To say our waiter Basil was amazing is a HUGE understatement! He was phenomenal! He was kind,funny & always approached our table with a smile. I had ordered a desert that I did not like & he was able to get me a full refund for it. The prices are fair for the amount of food served.

I love this place! It checks all of the boxes, the food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, the service was phenomenal, and the price was reasonable. The location is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. I can't stress enough how delicious the food is! My only regret is that I didn't have time to eat there more often. Great place, great food, great price.

This place was quiet for a Saturday lunch. The wait staff was cleaning when we walked in. Staff was quick to seat and get us drinks. Maybe a little to quick. My daughter requested an ice tea with both raspberry and mango flavor shot. Unfortunately the wait staff left as she said mango and the drink came back raspberry only. The drinks were refilled quickly. The appetizer was timed well and served hot. We enjoyed it. Lunch order for Chicken Parmigian. The pasta was cold but had hot chicken and cheese. Our other order was ravioli lasagna. The ravioli lasagna itself was great. The challenge was the plating. The lasagna was in a pan and the pan placed in a white "bowl". The issue wad the pan not fitting in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece, the hot pan would slide which made her nervous and afraid it would slide into her lap. All in all, it was good and we would go back. We may just order pizza and salad.

Not bad, unfortunately there is a lot of better pizza at other places. I thought the prices were high but the staff were very friendly and professional. The place inside was clean and organized but quiet for the time of day. Too many pizza shops around for Uno's to compete with and be successful but they are doing the best they can. The Detroit style pizza I got was good but not great and there is a lot of very good and great pizza around Springfield.

My husband and I are from Texas. We drive a truck and we parked close by at the roades This place is the absolute tits. Our bartender Griff provided excellent service while working his 🥜 off. And the guys making the food should be cooking for a damn good decent living I hope. Will definitely be stopping here EVERY time we get a chance. The vibe is perfect and the purchases are worth every penny and more. Thank you for an excellent experience. 💙 all others see Griff for a 5 star Christmas memory martini.

Family friendly atmosphere. We enjoy going in the evenings or afternoons. Our favorite waiter is Basil. We also go for Musical Bingo on Wednesdays. Such a fun time. Great food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Delicious appetizers. There take out is good too.

Found out about this spot as I was in Boston for a layover. I didn’t know this was where the original deep dish was created. I always thought it was Chicago lol. Anyway, the pizza was pretty good. I got a Detroit style pizza that was deep dish. Check them out on Monday since they have half price deals.

From NYC, stopped by for the first time on 2021 Labor Day weekend. Pasta was delicious and the drinks was on point. Definitely, will make another stop there next time I’m in town

So I walked in for lunch at 2:30, I said one the host said I am going to have you wait 5 minutes the waitress just got a table. I said oh so you want me to stand here at the hostess stand for 5 minutes and he said yes. I said well can I sit at the bar?? ( no one was seated at the bar) oh no the bartender isn't taking anymore people!!! Are you not open???? I walked out never got seated. Been working in restaurants for over 30 years and seriously have never had this experience.....

The food was amazing! Decided to try the Gumbo on their new Mardi Gras menu. It was full of flavor and seasoned perfectly! Topped it off with a tall cold Coors light!!!

Our greeting from the hostess was friendly and helpful. The waitress was with us right away and very attentive. My friend and I had lunch of soup, one broccoli and cheddar and the other chicken noodle. Both were very good and in good-sized crocks. We each had very-large salads with greens, bacon, cheese, 1-inch pieces of spaghetti, grape tomatoes, red peppers and very-freshly-grilled chicken. I love the fact that all the salad components were of equal, bite -size pieces. In addition, the price was certainly fair for such a lovely lunch, and part of dinner as well. They have an array of choices for dressings as well. I look forward to our next lunch there.

I went to meet a friend who I haven't seen in a while, we decided to meet at Uno in Springfield. Pretty quickly we got seated. I wasn't starving, but he was. We got a few tasty appetizers and he got a meal. We got the Shrimp & Crab Dip, and the Boneless Chicken Bites with Sweet Red Chili Sauce. We had a lovely waitress, I can't remember her name, but we loved chatting with her, she was in a great mood and was very personable. The Shrimp & Crab Dip was delicious. It came with little pieces of garlic bread. It was savory, creamy, rich and delicious! Love! I'm not big on chicken wings, but I tried these anyway. These are great since they're boneless, they're much less mess. The sauce had a gentle kick to it. Not my favorite, but the boneless chicken bites were fine. My friend got the Rattlesnake Pasta. I tried it! That was a tasty pick, with a strong jalapeño kick! Yum! My time at Uno was a pleasant experience, I'd come back here again, when in the area.

WOW! The enormous chocolate cake shrunk, too bad the price didn't!!! $10.00 definitely a rip off. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, I DID NOT, Unos should be ashamed, never going to or doing takeout from Unos again.

Food was really good, ambiance was nice, but service was lacking. Our waitress was wonderful but stretched out among many large tables while I saw groups of up to 4 other workers just standing around, not helping. Management needs to address delegation of workload before they lose their only hardworking staff.

The waiter was excellent but the food was horrible. It was cold no taste even with salt and you could taste that it was heated in the microwave because it was hot and cold in different places and the noodles were hard and soft in different places. I never never not even with gift certificate go back there or any Uno's restaurant to eat. Rating: 0 I put 1 star because it will not allow you to leave it black.

The food was ok, nothing great, I was expecting allot better for what they charge I guess. Never had there pizza before so it wasn't bad for first time but prob would. It have it again.

We visited on Thursday and was created with a faint foul order in the entrance way that got more pungent as you walked further into the restaurant. As much as I wanted to stay there was no way that I could endure the smell. The hostess was extremely nice that escorted us to our table but the smell was just too offensive and we decided to leave the restaurant immediately. This needs to be corrected immediately. We sought services at the UNO's in downtown Springfield. While the entrance had a faint smell, there was no smell once you entered the restaurant Pls correct If not for the lovely hostess, this review would have been a - star rating

People need to remember that this is a chain and the food reflects this fact. It's not five star, but it is good. With that said, I'm very pleased that there is a chain that offers solid vegan choices. I enjoy meeting friends there for lunch as I can get a vegan burger or pizza, and it's good stuff. Before I went plant based, I loved their caesar salad and pasta entrees. They are very good, as is their fish and chips. Can't beat their mile high chocolate cake either. I also really like the atmosphere as It's a cozy place to eat and chat. We went for lunch today, and I was thrilled to find a good non-alcoholic beer option on their menu. The Sam Adams is good. We had the most fabulous server named Basil and honestly kind of fell in love with him. He's amazing at his job. I'm planning on taking my toddler foster daughters for an early New Year's dinner and hope we can get Basil as a server again. Uno for sure is worth a visit.

it's an average place just to let you know if you want a cheeseburger pay for a regular burger then just bring your own slice of cheese to save 1.50$ .

I am going to be honest the service was bad and they were low on staff we also had to wait so long for the bill but the food was good it is a hit or miss

Windy city works is the best thin crust pizza. Perfect little snack and so tasty. A side salad sealed the deal.

Decided to eat at UNO's today after not eating at an UNO's in a very long time. I ordered the shrimp crab dip and the chicken spinocoli. This is all I use to order at the Holyoke Mall UNO's when I use to go all the time. Today was the bread was stale and the food was not the same. It had no flavor and the chicken tasted undone. I don't plan to return to an UNO's ever again.

Even though this is a chain restaurant I feel like this uno makes you feel welcomed when you arrive. Lot of different food on the menu has something for everyone service at the bar is untouchable even when it's packed and of course there's desert I will let the picture I took tell you about the desert

Uno doesn't compare to Chicago's original but it is more than passable for a quick lunch or dinner. My salad was more than I expected, quite large in fact and enjoyable; the pizza was okay, the pie crust was more flaky than a traditional pie but certainly not objectionable, good in fact. When you need a quick bite this restaurant is an easy roll in and out.

Ate here not too long ago, the sanitizer they used on the table made it sticky, the food was okay but other than that it was an alright experience

Unacceptable! The ONLY reason I order food from this restaurant is because my son wants it and he does not have to wait the unacceptable amount of time for the food. There is NOBODY in the restaurant and they cannot have the take out order ready in an acceptable amount of time. I will no longer patronize this establishment. Too many terrible experiences.

This is a good restaurant. Always packed. Good food good drinks and always good service. I like the fact that they're open late on weekends Saturday nite. Which is always good for late nite snacks and Netflix. So I would recommend this one. They have been there for a while and I always get a good meal there

The Restaurant was pretty empty. Got seated right away. Person I was with ordered chicken tenders and fries I ordered small deep dish. Was told they ran out of fries. Only other choice was vegetables or sweet potatoes fries which she doesn't like. Asked if could get Mozzarella sticks as a side. Waitress said she would check with manager. She came back and said manager said no. We should of left. Waitress suggest to buy mozzarella stick at $10 and get a side of chicken tenders. When food came mozzarella sticks had a funny taste which was probably the oil. Manager came out with a fresh batch after we were done eating and said fryer oil was changed. We just took them to go. Pizza was dry. Use to love uno and haven't been in a while. Will not go back, waste of $40. Also several more people came in with children but the staff didn't tell them they were out of fries before they sat down.

Disappointment city! I have had mixed experiences with them in the past, and our biggest complaint is that everything good is gone from the menu the next time we go. Love the soup in bread bowl? Gone. Avocado eggrolls? Gone. We stopped in one day and got pretzels and fried zucchini. It was so good we returned a week or so later for lunch and were reminded why we don't like this place. Bathrooms: disgusting 20 min after the place opened, restaurant nearly empty but they felt the need to sit a large party with very loud children right next to us (it soon became clear they were sitting everyone who came through the door on top of each other). The delicious zucchini? BURNT! The entrees? Terrible! I had the flat bread veggie pizza, or maybe it was a cardboard disc with two mushrooms and five onions, not sure. My husband got the chicken parmesan and couldn't eat more than a few bites it was so gross (bad texture and flavor). They get one star for the chocolate monkey milkshake, I think it's too sweet but the husband liked it.

As it's been a while since my last visit, and more to the point, my daughter won a free make your own pizza, I tried this place again. Long story short, my family will never be going back. I went with my friend and her children and had both of mine. 6 total. It was Tuesday, a kids eat free night, so why not. We arrived and were seated promptly. We got the girls situated in the booth, which was a bit tight, and I snapped a picture for our "girls night". Then the wait began. After the initial excitement and chatter from our booth wore down, we began to wonder where our server was. It wasn't that busy at all in the restaurant and we kept looking around but nothing. After what honestly felt like an eternity, aka we were about to call out to the next person who walked by the table, our server FINALLY pops up. By now we place our entire order, drinks and all. We weren't happy about that wait and finally checked our phones for the time. 5:35. I was astounded! I went back to my photos as we couldn't remember the exact time we came in. The photo said 5:20! 15 minutes for a server to finally come over and take our order??? She was probably at our table for about 5 minutes but this was unacceptable. Another 10 minutes go by and we have to nag our waitress for our drinks. She apologized and she was so slammed--- slammed with what? The place wasn't even halfway full! Not only that she had to also be reminded to bring out the make your own pizzas as they still had to bake! 6:15 arrives and we've still got no food, at this point a rude waitress (we ordered 2 salads to come out first and only mine arrived out early. She didn't like being asked literally 3 times for the other) and there was still no food in sight. We ordered some cheeseburgers and pizzas for the kids and pizzas and salads for ourselves so nothing too time consuming at all. At this point I was livid. Our kids were starving, we were starving, and I was quite frankly truly ready to cause a scene. I catch a manager and lay in. The wait was ridiculous, we needed drink refills, and hadn't seen our waitress besides having to lasso her over 3 times about the salad. 5 more minutes pass and finally our food arrives. It's 6:20. An hour for our food??? You know what our waitress had the nerve to say to my friend? "The salad comes out WITH the meal- you should have told me you wanted it first..." Are you KIDDING me? Us asking 3 times didn't tip you off??? I was livid as was my friend. My pizza, a deep dish, was terribly soggy and also not the right size I ordered. My kids pizzas were fine- they inhaled them because they were starved at that point. My friend wasn't fond of her meal at all. The manager came over and took all the kids meals off (they ate free anyways so idk what that was) and said she took another 15 off, but the other waitress rang it up as 2 2for12's and the check was for 24 so idk where this $15 was. She did give the kids free desserts which they appreciated. She offered me a voucher for the next time I came in and I turned it down. I like free food just like the best of em but you've gotta know you royally screwed up if I don't even take that. Fool me once shame on you but fool me twice shame on me. I've learned my lesson about this place for sure.

I really thought this visit was going to be decent. We got a nice table. The restaurant was practically deserted. We got a waitress who really seemed to have her stuff together. She was an older lady, cheerful, presented herself very professionally. She was quick bringing drinks. She was quick bringing entrees. She was funny, courteous, kind. I'd have trusted her to watch my children at this point. I mean, she just had a very welcoming, maternal feel to her. Aside from the food, which was reasonable and for the most part, appetizing, the issue was the actually the waitress. It was a very simple problem: she decided to try to memorize our order instead of writing it down. We first realized there was an issue when she came back immediately because she forgot what the side dishes were on the steak tips. Unfortunately, she also forgot that the steak tips were ordered without onions. They came with onions after all. That's all fine and good -- except the steak tips were clearly cooked to "medium" when they were supposed to be "very well done". Instead of offering a reasonable solution, we were told we could just "wrap them up, take them home and cook them for dinner on the stove!" It wasn't said rudely in the slightest, it was said quite sweetly. Like your mom making an optimistic suggestion to fix your problems. Except that she was saying it to *my* mom, who was the same age as she was. Except that was saying this in response to her own error. Take them home?!? Eat nothing now?!? That's what you suggest?!? She then offered to return them to the kitchen, but because she'd been absent from the table for 15-20 minutes -- everyone had finished eating and we couldn't find her to flag her down sooner. I even faked a trip to the bathroom so I could walk around the dining room to find her. I could not. So, reheating them at that moment? ... that's a no. Unfortunately, this wasn't an $8 burger. This was a botched attempt at a steak tip order. I mean, that's something you *look forward* to when you order. When the bill came, it CLEARLY listed it to be cooked "medium" in the instructions, proving her error to us. The burger at the table (there were only 3 of us total) was ordered "medium" so she repeated the instruction on the other beef item. I think she should have offered half off the item, frankly. I wouldn't ask for it to be comped, of course -- it wasn't defective food or a bad cut of meat, it just wasn't cooked! We paid to have it cooked as requested, it came out bloody and we STILL paid for it. It's just not good business to make an error and try to skirt around taking responsibility. The staff ought to be required to WRITE DOWN food orders, that would avoid immediate confusion if your memory is terrible, like admittedly mine is as well. I called my mom later. She did take the steak tips home. She did make them for dinner. They *were* awesome coming out of her kitchen especially with an extra touch of balsamic vinegar and soy sauce glazed on, but they were supposed to have been made correctly 6 hours prior in a commercial kitchen at Pizzeria Uno.

I'd like to start by asking Yelp to please add the ability to post minus stars because if anyplace deserved a minus star or two it's this place!! My wife and I both ordered same item Sirloin which I will say was seasoned well but I'm absolutely thst it comes pre seasoned because I know who ever attempted to cook it is not capable of seasoning a piece of meat. She ordered medium and I ordered medium well. Now I know med well isn't the best way to eat a steak however for medical reasons I can not eat steak any less cooked. Her steak was 1" thick and mine was maybe 1/4". Mind you supposedly same cut of meat. Hers cooked fairly well mine completely overcooked even for well done much less med. well! Why anyone would send same cit of meat to same table with 3/4" difference is beyond me. The only reasoning is they are trained to cook for same amount of time and just use thicker cut for rarer order. They certainly do not know how to tell fineness of the meat!! Waiter was inter was very nice good service but kitchen has no idea what they are doing!! I will never return and would highly recommend anyone with any taste at all skip this place. Hopefully they will hold and maybe a real restaurant will move in soon!!! Don't waste your time and money here!!!

Chill was good, frozen strawberry margarita was also good. Barbecue chicken thin crust pizza was good and the waitress was awesome.

I went to this Boston rd location to order take out pizza about 4;30 on Sunday. After standing in front of the 3 girls chatting for about 5 minutes I decided to cut in to place my order. Told about 15 minutes my pizza came out in thirty and they were not busy. When I got home in 5 minutes and opened the boxes they were as cold as if they came out of a fridge. So while we are cooking them I had time to send out how dissatisfied I was with this experience.... Papa Ginos is 100 yards up the road Updating .. there was no sauce, I'm lowering my score

My girlfriend and I recently decided to choose Uno's due to a couple coupons we got in the mail. First, we were seated in the back corner of the restaurant where it was about 5-7 degrees colder than the rest of the place. We sat there for 10 minutes before asking to get a seat change to get out of the AC and to actually get service. We were denied ordering drinks due to living out of state (sorry), and after receiving a soda, I was not given another beverage for the duration of the dinner even after requesting. The Guac tasted like soap, and overall was not a good experience. Will NOT be returning.

Our first time at a UNO restaurant. We were seated as soon as we got there, the atmosphere was nice family oriented. Servers were knowledgeable, however the food was not great! The grilled cheese ham burger was disappointing, it was dry unfortunately the fries were delicious. My dinner the eggplant panini was good , a little over cooked but good regardless. 2 stars.

I went to the Amherst location and frankly I am disappointed at the service me and my band pals received. We ordered some of their Spinach and Artichoke dip, which took almost 20 minutes until it was finally served to us, and they didn't even bring out one of our orders. The menu labelled an a la carte pizza as a dollar and nine cents, which, instead of that being the cost of the actual pizza, ended up being for each topping. I asked for two toppings, they gave me an extra- AND THEY COUNT THE CHEESE AS A TOPPING. Eventually we got to pay, and we waited at least 10 minutes to get our change. Very disappointed in this Uno's :( If I could leave zero stars I would.

My family goes their often I like the food but the last time I went there the messed the order and the service was very bad

This was the worst experience! Waiting 40minutes for our food to come to the table. We literally walked in at 6:30pm and didn't leave until 9:00pm! We sat after our 30 minute wait which was okay. Then after ordering our food it took 40 minutes and when it arrived at our table the food was luke warm and over cooked and dry. I ordered wings which the sauce was dried to the plate. I took a bite to find that the inside was pink and it was still cold. The server came over and I explained. When manager arrived at my table he didn't even ask me what was wrong. He started right in about how they cook the chicken in the morning and there was no way that it wasn't not cooked enough! First that grossed me out that I now was paying 10.50 for wings that were practically leftovers. I have worked in food service and this guy was definitely no up to par with hearing what I was saying. It sounded like he has heard this complaint before about the discoloration of the chicken! All of the food was awful. The server never asked how my friend wanted his burger cooked either and it came out well done rather than coming back to the table to find out how he would like it cooked! This place is awful! We didn't complain about any of the other food because we were already appalled at the manger's response we just figured we wouldn't ever return. This place is over priced! And crappy food and service! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Consider yourself warned! OHHHH and to mention that it took me 20 minutes for the bartender to give me a beer while we were waiting to be seated! And the bar had 4 people sitting at it! Unbelievable! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NASTY FOOD! TOO MUCH MONEY!!!! The manager took my wings off the bill but in my opinion I would never return!

I'm out of town on business and was trolling Yelp for for somewhere to eat close to the hotel. I saw Unos and decided it looked interesting. A few people left mediocre reviews but they must have unattainable standards. The food was cooked perfectly and it was a little different than mainstream. The staff was outstanding and I would highly recommended it.

Amazing hospitality and open till 12am on a Monday. Pretty amazing to be a place in the middle of nowhere. Went there meeting my new sister in law and had a great time. Food was fresh and drinks were good! Totally recommended!!!

We set up curb side order. After waiting 15 minutes in curbside pick up, we decided to go in and get it. It was just sitting on the back counter. When we brought it home it was all cold. We stopped going here over a year ago. We decided to give it another chance. Same service apparently.

Service was good. It helped that it was towards the end of the evening on a Wednesday and all we wanted were appetizers. But overall your standard Uno's, with beer on tap and food to be had.

There was a situation with a deep dish that was less than perfect. But, Uno's handled it perfectly. Every one makes mistakes, But, only a pro fixes them. Thank you Uno's for listening and rectifying this. I will happily return. Thanks again.

Sat at the bar. Bartender was great food was great but had to go to the bathroom and the manager and 4 servers are standing around talking about sex and abortions!!! Extremely not professional!!! If you want to talk and stand around about personal matters don't do it in the dinning room!!!

Good atmosphere and good menu. However I was under impression it was a an Audi crust thus I gave poor review but manager explained it was Venice beach and it was absolutely delicious. Originally gave 2 stars when I thought they only had Ud's crust but after the manager talked. Me into trying it I switched up and gave 5 stars.

Food was cold. The place was empty and it took half an hour to get our food which is fine but the fact that the food was cold because the waitress forgot about it its just unacceptable. I ordered a Sprite and it had a lemon seed with no lemon in it. Don't know if the cup was washed but it grossed me out. It's sad because I had high hopes for this restaurant and it was close to my house so it was definitely a plus but never coming here again.

I like this Uno's and think it's the best one in the area. I've never had a problem with service and or the food. I love their fries.

I haven't been here in a few years but I tried it again recently and had a perfect dinner. They have a new menu, with a lot of options that looked good. My sandwich (bacon, turkey & avocado) was delicious, and the service was great.

Possibly the worse burger I have ever had .. Ordered well done and the burger was delivered with burnt solid black with so much char that I had to cut the bottom of the party off .. I am shocked the cook wasn't embarrassed to deliver this product but apparently they do not care about the product delivered. Sadly I ordered this to go so I didn't discover the over cooking until I got home and basically had to throw it away. I recommend never ordering a burger well done here. I guess I got what I deserved though ordering a burger at a pizza place. Reason I gave two stars is because my wife's pizza was absolutely delicious. She wasn't too thrilled about me gobbling up half her pie though lol.

Let me start out with the fact that I myself am a server. So whenever I go to a restaurant I will always give the server the benefit of the doubt. Even if I experience terrible service, I will still tip 18%, because that is the only income a server is getting at that job. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Wednesday night last week before we headed to a local indoor soccer game. We weren't in a rush, but we figured with average service, we would make it to our destination on time. It started with us walking in and waiting for the hostess to seat us. Looking around, the place was not busy; the bar was probably half full, and there were maybe 4 or 5 other tables sat. Three or four servers passed by us, before finally a host acknowledged us, and grabbed some menus to seat us. We were about to be seated at two separate tables, but the host inspected them saying they were dirty. We finally were sat at a table when the man who sat us stated "your server will be right with you. I don't know who it is, because I don't know whose section this is, but someone will be right over." We looked over the menu for about five minutes while making small talk, nobody came over to take our drink order, nobody came over to greet us. We decided to press our "call server" button on the machine sitting on the table, so that someone would come to take our order. Instead of our server coming over, it was actually a hostess. She stated that she did not know who our server was but she would take our drinks. When she returned with them we asked if we could put our order in because we have a game to get to. She took our order, and put it in as well. When the food arrived, it was still not our server who delivered it to us, but the food runner. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy, at all. It was maybe 20% full throughout our dinner. The food was delicious, there were no complaints at all, and it came out at a reasonable time. After we finished our food, we were sitting for about 10 minutes awaiting somebody to walk by so we could grab them and get a check. We weren't quite sure who to ask being that we went through our entire meal without having an actual server. When we really were pushing our time limit we pushed the "call server" button again. No one came over. No one came over for quite some time, the light just blinked and blinked on... My boyfriend wanted to leave cash on the table and just leave, but I couldn't do that. Finally, a man who I believe was a busser (he was carrying the bucket with dirty dishes) came over after seeing the call server light flashing, and offered to grab our check, and I asked for a to go box. He brought the box and check, and we handed him cash and asked for some change. When he returned with our change, he had rounded down shorting us 57 cents instead of giving us exact change. Our entire meal, we never met our server. After this terrible service we did not want to leave any tip at all, even if we did leave a tip who would have went to? No one person made a trip back to us twice. This was probably the first time that I didn't leave a tip (except for the 57 cents). I couldn't even believe that this dining experience happened. What kind of a business does someone run where you go to a sit-down restaurant and don't even meet your server? I was pretty furious, and quite honestly I don't plan to return. I am a very easy-going guest at dinner, but this was just not okay. At the end of the soccer game, many people were hungry, and I told them not to go to UNO on Boston road, because I would never want someone to experience what we did.

Lauren must've had the same waitress I had one time. My parents and I have gone to this place for years. It used their staple, going every Friday. My sister and I used to frequent as well, but not so much, although they are considered to be one of the healthiest chain restaurants... actually, #1, in the nation. At any rate, I've gotten the said loopy waitress and holy cow is she freakin loopy. The last few times I've gone their, I've gotten the healthy options of their menu and always ended up eating salty chicken breast that reminded me more of a salt lick than chicken breast. This place is OK.
