Just stopped by for a Sunday morning coffee and something sweet. The barista was very nice and helpful in picking between the many types of baklava they've got showcased (went with a nutella-pocket one, as well as some mini rolls, both delicious).
They have your usual café staples, lattes, iced teas/coffees, etc. I just got a regular black coffee; it's hot and fresh, and tastes a little like a "stronger and nicer dunkin donuts" cup, which I would guess means Arabica beans. I get a little bit of cocoa flavor, and it tastes like a darker roast. It's not quite for me, but it's in no way bad!
It's a relatively sparse spot, but makes sense when you remember that it will mainly be there to serve the upcoming theater. It's well decorated and very clean; well worth a stop-in.
