Vadivelu Review - Tamboerskloof - Cape Town - The Infatuation
"This spot draws on the rich history of South African Indian cuisine that dates back over 100 years, but nothing about Vadivelu feels old. In fact, it’s the opposite. The restaurant has a bright interior with pink, jungle-like wallpaper, a buzzy vibe, and a terrace that spills onto the street. It’s the perfect place for a group of friends who want to tuck into shared bowls of Durban lamb curry, dosas, and butter chicken. By the end of the meal, you may even feel motivated to book a trip to Kwazulu Natal, the birthplace of South African Indian food, where curries use local lamb and are usually thinner in consistency (and much spicier)." - Mary Holland
It’s a robust university to consider when choosing an all round learning environment in terms of research, opportunities and innovation, they are still the best

Been here maybe once or twice and
very impressive place!
Great view over Durban!
My interest is that of late I see 3 cranes
constructing something pretty big!
I’m planning to get close and see what’s
going up!
Otherwise I’m not a university student!!
But truly an iconic landmark on the southern
side of Berea!

The UKZN Centre for Jazz is fast becoming the only venue for live jazz performances in Durban. World-class performances are held here every Wednesday from 6pm.

The campus is a great place to attend. There are fantastic views and some very interesting people. There have been times of disruption and lots of hard work. Many many cherished memories. There are iconic buildings one of which can be seen from most of Durban. It gets busy all the time. In my experience its fairly safe.
