We worked with Ali on florals to jazz up our sterile meeting room at a business conference and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and were both exactly what we wanted (she nailed our inspiration photos) and were completely above and beyond our expectations in terms of quantity/quality. We got complements all week from clients and they really made us stand out. Delivery was a breeze and pricing was fair. We would absolutely work with Ali again!

If I could give more than 5 stars for Ali ans U tethered Flowers, I would! I have a biweekly subscription for flowers to my mom, and have ordered several bouquets for friends from here, and I can not speak highly enough of the flowers received. Every single bouquet is more gorgeous than the next - seriously they are awe inspiring. You can tell that Ali is so passionate about bringing people joy through her flowers and her customer service is unparalleled. She’s very responsive and thoughtful- even suggesting to send flowers a few days early from my subscription so my mom could get them on Valentine’s Day instead of her usual schedule. A family member of mine lost a beloved pet to a bobcat the same week her husband received an unsettling medical diagnosis. There are so many reasons for a five-star rating for this business. First of all, I am out of town and needed flowers to be delivered for a memorial service in Carlsbad. I texted the number, thinking I probably wouldn’t get a timely answer. But my text was answered promptly! My request and time frame were completely accommodated, even with a follow-up photo of the arrangement for me to see! And let’s talk about the arrangements—absolutely stunning! Not your run-of-the-mill arrangements, but gorgeous and artistic offerings with beautiful combinations of color and type. I just can’t say enough about them, and my only disappointment is that this business in not in my city where I can enjoy their arrangements for myself! It’s obvious Ali puts such tender care into creating special things for special moments, and I will go to her again in a heartbeat when I have the chance. 🧡

Ali put her super hero cape on and helped a girl out. The whole Covid19 situation kept me from flying out and attending my friend's newest Store Grand Opening in Encinitas. I thought a flower arrangement would be just the thing to bring extra cheer to her event. Yelp has a really cool feature that allows you to contact a vendor, but what I didn't realize was that it ALSO allowed others to offer to help on your "project". Ali was the very first to reply, within minutes and also offered a few ways to pay. She was not my first choice though as I had picked a company closer to Debi's store. Ha! When the company I had chosen contacted me to say they were no longer taken orders and recommended Ali, I realized the stars had aligned. I texted Ali directly and explained I was in New Orleans and how special Debi was and I wanted an arrangement to reflect her exuberance. In my head I pictured a totally different type of arrangement, but here's the thing. Let the artist be an artist! I can say this because I am an artist too! Wholly Wowza! A rambling untethered floral arrangement that was more than I expected and definitely an arrangement I would love to receive. Ali thoughtfully sent me a photo since I'm so far away. Gorgeous florals and incredible service! I contacted Untethered Flowers for a last minute arrangement two days before we were scheduled for a newborn photoshoot in our nursery. I shared photos of the space by text and asked for a small arrangement to compliment. I couldn't be happier with what they created! I followed Yelp direction to the store and realized there was no store. I phoned and only reached voice mail asking for leaving a message. Either Yelp or Untether needs update its directory. It wasted me more than 45 minutes.

I received superb service from Untethered Flowers this past weekend.  I called about a question I had when ordering online.  I left a message, and within minutes I received a text back.  She said she was not available the rest of the day, but she handled my request with multiple texts in a very prompt manner.  I was so impressed.  I received a text the next day once the flowers were delivered.  I really appreciate this kind of service and communication.  The flowers were for my sister's birthday, and they were absolutely stunning.  Thank You! ps. Beautiful valentines bouquet!!! My hubby got me "The Wifey" Their website is easy to access and see what they've got going up-to-date. They deliver to Vista from Encinitas which is a plus. I'm so pleased with their attention to detail and modern stylish approach to arrangements. It is not something that 1800 flowers would give. It is way better.

I recently moved to another state and completely dropped the ball on an occasion for one of my closest friends back home. So glad I found Ali on Yelp! She was able to accommodate me at my last possible minute on her last possible minute and I'm so thankful. She does very much deserve the 5-star reviews for her work and care and communication and with her customers. I was scared I'd regret paying too much just to get a late, mediocre bundle of flowers from a regular company, so I was on the fence. I just decided the reviews plus supporting local, (Carlsbad to Oceanside), woman owned, lgbtq friendly, etc and feeling comfortable getting updates if I needed them would be worth it, and it was. I couldn't be there for my friend but the flowers were the best I could do at the last moment. It was delivered on time and waiting on her doorstep when she got home, she sent a picture of what she got and said it was maybe the most beautiful arrangement she's ever gotten. Considering how many flowers she's gotten recently and the trying time she's going through, it was worth going through the extra just knowing she loved it. She is thoughtful, listens to your needs, and delivers what you ask. First let's start with website. Super easy to navigate and classy. I hate a cheap website. Honestly if you don't have your web page upto my standard I usually write you off. Untethered Flowers checks all the boxes. Gorgeous website. Quality. Ali only chooses the best flowers and you can tell. They last forever. She also creates whimsical flowing designs that I appreciate. Wow! I am thrilled to be able to review this florist. I have ordered a lot of flowers in my life and almost always I am disappointed with the photo I see from the person who received them. But finally a florist who is not only thoughtful and patient and goes out of her way for the customer, but this florist is a different level when it comes to design skill and creativity. What was created was exactly what I am always looking for and never seem to find! This florist is in a different league. And the price was more bang for the buck than I have ever received. I ordered my boutonniere and corsage the half dried and half fresh and they turned out beautiful I requested burnt orange to match my dress and the colors went perfectly, they stayed on all night and weren't scratchy or itchy at all, highly recommended and beautifully made!

I received flowers from Untethered Flowers and I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement! The arrangement looked like it could have been a painting and the fragrance was wonderful. The delivery person was extra patient because my out of town friend who sent them did not realize that there was a gate code. The delivery person made extra efforts to get the code and deliver the flowers to my doorstep. It is days later and the arrangement still looks stunning! I will definitely make this business, "my florist" and recommend to all of my friends

She is amazing!! Great to work with, super accommodating to my budget. Got some arrangements done for a bridal shower. I just showed her some photos from Pinterest and she actually did an even better job than the photos I showed her. After years of disappoint with 1800flowers I have made it a conscious effort to only order flowers from small business' directly. I wanted to send a friend flowers but don't live local so I found untethered flowers via google and fell in love with the work I was seeing on the site. Hours after I place my order, and well past 6pm, I realized the recipient was out of town. I cannot praise Ali enough for how understanding she was and easy to work. She responded quickly and postponed my delivery with no issue. The flowers were delivered today and they are beyond beautiful. Furthermore she sent me a photo of the flowers which I loved being able to see what my friend received. Ali did not disappoint, she is amazing and her work is beautiful.

I've loved each and every arrangement from Untethered: Flowers Set Free! They're absolutely gorgeous, whimsical and unique. It really is an art, and Ali has her own style which I consider to be signature. I feel like there is a very distinctive tone and style to the arrangements, making them so much more personal than flowers you might buy at the grocery store or something. Some arrangements are wrapped in burlap sacks, some are in cute cups or vases...I've also seen people purchase just one lone flower because they are just so beautiful. I'm not sure I was aware nor appreciated the art of floral arrangements before meeting Ali and purchasing my arrangement from here, it's really opened my eyes. There have been some Pop-Up Flower Shops which are always so much fun. I follow the account of Instagram to make sure I don't miss a single event! If you haven't checked the IG out, you should! Something else that I really love is the community involvement. There have been several fundraisers benefiting a Non-Profit Organization which I love and wish I saw more of with other businesses. What a beautiful way to serve a cause that you love!! If you love flowers, definitely check them out...and if you don't love flowers (what's wrong with you!! Jk!) go get some for someone that does!
