Clean place. Room size was big enough. Toilet was ok and had the usual temperature control for shower and baths. Bathtub is small, but I stick to showering and it's fine. Toilet bowl was small and had to squeeze a little but still acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Location is near the hommachi station and is convenient enough.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, the lady at the reception wearing blue suit (I assume it’s the manager) has a terrible attitude. There was some issues with the washing machine so I asked her for help nicely. She replied “no” “no” without explaining anything to me. I asked again and she impatiently used the translator, wrote the reasons in English and showed it to me without saying anything. If you’re the leader and can’t even attend to customers’ queries or speak simple English, please go for training. However the next day when I head down to the lobby, she was happily greeting the Japanese customers. So what ? ****** towards Chinese guests? I also stayed at a budget hotel in Tokyo, and the staff there and amenities was amazing compared to this hotel. And they do not provide luggage delivery service which is very troublesome. And the smoking room is right next to the lobby, whenever I go there, the smoke smell is very strong. For those that don’t like the smell, there’s nothing you can do. Overall, service is bad as none of the reception staff can speak simple English, bad smoke smell, only toothbrush provided, and room felt old. Would not recommend at all.

The hotel room is as expected, not that big. However the size is sufficient for 2pax and short stay. The location is about 5 mins walk to train stn with 7 eleven and family mart nearby. It is also a few stops away from Namba so it is accesible. Staffs are friendly as well. I would stay here again if I'm in Osaka!

Complimentary pajamas and toothbrush. Toiletries all available, towels replaced daily. Bathroom small, but adequate for asians! For 11m2, it was a very comfortable stay with ample of room. Charging cables all provided, kettle as well but tap water is drinkable. Bed is comfortable and clean. Location of hotel is the best - away from the hustle of dotonburi, between osaka umeda and namba. The area is peaceful and quiet. It is near shinsaibashi too, making the walk to dotonburi very convenient. Recommend!

The place is not very strategic so I got lost many times because of Google Maps the whole room was clean, only when I accidentally spilled the noodle soup the condition of the floor remained the same there was only heating at that time, is that also the case in summer? At first it felt hot, but because it was spring there was no problem without air conditioning

So lacking of flexibility not even allowed 15 minutes earlier to check in. I would have loved to have a hot shower before I went out sightseeing again but ended up checking in after 7 pm. No thrill hotel with very tiny bathroom and funny design on the share tab between the sink and bath tub. Having a bath was tight and uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s clean.

I think this hotel is the best choice for this price ranges. It has bathroom in the room, not shared. Nice city view from the room. 2-3 minutes walk to the subway station. Not so crowded area. Cheap price overnight parking nearby. Close to 24 hour opened restaurant.

Extremely bad experience with the lobby staff lady with brown hair. I wanted to use the washing machine but I can’t open the door, I went to ask her for help nicely, but she list rudely reply “no” “ cannot” . She talked to her colleague in Japanese and none of them bothered to answer me or help me. Her attitude makes me very angry, no manners at all. Makes me feel like she’s the guest and I’m the staff. Please train your staff properly, none of them wants to help.
