It is definitely one of the BEST of the BEST meals I have ever had. I am glad I did not miss this truly luxurious seafood dining experience.
Established in 1981, it has long been a hidden gem for seafood lovers since it specializes in exquisite seafood showcasing the authentic flavours of the finest and unique ingredients I have never found anywhere else. Whale meat! Literally beyond my imagination!
One secret behind is that Chef is the seafood specialist and the pioneer of innovative aging techniques and traditional Japanese seasonings. The culinary journey was full of twist and surprises since every bite delighted my palate with unpredictably deep and savory flavors that tantalised my taste buds.
I enjoyed every moment in the restaurant since the owners (the Chef, the Chef’s wife and the Chef’s son) are very passionate and friendly. They form a very heartwarming team committed to serving dishes that are out-of-this-world professionally.
I will definitely return for its exceptional cuisine.
It is no exaggeration to say that I will even travel to Osaka specifically to eat here :)
