New England Restaurants Offering Government Shutdown Meal Deals | Eater Boston

"I saw that furloughed federal workers can get any individual deep dish or Chicago thin crust pizza free during weekday lunch (until 3 p.m.) at Uno locations in the region (dine-in only; one per customer with valid federal government ID; not combinable with other discounts)." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

The pizza was not bad although admittedly I wasn't expecting it to be cut into little squares. As is common with most pizza places we had to cut into the pieces ourselves just to break them apart because they never cut them fully despite it looking as if they had but it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't personally recommend the drinks on the menu because they aren't very balanced and sometimes have more ice than actual drink but on the bright side if you ask for something and they have the ability to make it they will which they did for me mum. The place was pretty empty so service wasn't too bad. The waiter was sweet and came back to check on us a couple times. The pizza took a while but I'd say around 15 minutes at the most was the wait time. The place is very rustic and unique from most places in Worcester that decided to take a modern approach which is a big relief because you actually feel like you're in a place known for it's pizza and not in a sad bleak McDonalds that decided to follow the trend of modernizing. If you're in the downtown area the prices and the location aren't too bad. I'd recommend especially if you have one of those handy discounts!

This place should get negative 10000000000 stars! We went here on Saturday November 15, 2025. My DIL took my grandson into use the bathroom. So they sat , figuring she'd order the drinks and pizza while we got a parking space.. mind you it took us a half hour to get a space..so I asked where our waitress was.. they had no clue. So this other one retook our order.. brought us drinks and reordered the pizza... 45 minutes later still no pizza. My son and other grandson had to leave to be at the Centrum , he was singing in the choir at the Railers game.. so I asked again about the pizza.. by then I literally said we should just cancel it.. we ran out of time.. the pizza shows up .. it was *suppose* to be a large.... haha more like a small.. the *sauce* was cold, cheese was rubber.. crust was burnt... we had to get this gross teeny tiny pizza to go.. $27.00 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢The place wasn't busy either.. very poor service and extremely poor food.. Don't waste your money.. we should've just sent the pizza back and walked out... DISGUSTING

Tiny pizza for $16, not worth it. Crust isn’t fresh, and doesn’t taste like 25 years ago. Now they make it and freeze it. Too long refrigerated. Tastes hard and stale. Toppings were decent but I won’t be a fan :(

Honestly I felt like a burden! Waiter took our drink order and started to walk away when I stopped him to get an appetizer. We waited about 10 minutes before we received our drinks and then another 5 before our appetizer of fried pickles came out. At this time the waiter still did not take our order, so my husband and I decided that we would finish our drinks and pay our bill but we were not continuing our meal there. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before they decided to grace us with there presence. We proceed to pay and leave. The whole experience just left me feeling like I was a bother to them and they would rather be anyplace other than work. Which I completely understand that but you make your money by getting tips! Learn some customer service! The fried pickles were good and drinks we great from the bar. But I will never go there again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uno, and my experience was greatly enhanced by Felicia, our waitress. She was not only attentive but also exuded a warm and professional demeanor that made our visit enjoyable. Felicia demonstrated remarkable efficiency, ensuring our drinks were served promptly and to perfection. The food at Uno was outstanding. We sampled both the deep-dish pizza and the Detroit-style pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I preferred the Detroit-style—an unexpected delight, as it was my first encounter with Chicago deep-dish. Both dishes were delicious, and Felicia kindly provided us with boxes to take home the leftovers, as there was more than enough to enjoy. The pricing was reasonable, and the ambiance of the restaurant and bar was inviting. Adorned with vintage artwork and photographs of Chicago and its celebrities, the setting was both warm and appealing. Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by the host, which set a positive tone for our visit. The weekday timing meant that the restaurant was not overly crowded, allowing us to enjoy a more intimate dining experience in the brightly lit space. Overall, my visit to Uno, complemented by Felicia’s excellent service, left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Google
Stayed at connected hotel and got a coupon for free appetizer with purchase of entree. Got takeout and it was ready within 10-15 minutes, was hot and delicious. Pizza skins were pretty decent but a bit too mushy for my tastes because of the mashed potatoes. Regardless is a tasty item but can be very filling. Windy City Works thin crust pizza was very delicious, but unfortunately there was a popsicle stick baked into the crust of the last slice as we ate the rest of the pizza before finding it. Had a call with the manager and she offered us a remake, refund, or free pizza/appetizer/dessert for next time we come in. Virginia, you are the goat, and the woman working order desk was lovely and had good vibes. Overall an enjoyable, awkward, and funny experience, but leaves me genuinely confused on how a whole popsicle stick was lodged into the crust. Update: we were able to get a full refund, the staff are very considerate and helpful!

We went to Uno before a Hockey game. The place was pretty empty but we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Food took a very long time for how many people we had. My cousin and I ordered the same meal, and that night we both threw up due to the undercooked burger meat. I do not recommend.

Google
Might be a staffing issue but my friend and I waiting for 20 minutes before the waitress took our drink order and another 20 before she came back with one drink. Seemed to be only two waitresses working and the place was not very busy. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in a chair watching the girls do their best. Food was ok. I've been to this location a few times and it was way better before.

Yelp
Who's in the mood for some great eats? We are in town visiting! This Unos is located next door to the convention center that we are playing at . After a hard day an individual needs sustenance. We are here to eat and enjoy! On a regular day, maybe it's busy, maybe it's not. We would have had to wait for a table but the twins can now go to the bar. Plenty of tables here in the bar ! Oh my it's cool! The music is amazing. Was that just Guns and Roses I heard . Oh my, that's my age showing ! Shall we start the order ! I'm pretty sure we are a non alcoholic family, but the recent turning of the twins to a sweet twenty one they are adults and had a fancy little party Halloween drink that was fun for the event we attended. The Nightmare on Elm Street hit the spot as they raise their glasses to life and all the celebrations that will follow . The bartender was absolutely amazing. She was thrilled to be at work and not even scared of the crowd. Lots and lots of people and laughs here from the bar. Good times. Now to the real question? What's for dinner ? The best of all worlds is of course, "pizza!" The best of pizza truly . It's been decades since we have enjoyed Unos pizza, it did not disappoint. We ordered some small sides too of chicken and mozzarella sticks . The shrimp salad was amazing . Thank you for sharing the joys of good food and amazing memories. The drinks were delightful and delicious eats . The staff were creative and friendly. Until next year....

Yelp
Can only speak to having placed a takeout order. I haven't had Pizzeria Uno for roughly 20 years since I lived in the Albany area so when I knew we were going to be passing through, it was a no-brainer to stop. Especially since it right off the highway. We ordered online which made the process very convenient and easy to just pick up and pay on site. Parking was a little tricky as it's on a main road, but we did park behind the restaurant in the Hilton Garden spots which allow for 15 minute parking and figured we would be OK since the restaurant is connected. When we got inside, there was nobody at the front to greet us and there was only one patron in the entire restaurant, which is huge!! After walking around, we made our way to the bar and did find somebody behind the counter. I gave my name and she disappeared while we ran into the restrooms. When we came back out, she was nowhere to be found. We waited about five minutes before a different bartender came out. And once again stated, I was just there to pick up a pizza. After several more minutes, she appeared with the food (1 small pizza). We got the traditional style with sausage and it was just as good as I remembered. Buttery crispy thick crust, we go we pulled cheese and lots of sausage.

Yelp
Mozzarella sticks were half decent, but the cheesy garlic bread wasn't great - didn't really taste like much, really just doughy cheese. I was hoping for a little more garlic, which is typically very fragrant, but I don't think I really even smelled the aromatic. The caesar salad was okay, probably one of my favorite of those three apps, but very ordinary (but I do like salad!). Service was rather slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty, but convenient location for venues nearby, and a convenient paid parking garage across the street.

Yelp
I can't believe this place has only a 2 rating. My wife and I dined here despite the poor rating only because we were staying at the attached hotel and didn't want to venture out. Our expectations were low due to their rating. Were we ever surprised. We had the crab and shrimp dip appetizer and the Numero Uno pizza and both were hot and delicious. Service provided by Ally was perfect. She was very patient and pleasant. Here's a tip. Sit in the bar area where you are visible and as for Ally if she is working. Easy 5 stars for me.

Yelp
There was one server covering the entire restaurant. I remember this place as being casual family style dining. and the best fresh ingredients...with a buttery crust. That's how I remember this chain. But seems things changed. Deep dish is not something that's easy to find as we do not have Unos near my house. So on the way back from ME I programmed our GPS to take us here for a MA pit-stop. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and the Numero Uno. The Numero Uno was cold! I actually think they pulled it from freezer. The pepperoni deep dish I remember used to have pepperoni under and over the sauce. I tried one slice and it had just one piece of pepperoni. I am not giving up on the Chicago Bar and Grill, but will never come back to this location. I used to have this chain close to my house in NY growing up and miss it. Is there good deep dish outside of Chicago anymore?

Yelp
I ordered take out online. Tried to get 4 large pizzas, got a call that they only had enough dough for one large pizza, the others would be regular sized. Ok, not what we wanted but fine - picked up and they tried to charge the original price for smaller pizzas! Sadly got the food home and the quality was terrible, the shrimp and crab dip was inedible very bitter taste almost like a chemical cleaner. I ordered dessert with no raspberry sauce, and they are covered in sauce, yuck. Pizzas were fine, but did not look like the pictures or descriptions at all. Overall disappointing, and couldn't eat the dip or dessert. I actually used to work at Unos in Burlington MA. Very sad they've closed all the locations near us. This location is an hour away, sadly wasn't the experience I had hoped for, wouldn't be worth it even if it was closer.

Yelp
The Baked Manicotti w/ Meatballs included $7 up charge and provided two 1" meatballs thinly sliced. Not worth the $7 at all. And someone went way over with the salt. It was criminal. And the sauce was also super Saiyan salted. Which made the entire dish a flavor nightmare of the soul. After several other issues over time. I am done with this establishment.

Yelp
Don't judge a restaurant by its reviews always! The food was really good and I will say I was quite skeptical at first because of the reviews at first, but decided to give it a try anyways. I got the sirloin steak with loaded mash potatoes and roasted veggies, along with the pesto cheese bread. For a grill and pizzeria, the steak was really yummy! It wasn't chewy or lacked flavor, it was cooked right and paired perfectly with all the sides. The loaded mash are to die for! They really made the meal for me and the roasted veggie were delicious as well as the pesto cheese bread! I highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for a quick take out place. Again, this isn't fine dining but if you're looking for somewhere convenient, with good prices and yummy food, this is the place for you!

Damon B.

Yelp
Pizzeria Uno? More like pizzarrhea. My partner and I decided to eat here because we had just had a terrible weekend and just needed something to eat. The service was fine. And it's a TGI-chili-Bee's. We weren't expecting to be blown away. Unfortunately 6 hours later we both came down with the most horrific food poisoning we have ever experienced. I've not experienced a double feature where both emergency exits needed to be utilized in quite some time. We called to let them know we had been having this happen to them and they brushed us off. I hope the food was kinder to the folks who were attending the gymnastics competition.

Samuel P.

Yelp
Waitress serving 2-3 tables max is slow. She's slow because she sat down and played on her phone. She gets up walks past me without asking how I'm doing to grab a check with cleaning another table. Then she realizes it's time to check on me. I tell her I want the check and she brings it. Zero personality or care. Bill was $20 and she got a $2 tip! Normally she gets $5-6. If you suck at your job you have to learn your lesson.

Yelp
This place has terrible reviews but in my one experience, it was absolutely delicious and the staff was on point with service. The Farmers Market was my favorite deep dish I've ever had (usually get Lou Malnati's in Chicago). The pesto with the cheese and onions was just so good. The staff accommodated a small custom request and the beers are cheap too. Easy five stars for me. It seems that most of the bad reviews are old and like it might have improved in recent months

Megan M.

Yelp
I was staying at the attached hotel for a work conference and ordered takeout. I took a chance despite the many negative reviews, due to the convenience of the location. I ordered a side of roasted veggies and the Berry & Goat Cheese Salad with chicken. The veggies were oily, some burnt, and they only put a small scoop of them in the takeout bowl. I paid close to $5 for these veggies, which only included small pieces of squash, zucchini, and mostly onions. They were not very appealing to eat. The salad included a different dressing than what I ordered. The chicken was very warm, but was dry. While I love goat cheese, I don't think the lumps of goat cheese works for this salad. Some other type of crumbly cheese (blue cheese?) that can be tossed within the salad would work out better. The lettuce only consisted of Romain, so there were many hard, white pieces. I don't know why restaurants rely on this type of lettuce so much in their salads. What a mediocre type of lettuce. A spring mix would be so much better. The salad was almost $20, and far from worth it.

Yelp
I have eaten at Uno before and thought my pizza was pretty good. I got a deep dish pizza, the sauce was bland, almost lacking any flavor, due to lack of flavor the rest of the toppings didn't marry together well. Service was slow, and the restaurant wasn't busy, only 3-4 other tables in use.

Andrew D.

Yelp
Empty restaurant at dinner time. No staff. Can't serve pizza What a joke. Service with a Smile though!

Yelp
UNO's had gone down hill. We only went because it was down the street from Freeplays where we were meeting friends and I've had a gift card to UNO's for a few years and wanted to use it up. But it was horrible. My drink was so strong and didn't even taste like a blueberry mojito. The food was bland. When I was younger I used to get the rattlesnake pasta and it was so much better. This didn't have any spice kick to it. And you could tell it was made with cheap ingredients. My boyfriend couldn't even eat his sandwich. He took a couple bites and said it was inedible. We will never return.

John B.

Yelp
Great service. Our server was really attentive. Bottomless Italian Wedding Soup was good!!

Lisa Marie F.

Yelp
We stopped after a Cheer Comp at the DCU. We sat at the bar for a drink and an app. It was Sat. 3/15, the bar tender took for ever to get our drinks. The place was dead! We ordered a simple plain Detroit pizza , 40 minutes later we asked if it was put in. She went to see came out with a cold pizza! Said she could get us another one! No thanks. Bathroom was atrocious disgusting! Paper everywhere no toilet paper. The bartender never cleaned a plate off the bar or bar tables. We will never return'

Delroy J.

Yelp
Today 8/29/24 I ordered 2 Chicken salads and a Nachos for lunch. The salads were great but the Nachos were VERY SALTY. It appears someone deliberately or accidentally spilled extra salt into the nachos. I tried to eat this as I had not eaten in over 16 hours but after eating about 10% of the meal I had to give up and stopped. I returned to the restaurant later in the evening with the uneaten box of nachos and complained to the person who served me earlier. She offered me a free appetizer on a future full entree. This means after I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with my meal, I now have to spend extra funds to get reimbursed for the bad meal.... I asked for the manager and the server from lunch time said she was the manager. Is this the type of service that UNO gives? She has no idea what customer service means. Moreover being in the restaurant business, reviews means everything and one should always try to satisfy their customers. This lady does not have ANY IDEA! I managed a Resturant for a while and I would NEVER do what she did. ALSO.... the To Go Menu did not have any prices. I was shocked when I was told the cost for 2 Lunch Salads and an appetizer Nachos was over $51.00. This is not a top class restaurant so I was not expecting to pay so much. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!
google avatar

Doc L.

Yelp
This is your typical Uno grill. It's clean and well kept! The service was great! The food quality was good and consistent with all the other Unos I've been to. It's conveniently located next to the DCU center!!
google avatar

Willie J.

Yelp
Just left for lunch without any food. I sat down and waited for 30 minutes while watching multiple staff pass me by without even an acknowledgment. Horrible experience and suggest finding another spot as this place is clearly trash. I told the front counter person about my experience and he apologized and offered some sort of food but I wasn't interested after being treated in such a way. Avoid at all costs is my opinion.

Ed V.

Yelp
we will never come back. alcohol shut off with a one drink per hour limit when staying at hotel. Staff was super sensitive and not appreciative. we will never come back

Matt B.

Yelp
The lady answering the phone today knew I was gonna call back. I'm a truck driver. I found the cauliflower crust pizza the really good deal that they supposedly had. She blocked my number. I told her I would call back in 15 minutes and put my order in I believe it was intentional really frustrated. I was hungry and was gonna pick it up on the way. She just seemed difficult to deal with and talk to, couldn't save my water even I just wanted pizzas hot that was it when I got there was a carry out order unfortunately I couldn't help but give these two stars that is not right that you have a business and now your phone doesn't answer

Lance B.

Yelp
I have never experienced a restaurant less prepared to deal with what they knew would be an incredible surge of customers for one night. With a sold out concert at the DCU Center, one might expect a restaurant directly across the street would make the preparations to service the attending fans. Nope. The least experienced bartender in history was given the shift. Trying to get seated started with putting your name on list to be called when a spot opened up. I was on list for 2 hours and never heard my name. Meanwhile, instead of attending to the patrons in front of her, the hostess wasted time answering the phone for take out orders. What were they thinking? If I was the manager, I would have made sure to tell everyone working not to answer the phone for any reason. More money would be made by taking care of the customers on hand. It was also quite obvious they were understaffed. Our group actually witnessed an employee walk out after a draft beer offering kicked. The phrase "I'm done!" pretty much summed it up for that worker. I just hope this business learns from their mistakes.
google avatar

Louis-Charles C.

Yelp
We stopped off here just before heading to a concert. We arrived at about 5:15p in case there was a wait, luckily there wasn't. We were seated right away and our order taken within 5 minutes. My fiancée and I both ordered personal pan deep dish pizzas with three toppings. Unfortunately, my asking for my three toppings to be pepperoni, pepperoni and pepperoni were not taken seriously as when my pizza came arrived it had about 9 slices of pepperoni. When I was able to grab our servers attention she apologized and said she thought I was joking. She was nice enough to bring an extra mini dessert ( I don't like sweets however). All in all it was a "meh" kind of experience.

Chantelia G.

Yelp
This place has really turned around the last year 'better service &' food was really good ' best deep dish and cauliflower crust pizza ! Restaurant & bathroom is clean. I was in and out getting my food :) thanks !

Dan W.

Yelp
Ordered takeout. Detroit style pizza was on the menu so we decided to give it a try. I got a phone call a few minutes after ordering to tell me that the Detroit style isn't actually available. I switched it out for a thin crust cheese. When I went to pick it up I was told they don't have any plastic utensils. Oh well. The pizza was ok but we also ordered two orders of chicken tenders with French fries both with different types of sauce. Neither of them had sauce or ketchup like the menu said it would and they gave us sweet potato fries when we ordered regular. This place may be conveniently located across the street from the DCU center but don't expect much from the food!
google avatar

Stormy M.

Yelp
The service here was great and this is convenient as it is connected to the hotel but the pizzas we ordered were dry and not tasty. I would not come back here.
google avatar

Jon M.

Yelp
Decent Lunch We were staying at the hotel next door so went here for a lite lunch. Atmosphere is pub and pizza. Service was friendly and food decent. I had the Clam Chowder and my spouse had a large Spinach Salad.

Doreen C.

Yelp
Had the worst pizza today at uno in Worcester, it was too thick, so much cheese I almost choked and no sauce only a few tomatoes on top. Not what I expected or wanted, the waitress never asked if we wanted thick or thin crust, we threw it away as soon as we got home, very disappointed in the pizza.

Sinserni R.

Yelp
just picked lunch, paid 24.60 snd put it in the trash. rice uncooked, meat was sour, not cooked as instructed and really bad taste. I rather tras money than getting sick.
google avatar

Robin R.

Yelp
Food was as expected for this chain restaurant. Service was the worst ever. No condiments, napkins or fork and knife. Very bad place, and I do not like to write negative reviews, but own it when you don't even meet minimum standards.

Ghangis C.

Yelp
Just like any other unos, same menu, same food nothing extravagant about this one service is fast and the Waitresses are nice.
google avatar

Dan I.

Yelp
*Update* After the franchise owner contacted me directly. Steve was extremely apologetic and explained how something like this could have been missed. Because of this extra service and showing that they care about their customers, I will give it another try. A future update will come at a later date and time, but this was a good start to win my business back. *Original review* Been here twice with my wife. Both times the silver wear was dirty, as were the plates. The food the first time was OK at best. The second time was by far the worst and made me never want to go back. There was a HUGE bug in my wife's salad. The wait staff handled the situation as best as possible & apologized about it, while taking a few items off the bill. Never spend your money in a dirty kitchen. I will never go back here & I'm writing off this chain forever.

Jenn K.

Yelp
Horrible service. Waited over 45 minutes for food. Asked for it to be checked on after 30 minutes. Never heard anything. Then the employees gave us attitude when we checked again and asked to cancel the order as we are attending a concert in the area and can not bring the food to the venue. The excuses we got were "we're busy". Yes I see that but no reason to be so rude
google avatar

Jim M.

Yelp
I'll give it a two star because I was served my beer quickly but then basically ignored at an empty bar. Had to yell out to the bartender to order food- to go. Just because there's only one person at your bar doesn't mean they should be ignored

Ryan S.

Yelp
I sat down to eat with my wife and two kids, the place was moderately busy lunch hours. After 15 min of not getting service I approached the host and asked if she could have a server come to us. She assured us that she would do so. 10 more minutes go by and I had to leave even though we were starving. We watched the people sit down in front of us and behind us after we did and both got orders placed. Very unprofessional and disappointing. There were two people seating guests and plenty of servers. Every server saw us waiting and both hosts as well, no one came to help or say anything, including when we walked out, no one said a thing and just let us leave. Never will I come here again.
google avatar

John F.

Yelp
This place is horrible. Horrible food as evidenced by my phot of the beef tips. Dry and unseasoned, with supposed roasted veggies that were wilted and tasteless. See the photo and you will agree. Our party of six arrived and ordered beers to start. Six dudes drinking beer you can think and that these guys can make my tip night by selling them more beers and a little grub! Not here...service to bring six beers was slow. We easily would be on a second round in the time it took to bring one round. Food order was equally atrocious. Six beer drinking men can order some chose! Easy algorithm hear to the average person....not here. Ordered clam chowder since I'm in the area and it was watery. Ordered beef tips and your own assessment can be made from the photo. To top things off they didn't even bring the sixth meal until everyone was finished. Canceled his order because this was just a painfully excruciating experience. Manager came by and knocked off a few bucks but the damage was done. This is the worst run UNO's I have ever been in and an embarrassment to Chicago. Need big changes here and fast. Advice: Everyone is important but you make tips on beer drinking dudes and not on couples. Pay attention and keep the glasses full and the tab goes up. Walk faster and put some purpose into selling food and create an experience. Taking orders is for kids. Create the experience and have some enthusiasm and you'll reap the success of money in your pocket. Learn grasshopper and earn the third star. Until then....no way! And teach the cook how to cook....terrible cooking.

Mary O.

Yelp
Server rolled her eyes when we asked if they could make an espresso martini and literally told us to ask the bar... when we went to the bar they said no... funny thing is we're bartenders and asked if they had vanilla vodka, Kahlua and baileys (obv coffee) and she ALSO rolled her eyes ... it was dead in there and they were mad we just wanted 4 espresso martinis and desserts. Terrible service ... no wonder why it was dead in there.

Yelp
After a busy day attending a baccalaureate ceremony, the group (7 adults) were ready to dive into a great meal, and UNOs did not disappoint! For a Friday night it was not very crowded at all. The restaurant was very large and could easily accommodate both larger and smaller families without a doubt. The decor was very well themed and the booths were very large and roomy. With a group of more than five, generally you would be faced with at least one mistake from the server, but our waitress, Kaelyn, was very thorough, reading back our orders to make sure everything was correct, and graciously asked repeatedly if we needed anything throughout our dinner. The food orders ranged from Fish and Chips and Chicken Fingers, to Pasta Dishes, Flat Bread and Deep Dished pizzas and side salads. Everything was fresh and hot, right out of the oven! The prices were what you would expect for a Worcester city restaurant, on the higher end. All in all, UNOs really satisfied this hungry crowd two times over. A perfect place to bring the family or hang out at the bar (with 1/2 priced apps it seemed!) I would highly recommend it.

Yelp
Wow, what a horrible server and food. Been here a few times and it's been fair. But this particular day the girl with bright red hair served us and was poor to say lightly. Talking with her friends. Not getting us our change when we ask. Then when we reminded her she took it apron her self to use the left over cash to pay for the already messed up order without telling us... So we would have just sat there forever if we didn't speak up. Don't go. we attempted to resolve the issue with our tour manager and your manager on duty at the time while standing outside the restaurant. He said if we where still sitting he could help. But since we where outside all he said was sorry. Don't act professional if you're not going to follow through. Get new staff or reevaluate your current. My answer is still 100% never going again and making sure every time I play the Palladium the entire touring package knows about my experience. Sorry.

Yelp
The chopped power salad did not contain the listed chicken. I was unable to have the almonds on the side due to a nut mix. The salad was very tasty and large. The kitchen was slow and the waitress was rude and unattentive.

Yelp
Ok, so basically my husband and I thought about going out for Sunday dinner, and ended up deciding on Unos. I always tend to use the restroom before sitting at the table at a restaurant. When I opened the bathroom stall, I noticed a seat with feces on the seat, I thought maybe it was a child that was sent to the bathroom by themselves. So I opened the next stall over, and there is built up gunk near the back of the toilet seat by the flusher. I was completely turned off. My husband had already ordered drinks, but I refused them and walked out. There was NO way I was going to eat there. If the bathrooms aren't clean, who knows how gross the kitchen is ! I would be embarrassed if I was restaurant manager. Hopefully they see this and turn things around.

Yelp
Most recent: So, due to the quick and great customer service response on yelp. I gave Uno's another try. This time during lunch time. My waiter, Joe, was super friendly, and very attentive. The mango lemonade was delicious! The burger was good, and the fries super crispy. Overall, I had a great lunch. It seems like a good place for lunch. ... Will, be giving them another try for dinner in time. Review 1: Service was verrryy slow. But they are dog friendly on the patio and we had our puppy with us. Tania, our waitress was very friendly. The food was okay, not great. The drink menu/prices never quite made it us so we can't review them. Also, we just didn't have the patience to order and have a long wait for dessert. Maybe we just went there on their off night or something.

Yelp
We ate lunch here and the burger meat is dry even my wife complains the taste of her salad. But most of all the waiting time for food to arrive is 45 mins just even asking for refill of drinks takes while. I was even charged for games of $1.99 which is not even used but to avoid more wasted time I payed after they delivered the food. This will be the last for me to eat here.

Yelp
I have eaten here several times over the last 6 years One because it's attached to the hotel and I am lazy and don't like to walk But I will take walk down the street because the food was horrible I sat at the bar and the bartender was training a new employees no. If deal but after I got a second beer and there was food stuck to the inside of the glass she was like what a little extra protein? What that is gross even if she meant as a joke The next night I decided to sit in the dinning room My server was much better but the clam chowder was luke warm and was at the end of it hold timevery disappointing The salad was okay but I really had to find the chicken for a Cobb salad Maybe I will give it a try in a year to see if there are any improvement For now folks move along there nothing to see better spend your money at the Mexican joint across the street

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE! Absolute worst service on earth! 3 of us went there for dinner & drinks last night. The place was not very busy but we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Then the server did not come around for another 10 minutes and then it was ANOTHER horrendous amount of time before she brought drinks. We gave our food orders and literally never saw her again. We finally got up and walked out. Left money on table for drinks and wish we hadn't even done that. RIDICULOUS, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Everyone in the restaurant was angry and complaining. Never ever going back.

Yelp
Should've checked Yelp BEFORE setting myself up for this failure!!! So it's been quite some time since I've eaten here or done takeout. I don't know what's happened to this chain or this particular restaurant but here's my guesses. All of their food is precooked & frozen, OR they making huge batches hours before & then reheating it OR they only serve this subpar mess to its takeout customers. I ordered a Chicago Classic deep dish pizza & added honey BBQ wings for $6 extra. First of all, WTF happened to the sizes of your pizzas? What happened to the cheese & how it stretches for days when taking a slice or a bite? Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! You're nothing more than a high priced pub restaurant. Y'all will NOT receive anymore of my money

Yelp
Yikes! I love UNO but this one is terrible! Service is sooooooooo slooooowwww, even for drink orders. I went here when it wasn't even that crowded. I waited at least 15 minutes for a table, 10 minutes for drinks, and 45+ minutes for food.... I eventually gave up waiting because I had other plans--just paid the drinks and left. After the drinks the waitress never even came back and then copped an attitude when we asked what was going on. Pathetic! Do not come here!!!!

Yelp
Stopped in before Disney on Ice with the BFF and the boys... We hadnt been in years... It was actually a good time - the kids ate (which is often surprising for our kids)... Food was fast enough for the show & we were done.. Service was crazy as one show had just let out & another was soon starting... It was a mad house but it was a decent time... We not frequent the Uno on Rt 9 as the kids LOVE to make their own pizza now...
