Took my family to try out this new awesome restaurant that’s behind Mike & Pattys, HotBox Pizza/Roast Beef and Flourhouse Bakery. We had the Taki Clucker which is a fun and spicy homemade fried chicken sandwich (best in town) the Savage Burger which was unreal, the chop salad with delicious crisp veggies and homemade ranch and the Phuct Fries, which has homemade cheese whiz, burger sauce and caramelized onions. All the sandwiches are on homemade Flourhouse milk buns, and all the sauces are homemade. The service was great, music and vibes added to the great night out. I plan on coming back and telling everyone I know about it.

Had heard a lot about this place and finally got around to going! I went in a group of 3 and we each got burgers (1 savage, 1 OG, 1 BYOB). I'd give the burgers an A or A+ for each one. The flavor was fantastic and the house-made buns are perfect. I would recommend trying the phuct fries (don't worry that it's covered in cheese whiz, it's worth it) but I'll have to come back another time to try the chicken sandwiches. The only downside to the location of Up & Down is that it's at the JP rotary and there is little to no side-street parking so you have to find something a little further down the road.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and was impressed. Service was good and the food came out quickly. The sandwich itself was very tasty although I wish it could’ve been more spicy. A recommendation would be to add spice levels as an option. Great addition to the neighborhood

Amazing burgers that would give BOTH In-and-Out and Five Guys a run for their money. Don't forget to get their amazing sauce platter too!

As a Mike & Patty's fan, I was excited to try out this new concept. The smashburgers come out quickly and are served hot, fresh, and delicious and are vastly superior to any smashburger I've had in the region (including that place called Smashburger). All of the ingredients are top notch, and I greatly appreciated the side of pickles (upon request). The french fries deserve equally high praise; they're lightly battered, crunchy, light on the inside and perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken sandwich is on par with most places, but comes out ahead by it's affordable price. Do what I do and come for the house made ingredients (milk buns, pickles, spicy mayo) and, if you're lucky, purchase their best-in-class vegan English muffins on site to save yourself the trip to Newton, where they are made.

It was my first time going to this food place and I was undecided on what to buy so I chose the first one, a Cluster chicken and an up&down hamburger and they were delicious that made me want to buy more, I loved the flavor they gave it so I will go more often in my lunch hours.😋😋

Tried to order at 1125. Closes at 10. Five stars for the pics that other people posted. Food looks unreal and less than 5 min walk from my house. You guys better stay open.

Do not order here without calling! I ordered food here last week, and when I went to pick it up the store was closed at 7pm. It appeared to never have been opened the whole day. Money was taken from my account and when I call to ask for a refund, they don’t answer the phones. Bad place
