New Swiss Study Suggests Hip Hop Makes Cheese Taste Better | Eater

"Researchers at a Swiss arts university ran a controlled experiment suggesting hip-hop can change a cheese’s sensory profile: they exposed eight wheels of Emmental to continuous playback of different music styles (with a ninth wheel left in silence) and evaluated taste, smell, and texture. The selections included Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” Mozart’s Magic Flute, and A Tribe Called Quest’s We Got It From Here; sound was injected directly into the wheels via transmitters rather than played from distant speakers.
