% cashmere sweaters for the regular price of $99.00. Also, due to the large nature of the store, it takes some time to navigate and find everything you might be interested in.

UNIQLO has more than 2,400 stores worldwide, including 54 stores in the U.S. This location is on the southwest corner of 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue, across from St. Thomas Cathedral. When I walked into the largest global flagship store, I was blown away by all the merchandise they had all the way to the 3rd floor. It is modern, spacious, and easy to navigate. They have it all; some UT: Graphic Tees are only sold here and the UNIQLO NY SoHo location. Plus, this store has the UTme! T-shirt & Tote Bag Custom Print Service where you can create your own graphic t-shirts and tote bags with custom stickers and your own photos or artwork and a sustainability section, where you can learn about their commitment to eco-friendly fashion. Out of all the UNIQLO locations I've been to, this one was the most fun shopping experience. Staff were very friendly and offered their assistance.

I've been here a handful of times-- probably not really my ideal store but some of their fleece sweaters are cool. I purchased two and one for my daughter but I wanted to return one of them. Unfortunately, I was told since they have different inventory I would have to send it back via mail to receive my money back. Clearly they know majority of people are not going to want to waste time doing that and it's their way to prevent them from losing money, but it's a horrible customer service policy. The employee was able to get the manager to give me a gift card credit, which I then used to purchase something else online. I probably will not buy items here or be extremely cautious about what I do get from their stores going forward.

I have been to a few Uniqlo stores and this one Is very impressive. It is a very large space and it was crowded so many tourists. Decorated so nicely for the holidays. I did spend some time in here. They have a ridiculous amount of winter coats an I tried a few on but after a while everything looked the same to me. I tried to pick out some holiday presents but I just kept buying presents for myself :-). I really enjoyed shopping here and its really a great location.

Huge store. I've been here a couple times and it is always my first stop when I need good basics. Lots of employees available to help. The store is super neat despite how busy it is. Clothing is also priced well and last a long time.

Uniqlo has become my go to for business clothes and workout clothes. The Disney Springs location is huge and amazingly vibrant. But the NYC location is much better laid out. My fav purchases so far are as follows: Small - Airism Biker Shorts (W) Med- Long wide leg pleated pants (W) Med - Stretch Ankle pants (W) Med - Button up rayon shirt (W) Med - Airism shirts (W) Med - Washable knit ribbed pants (W) I love every single item I've ever purchased from this store. So affordable and comfy and stylish! I'm telling you it's dangerous lol those footsie socks are so damn comfy I never ever want to wear any other socks! It's a slight obsession lol Anyway! Check them out in store or online you won't be disappointed. Hack: if you use a cash back portal or cc deals you will always fine uniqulo popping up for those deals. They often offer $10 off of $75 coupons in the app. If you're a newbie and are in the store download the app an LD get an immediate $10 off purchase coupon. Love uniqulo! They have kids clothes as well. Great undies and sports bras and hats and bags etc they are super popular for a reason! Graphic tees are nostalgic and modern and cool Ft. Imagery like various Anime, Disney, MoMa e.g. Basquiat, Keith Hering, etc., video games like mortal combat, etc.

One of the best Uniqlo stores I've been to, great selections of so many different styles. Super clean , great service, fun Tee-shirts from NYC artists and it's a beautiful two level store. Great prices for good quality products.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this Uniqlo location multiple times, and it never disappoints. The store is vast, which can make finding specific items feel like a treasure hunt. Fortunately, the numerous staff members are always around to offer guidance, and they're incredibly helpful. The store is impeccably clean and spacious, creating a pleasant shopping environment. While the fitting room line can get a bit long, it's understandable given that this is the flagship store. Uniqlo is a fantastic spot for affordable clothing, including work attire and casual wear. I love popping in every now and then to see what's new. However, a word of caution: their long coats and jackets are definitely on the larger side. I tried on a medium, and it felt like I was swimming in it--perfect for a "borrowed from the giants" look, but not so great for a tailored fit. In summary, this Uniqlo location is a top-notch choice for finding stylish and affordable clothing. The helpful staff and well-maintained store make it an enjoyable shopping experience. Just be mindful of the sizing, especially if you're in the market for a new coat!

Cheaply-priced for cheap materials and goods. UNIQLO can get away with this because it's located on 5th Avenue, one of the shopping Meccas of the world. Plus as an international brand, they know they will draw in all the tourists visiting NYC. I'll admit, that's what got me inside the door. A pair of their Airism boxer briefs are practically unwearable since the elastic waist rolls down incessantly. I guess I should have realized that you get what you pay for, but I won't make that mistake again.

I enjoy shopping at Uniqlo when I'm able to in person - usually once or twice a year as there aren't any stores in my state. The items generally are good, stylish basics at a fair price. Just ordered online for the first time; their shipping and tracking sucks badly. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't really know when I'll get my order. Each day the "estimated" date just gets moved back another day.

The kid was freezing his skinny legs off so we came here to get him a pair of Heattech leggings to wear under his jeans. Heattech is the best for layering!They're also lightweight enough to wear as regular tshirts in warmer climates (like Hawaii). [We woke up to below freezing temps [-2°C/28°F]!) The Women's XS seems to fit his long and skinny frame (approx. 5' 5", 95 lbs, 26" waist) best. Fortunately he doesn't care about gendered sizes because he's aware how difficult it is to find clothing that's small enough and long enough. We like Uniqlo for their minimalist and functional designs at reasonable prices! (I found ultra thin merino wool sweater that's machine washable for under $40. Like come on!!) Since packaged items cannot be tried on (but returnable/exchangeable within 30 days), we purchased a pair and headed down to the Men's fitting room for him to put them on right away. There was a bit of walking back and forth to find sizes and ask questions but thankfully it wasn't a far trek. All staff were helpful and courteous; the greeter was super chirpy and smiley! Tip: children's section may have sizes for kids up to 13 years old but not for those with long limbs or wider girths. It was cool to find a collab with Kinokuniya Books as well! With Japanese pop culture, media, etc, including Ghibli themed stationery! Almost bought a Totoro eraser set but stopped myself in time!

My wife loves this store but in my opinion 90% of the inventory that is on display is either sized Small or Medium. Today I searched for 40 minutes in different places of the store where the item was on hangers. Men who wear XL are screwed if they are looking for an item of a particular color. We are in this store often and when we arrive she goes off on her spree while I just find a seat and look at my phone. The Uniqlo app on my phone is useless since it said the coat I was looking for is in stock at the store I was standing in (untrue.)

(A) the clothing is reasonably priced (B) they have a very large selection (pretty sure this is their North American flagship store (C) they have the things I want (which is mostly basic things like T-shirts, shorts, and wind pants) (D) you can order stuff online and pick it up there, and they have it ready really fast FYI the checkout is not on the ground floor which is kind of weird. You have to go upstairs. But...you should go upstairs because that's where most of the merchandise is.

I am writing review for supervisors being so harsh/mean to their associates and customers. I come to this store a lot. Most of the associates are nice and very helpful. But, supervisors ( I'm assuming it's their position) seemed to be so rude to customers and sales associates. I'm writing this review since it's not the first time seeing them so mean to sales associates and customers. How can they be in customer service?? No empathy, manners - no people skill whatsoever Out of a few incidences, one particularly stood out to me. This African American supervisor (juvaxxxx- not fully disclosing her name) was almost yelling at her employee when he was counting cash to give changes to customers. ( you can count fast!! ) I was so shocked to see that and felt sooo bad about him. There's a better way to train if that's what she was trying to do. Also, she was talking rude to me straight up my face. YOU DO NOT EMBARRASS YOUR EMPLOYEES in front of customers. Seriously, it's not the first time supervisor roles were being so nonchalant to their employees. I seriously haven't seen something like that in any of the stores I've visited. If that's Uniqlo's culture ( hopefully it's just them) and it's okay to treat associates like them, I would heartbeat not support this company at all.

Terrible Return Policy! I love their stuff but I am no longer near their store. I ordered same size item as a top I bought last year in store, but it arrived totally different fit and fabric. But NO WAY to return on-line items without paying an extra $7 fee. I already paid a hefty delivery fee! ridiculous!

This store has a defect.....NO AC upstairs.......It is warm in here during the colder months and a sauna in the summer time. It is very uncomfortable walking around and shopping here. Also I don't get why all their chino pants length is 34? My length is at least a 32 and I paid $150 on 3 chino pants that are too long on me. I have to now find a tailor and probably pay them another $100 to shorten for me. Uniqlo needs to have an onsite tailor(s) where customers can take the clothing to them and they give their opinion. I am not someone who is going to fold the bottoms to my liking and have someone from Uniqlo shorten for me.

Creepy address aside, this store is huge! Not sure how to get to some of the floors as the escalator skips some to go to the top. While I was in California, I saw a dress at a Uniqlo store that I wanted that wasn't in stock in my size. Rather than pay for shipping, my husband ordered it to be shipped to this store to be picked up while we were on vacation the week after. Super easy to pick up by just going straight up the elevators to the desk on the left on the top floor.

This clothing store deserves only one star. It's disorganized, lacks knowledgeable associates, and, surprisingly, doesn't have restrooms, which is unacceptable for its size. The overall shopping experience is far from satisfactory, making it challenging to recommend this establishment.

Dear Uniqlo, Your packable down great! Your heat tech items fantastic. Your customer service not so much. FYI- we do not want to spend our time doing your work in order to process a return. When you removed the option to return an online sale instore- you pretty much lost me as a customer. Also the option to send back items from 2 different orders in one box for one charge is costly to the customer $14 and wasteful for the environment. RETHINK your policies. PS: GET A PHONE!!! in your 5th AVE location!!

Lots of selections and sizes! It's huge and crowded but the dressing rooms were quick and so was the self checkout. I will most definitely return: it's a great option for the basic, everyday wardrobe.

Quakity has been dissapointing recently. Seems there are no longer a quality inspection, ornthey are trying to cut the cost. Alao fitting and design has been chamged. Perhaps it is tine to look into other vedors.

Bad... they do not have restrooms. The store is so large and items are so hard to find that you will need to visit a restroom before you leave.

This location is the largest Uniqlo location in NYC, due to it being the flagship store. It's 3 floors, and everything is orderly usually; unless you're tackling the final sale/clearance racks. The women's final sale area sometimes have one to two locations for placement. The kids and men final sales are combined in one area. All final sales racks are on the 3rd floor, along with the only bathrooms in this building. They usually offer paper bags, but now they sell canvas tote bags to embrace the upcoming March 2020, no plastic bag legislation. I came in today because their app alerted me to their free wireless bra promotion. I've redeemed free heattech and free underwear offers from their app promotions before. So I highly recommend signing up online and downloading their app. Its completely worth it. Myself and others close to me, all have tried and raved about their airism and heattech collections. They're great during the summer and winter months, or just transitioning layers through the various temperature changes.

BE ADVISED: If you buy something in one store, you HAVE TO RETURN IT TO THE SAME STORE! This is the most ridiculous policy so be careful to be certain of your purchased & try it on because you won't be able to return it to a different location.

Horrible. Wrong tag on the product that I got for a business conference on the next day. Plus, one store staff member completely ignored me when I asked for help.

Return policy is horrible, and the staff here are not sympathetic to the customer whatsoever. I have returned things here/exchanged them after buying online, yet today they told me I couldn't, because only now have they decided to 'enforce the policy.' How nice to selectively apply rules however you like...

I don't get the fascination people have with Uniqlo. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place. I don't know if it's Fifth Avenue worthy. They have some really awesome t-shirts: the Warhol and Haring tees, and some of the cool trendy ones that my husband loves. And some of their sweaters and winter coats are cool. I love their thermal stuff. Inexpensive, looks good and fits right. But, the store is kind of a hot mess. Most of the sales staff are just rude and completely uninterested in helping anyone. And, heaven's for bid you ask a question, they get their feathers all ruffled and start sending you to the next person they can see -- not because they don't know the answer or don't have the ability to stand up and go see if there's a shirt in the size you want --- because they don't want to be bothered. It's highly annoying. And, then when you get up to the third floor, it's a backlog of irritating shoppers on a long line that unnecessarily takes forever because half the staff doesn't want to be doing much. They're on par with an H&M, with just a lot more attitude and laziness. I only go their under dire duress, which usually means I need to pee, and their the closest spot before the E train. But, it's too their advantage. The hubby often uses that as an excuse to get me to buy him a few things.

Wow! This flagship store is huge. If you're into Tee shirts, this place has a whole floor filled with graphic tees. This store has the most selection and sizes compared to other stores I've visited. We bought some Tee shirts and bags. Love them so much. When you go up the escalators and further inside the store, you'll find steps going to another floor up with writing below. This spot is a great photos or instagram spot. Must visit if you are a Uniqlo shopper.

** this review is only based on the layout of the store and some of the staff. Needed to buy pants for work and headed to the third floor to look for them. There's a whole ton of clothes in all different styles and there were 3 different areas where they had pants. While I love Uniqlo and their clothes, the layout of this store was a bit too confusing for me with no clear "women's" and "men's" side. At the register I saw that they had these cute recyclable bags on sale. I asked for two of them and was charged for them. My cashier, Nyuma, had taken the bag from under the counter and folded it up so that it looked like two bags, so imagine my surprise when I'm on the train and only had one of the recyclable bags. Now $2 isn't bad, and yes I should've checked, but I'm still annoyed that I wasn't given everything I paid for. It's not worth the train ride back to get it either.

Ok, props to an associate named Stephanie who helped me with a beret purchase on a chilly day. She went out of her way to provide kind customer service. That is so rare these days! This location is an insane size that feels like an IKEA meets untz-untz club at 4 AM. (aka kinda scary and freakishly convoluted) Jumbo-size Uniqlo: "Once you go in, you absolutely do not go out" Use the elevator for the most clear way up/down.

UNIQLO's branch on Fifth Avenue is a rather large and cool store which is over multiple floors and also contains a Starbucks Coffee branch, it is a few minutes away on foot from Trump Tower, on which it is located on the other side of the road. The store feels and looks modern and follows a traditional UNIQLO nature with the writing going around the store and some Japanese writing, the store had a good amount of lifts for a store of it's size (often stores this size will have one lift and in a busy place it doesn't work - I'm glad they've caught onto that). They also had a small staircase within the store with multiple city names in cool writing where they also have locations from Moscow to Paris, New York to Beijing, London (cheers) to Toronto, Barcelona to Tokyo - that was rather cool too! With UNIQLO not having a huge presence in the UK (they recently opened their first store in Manchester which was outside of London), I was surprised to see how they are so big internationally - but I was aware of their stores in Sweden from my Stockholm trip last month. The store also had nice views of Fifth Avenue from the upper floor. A pretty decent store, perhaps they could have had more helpful staff around the store to offer assistance but still four-star worthy for sure in what could be my joint-favourite UNIQLO branch alongside my local branch back in Manchester, UK.

Review #379 I have shopped UNIQLO for decades as my bother lived in Tokyo for several years. This location ROCKS! HUGE store on steroids. Three levels if I remember correctly. If you don't know UNIQLO it's a store where you can find men's, women's and children's clothing for a super awesome price! They are also known for their outerwear and underwear! Be sure to browse every floor. Many times they feature different artist or designers. You never know what you will find! This location includes a Starbucks FYI..

Originally discovered Uniqlo during a visit to the City about 7 years ago. They still produce some of the best lightweight cold weather garments I have found. They are lightweight but do an incredible job layering and insulating from the cold. My daughter used to wear hers as a layer when playing lacrosse during cold weather - much better that UA in my opinion.

I count on Uniqlo when I need clothes - they always have great styles, best quality, and awesome service. Nearly everything I wear comes from them - been that way for years. Thank you, Uniqlo!

What kind of return policy is it to have to return items to the store where they were originally bought?? You just lost a customer of many years.

So I was at Uniqlo in the middle of a line of maybe 40 people at like 7:45pm. There originally had been three workers checking people out, but then two shut down their tills. So one register open with 40 people in line. There were workers everywhere racing around doing all sorts of things to close down the store (obviously trying to leave asap on a Fri night). I asked one of them if they could open up some other registers. She just shot back "what do you expect when you come in 13 minutes before closing time?" Suggestion for Uniqlo: If you say you're open until 8pm, give your customers 100% effort until 8pm. It wasn't a hostile act for me to want to buy something at 7:47.

I like the merch and have often bought from them In the past.....but theyve closed their restrooms for customers and seldom air condition the stores in summer.... so although there are deals to be had here, they really don't give a sh*t about their customers.

Inexpensive basic clothing for kids, men and women. The second floor has a small cafe, cell phone chargers and photo booth. Their lightweight down is wonderful. I live in California and it rarely gets cold enough to wear the heavy weight down along the coast. The light weight down rolls up into a small pouch and is great for travel. If you are going someplace really cold, layer the extra warm heat tech under a sweater with the down coat and you are toasty warm. The arty t shirts are great souvenirs--Andy Warhol and Keith Haring prints are often available.

This was the second UNIQLO I visited in Manhattan and better than the one in SoHo. It's several floors and the upper floor there was a large sale section but there was a reason the clothes was marked down. I tried on a top and the flow was very boxie. I walked around and found some pants and dress to try ok but I didn't like them. There are several change rooms though and there's quite a few stalls so I didn't have to wait and the staff person working there was quick to show me a room and for me to drop off my no's. We walked to another section where there was a Starbucks and walls of T-shirt's. Some of the shirts were specific to UNIQLO and limited to the store. They also had some jeans on sale so I went back to the change room. After about shopping for over half an hour, we left the store with a couple of T-shirt's. It's too bad I didn't find more clothes to buy as some of the prices were reasonable.

I have only shopped at this location once (I like the other one in Midtown better). I liked the layout and thought the customer service was welcoming. Lots of tourists, so maybe try to go week days during off peak hours (if you can).

Update: Today they launched the Jill Sanders collaboration and I snagged the light down jacket from the collection and am in LOVE. For a little more than their basic jacket, I got a stylish upgrade with great details: 4 patch pockets a la Chanel, inside waist cinch to get a custom-fitted silhouette, in sophisticated wine, dark gray and black. All is forgiven uniqlo. Update: beware of Online Only deals. Upon picking up my order, I learned that online orders can only be returned to the warehouse, so I'm screwed with my gift if the recipient doesn't like it. So you can pick up in store but not return, and it will take a while to get a refund. Tthe nightmare is almost over: I placed a pick-up order to use my remaining merchandise credit. This was after wasting time placing a GiftNow order which would have allowed intended recipients to approve items before shipping to them. That order was rejected despite meeting spending requirement for free shipping. It's a horror show trying to use merchandise credit with them. Now have only a week to pick up order. Makes total sense address is "666" Fifth Avenue, always infernally hot in this store. While in store shopping noticed restrictive return policies.

Great product, clean and well maintained, safe during COVID, and helpful staff. I've been to this Uniqlo a handful of times to pick up or return items and it's always been a pleasant experience. I'm especially impressed by their COVID safety measures!

I came yesterday late operation hours and today early in the morning. The toilet had bother many people here till I have to write this I alert the management to do something!!!! The interior of the store is very unique and elegant!!! Prices are reasonable ... well... as a consumer this is a good place for shopping ... SUCH OF BIG STORE (1) The Servive really need a lot of education !! Many of your staffs TRIED not to hear you and walk away ... I am talking about many!!! I check out in the late hour with 21 pieces of shirts and the staff from the register show me a very unhappy face ... I guess he is rushing home ??? (2) And the rest room is having very big problem 7 toilets in one test room(ladies) out of 4 are OUT OF ORDERwith a signboard from yesterday to today ??? !!! The hand dryer is broken and the papers towel are messed every where, the sinks are dirty and all of container is running out of soup ??? Flooring is wet toilet inside are very dirty so mean less toilet we can sit on ... Early in the morning from opening till now 12:40noon still nobody is cleaning ??? Come up this 5th Ave ... do something Boss!!!

I stocked up on fall and winter clothes last week, even though it's still warm in New York City and I wore shorts today. LOL They always have a nice selection and with COVID, this place wasn't crowded at all last week. The dressing rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me with a size, but I was finally helped and the guy was nice. He found my size in the back. I also had one thing I needed to return and I brought it back yesterday. They took it back (I still had the receipt and it was not worn etc) with no problem. Painless and friendly. These are not the most high quality clothing items, but you get a lot of clothing for not a lot of cash.
