Yesterday was my first experience coming to United Way to get my taxes done,and I have to say that the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and very patient and professional, they really helped me and put me back on the right track,lord blessed them doing my taxes for free is a blessing from God and I thank them so much,I will be back next year.😁 Christine J.

I have only good things to say about our United Way tax prep program. I have used them for two years now. They are doing a fine job and help so many of us who cannot afford a high charging tax preparer! The quality is top notch as they have the first round to go through the return. And a second around with Quality Assurance tax expert too. I feel confident that my taxes were prepared accurately.

I did my taxes yesterday at one of their off-site locations here in Ypsilanti. It is the Michigan Works building I think the address is 336 Harriet Street. It is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the Ypsilanti Transit Center or you can take the 45 and that'll drop you off a cross the street from the building. They're still doing great work with the free Tax Service and now have made it convenient for us by opening a location in Ypsi. Thanks United Way for all your hard work.

The worst place to do your taxes. They did my taxes wrong and caused problems to owing the state money. Avoid at all cost. People won’t help you there. Bad communication and even worse staff. Horrible people and service.

The call volume for the prompts are incredibly low. I can barely understand what it's saying and my phone was on max volume
