What first drew my attention to Uprising Pizza was it's look. I was walking by and couldn't help but notice the interesting theme of the pizzeria through it's big garage door window opening. They have a really cool looking wood fired oven as well. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. What I love most is their menu. All of their pizzas are very unique. I tried the jalapeño with cream cheese sauce and it was amazing. Crispy, creamy, cheesy and spicy. I've never had a pizza like it before. I would definitely recommend coming here. Have fun!

So deliciously warm and crisp. Traditional wood fired pizza. Great menu super reasonable prices, friendly staff, well decorated and cozy. Right next to Armitage train stop.

Used a Groupon for my 1st visit....went seamless and the people were great. Always coming to make sure we'd didn't need anything. Fresh pizza with crafty toppings. Had the uprising and a pepperoni. Both were great. Bread bites were yummy and the Cesar salad had the perfect amount of dressing and fed 2 of us no problem. Will definitely be back.

Place is awesome. Second time in a week. Family friendly, food is awesome. Great salads and awesome pizza. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. Place is a Lincoln park gem. I'll be here once a month at minimum with my family. Owner, Arnold, is the man too...

Ordered pizza for pickup from Uprising. Service was good. Pizzas were made within minutes. The pizzas were not too greasy or heavy, so I liked it. I noticed the place has poor data coverage/wifi due to proximity to the brown line.

This is the top pizza place in Chicago. A great menu and staff, the pizza makes you think you're in Italy. Gluten free was one of the best we've had. This is our favorite spot for any meal!

I went there with my wife. We split a pizza and salad with a couple of glasses of wine. . . bellissimo!!! Love the pizza. Sandwiches are awesome too. Salads are large and very fresh. The owner, Arnold is super nice!!!
