UNO Pizzeria & Grill

Good spot, easy to he seated at noon on a Sunday. Pizzas done well, fresh ingredients. Great service. Very attentive and timely. We actually ate a lot before I remembered to take pictures! Missing one star for the broken heater with exposed wires I saw under our table, as we left. Happy to amend this review once I know this has been fixed.

I went to Unos last night with the family. I have to say the food was disgusting. My wife and I ordered burgers. They were tasteless to say the least. I guess it's our fault for ordering a burger at a pizza joint. There was no flavor what so ever in the burger other than the taste of the grill. My wife asked for it well done but it was dried out so bad it could snap in half. My daughter ordered the chic and stix fro the kids menu. The boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. No cheese pull at all. My son ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo. The chicken tasted like chicken from a can and the Alfredo sauce tasted like it was deep fried in propane. Our bill came to $96.60. It was just as expensive to eat here as it is to eat at 110 grill which is a far better resteraunt. Needless to say after spending the night hugging the toilet, we will never waste money here ever again. Chicago is really making a name for itself lately.

Stopped here on a bus trip. We called ahead and were told they were ready for us and could handle a large group of 50+ in size. We were seated quickly in a room specifically for us. There were probably 11 tables and booths. They had set out menus with several choices from the regular menu. Salads with dressing were already set out on the tables except some of the dressing bowls were missing. We found a server who brought dressing about 10 mins later. One server was going table by table taking the drink orders and writing them down on a notebook sheet of paper. Another server was taking the orders table by table. None of the orders (drinks or food) were keyed in until after all of the tables gave there orders. Needless to say, it took forever. We finally got drinks about 25 minutes after being seated. Now granted those that got there drink orders first were already getting refills. Our food came about 15 minutes after our drinks. It was as described. Many of us ordered the personal pizzas. They were filled with toppings and cheese and fresh tomatoes. The crust was more like a deep dish. One at our table ordered veggie pasta. She had to request grated cheese and crushed peppers. Servers were pleasant and accomodating but a little overwhelmed with all people. I can't give details on the prices as it was taken care of all together.

Although the waiters were very nice, the food I had here was terrible. First of all, it was somewhat expensive; therefore, I expected a high quality of food when ordering. However, there were several issues with the food. The steak, even though I ordered it as well done, turned out very, very raw and chewy. On the other hand, the burger my friend ordered ended up being rock hard. Additionally, the rest of the food (for example, chicken, salad, pizza, pasta) was unappetizing. Keep in mind, this food took one and a half HOURS to get here. Therefore, due to all three awful conditions, I have to leave a one star review.

Great waiter, food was served nice and hot no long wait. burger was cooked to perfection lobster. Pizza was Very tasty. Nachos in the pan. Was the only disappointment there was very little if any than chips and a few olives and very little protein

Definitely will go back there , they have a young waitress by the name Ava. She was absolutely the best, very professional, and was smiling and very pleasant. They need a bit more of there staff to smile, but Ava rocked it!! She definitely made our visit great, food was also very good. Hats off to cooks as well! Ava you rock!

Twice this month we went to UNO's. Once on a Monday night and again last night 9/14/25. For years we have gone there and always sit in the bar area. The last two times we were told the bartender was working alone so they couldn't take any more customers. On that Monday, we agreed to be seated in the dining room although most of the booths in the bar were empty. There were not many parties in the dining room either, but the service was terrible. We sat without drinks for a long time, waited forever for water while we watched our server play on his phone & the food was delivered cold by other servers. That meal cost 4 people approx $170. So last night when we were told the same thing about sitting in the dining room we refused and said we'd patiently sit in the bar. That we were not in a hurry. We wouldn't rush the bartender. After 10 minutes without a menu, we saw the bartender pointing right at us and yelling at the hostess making it obvious he wasn't happy. We ordered after about 30 minutes. Ice tea, water & 2 bowls of soup. It took an hour. The bar was NOT full nor were all the booths. We didn't complain as we said we wouldn't, but we were actually punished for wanted to sit in the 1/2 empty bar. We always enjoyed going to UNOs. But 2 times in a row being treating as a total inconvenience was enough. We will no longer be going to UNOs.

The service and food were terrible. This was one of the worst meals we had. It took a very long time to get our appetizer and food. It looked like there was only one waitress for our section. The steak was overcooked and did not come with the mushrooms that it was supposed to and the onion soup was too salty to finish. Our waitress did not return to see how our food was. We have been regular customers but will no longer return. It should not take over a half hour to get an appetizer Our food was terrible.

That was the ultimate BEST deep dish pizza I ever had!!! So saucey, so cheesy, so good!!! Our server was a very nice woman! Great salad too!

What a lousy experience for my family and grandchildren last night ! We reserved spots for a biker party with santa and the grinch who both reeked of marijauna , at first they encouraged the kids to jump on the bikes for pictures and all was good but after dinner (which was awful) the manager started walking around with his chest out yelling at the kids and parents to stay away from the bikes cause your gonna knock them over, my 40 pound grandson is going to knock over an 800 pound bike on a stable floor , we came back this year because last year they had a wonderful dance party Christmas that we all enjoyed but that was a different manager

The service and food has gone way down. Pizza tasted like it was cooked before we walked in and sat under a heat lamp until it came to our table. They also allegedly ran completely out of sav blanc wine. It was not a good night for service either! We stopped coming for the last six months bc of all these things, tried again for kids night, and now we're reminded why we stopped coming.

I hate to be the person to pile on a chain, but we had been talking wanting to come here for a while, and the atmosphere was fine, server was pleasant, but the food was the saltiest I've probably ever had, both the fried pickle app and the classic deep dish. And I can handle salt. Never again.

Me and my family had takeout on the 14th for dinner from Uno's Pizzeria. The food was good and there were no issues with the meals, but the service was questionable. I came inside to a young girl working the host stand and didn't greet me at all, just immediately asked me if i wanted a table or if i was picking up an order. When I told her I was picking up, she asked my name and then immediately walked away. It took around 5-10 minutes for her to come back out and only said 'The order isn't ready', no mention of how long I need to wait. Within the time I was waiting she was looking down at the counter the entire time (I assume on her phone) not checking on my order. She ended up going to get my order a couple minutes later, and I waited for a total of 15 minutes, when I placed my order well before coming to pick it up. From the looks of it, it didn't even seem that busy but I didn't question it. Overall the food was great and we will be coming back, just hoping for some better service.

I placed an order on DoorDash. Waited 45 min and saw the car had arrived at the place to pick it up. Then I received an update that the order had cancelled. This is ridiculous!!

Always fun to be back here. It was a pleasure to get a couple meals recently, and UNO's did quite well. The turkey avocado sandwich was pretty good. Also the pizzas are decent, and it's not personal, but NY style is where it's at. It's a good part of being subjective with food styles, but I think most will enjoy this. Parking is a pleasure. Also it is convenient to the highway. One very positive attribute, is the service here is excellent. A wonderful staff and I tip my hat out of respect to them. There's also a solid drink menu to peruse from. It's a comfortable place, and will work for lunch or dinner.

I got takeout here and the host that was on at the time his name was zach. Zach was extremely kind and was a very warm welcome into the building he was very quick and considerate to get us our food in a timely fashion and give us extra silverware. The food is always good to us, but zach definitely made the process easier and left us with a smile on our faces.

It takes forever for the food, over 2 hours last night and there were less than 10 people in the place. Soup had sat too long, over ripe tomatoes and over cooked pizza. Staff is great, very friendly and they help make up for the terrible service. We've been going to this UNOs for years and it has definitely go down hill and we are concerned it will be closed. There is an Applebees directly across the street, the parking lot was full when we walked into to UNOs @ 7:30 pm and still full when we walked out @ 10:15 pm. Obviously the locals have figured it out. If I were the senior manager of this UNOs establishment, I'd be trying to figure out how to win some of that business back. First thing would be to replace the kitchen staff.

If you're looking for some decent pizza this is definitely the place to go. They have a lot of options for the menu if you don't want just pizzeria but you're getting the standard pizzeria food options. Parking is spacious as it's in a large plaza. The inside is very welcoming and the staff is as well. The food here is great especially their Detroit style pizza menu which is one of the best Detroit style pizzas I've ever had in Massachusetts. I've had almost all their specialty Detroit style pizzas. This one which is unfortunately the only photo I have , which is the sweet ride large pizza.

Service is friendly but my salad was far from fresh. The burger was great though so I'd stick with that!

Me and my family (my mother, father, and sister) decided to come here over thanksgiving break, and oh boy let me tell you a little about it! Our waiter, a man with a black beard was our waiter, and he was an absolute delight! The whole restaurant was very clean and sanitary, and the entire atmosphere of the place made me happy. Our food came quickly, and it tasted absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, my sister didn't know that the burger came with mayo, which is unappetizing, but it was our fault because it says mayo right on the menu. Amazing place and we will come back again sometime in the future!

What in the world is going on here ? Our server was either high, drunk or both? We watched her stare at the computer for a good 10 minutes , then skip thru the Restaurant, hide for awhile in the restroom and then sit at a booth and talk loudly on her phone. 2 outfit of 3 meals were wrong and they couldn't find us because the server put the wrong table number. The manager apologized quickly and then he ran off. Nothing for nothing we got some entertainment at least.

Very disappointed in the service, or lack thereof on my take out order. I placed an order for one personal pizza and two orders of wings at 5:24pm. I was given a pick up time of 25 minutes. At 5:42 my phone rang. It was Unos telling me they were out of wings. Took 20 minutes to figure that out? So I ordered a second pizza and was told they would expedite them both. At 6:10 someone emerged from the kitchen and told me it would be 4-5 more minutes. At 6:19 my order was brought out. I asked what took so long and the cashier said "that's a good question". Not what I wanted to hear. Finally got to eat the pizza and the mystery meat was burn and had the consistency of a meatball left in the sun for a week. Needless to say, last time I get food from Pizzaria Uno. No idea how they stay open.

Guess who's back, back again? It's us! We're back again to see Rosie the most fabulous upbeat personable friendly tender of bar. Unos is so lucky to have such an incredible employee.

Food was just okay. I had spaghetti with meatballs. too much sauce. sauce tasted like chef boyardee. salad didn't taste very fresh. meatballs were cold. portion was very large. server was very very good.

I order a hot buttered lobster roll with loaded baked potato and coleslaw. When I received my order the food was lukewarm and the lobster had no butter. I never received my coleslaw and they gave me to baked potatoes. I inform the server that the food was lukewarm. She took it back to the kitchen. She came back with original plate. They must have heated the food in the microwave the lobster was overcooked and rubbery. I was very disappointed with my food.

Ordered an appetizer, and dranks when the waiter brought the plates for the appetizer over they were all covered in a black substance asked for new plates and he takes 2 of 5 away half out table ate on napkins, then our entree's were very bland and under cooked

Service was friendly & our waitress Falicia was the best! Had the Buffalo quesadilla & goat cheese & berry salad. Food was good. Located close to Tree house brewery which was perfect for a quick bite post brewery!

Terrible experience from the start with confusion on orders, beginning with incorrect appetizer then wrong toppings on my deep dish pizza. As I read about uno, it started off as a deep dish pizza place in Chicago and as they expanded into a chain, it became more like an apple bee's. I was sad to see that they had pasta, steak, and other dishes that does not relate to what a Uno should be. I believe the waitress was new who served us but she mixed up our orders on appetizer, confused us with soup options, gave us wrong toppings on the pizza and did not refill our waters. The experience was not that great. Although the deep dish pizza crush is still good but it's not what it use to be anymore.

We decided on having dinner here since it was buy one pizza and get a 2nd free to take home. It was a mistake. The utensils and plates were filthy. The waitress came back with a second set of utensils and plates..they were still filthy. The forks had food between the prongs and the plates were greasy with specks of food on the front and back of them. We asked for plastic utensils and paper plates. They said the dishwasher is supposed to spray everything then run it through the dishwasher twice. He wasn't doing his job. If I hadn't already ordered we would have left. We ordered the Farmer's Market to eat at the restaurant. It was good. The one we ordered to take home was meatball and ricotta. After paying for my meal I noticed a cc charge so I inquired about it. The cc charge is for credit cards. I PAID WITH CASH. I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A CC CHARGE!!!!! The meatball and ricotta pizza did contain ricotta but not much meatball. and the meatball tasted like sausage. I would have given the restaurant a second chance if they got a new dishwasher but*********** ********BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED FOR USE OF A CREDIT CARD WHEN I PAID CASH I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We chose UNO's over Applebees because there was no wait. Well, there was a apparently a reason for that. I had the fish and chips, looked and tasted like it was premade frozen fish, one piece of fish was almost inedible. My wife had a personal pizza, not bad for what it was, we should have gotten a larger one and split it. My daughter got a chicken avocado sandwich, the first one came with a hair. They remade it and my daughter enjoyed the sandwich and loved their seeet potato fries. The server was awesome, not her fault that the food isn't great. We won't be back here, too many local places to eat that are much better.

This time it was a win win, every morsel was perfect especially the company I was with. Great job Uno's! The new New York deli deep dish pizza was awesome! A must! God continue to Bless all my fellow foodies and the hands that prepared Our meals.

The pasta was horrible after the waitress recommended it plus it was really dead and can see why! We had the rattlesnake pasta and buffalo chicken pasta. They basically put basic ingredients over mediocre Mac n cheese and it's overpriced! Wouldn't recommend it!

Somehow they manage to mess something up every time we order there.Tonite our 30 dollar pizza was over cooked,barely edible.Best to avoid.

Great service. We made a reservation for a large party (20) then ended up being even bigger. They found us space and did a great job serving such a large group.

I ordered the spinach artichoke dip to go. it was very watery, and had more tomatoes(??) than I either spinach or artichokes. not worth the $11

I ordered a veggie gluten-free pizza. The gluten free was always the best I've ever had however I was very disappointed yesterday when I had the gluten-free pizza. I don't know if they changed the recipe or if it was a different crust but it was not the delicious gluten-free I had before. Very disappointed I'll try one more time and if it is not as good as I remember I won't be back.

This establishment has gone downhill into a spiral death roll. Tonight's meal started with our waitress not coming over for a good 10 minutes. It continued with with a forgotten drink order. We reordered, it was basically all sour mix with some fruit juice. It then continued on with our appetizer coming out at the same time as our dinner. My BFs dinner was cold to the touch, his steak tips were well done ( he asked for medium) and extremely tough. The appetizer was warm on the top, cold in the center. (Pizza skins) and my personal cheese pizza came out covered in mushrooms. The manager seemed to care less, but at least took the food order off the bill. My waitress then asked if we wanted dessert, and I was still waiting on my pizza to come out, since the mushroom one obviously belonged to someone else. It will be a long time before I go back to Sturbridge Pizzeria UNOs.

Pleasantly surprised! A franchise restaurant that stands out for unique and fresh offerings. Our family enjoyed a very reasonably priced pizza feast and will go back again soon!

We were driving down the Mass Pike to 84 and were looking for something good. We stopped into UNOs because my partner really wanted the pizza skins - essentially potato skins but in a deep dish pizza crust - so we stopped there. When we walked in the hostess wasn't anywhere to be seen but after waiting a few minutes we were taken to a table. There was a lot of stuff on our table - double the menus and advertisements. I quickly figured out that the table next to us had dumped theirs on us - included an empty beer bottle. The hostess took the bottle and our waiter Eddy was great. I was a bit annoyed that my chicken Caesar came out with no chicken but the woman who brought it over went and got me some chicken. Eddy said he removed it but I don't think he actually did - I paid the bill and it was still on there. Overall - decent experience but I don't know if I'd be back.

There were four of us for an early dinner tonight it was terrible! Two of us got burgers ordered medium well...they were burnt! One got Mac and cheese ...this was so dry and portion size was sad! Last but not least the steak tips were dry and over cooked obviously microwaved until they were gray in color! Will not go back 85.00 tab was not worth 10.00

Disappointing. We ordered the margarita pizza, it tasted like cardboard. Food took TWO HOURS to arrive, and it was cold, we will not be back.

Uno is such an underrated Restaurant chain. Love getting their 2 for $12 deal where I usually get a salad and personal pepperoni deep dish pizza. The last time I was here my boyfriend and I ordered a large pepperoni deep dish pizza and it was great! I love how flaky and flavorful the crust is and so much cheeeese! They have pleasantly surprised me with their selection of beers including down east cider which is local to Mass and is SO GOOOOD. Our waiter Anthony was fantastic. Very attentive and even served our pizza for us! I always love coming to Uno esp this location. (Conveniently down the road from Tree House Brewing!)

Hungry and looking to keep things easy and simple, we decided to stop here for lunch this past Sunday as Mrs B wanted to take advantage of a sale at Old Navy in the same shopping center). This was probably not one of our better decisions. The staff was great. We were seated immediately as it wasn't busy and our server came right over to greet us. She was quite attentive throughout the meal. As we finished one soups, our meal was brought out. As for the meals themselves, that's another story. I had the steak tips and onions, which was more onions then steak tips. Mrs B had the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo that was lacking in chicken. Though what we were served tasted great, it certainly wasn't worth what we paid. Next time, I believe we will travel a little out of the way and eat elsewhere.

I have been here time and time again, never will order a burger again from here. Probably not even the 3,000+ calorie won't. I like my burger well done as in the meat cooked damn good and not pink. I wanna know the meat is dead and not gonna fall off my plate and bleed all over cow blood. I've sent my burger back 3 times one time here and ordered the rattlesnake pasta which was good and they didn't charge me for it because of the trouble I went through with the burger . Also the nachos for your chilli are stale and would make a better box cutter than anything. Your beers in the cans are also over priced (corporate idea I'm sure) profit, profit, profit. A frosted glass belongs in the trash , not for a $5 (12oz) can of Founder's All Day IPA session ale! French fries are the best part of each meal here and the waitresses are nice. TIP THEM EVEN IF THE MEAL SUCKS!! THEIR LIVELIHOOD RELIES ON IT.

Pizza deep dish farmers market with 9 grain bread was awesome ! Love the service and smile atmosphere was also warm and music was tiltilating will visit here if in town again

I'm definitely not pro-chain, but sometimes you're hungry & nothing else is open, so here we are at Uno's on our way back home. It was pretty late so there was no wait & lots of parking. Our server was very pleasant & helpful. The food was solid chain food. They ran out of personal pan crusts, so gave my daughter a small for the same price. That gives her about 3 meals so that was cool. My other daughter got a bacon burger which also yields 2 meals. I went with the Power salad which is a huge bowl of spinach, tomatoes, grapes, dried cranberries, goiji berries, chicken, pepitas & feta with vinaigrette. Actually pretty good, filling but didn't weigh me down. Came with a yummy but super salty bread stick. Kids sampled the full-sized desserts... Granny Smith apple crisp & Oreo brownie bowl which were good but just way too big. I had the mini bite Granny Smith apple crisp which was about 4 spoonfuls & just the right size. I haven't been to an Uno's in awhile. They have these weird little interactive computer things on every table that you can use to order apps, reorder drinks, pay your bill, play games & read news. How about you rely on your wait staff & put some trivia cards on the table? Unplug yourselves people!

Will not be returning here..... I ordered a deep dish pizza to go and it was not hot and not fresh. What a shame and waste of $30.00.

This place isn't half bad for a chain! I have always loved their pizza, their service, and their appetizers. I'd give them a 5/5 but they are a simple chain. If you're in the area and you're looking for something that won't let you down - hit up UNO's for sure. To be honest it's better than Teddy G's.

We were thoroughly disappointed with the closing of Lola's Place Pizza (it was a favorite stop while on shopping trips in Sturbridge), and the overwhelming crowds at BT's Smokehouse, so we (gladly) ended up for a late lunch at Uno's. We'd never been to this location before, and we were happy to find that the deep dish pizza (we love the Numero Uno combo) is as yummy here as it is at any Uno's location. Service by our waitress, Melia, was friendly and efficient, the facilities clean. My only complaint is that they only had Dos Equis Amber on tap, no Especial, which is my favorite. We'll gladly eat at this Uno's again should we find ourselves shopping in Sturbridge in the future.

service is VERY slow, food is okay, normal corporate food, better off going somewhere else if you're looking for a quick bite to eat

Service and people were nice but the food was bad. I'd rather eat any frozen pizza before returning to any Unos. Ironically they are likely using their own frozen pizzas that they sell in the super market. This has nothing to do with the actual restaurant nor chefs nor location management as they were all very nice. Coming from corporate restaurants myself as a background, I can tell when corporate is making their chain make ridiculous and insane short cuts with food quality to save a buck. I remember the days when I loved Unos pizza, but that is no longer the case. I will not be back not that I expect them to be around much longer. Now we know how they emerged from chapter 11, by cutting food quality.

Good: The wait was short. Bad: Where to start, we were passing through and needed some dinner for the kids. Waitress was nice she brought over drinks and we ordered kids food. Finished beers ordered another round, waitress processed to spill said beer nearly soaking the baby. Fine near miss, new beer kids have their food they're eating grand. Two hours go by and our entrees haven't arrived. Waitress' explanation? Sorry Oh the kitchen must have lost the tag for your meals just to make sure I have them right what did you have? I'll have them put it in now. I said Listen it's 830 the kids are screaming and i have a 3-4 hour drive to NYC. Let's make them to go. "I'm really sorry" said the waitress who didn't enter our meals. "Hope you come back soon..." Even if it were the last restaurant on the plate with food I wouldn't return.

I'm an employee at Stageloft Repertory Theater just about 5 minutes up the road in Fiskdale. UNOs is one of the few places open after our evening performances that serves food and drinks. Sometimes we get angry or hostile waiters who don't want to serve big groups late at night or we have to send food back because it's cooked incorrectly, etc. BUT when our waiter is Anthony - it's the best! Every time we get Anthony as a waiter he jokes with us, is patient with our requests and more than happy to serve a bunch of hungry actors/directors/techies, etc. If everybody in this restaurant worked as hard as Anthony, I'd give them 5 stars. However it's a chain restaurant and because of the high-frequency of visits I make, there's a higher volume of negative experiences. We love you Anthony! Thank you for all you do!!

I haven't been to an Uno's in perhaps a decade. We were in the area and needed a place to eat in passing. We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress was super nice. Very attentive and quick with refills. The wait for our food was over a half hour. The deep dish pizza is not how I remember it but was ok. Very salty though. Overall good experience as eating at a chain usually means food that is alongside this quality. What was the most appalling was the women's bathroom. Holy cow I've seen Grand Central Station bathrooms cleaner than this. Layers and layers of filth everywhere. The toilet seat, bowl, floors, walls... someone hose this bathroom down. Will never eat here again based on the bathroom alone. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I'm at the restaurant right now eating dinner and I have to say, our server Alyssa is absolutely amazing! Unos is my favorite go-to restaurant (I go about 6x a month) and I must say I've never had such an amazing experience as I have had tonight. She went above and beyond for my girlfriend and myself. A+++ I wish I lived in the area so I could have her as my server all the time!

This food is terrible and widely over priced. The beer was soapy, the food was oily and to top it off they buy a ton of there apps from a pre made food service. Bleh! Do your self a favor and eat somewhere else!
