Doctor and nurse wry compassionate recovery teams on point with getting you back on your feet receptionist staff friendly and polite my over all experience has been phenomenal! I came through the ER dept. very sick and although the hospital did not have any beds available until after the first day the nurses staff and everyone else were so accommodating and made the temporary stay in ER so comfortable as if I had my own room..and they have heated blankets and wash towels I loved that so much it has inspired me to buy a heated blankets! My overall review be to give everyone I have come into contact with an A++ they passed with flying colors 💜💛🧡💙💜🩵💚🤍❤️❤️‍🩹definitely would recommend this hospital for all your medical needs!!!

It was not good at all. Everything went fine until we got Dr. Branch’s office. This was the second time for my husband to see him. The 1st time was back in Nov ‘25 and we had to wait 1:45 to see him. He did spend a lot of time and was very thorough. Our second appt was Jan 6 at 9:00. We arrived at 8:40 at 10:15 we asked the people at the desk how much longer. They seemed embarrassed and asked us to wait 5 more minutes. After 10, we walked out ready to leave as we had another appt at 11. They frantically ran to were Dr. Branch was meeting with his student, and said that he was reviewing the records and would be right there. 5 min later, an intern comes in and goes over medication with us and answers a couple of questions. He leaves and comes back and says Dr Branch agrees with what he said and to follow up in 6 months. We NEVER saw Dr Branch, which is who we paid to see. Very unprofessional. We were expecting to discuss the results of Dr. Branch consultation with Dr. Mariganore. That never happened.

It was my 1st time visiting UMC and I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful facility. Also, everyone was so friendly! Not one employee passed me by without acknowledging me. It was so refreshing and inviting, I felt comfortable and less anxious about the reason I was there. Well done UMC. Don’t stop what you’re doing. Keep up the good work. 🙏🏾❤️

Dr. Michael Cook is honestly one of the most knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever met. He made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to educate me on things. He explained things in a way that made sense. Dr. Cook didn’t rush me at all — he explained everything clearly, made sure I understood each step, and treated me like a real person, not just a chart. I left my appointment with hope, real answers, meaningful insight, a clear plan, and confidence that I’m in good hands. If you’re looking for a bariatric surgeon who genuinely cares, communicates well, and goes above and beyond, I absolutely recommend Dr. Cook.

I just want to brag about my Doctor and his staff! I had bariatric surgery and Dr. Leithead and his staff was and is amazing! I’m satisfied with the results and outcome of my surgery. I feel good and I look good! Dr. Leithead is an awesome Doctor and he cares about his patients and he listens and he is very observant about his patients! If I could I would award him for being the most caring doctor in the whole United States. This man is the truth! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who is thinking about having Bariatric surgery. His work is phenomenal matter of fact there are no words for him and his staff because they all are amazing 🤩.

I had an amazing experience at the cardiology clinic. Ms Charlie made me feel comfortable and eased my concerns. She was able to inform me in detail on what to expect before starting each test which helped me stay calm. She was also endearing and even comforted me when I was down. She was amazing and made the entire experience a fun and last memory! Wait time and cleanliness was also 10/10!

I was very hesitant to come to LCMC bc the old hospital was not the greatest not even good. But our experience here has been some of the best experiences ever. From great Drs , to great Surgeons and don’t forget the staff who on their own makes your stay the best it can be. We’ve been going here for about a year and a half dealing with cancer,surgery,chemo and scans after scans I lost count but they make sure they don’t miss anything. We will continue to come here and yes we have insurance but you won’t find a better hospital or staff It’s so clean ,so organized,politeness and they give 100% of everything I’m so glad that this hospital and the Dr’s came into our lives during the hardest time of our lives. 10 out of 10 recommend
