UNIZO INN Express Osaka Minamihommachi

i book this hotel it's an urgent but this hotel is more than my expectation. It's a bit far from metro but you can walk through GPS. the location is on the middle of alley. The service is nice, they have the washing machine at laundry to support customer and you can pick a toothbrush here. The room has a working place, TV, AC and fridge. Bathtub is quite small but they have shower unit there, hair dryer as well. I think there is cost-effective and I will recommend this place for sure.

The place is not very strategic so I got lost many times because of Google Maps the whole room was clean, only when I accidentally spilled the noodle soup the condition of the floor remained the same there was only heating at that time, is that also the case in summer? At first it felt hot, but because it was spring there was no problem without air conditioning

Very small, narrow and uncomfortable bathtub that makes it difficult to shower (and impossible to bath). Tiny toilet next to the wall, very uncomfortable to use. Very bad room design, built cheaply and cutting corners everywhere. No plug near bed head. Thin glass windows that allow all the noise in from the multiple highways next to the hotel. Small bed, with horribly ugly sheets. Questionable bedroom cleaning service. Only 3 elevators and 2 washing machines for 500+ guests and 29 floors... You have to pay for basic amenities. Front desk staff is nice, but this hotel has too many problems to be recommended.

Extremely bad experience with the lobby staff lady with brown hair. I wanted to use the washing machine but I can’t open the door, I went to ask her for help nicely, but she list rudely reply “no” “ cannot” . She talked to her colleague in Japanese and none of them bothered to answer me or help me. Her attitude makes me very angry, no manners at all. Makes me feel like she’s the guest and I’m the staff. Please train your staff properly, none of them wants to help.

The room size is acceptable, but the shower area is inconveniently small, with the bathtub being just one meter in length and the toilet situated close to it, leaving little extra space in the room

Nice and clean - good price in here and also the place is Warren near to the centre - The service is nice and also I stay here for three nights - what a pity the window is not can come open at all - but in sunset it will be really beautiful

The nearest subway is Honmachi you can take the exit 17,18 but a little bit walk in underground connection take time about 7-10 minutes The hotel is clean ,modest,and new , fast elevators , simple and small room as Japanese style

Budget hotel brings u safe and comfort sleep, great!
