Last Friday,I ordered two drinks here. My drink was fine, but for some reason, my friend's cappuccino was only three-quarters full. My friend noticed the weight was off as soon as she received it, opened it, and discovered the discrepancy. Because we had to work, we didn't have time to go back and argue with him. My friend told me the cappuccino wasn't good either, and it even made her throat feel uncomfortable for no apparent reason. Overall, the experience wasn't good. Furthermore, as a coffee shop, not providing bags for customers buying more than two drinks seems like poor service. There's a sign at the entrance urging people to "support local businesses," but they didn't provide basic service. I don't know if others have encountered the same situation. Because I'm Asian, I could feel that his attitude was significantly different from the elderly white man who ordered in front of me. In my opinion, if they want more customers , they should adjust their mindset and not emotionally blackmail people to support local businesses. And if they don't welcome Asians, they should just write it down; then we wouldn't go in. While Starbucks' coffee isn't the best, their service is generally of a certain standard. And Starbucks is cheaper than theirs.
My conclusion is ,if you are Asian ,don’t go to this coffee shop.
