I’ve been to this coffee shop before and honestly, my past experience wasn’t great. The croissants were stale and the overall food quality left a lot to be desired. I also found it off-putting that some staff members were speaking to each other in their native language while serving, which felt a bit unprofessional to me. That said, I decided to give it another shot recently because I do really like the coffee at this cafe, and I’m so glad I did. The improvement is night and day! Joseph, who was working the till, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And I believe the manager, Vania, truly stood out! She was super personable, enthusiastic, and took the time to explain the different coffee options and daily specials. Her positive energy genuinely made my day. It’s great to see a local spot bounce back with better service and higher standards. Well done to the team for turning things around! I’ll definitely be back.
