Horrible. Been trying to talk to my podiatrist office for 3 days now. Yesterday they said "Nobody is answering, sorry." Today they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. Worst service I've ever had from a medical company.

Even one star is too many. Upperline Health is the worst company to deal with EVER ! It takes forever to get a person on the line. At times the phone will just hang up. I spent months on the phone trying to resolve a billing error. When I tried to reach the provider's office ( Village Podiatry ) directly it would reroute to Upperline Health. When I finally was able to speak with someone with Upperline about THEIR billing mistake, I would be given a resolution but then continue to receive a bill - by mail, by email, by text. They own Village Podiatry, which I have used for many years prior to this change in ownership. I will NO LONGER use Village Podiatry again.

Upperline is terrible. They constantly billed me incorrectly, and they overcharge for their appointments.

Worst ever service. No body pick phone & after a few minutes they ask to rank service. Hahahaha. In June I called at least 6 times. Waiting & listening absolutely false messages. At 6th call a lady attended me & promise to resolve my issue but till date it isn't. Early of this year Dr Warner office ordered diabetic shoes for me. Which was very big. I am using the same size with W. So I returned back and they called me to take shoes. It was again big. Dr Warner himself seen that and asked me to leave it. Since that time I didn't get the shoes but got the bill twice. More astonished that they charge each shoe separately and inner also separately for each foot. I told doctor and whoever met me that whatever is allowed by insurance company, give me that. They are charging me $138. The same shoes with its accessories are in the market in more compatible price. More over I wanted to talk to Dr Warner office but since June not able. What a service ? Why not to go to another better clinic?

Dr. Cooper in the London, KY office, is an excellent Dr. however one of his assistants is the most unprofessional medical personal I've ever came across. She mocked my disability, I am partially deaf, and gave such horrible attitude that I was inconveniencing her, by trying to find a payment plan that worked for my budget. Another assistant, apologized profusely for the others behavior. I was so shocked with her behavior, I didn't know what to think. Needless to say, she does not need to be in the medical field if she is going to mock someone that is deaf or any disability!! As long as she works there, I can not recommend this office. Her humiliating and embarrassing you, is not worth it!!

Upperline has the worse bolling system ever!!!! I have called numerous times to get my bill straightened out , i even talked to manager and they still can't get it straight!!! You can never talk to anyone without leaving a call back number and then your luck if you get a call back. It might take 3 to 4 weeks for a return call!! I wont go back to my Dr because of the billing issues!!!

Upperline billing department is terrible. My experience with this department has been poor. You are asked to leave a message and they will never return the call back.

I have had a great experience with Upperline and would recommend to anyone. Dr. Brimmer truly listens and explains what I am feeling and how to help. I would highly recommend Dr. Brimmer in Ponte Vedra, FL.
