UNIQLO Stonestown Galleria

We came here about 30 minutes before they were closing. It's a Japanese casual wear designer and retailer. In Japan, the prices are much more affordable compared to this location. But, this is San Francisco. Don't expect Japanese prices (even when converted to the current exchange rate). The store was laid out exactly like Japan. The aisles were clean but some shelves were disorganized. The self-checkout line is straightforward forward. You will find some pretty unique clothing here since they have collaborations with some artists. If youre a tourist, would highly recommend.

Good, simple clothes in a wide variety of styles and colors. This is a pretty large store, so you get great choice. Beware though, they have a very small checkout area, so the lines to pay are very long.

This is a large Uniqlo store located minutes away from downtown San Francisco… easy to get to by public transportation. Lots of excellent-quality stylish clothing… more choices than at a standard Uniqlo store in Europe. I appreciate the knowledgeable and customer service-oriented staff. One of them, Jonah, is absolutely awesome. I appreciate his exemplary and much appreciated assistance.

Quality clothes for fair prices, clean store, nice staff, and great checkout experience. I came here to buy some stuff and the prices were similar to stores like Old Navy or Macy's. They also do alterations if you need it. The self-checkout machines are fantastic. If you haven't used one before, just throw everything you want into the machine and it'll give you the total within seconds, without any barcode scanning needed. The staff members helped me find something and they were very nice. I visited in the evening and even then, there was a short wait in line, so there are probably really long lines at some points during the day like what other reviewers were talking about. I highly recommend visiting Uniqlo if you haven't because the clothes are good quality and will last and the prices are comparable to other stores. This is currently the only location in SF since the downtown store closed a few years ago.

Shout out to Brian for helping me hunt down the last of an item. Amazing customer service from him 5/5 stars. 4/5 overall for this store which is still a good rating. The floor seemed a bit packed with an overflow of product and the changing rooms were cramped. Staff is helpful and patient. They’re the highlight of the store, along with some of their product offerings.

This stores vibe is so cool!!!! They have so many clothes here it’s unbelievable! It’s like an IKEA but for clothes!!!😊
