Great store to shop iconic characters goodies. You can find a lot of souvenirs here just like inside the park. I also enjoy the fake snow blowing inside the store in Harry Potter section. It’s beautiful with all the store decorations inside. The price is exactly the same with the store inside the park. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They help me find the specific item that I look for birthday gifts. Awesome!!

A fun shop if you’re unable to go to the store inside the park; however, I found the store inside the park had more to offer if you have a specific item in mind. On a great note, they have clearance sections, and I think we’d all agree saving one cash is nice! The store is well maintained and tidy considering how busy it is.

My wife and I came into this store after visiting the Hello Kitty and Friends Cafe next door. We wanted to see what kind of items they have out during Halloween time. They had some decent hats, Simpsons, horror nights merch and on the other side some Harry Potter stuff. We didn't stay inside the store long since my wife didn't want anything from there.

The Universal Studio store is in the City Walk shopping center in Hollywood, CA. The City Walk is right next to Universal Studios front entrance. It’s free to walk about the City Walk but parking is not. Parking is at a premium. The Universal Studio Store has two shops. One is dedicated to all things Harry Potter. That section is decorated in a Hogswart theme which just adds to the magical vibe. They sell wands, house robes, HP branded clothes, HP candies/smacks, and so much more. The other shop has Jurassic Park, Simpsons, and Minion gear. Before you make your purchase, I suggest checking the return policy.

One of the most beautiful places to visit. Must visit if in LA. The only problem was it was too crowded. Every ride took almost 40 minutes. Best was the Harry Potter ride , just can't afford to miss it. 2nd best was Jurassic Park and transformers. Just try to avoid the long queue of Mario bros, as it might take almost 75 min . Minions and kung fu panda are absolutely a theater experience. Overall it's a dream experience to visit a universal studio. Make sure you reach early around 8:15 as parking is a big hassle and takes some 30-40 minutes to reach the main entrance from the parking area to the entrance. Even many rides and activities are there for small kids. Food is ok but ice cream is a must try.

My kiddo loves Harry Potter. I was excited to purchase sweet gifts to take home! I went to this store 5 times and did not get the item I was seeking! I kept retuning at the store employees' arrangement to make a return because they said they would have the product when I returned. The manager, Tom, blamed a different store inside universal for all of the mix up, and he did not accept responsibility for the fact that four of his store employees gave incorrect information. He said his employees were not very knowledgeable about the wands in the store. It was a Harry Potter Store! The manager offered an inconsequential discount for the extensive effort and inconvenience of returning to the store 4 times since original purchase to not ever get the item. I took my business to a different store outside of Universal City Walk. Pictures are wands that are at the WARNER BROS STUDIO store. Lots of options and special wands only wands available at WARNER BROS!

In this store there are many things from Harry Potter's movies. Suits, scarves, caps, magical trinkets, poaters and more. The only thing is that they were expensive. But the store is fine and beautiful.

Huge selection of cafes, restaurants, shops. Here you can spend the whole day having fun and delicious food.

Welcome to thee Universal Studios Store of Hollywood inside Universal's very own CityWalk. This mega souvenir, collectibles and some might even say essential gift shop is filled to the gills with incredible items from all your favorite past, present and future universal favs, from Minion to Muggles, Pride to all things summer and seasonal. Their Harry Potter and Fantastic Beast Wizarding section is by far the biggest and most celebrated section and rightfully so, this Gryffindor always appreciates the expansive collection, but not always those prices o.o, then again they carry so many cool rarities and replicas it's not surprising, but your wallets might say otherwise. A lot of patrons tend to come here after a day at the theme park, literally next door to the entrance for Universal Studios, however being one of the very first and few permanent staples of CityWalk it's one I think anyone should pop in and enjoy, not just for the service or abundance, but for the experience. Great customer service, perfect displays and an extended shop, currently celebrating the motion picture duology Wicked and Wicked: For Good, which you can enter from any entrance or from it's own entrance and still access the rest of this emporium of mugs, plushies, shirts, toys, trinkets and so many cool things. There is similar store inside the park, however this one is rarely crowded and you're still very much able to use your membership discounts and enjoy. Some top films and franchises you can find sections for, aside from the mentioned are Jurassic World/Jurassic Park, Jaws, E.T., How to, Train Your Dragon, Transformers, Terrifier, The Mummy and classic logo items for Universal Studios. You can access this open everyday of the full week must via the Universal Tram from down below the bridge and LA Metro station hub for Universal/Studio City. The closest parking garage is the Frankenstein Garage which you can access from two sides including the rideshare, valet and prefered parking areas. The first few lowest levels are typically all reserved from employees and affiliates. All other parking is through the main parking entrance great with the iconic gate sign, just to the right of the Frank Parking Lot.

This is the huge gift store located right when you enter the park. It seems like this is one of the biggest gift shops at Universal Studios. They sell everything here. Literally, all the things. Right now, they have a lot of the Harry Potter items and Super Nintendo things. Which is cool if you don't have time to get over into Super Nintendo World for that day. You can just come here and get gifts. Same with Harry Potter merchandise. If you don't want to go to the shops there, and deal with lines, you can come here instead. The prices are about the same throughout the park. Service was good. Staff were friendly when I entered and offered help. This is one of my favorite stores at Universal Studios, because they sell everything and it is right by the exit. Perfect place to grab gifts on the way out!

Looking for a super Mario ugly sweater for my son. In hopes that it wasn't too early lol..... yay I did find one close to the exit. No lines and no crowds a plus.... Everything is well organized and easy to find.

Love that this store exists and mostly for their Harry Potter merch if you aren't able to enter the park and just need a quick shopping pick-me-up. Great for souvenirs and basically have similar stuff to what you can find in the park. A little pricey on some stuff especially since it's all licensed merchandise but still really cool for collectors! We ran into a bit of a pickle when we forgot to apply our member discount but luckily they were able to refund us and redo the transaction for that discount really easily. Universal Studios Store is one of my favorite places to shop at within Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. This store stands as one of the flagship stores within the Theme Park. It has vibrant displays and iconic characters from the Universal world. There are several entrances to the store within the theme park. As soon as you enter the store, you'll see an array of merchandise from the Universal world. There are a variety of classics such as Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Back to the Future, and Despicable Me (Minions!). The store has so much to offer including toys, apparel, collectibles, and memorabilia! One of my favorite sections is the Super Nintendo World. I'm a huge fan of the Super Mario series! Two of my favorite games are Mario Kart and the Super Mario RPG, both originals were on the SNES. Their section within the store included several Super Nintendo World themed shirts, collectible popcorn buckets, Super Mario themed plushies and so much more! I usually wait to shop until the end of the day, that way I don't have to carry anything on the rides! This place is great to stop by towards the end of your theme park day! It's right next to the entrance to Theme Park, and next to the exit on the upper lot. You can't miss it! If you have a annual pass, you can get a discount at the store!

This is THE store of Universal Studios. Throughout the park (and CityWalk), you'll find merchandise stores when coming out of rides, random small shops here and there but this generally titled 'Universal Studios Store' is the mega store that has items from every ride, show and theme plus general park merch. That include items to celebrate the opening of Super Nintendo World, plus the staples like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Despicable Me, The Secret Life of Pets, horror film items tying in with Halloween Horror Nights all year 'round, Hello Kitty, Dr. Seuss, ET, Jurassic Park, the Simpsons, various DreamWorks movies, and so much more. I have issues in here because I want sooooo~ many things. I'm a sucker for themed, character and cute items. I usually save this shop until the end of my visit as it's right on your way out, and then you don't need to carry things around while galivanting around the park. It's located in the Upper Lot right near the entrance and stretches down the entire main road of Universal. Souvenirs galore to take home and bring to friends. Pro-Tip: Be sure to use your AP card for a discount!

One store to rule them all - the best stocked store in the park! The staff is friendly and keeps it well-stocked. Prices are the same throughout the park from what I had seen, and standard for theme parks. I loved the selection and found that it carried most of the items I saw around the park in speciality stores.

It's here Ever wanted a movie poster from your favorite Universal Studio (NYSE:UVV) movie? Or how about those plushies that all of the sudden became famous like those 80's cabbage patch dolls? Looking for tee shirts, mugs, or Academy Awards for topics you didn't know existed? They are here. Just like World of Disney (I know you read that review), the place is busy and if you find something that you want, don't put it back because it will take you 10 mins to find it again. The place is big. Overall four stars. You can spend a few hours here just looking and hearing ladies say; "that's cute" and men saying; "how much?" Now excuse me, where did I find that E.T. cap?!? M

My favorite theme park and a favorite store of mine there. I love the feel inside of this store and how it totally takes you back to your childhood and things you love or being you joy. Universal was a yearly visit for me for a long time and this store was included.

Souvenirs are great gifts.. Souvenirs make people happy and the create a happy memory! I love my souvenirs.. Sadly one mug was broken in transit back home..

Poor selection. Some of toys brocken. Universal studio in Orlando have better selection and more fun to walk and buy gifts. Everything is overpriced.

Hats, hoodies, t-shirts, minions ... it can all be found here at the Universal Studios Store. Tons of themed apparel and souvenir items to commemorate your visit to Universal Studios. In addition to that stuff, what is kind of nice, this store actually has some nicer quality clothing - polo, quarter zip, jackets that all seem to be pretty good quality. The price is a little higher than what you would pay at a department store for whatever their designer brand is, but part of that is based on the location you're at and the exclusivity they have to marketing these items. Also, where else can you get a Duff (Simpsons) button down shirt and a Jaws beach towel. They really have a great selection. The store is good sized and stuff is easy to see and prices are clearly visible. Staff was friendly and helpful. For a theme park store this is about as good as it's going to get.

Well you can find just about any Universal Studios souvenir that you'd be looking for in this store. It's got almost anything although larger sizes in the clothing seem to run out first. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well maintained so they are deserving of these four stars. The prices are typical souvenir store, tourist trap, overpriced, make you clutch your pearls prices so take a deep breath before entering and be prepared.

We had fun. I loved the rides and shopping mall. The food courts were amazing. Excellent vacay.

Nijha was extremely helpful in assisting me with purchasing a gift for my son. I showed up at the very last minutes before closing time and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed to surprise my son. I work long hours and rushed it over there trying to get there as soon as I can. My son loves itchy and scratchy and I'm thankful nijha was understanding and very helpful! Thank you so much for doing what you did!!! Not many people will go out of their way for customers specially when it's closing time. I admire her kindness thanks again :)

Was here a year ago, though my Yelp check in didn't work at the time and I forgot about it. There are many gift shops in Universal in general and this is no exception - one of the main differences is the size as opposed to other gift shops in the park. Most of what you'd find in the park will be found here, so if you're on your way out of the park and forgot you wanted something, you don't need to go back to the Kwik-e-Mart or one of the other stores as you could come in here easily. Some items I didn't see anywhere else in the park, so it has that aspect too. The store was neat and clean. There's obviously plenty of merchandise and the prices can be high. There's decent "Universal" souvenirs as well as a boatload of Minions stuff. Really, if you like Minions it's all over the entire park and in here was no exception. What's missing mostly is decent Simpsons stuff. Yes, there is Simpsons items in here as well as rest of the park, but the merchandise is kind of lacking in general. I was here July 2015, so they likely added Harry Potter stuff. I will be back here in 2017, so I guess I can update a little better next year. Out of all the shops that day, this was the least in the amount of people traffic - so that was clearly a plus. It's likely due to the location, which is closer to the main gate. People giving this poor marks due to price aren't being fair. 99% percent of theme park gift shops are overpriced. Right or wrong, it's just the way it is. If you're unaware of that fact, then you need to go to other theme park gift shops and see. You can mark it higher or lower due to other things, but the staff here was fine and the appearance was clean and that counts. Bottom line is, I'd rather spend my money in here than most of the theme parks gift shops I can recall - which either had rude employees, terrible stock, pricier stock (yes, it HAS happened), and/or just overall a mess. So if you're in Universal Studios Hollywood, you should check this out - even just to browse.

After wanting to see this movie with Matt Damon the second it was released, it's ironic I would see this grand movie involving the military while stuck on an USAF base, seeing uniforms everyday, and even talking to soldiers and airmen who have recently returned, or going to that forsaken area. Using the invasion and following real-world events of Iraq as a basis, this movie easily recreates the excitement, the sadness, and the real pain and everyday sorrow that american soldiers and iraqi citizens experience everyday in the bloodbath of their country and their lives. There are some very profound statements made in this movie.... excellently captured using natural lighting and even during some night scenes, hand-held filming, and lots of real-world hands-on action though to many, the action will seem low-key as compared to most movies americans like and expect. Blood and Gore should not be the major attraction, but real-world messages that make you think on how things might have been, and what could be. Matt Damon is excellent as US Army CWO Miller leading a squad of soldiers in a quest to find weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in post-invasion Iraq. The chaos, confusion and misery our soldiers (any soldier) go through in a mess of war is so excellently visually protrayed, I felt like crying. One scene shows them driving to a site for inspection and as they get tangled up and eventually stopped in a mess of citizen cars and people hoping to buy gas, the situation brings to light for our innocent eyes the fear, the hatred, the hopelessness, and the frustration felt by everyone in that region in any "typical" day. If this storyline were true (if only it were), it would explain many of the mass confusion, civil war and other details that happened after the invasion of real-world Iraq. Lots of language. God bless our troops!!!! A must-see movie of this generation. NOTE: I must add that the character of Freddy, who as an iraqi citizen, reports to the CWO Miller an event that is happening, and later is hired by Miller as his translator, that the americans are NOT the ones to decide what happens to that country, but that the iraqi people should be given the opportunity to decide.... and there are some heart-wrenching words uttered by this character that slaps you hard to make you realize that his words are being said everyday by a nation, and not just one movie character. Well done....

Great one stop shop in the park. It has something from everything here, so it's super easy to leave souvenir shopping until the very end of a trip on your way out. I went in to the store specifically looking for a shirt that said 2018 on it. I was able to find 3 different kinds, but all of them were in size Large and bigger. One of the employees went above and beyond to help me and was able to find the only small shirt they currently had in the store at that time. The store is pretty large and very organized, making the shopping experience super enjoyable

If it wasn't for Big Mac Caesar, I wouldn't have been accepted to Hogwarts Academy for the Gifted Wizards and Witches. Caesar went above and beyond like defeating he who should not be named and demontors in order for me to go home with my new Gryffindor quiditch sweater. Now I can die in peace with my professor Dumbledore who was murdered by Draco Malfoy. But other than that, Caesar is the real one He deserves a raise and paid vacation!

i love this store!! but its mainly harry potter stuff. i wish the park was open. the workers dont provide help. expensive tourist pricing. all in all if you want selected items cone in here. but id rather go in the park. they need more hello kitty items

Friends and I came in to get candies, decorations and matching sweaters for a huge Harry Potter party. Samara (I don't know how to spell her name!) was so sweet and helpful! She helped us with our bags (we ended up spending about $600 on candies and other products) and recommended products that we love! She was so kind and patient with us as we figured out just how many of everything we needed, she really helped make this trip memorable! The candies are also very cute and delicious.

The place is good cause they sell a lot of minion stuff, but very very pricey... Although the place is organized and clean but still expensive...

I recently went to this store when I decided to treat my parents out to a nice dinner. We decided to pass some time waiting for a table at this store. We waited in that long line to buy a couple of items. When it was our turn, I decided to pay for my items in cash and when I handed the cashier a $20 bill, that's when my experience went from alright to bad. She started looking at the bill all funny, started scratching at it and looking at it towards the light as if it was a fake. She was going at this for a good 2 minutes until I looked at my sister and said "I work in retail, since when did we check twenties, especially for this long?" She looked at me and started typing it into the register and even as she was doing that, she was STILL scratching at the bill to make sure it was real. I don't know if the employees here are racist or what, but they need to be trained better because it felt like my family and I were being carefully watched. My parents even decided to wait outside while we paid. So extremely rude and obvious that we were being profiled. Train your employees to not discriminate against customers of color.

It's literally a chain of most, if not all, themes in the park. Gotta step in here if you're looking for a momento or gift. It basically is a combo of all the individual stores in their own sections of the park in case you're too far away and wanted to get something from another area. Staff is really helpful.

me and my mom went to get one gift for my grandpa, the line to check out was empty but we still waited 15 minutes to checkout. there were 3 workers sitting around doing nothing, and we were never acknowledged or given an apology. very poor service
