UNOMAS - Spanish Restaurant & Bar

Just had a lovely Spanish feast at Uno Mas! If you're looking for tasty Spanish food in Bangkok, this is your spot. We devoured their juicy steaks, perfectly cooked paella with lobster and half with pork, and so many other delicious Spanish bites – everything was bursting with flavor. A huge part of the charm is the ambiance; much of the restaurant is open-air and lot of window seating. Hence, If you prefer air conditioning, definitely call ahead to reserve and check. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meal. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to accommodate us with a lovely, less crowded private space right next to the window. It made our experience truly memorable!

Its our very first time for Spanish restaurant. Food is great, nice view with superb service, its very good experience, will come again.

Centara Grand’s Spanish restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you’re craving bold Spanish flavors that suit the Thai palate. The luxurious setting paired with breathtaking views of Bangkok makes it a perfect spot for a memorable meal. My friend and I went there for dinner, arriving just in time to catch the sunset. We got to enjoy two vibes—daylight transitioning into a gorgeous nighttime cityscape. The paella was delicious, and every dish we tried was on point. The only downside was that the food took a bit longer than expected to arrive. We kicked off with a bottle of red wine and, after dinner, moved to the bar for cocktails. The cocktails were top-notch, and the bartender was knowledgeable. The staff also mentioned they have a champagne bar upstairs, so we’re definitely coming back to check it out next time!

We visited last October 16, 2024. The food and ambiance are superb, and the service is excellent. I have one suggestion: please avoid setting new utensils for the main dish before we’ve finished our appetizers. My husband was still enjoying the appetizer when a staff member came to place the utensils for our main dish, the paella. Overall, I would love to dine here again and have already recommended it to my friends.

With the amazing view on 54th floor, Uno Mars impressed me so fabulously, ❤️❤️ staff service is beyond expectations, price is way to low if comparing to food quality, especially Gambas Al Ajillo. I definitely come back again and again

I’ve been here many times. Food is good as usual. Highly recommend. With this chill weather, the restaurant has windows open make atmosphere even better.
