Google
yum! of course it is expensive but i thoroughly enjoyed each dish. even though our chicago pizza was swimming in grease, i still liked it; sooo cheesy <3 — i just wish there was a littlee bit more pesto added on top. there’s many items on their menu that i desperately want to come back to try!

Server was attentive. Food was ok, definitely not of a quality to match the cost. They charge a credit card processing fee so bring cash to avoid the excess charge. Huge menu with lots of high calorie options!

We come here often. We always sit in the bar, have a couple of beers and some food. Today we had a pizza skins and I had a sirloin and shrimp. Everything was delicious, and service was great. Can’t wait to go back.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was truly impressive. The menu offers a wide array of choices, catering to various preferences. The pizzas were delectable, and what delighted me even more was the abundance of vegetarian and vegan options available. We savored the Veggie Lasagna and Romano-Crusted Chicken Parmesan, both of which were incredibly delicious. While I still hold Olive Garden's Chicken Parmesan in high regard, this restaurant's version was commendable and won't deter me from returning. Moreover, the desserts were simply delightful, adding the perfect finishing touch to our dining experience.

Me and my family stopped here on the way up to a concert. When we walked in there was only a handful of people in the whole restaurant. We did get seated very quickly, however it took 30 minutes for anybody to come over to ask us if we would like any drinks or even just to greet us, and that was after I went up to the hostess and asked if we had a waiter. The food was delicious and the drink that my husband bought was pretty good, however, he had two of them and the second one was very different from the first in terms of taste. I do recommend their pizza but the service was very slow.

Visited 12/4/2023. First time at this location. Looks newly renovated and clean. Great atmosphere. The bar is located in another room so I think that keeps the noise down. It was a slower Monday night but I’m sure when it’s busy it could get rowdy. Greeter and Servers were pleasant and friendly asked if we were picking up or wanted to be seated. Drinks were delicious. Food was delicious. I feel like the serving sizes are a victim of shrinkflation as the personal pizza seemed a bit smaller than I recalled it being. Great ambiance, kid friendly, and plenty of parking.

The Concord, New Hampshire location desperately needs to learn about customer service. I went with 2 friends to have an early dinner yesterday between 4 and 4:30 in the afternoon. We sat in the bar, which had about 8 to 10 people who were clearly already eating and drinking. The bartender came over to our table to take our drink order, and we asked for a pitcher of beer... Stella Artois specifically. She came back a couple of minutes later with 3 frosty cold glasses and said the keg was being changed, but she'd be bringing the pitcher shortly. Unfortunately, about 10 minutes passed and our glasses were still empty and no longer frosty cold, so I asked what was taking so long. Apparently, that was too much for the bartender and waitress who suggested I lose my attitude, so I said to my friends, I think we should leave, and we did. What I can't understand, is why didn't the bartender come back to our table and say it was going to take a little longer than she thought for the keg to be changed and offer us another brand of beer. Even better, she could have said I'll take your food order and by then, the keg will be changed. She could have communicated with us rather than just letting us sit there with empty glasses, but no effort was made to inform us or apologize for the delay, which was clearly not due to this restaurant being busy. The dining room was basically empty and the bar wasn't even half full, so I don't understand why were inconvenienced. Nevertheless, I blame management for not properly training the staff in communication and customer service... no excuse is acceptable. Frankly, I'll NEVER go back to the Concord location again, and I would say it's no mystery why this restaurant chain is closing locations all across the country.

Yelp
Food was great and service is exceptional. Server made a harmless mistake with order and they fixed it quickly and comped our desserts. Very satisfied!

Yelp
Very friendly and outgoing service, hot fresh food. The husband is a die hard chicago classic fan. This location does not disappoint.

Yelp
We haven't had an Uno in our area for well over 10 years, so let me tell you, when we're near one, we eat there! The place was very clean, cutely decorated for Halloween, they were playing spooky tunes, the service was quick and friendly. The spinach artichoke dip was really good and I loved the tiny garlic breads they served with it. Our "main" dish, which is on the appetizer menu, pizza skins. Oh my lord, I love them so much! You absolutely cannot go wrong with a deep dish pizza crust filled with mashed potatoes, bacon and cheese!!

Yelp
Pricey but decent pizza. I am a fan of their Detroit style. I do mainly curbside pickup and after checking in (not early) some times I wait 5 minutes some times 30 minutes. Employee is always friendly and order is always correct. Easy parking that is a shared lot with other businesses in the strip mall.

Yelp
Great to enjoy a Spinoccoli Pizza from UNO's after a multi year absence. It was as wonderful as ever! Thank you for still having it on the menu as it was when I picked it up in San Francisco.

Ronald M.

Yelp
We were on our way to a concert at Bankofnh pavilion. We did not have much time and depended on the staff at UNO's to get this right. Unfortunately, the service was a complete failure. We had ordered a pitcher of Stella beer. The beer never arrived. The Stella beer tap had failed or ran out. The three women at the bar tried to get the beer tap running but to no avail. Even though there was enough beer in the pitcher to get our drinks started, the staff did not provide beer. They provided frosty mugs for when there would be beer in the future. Needless to say, we never received any beer and nor did we get to order our dinner. When we complained about no beer, the staff got all into a hissy fit and told us that we were being insulting to the staff. We left with no beer and no food. Very bad management and I will never go back.

Yelp
Ate here yesterday with my mother and a friend before attending a concert at the nearby Capitol Center. We went at a bit of an "off" time so it wasn't very busy and we were seated and served very quickly. The pizza skins were every bit as good as I remembered them being at the old Dover location that's been gone for years, and I also had the honey BBQ boneless chicken bites. My mom and friend also enjoyed their chicken tenders and burger and service was friendly and fast. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were seriously lacking attention. There were bits of paper and other odds and ends all over the floor, the hand dryer was not functioning with an out of order sign on it and it just generally felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a while. The food was good and I would go back, but next time I'd like to see the bathrooms in better shape.

Yelp
Our waitress, Monica, was completely bizarre. She told us she had just made a mistake and wasn't sure how much longer she'd be working there. She kept coughing and told the next table she had pneumonia recently. She was also complaining about her commute, low pay, etc. Food was decent, arrived without a long wait. They didn't have the soup or beverage I planned on ordering but that was ok. After running up a bill of over $100 for a party of 3, the waitress brought us a check for $45 for a party of 2. I spoke to the manager who said he would be speaking to the waitress but didn't offer us anything to make things right. Even a coupon for next time would have been appreciated. Instead we paid our correct bill and left.

Yelp
Quiet and there's a parking lot so no issues with parking. We had a party of 8, and for sat but the table was covered with crumbs which the host didn't even notice until we pointed it out. We ordered the drinks and I had asked for a hot tea but the mug it came out in was unclean. We put in our food orders, I ordered a side Caesar salad and a 10" Cauliflower Crust Taco Pizza. We also ordered the Fried Ravioli. Half of the table's appetizers came out early while the others came out with the entrees. The Caesar salad was standard but not that many croutons. I didn't really enjoy the Fried Ravioli. It seemed a tad over fried and the cheese stuffed in it didn't seem fresh. The pizza was pretty good so I definitely recommend the taco pizza and the Cauliflower Crust as well. I did order a ginger Ale later through lunch and the cup was also dirty. Service was alright. Overall, food was okay but not the cleanest.

Yelp
This is my second visit to an unos and my first in a long time. I admit I really didn't want to go after my first experience which really wasn't the fault of the restaurant. I found out later from others that after you cut a thick Chicago style pizza and eat that delicious crispy slice it's normal for the next slice to taste soggy. My daughter urged me to try the thin crust pizza this time and I'm so glad she did! This place is quite large inside and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our waitress was really good at keeping an eye out and was there with a refill on my lemonade before I even asked. It was clean and had plenty of seating if you had a big family or group of friends. My daughter ordered the cheese pizza and I decided to try the spicy Hawaiian pizza at the recommendation of our waitress. I ordered the ranch on the side, though, rather than drizzled over the top. Both of us had the thin crust. Mine had a spicy sauce with ham, pineapple, and jalapeño slices. It was very good and the best part? It stayed fairly crispy! The first slice was the crispiest but it never came close to being soggy.

Yelp
Great place for an early dinner. As vegetarians we sometimes struggle to find good eateries but we have never had a problem at Uno's. Recommended: Burrata appetizer, Thin crust White Pizza, Mac&Cheese, Beyond Burger...Also: The "side" version of the House Salad is huge. Good value at $5.49.

Yelp
Let me say this first, The only reason I'm giving this recent review 4 stars is because of the service and attention we received after the very rude and unprofessional service we got from Lois (phyliss)... not exactly sure what her name was. It was a night out from where we live (35 min away) to get dinner with our kids. We were super excited to have the pizza because it's always been one of our favorites, and enjoy some good food and service. At first we orders our drinks, then I asked for Splenda to go with my iced tea. The server brought back lemons! No big deal... let's just ask her for them on her way back to the table since my partner needed an extra straw for her drink. It was to our surprise that when the server came back to our table, after asking her for Splendas... she rudely said in a very agreesive tone "do you nesss anything else? Because I've been back and forth and I have other tables to tend to" Yes! That was how she spoke to us. Unbelievable, I have never experienced any waitstaff in my life and being in the food service industry for 4 years ... ever someone speaking to their table in such a manner. I mean I get it... waitressing can suck... but so does every job from time to time. And being a waitress isn't something you necessarily are surprised you get hit with 4-5 or even more tables at a time... it's part of the job!, and In this economy one should be grateful they have people coming in to keep the business running as well as your take home pay. Long story short... we asked to speak to the manager... she just ok'd us and it was clear that she wasn't getting him. My partner found the manager herself, and I explained the whole situation to Ian(the manager). Ian was so apologetic and comforting... even my kids felt so much more at ease because they were slightly distraught at the way she spoke to us. Ian(which I later find out is the assistant manager at the Nashua location).... Was absolutely great! He was professional and made things all better by tending to us the rest of the evening, and made sure all of our needs were met. Thank you so much Ian for rectifying this situation... honestly if it wasn't for your calm and great customer service, we would've walked out. In regards to lois(phyllis).... She needs to find another job or get new training on certain aspects of her job. Other than that... the food as always was delicious... and the service due to Ian was perfect!! 4 stars are only due to Ian and the food.

Yelp
Went for lunch yesterday. Great lunch specials. My husband had chicken parm, and since pasta dishes were on special he got it for the reduced price of $10.99. Way more than enough, and he took home the rest. I got the sirloin steak which was thick but was perfectly cooked, medium rare with a great char, with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes which were very flavorful. Very reasonably priced at $22. CJ was our waiter and he was great--ask for him if you go! Everything exceeded our expectations.

Yelp
My daughter and her husband were really in the mood for pizza, specifically Unos. My wife and I met them there for a quick bite and beer. The restaurant was spotless and unfortunately, almost empty. The service was great, prompt and attentive. Pizzas were hot, and even the personal pan pizzas were big enough to have leftovers! I hope they get busier, they deserve it!

K P.

Yelp
Our group of 21 was seated, served, and all that and more in the most wonderful way. I believe we all ordered diff menu items which with a group of that size there all at the same time, wow, what a challenge! The place is clean, staff friendly, and we had a stupendous time!

Ryan M.

Yelp
I am giving 1 star because it's expensive which I don't mind if you get what you pay for. Unfortunately you do not get what you pay for. I ordered double mushroom individual pizza and got what I would not even consider a single mushroom topping. For the price of the pizza I should get more than 8-10 very small pieces of mushroom. So by this a single topping would have been about 4-5 pieces of mushroom at a very high price. Not even close to worth it.

Yelp
We went here today for our Anniversary Dinner! They were extremely nice and understanding that my 5year old son is autistic with sensory issues and couldn't wear a mask! Emily was such a sweetheart and the food was phenomenal!!!! After what happened with Friendlys they made our dinner experience wonderful! Thank you so much for making our day so much better!

Yelp
We really like Pizzaria Uno. It has become our "go to" local place, but we left the Concord, NH restaurant very disappointed . When they introduced the "Pizzanini" this fall, I tried the "Cubano". It was tasty and well portioned: Lots of ham. Next, I tried the Chicken Parmigiana and found that to also be very good. I decided to round it out with the third offering called "Steak and Cheese". What a let down! It was really grilled cheese with small specks of steak sprinkled in. I complained to the manager who said it was made to spec. He explained that spec is 3 ounces of a steak and cheese mixture, and it seemed as if mine was heavy on cheese and lIght on steak. That left me Under Wowed for $12.99! My wife ordered the Uno Burger which has 8 ounces of beef and costs $10.99. I showed the manager the photo in the menu and he said the corporate office uses "artistic license" with those photos. Lesson learned- don't get the "Fake and Cheese Pizzanini"!!! He did make me a new one and talked to the prep guys. He personally doubled the steak allotment to make me happy... but the product as spec'd is not worth it - order a cheeseburger or one of the other pizzaninis if you want meat.

Yelp
Walked in and were seated quickly. But it took the waiter for what seemed like 10 mins to come over and offer drinks. He said he didn't like to pounce on people . We then ordered a pizza and nachos. It took well over 20 mins to come to the table. Waiter had sour cream all over his hands which got on the pizza pan . He came back a few mins later and said oh that's the wrong pizza and brought the correct one . Both pizzas we're very overcooked . He did give us both pizzas. He checked in once towards the end and never came back to offer refills on drinks . All in all it wasn't a great experience.

Yelp
This Uno Chicago Grill (Pizzeria Uno) location in Concord is very good! I find myself dining at this location quite often ever since the Manchester location shut its doors back in 2010. The staff is very friendly and I'm greeted with smiles as I enter the restaurant. Each table has a neat little Ziosk machine, which allows you to check out the digital menu, order food items, see & pay the check (with credit card/gift card), play games, trivia, check out movie times, and read USA Today. Free wifi access is also available. I really enjoy the deep dish pizzas including the Numero Uno and Chicago Classic, which are very filling and very tasty to eat. I will order the Double Deal Takeout Specials (Any 2 Regular Size Deep Dish Pizzas for $19.99 plus tax) if I don't feel like cooking and the pizzas can last a few days. Their salads, steaks, chicken, and pasta dishes are also very good! The entree prices are moderate. On my last visit to Uno's, I enjoyed the Brewmaster's Grill NY Sirloin with a Skinless Baked Potato and a Farro Salad. The mini desserts ($1.99 each) are awesome including the Mini Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Deep Dish Cookie Sundae and I usually order more than one to enjoy! As a longtime member of the Uno Insider's Club (free to join), they periodically email me some great coupons and offers including $5 off $15 purchase, buy one get one free entree, and free entree or pizza on your birthday. The restaurant will occasionally have some cool Insiders Only Parties where the staff would serve members free samples of new menu items and give out goodie bags with treats and coupons. During the autumn season, they had a big kettle of hot cider (help yourself!) at the front door. I miss dining at the former Manchester Uno's (now La Carreta) since it was conveniently located near my home, but the Concord Uno's has been consistently very good all around with great tasting food and solid service.

Yelp
While never a favorite we used to eat here a few times a year while doing errands. Never ever again will we eat at this location. Service was terrible the food was worse. The wait staff and manger were apologizing to everyone for the food. My daughter had the kids make your own pepperoni pizza. She didn't get to make it. Our waitress did and it wasn't to her liking at all. There were a grand total of 3 pieces of pepperoni on it. I had my favorite numero uno. It was missing the sausage and pepperoni. Mostly onions and tomatoes gargle any peppers or mushrooms. The worst dish of the night was my husband's smothered steak tips. Grey looking steak with tiny pieces of onion barely cooked. I wouldn't even take it home for our dog. His sides were just as bad loaded mashed potatoes and smashed cauliflower. We did have an appetizer platter and that wasn't much better. 2 meatballs that were huge and not very good. Guacamole that was slightly brown, cheese sticks with no Cheese in them, quesadilla had two small pieces and the shell was made of chewy pizza dough. The table behind us didn't have much better luck. They were laughing about it and returned a few dishes. Just like us they were so hungry they ate the few bites that were edible. The other guys steak looked worse than the one at our table. Took him a good 5 minutes to cut a piece. We won't ever be returning to this location again. We should have gone somewhere else when in a Sunday the place was almost empty but told there was a 15 minute wait, then three college age girls were sat right away before us. We got sorry didn't see you waiting there. Ahh. You just told us to wait. Another note to add the kitchen was making such a mess if things that the manager was behind the line helping out. No one was wearing hair nets or had their hair tied back. The guy who looked in charge of the kitchen had filthy hair and a beard. Since I had never had a problem here before I said let's just see. When the bill came I almost choked on the final price of 65 for our terrible food. It was the first time we have ever tipped a waitress less than 20%. Please don't go to this location

Cathy D.

Yelp
thanks to patty and everyone last nite for a wonderful birthday party celebration. you all went above and beyond
google avatar

Yelp
It's just so bad, don't go. My elderly father likes it here and I'm in the middle of what may be the worst pizza ever. Somehow they still manage to put in 2000 calories into a tasteless, seemingly previously frozen pie.
google avatar

Mandie R.

Yelp
We came in while it was dead and had excellent food and service! The kids chicken and rice meal with a side of broccoli was so big and good! My personal deep dish was yummy and my husbands chicken and pasta dish was awesome!!! Our waitress was very attentive and nice.
google avatar

Hala S.

Yelp
So Uno didn't only apologize, but sent a hand written note along with $20 coupons. That's how you know they actually care about making customers happy! Thanks Uno.... I am adding four more stars due to the nice gesture and the fact that you CARE!
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
Its Pizzeria Uno, which in my mind is always enjoyable. What makes this location different is the staff! Nikki is the most enjoyable bartender and has the best professional but real life balance! Food and beer is great and well priced at Unos...if you are looking for a great chain restaurant bar lunch/dinner this is the one! Thank you to all for making this my pit stop when I arrive in MHT heading north!
google avatar

Krystie S.

Yelp
Food is always good when I go here, but what sparked my desire to write a review was when my family and I showed up at 10:00pm after a day of galavanting and was shown the best customer service possible. We were concerned about leaving our dogs in the car and were told we could sit on the patio and have our dogs with us. When we ordered our drinks a tray of water was brought out for the pups. I'm still shocked we were showered with kindness despite our craziness. I'm entirely grateful the staff didn't seem at all frustrated with our group. (Oh did I mention there was six people ... And the two dogs). Yeah. Thanks UNOs. We were honestly having a hard time deciding what to do for dinner. I'm so glad we chose you!!!!
google avatar

Joel H.

Yelp
Uno was a place I'd overlooked for years when trying to decide what I wanted to eat, but I've given it another shot and I'm glad I did! The atmosphere is nice, the service is consistent and friendly when I've been there. Personally, I think it's a better spot for lunch than dinner, but that may be personal preference. It's never too crowded, there's plenty of parking, and at lunch I like the soup bar! Especially great on a rainy/snowy afternoon. I wish there was more outside seating, and it's not in the best location in terms of ease of entry/exit to the parking lot. Also, don't go here for drinks- they are weak at best, and typically overpriced. It's nice to have the ability to get a personal-size deep dish pizza when you're in the mood, and all the salads and pastas I've tried have been good as well.
google avatar

Stacy C.

Yelp
I have been here 3 times. I like the pizza so I tend to forget after a year how bad the service is. Each time we have been here we have had terrible service. 1st time we came here and we had a new waiter and it was a little busy, so we were understanding. 2nd time we went we sat at a table (we were sat there by the hostess) for 30 minutes and never acknowledged. I finally had to go look for a manager. Service was terrible even after that. A year later we went again. The place was not busy, we were given a table at the bar. We had a friendly waitress that brought drinks right away. Then she disappeared, our food was put on our table and nobody ever came back. EVER....we had to finally get our check and pay through the little machine on our table. The pizza isn't worth the bad service. Much better pizza places around.
google avatar

Julie H.

Yelp
This is a non-updated Uno's. The young lady at the bar didn't really seem enthusiastic or interested in helping us, but the guy she was working with was better and took over (thank goodness). The food was bad- I ordered stuff I would normally get from my hometown Uno's and it seriously went right through me. That's not typical as I usually order the same thing every time. I've experienced better when it comes to Uno's. Oh well, won't come here again- or to Concord in general.
google avatar

Kate P.

Yelp
Delish! We love going to UNO's ~ the pizza is delicious and the service is consistently great! It's quiet and a great place to meet friends or go on a date.

Shirley B.

Yelp
Two Fridays in a row my husband and I have ordered takeout and have been totally disappointed! No cutlery, no condiments and soggy food! NEVER AGAIN! I had chowder....no spoon! My fries were placed under a piece of lettuce....total mush! And NO ketchup when it plainly said on the takeout container that we requested it! No napkins....nothing!! We were heading out of town both times so we could not go back and get the missing items! How do you send takeout out the door without cutlery? Very very bad! My advice: don't order takeout from this restaurant.....EVER! I know I won't!!
google avatar

Joel V.

Yelp
Decent pizzeria chain. Good Chicago-style pizza, bar, etc. At-table electronic ordering too, though it seems they still send someone by to take your order. Well-located right off of the 93. Good service, large parking lot. Gets really busy on Fridays.

Connor W.

Yelp
Great service, she was very kind and knowledgeable, but as a vegan the options were very disappointing. I came back and realized that the vegan pizza cheese was different only to find out non vegan cheese had been served to me prior to this visit. Very upsetting as if it were an allergy this most likely would not have happened. The pizza only had one size which was very small and the cheese was very odd. It also costed us $12 which was way to much for a small pizza with bad cheese.

Taylors T.

Yelp
Went there on a Saturday would think it would be more busy. Waitress was very nice but food and bar service was not. Drinks took a fairly long time and were not great, Apps we're fine but the pizza was not. Being a pizza place the pizza should be the center at it all! Facility is run down and needs an uplift. All in all not a great experience, felt bad for the waitress.

Grym R.

Yelp
Generally disappointing. The waitress immediately complains about how busy she is but the place is half empty. The source of Isabella's workload is a table of eight. Service is slow. WiFi sucks. When BWW is better then you know you are a bad restaurant.
google avatar

Jeff D.

Yelp
After waiting for a server for at least 10 minutes to at least ask us for drinks, we got up and went to Applebees. At Applebees, a server was at our table with in a minute asking what we wanted.
google avatar

Bryan R.

Yelp
Why would you pay $12 for a large pizza when you could pay $16 for small? Brilliant huh? They have personal/small pizzas that if you get the deep dish they are thick and pretty filling, but there isn't much and this isn't much more than or better than a microwave pizza. The location is good and the resteraunt is in pretty good shape but again, the sizes are kind of small considering the price. You could drop $40 and still go some where else for desert. Not a detail that I works as a respectible resteraunt.

Ashley G.

Yelp
My chicken was pink and had blood in it. I felt very sick and luckily didn't die from salmonella

David T.

Yelp
So my daughter and I go in. We order 2 regular sized pizzas and explain to the waitress we are on a flight that evening back to California so we will use the uneaten pizza as a meal on the plane. She brings to personal pizzas to us. I point out we wanted regular. So we receive the 2 personal pizzas for free and just paid for the regular. The manager came over and apologized. Kind of overkill in a good way. We were not bothered and it did not cost us any money or time. We really were not upset or even irked. We actually could only finish half our personal pizzas (they are filling). So we had to pick something up and Radio Shack. We gave the Radio Shacks guys one of our extra pizzas and are now in the airport munching on the second pizza. We are happy... The guys ate Radio Shack are happy. People the airport envy us.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I recently visited and had a great experience. Unfortunately it was storming and lightening temporarily effected the POS system so there was a delay. Our expert bartender, however, was super apologetic and quickly and with his great service we quickly forgot about the delay. It is the mark is a good restaurant that when things go wrong they handle it smoothly. We will certainly be back, as we were more than impressed with the food!

Yelp
Went here with friends and we all enjoyed our dinner- deep dish pizza was great ! The one person who decided on a burger was a little disappointed as it was over cooked but service, appetizers, drinks, and pizza were enough to make us go back. We will stick to pizza though since that's what they are known for and clearly the best thing on menu.

Yelp
This Uno's is one of the better Uno's I have been too. Consistently good food. Friendly service and usually quick. Even better with the periodic insider club deals (free to sign up). The chicken parm is the best at this location... I am not sure what they do differently than other Uno locations but something about it is better. Bar area is a little small compared to other Uno location but adequate. Uno's is one of those places that has large menu selection and can please almost anyone making it a good choice for groups with indecisive people. Good salads and yummy mini-deserts that won't break the bank making it easy to indulge in an after dinner treat! Will definitely be back.

Yelp
I'm giving it mediocre stars mostly because it's a chain and I reserve really high marks for unique and stellar places to go, but this Unos has an awesome staff. They're very friendly and prompt. The place is well kept, clean and easy to get to. We hit this Unos for lunch during the work week from time to time and it's consistently a good place to go. Pretty busy sometimes though bcause it's right off the highway in the heart of Concord.

Yelp
The food is pretty good for a chain, especially the desserts (I'm partial to the bread pudding). What made the dining experience especially sweet for my three sons and me was the extraordinary service we received from our waitress Coral. She's personable and attentive making our evening one of the better dining experiences in recent memory.

Yelp
I'm at UNO'S right now and the boneless chicken bites and motzerella sticks are amazing the cheese is streaching like 2 feet! UNOS is definitely a good place to eat

Yelp
Great Uno's location. Good food and fast, friendly service which is all you can ask for when you're eating out with 2 small kids.

Yelp
There are very few things I could say that impressed me with this Uno restaurant. But I at least learned to not to order a burger from a pizzeria. With the fry portion of a small from McDonald's and a burger that is clearly stated that it came with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc when it didn't for 11.49 is a joke. And to compliment my horrible meal I get 2 children with down syndrome and a bunch of parents/supervisor begging my party for money for some program called 'best buddies.' The food was horrible and I couldn't even finish the damn food in peace. I left hungry.
