UNIQLO Del Amo

The Uniqlo increase their prices which I don’t mind except for the fact tell don’t tell you “the real price” until you are at the register. There is no price on the sign and the price on the physical tag on the clothing, is not the actual price of the garment. When you check out, the price of the garment is higher because they change it in the register. We called for help because we thought it was wrong but employee said that the store is in transition and the price is higher and that is the real price. Wow, are you kidding me? With a straight face you, are telling me you mislead me about the price and I should pay the higher price. This makes the company/store seem deceitful. You knew the prices was higher, you know the physical tags are wrong, you knew that people would be confused and at know point did you think, maybe I should tell the customer up front or put signage or change the tags. They just gonna change the price at the register and hope no one would notice. Wow.

I had a good brief visit while vacationing, found Hokusai prints on t-shirts. Respectful, young salesperson was pleasant and helpful.

Uniqlo’s linen wear collection is affordable. Prices can be as low as $14.99 per piece. I love the casual fit and colors. Actually, I buy 3-4 of the sleeveless linen blouses every year. They last about 1-2 years. Uniqlo also introduces a new color palette for its linen collection annually. My child loves to come here and shake hands with the mannequins. She adores the colors and smooth materials

Cheaply made pants that don’t last long. I’ve had two pairs in the last couple weeks that the knee tore on. Not even doing anything strenuous.

My wife bought a few cloths here the day before Mother’s Day. She is handicapped after recent surgery and could not try it on in store. After return home she found out 2 out of 4 items not her style when she actually put on. We had the worst return experience and customer service today in the exact store we made the purchase. The UniQlo staff didn’t show a bit that they care about their customers and they don’t seem to live in the same digital world. All we were told is they can’t do anything unless we can show them the physical receipt. I offered that we don’t need cash or even credit back to our credit card for the return but only some voucher we can use in the store and we will buy more than the refund right there. All we got is repeated No. Will stay away from this brand. Be careful if you do shop there.

This was usually my place to go for good quality and reasonable price but now their prices have gone up so I don’t go here anymore.
