Last time I went to Dave & Buster's, I don't think this Uno's was there yet. However, when I researched Uno's locations recently, thar she was!
We opted to stop here for take-out because our original choice ended up being closed for the holiday (that being Halloween), and I recollected a recent email blast about a 50% discount Halloween dinner take-out only special, and we had mouths waiting back home to feed.
My memory did not fail me. We found Uno's and they did have this discount going on! They were also willing to honor the offer even though I did not have a copy of the printed coupon on my person.
After placing our order, we were given a time estimate of 45-60 minutes, so we took off for a run through nearby Target. We returned 25 min later figuring we could sit and chat, but our food was ready!
I had neglected to ask for paper and plasticware, and so we found none in the two bags we had picked up. The count of items seemed right though, until I realized my special off menu order of the Spinoccoli (my absolute favorite pizza combination in Uno's history - spinach plus broccoli... get it???) had chicken on it, and artichoke hearts, and no broccoli.
I decided to call to let them know so that they could figure out how to avoid this error in the future. The person who answered the phone said that the Spinoccoli pizza has chicken. The fellow she then passed me on to agreed and thought that perhaps the kitchen had tossed on the artichoke as a bit of creativity. But I pointed out the whole spinach + broccoli = Spinoccoli thing, and asked, so where's the broccoli?
They finally realized that they had instead sent us home with a similar sounding Chicken Spinaci - ah, mystery solved! And if I could come back over, they'd fix things for me, or alternatively he could email me a coupon.
It was too late to head back over for them to make things right that night - we were already back at home and people were hungry. Okay, I was hungry. But I checked my email the next day and so far no coupon...
24 hours after, and still no coupon, so I called and spoke with the General Manager. He agreed that this was too long a wait and said he would email me something within the hour. The Spinoccoli had been removed from the menu for a year now, but is still really popular. They took the Spinoccoli button off because it was being pressed in error too often, but that was not meant to be an excuse. He'll be sure to impress upon the staff to follow through with promises.
In case the GM had perhaps jotted down the incorrect email, after seeing nothing in my in-box well over an hour later, I called and spoke with the GM again. He sounded flustered and he told me that they had a busy night so he had not been able to get to the office, but he'd send out the email before he left the restaurant that night.
I appreciate receiving the email shortly after midnight, however, I felt that the GM's broken promise after the initial broken promise of a manager serving under him, after having received the wrong pizza and dealing with a debate that it was the right pizza, deserved more than an excuse spoken in a harried manner. The lack of a simple "I'm sorry" for having not followed through on his personal promise spoke volumes, and caused me to feel that I was now being viewed as the offender, rather than as the offended.
3 stars for the food. Go medium rare with the steak tips; medium was tough. But their signature Wowza Sauce for the Wowza steak tips (sauteed with mushrooms and onions) from their 2 for $12 menu was quite tasty, and the vegetable medley was not overcooked.
2 stars for the service. Training here needs to be upped.

11/5/2014 - got an email from Corporate apologizing for a less than stellar experience and service due to the unexpectedly high volume of customers drawn in by their special Halloween offer.
Nice.
4 stars for Corporate.

12/2014 - I finally returned to Uno's with my apology email coupon in hand. I called ahead to place my order for their off menu large Spinoccoli pizza which has spinach and broccoli. Yes, I was very specific, to minimize (I hoped) any possibility of another error.
The counter was unstaffed when I arrived, so I waited, till a lady came back with a soda for the party waiting ahead of me. My pizza was ready. And it was happily correct - we peeked. I did however find it funny that when I handed over my email coupon that 1) I was asked my name, and 2) having had to read the email to figure out what it was I gave them, no acknowledgment of the error (such as perhaps an apology for my past inconvenience) was made.
Oh well. I had my pizza, and it was good with pleasantly firm broccoli florets.

6/2015 - their pizza skins $9.99 were terrific as ever, but funny enough, while the sticker on my twin boxes clearly stated: sour cream, spoon, wetnap, cutlery pack, all that came with mine were the little cups of sour cream stashed in with my pies.
