When they’re on a date recently and was pleasantly impressed. We have been at this place before we sat inside. Their selection of regular food was nothing special to me. However, this time around when we went, we had an outside patio seating, which was very pleasant and very nice. It allowed us to observe Omaha. It allowed us to enjoy that outside perspective. The food was good this time around we ordered appetizers chicken wings were absolutely great. The sauce was not just splattered on the wings, and they seem like they were actually marinated in the buffalo sauce which added to the flavor tremendously. We also ordered fish and chips and after having Gordon Ramsay‘s fish and chips, I was not expecting a whole lot from that. not because it’s not a name brand food or so but mainly because a lot of places in the United States are a hit or miss more miss with the fish and chips than hit. Well, I can say that upstream brewing company knows how to do their fish and chips and they were hands-down absolutely delicious. We would come back here for specifically that meal again.. There are seasonal brews and beers were great. We enjoyed every ounce that. I highly recommend this place.

A good selection of some very good beers--I especially liked the Dundee Scottish Ale. The brewery is in an old 2 story brick building with tons of character and comfortable seating. The second floor has pool and game tables in a large open bar area. There is a large selection of food options from appetizers to sandwiches to entrees. The burgers and fries were very good, The Rueben, although tasty, was served on some very thick, hard bread. I ended up eating the meat and sauerkraut, but left most of the bread on the plate. Service was good and the food came out very quickly. After we settled the bill, we felt rushed by the waitstaff although a few of us were still talking as we finished our drinks. There were plenty of empty tables and no line of people waiting to be seated. Sometimes it nice to sit and finish your drinks without pressure to leave.

I visited Upstream Brewing on the last night of a business trip and chose to sit at the bar. I ordered a Saison Botanique, which had a delightful saison bite with strong floral notes—I was thoroughly impressed. After sampling a few of their other beers, I returned to the Saison Botanique to pair with my dinner. For my meal, I chose the salmon burger with fries. The salmon burger was good but not exceptional, as it felt somewhat dry, though I still enjoyed it. The fries, however, were outstanding, with a perfect crunch and excellent preparation. The service during the meal was adequate but not remarkable, much like the salmon burger. Overall, the Saison Botanique and fries were the highlights of the experience, while everything else met my expectations. I would gladly return on my next trip to Omaha. Rounding up from a 4.5 to a 5 since it’s a brewery and the beer was delicious.

Just stopped in for a drink. Despite being fairly busy, I got great service and bartenders were on top of everything. Good selection of beers. Food menu looked great too, but I'd just eaten elsewhere.

We had the BEST experience at Upstream for my friend’s birthday, and it was all thanks to our server, Krystal. She was honestly incredible. Attentive without ever hovering, fun without ever interrupting, and just one of those people who knows exactly when to check in and when to let you enjoy your night. She made great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and somehow managed to make the whole dinner feel special without even trying. You could tell she genuinely cared about us having a good time. It’s rare to have a server who hits every single mark, but Krystal really went above and beyond from start to finish. If you’re heading to Upstream, ask for Krystal. She made my friend’s birthday dinner unforgettable, and she might actually be the best waitress ever.

Last night, my wife and I celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary at Upstream. We were joined by four of our adult children, their spouses, and six of our grandchildren. I’ve eaten at Upstream many times, so I assumed we would have a good meal, however the evening turned out to be so much more than that. Our server, Lizzy, was outstanding. She offered helpful guidance on menu choices, was both professional and friendly, and showed great patience and warmth with our young grandchildren. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and everyone was delighted with their meal. Even our occasionally picky grandkids loved their dinners from the kids’ menu. The service was truly perfect. While we waited for our meals, we were visited by Upstream’s magician, Joe Cole. He entertained our whole group with a special focus on the grandchildren. His table-side magic was astonishing, and he paired it with genuinely funny, family-friendly humor. Our kids and grandkids were still talking about him the next day. Upstream turned out to be the perfect place for our family to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to the entire staff, including the chef and team. And a special thank-you to Lizzy and Magician Joe Cole for making our evening unforgettable.

Every year, on New Year’s Eve, we have a large group of people meet at The Upstream for drinks, apps, and pool. This year we had the pleasure or having Valarie serve us. She was great. She checked on us frequently and made sure that we were taken care of. She was very busy, but remained friendly and upbeat. Thank you Valarie! We appreciated your service!

Cool environment, good beer selection and drinks. Old firehouse definitely worth stopping in. Standard pub style food with vegan options. They make their own bread, which is unique.

I recently celebrated a surprise birthday party at Upstream Brewing, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We had a group of 20 people, and the staff accommodated us beautifully--everything ran smoothly, from the seating arrangements to the timing of the food. I ordered the Nebraska Pub Burger, and it was excellent! The patty was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the beer cheese added a great kick. Pairing it with one of their IPA beers was the perfect choice--the hoppy flavor balanced out the richness of the burger. Several others in our group tried a variety of dishes, and everyone raved about how delicious everything was. One unexpected highlight was the magician who stopped by our table for a quick 5-minute show. It was such a fun and unique touch--everyone was entertained, and it really made the evening feel special. The service was attentive, the food came out hot, and the atmosphere was lively without being too loud. If you're looking for a place to host a gathering or just enjoy great food and beer, Upstream Brewing is an awesome choice. Highly recommend!

This is a great location in the Old Market. Spacious, and open late. I've always had great service here. Unfortunately I've never been really impressed with the actual food. My daughter ordered the pork schnitzel. It looked great but, wow, how the unseasoned potato cubes could in any way be referred to as "German potato salad" is beyond me. And the bland red cabbage was super disappointing too, and what's with the mayonnaise drizzled on the schnitzel? Everything was strange and nothing about it was good. I got the tomato basil soup. It could easily work as a pasta sauce. That is not a compliment. I do like to stop in here from time to time to pick up a "bread" from the shelves by the door. They are actually more like cakes lol, and can be pretty delicious. Oh, I do want to clarify that I BUY this and don't just grab it and walk out since it kind of sounded like that. They have some good Happy Hour deals that I should remember to explore more. And I want to come sometime to see the magician. The building is fantastic, as it was the Firehouse dinner theater and prior to that it was an actual firehouse. It's really cool to see the huge brewing equipment in there. I was not a huge fan of beer there but I LOVE their root beer and get that every time. This is a nice place for groups and I will definitely bring my English relatives here next time they are in town.

I always hesitate to leave a negative review, but I have been here about five times in as many years, and have never enjoyed the food here. I've gotten a different item each time, pizza, salad, entrée, etc. and it just never hits right. This time, I got the Romain Caesar steak salad, the salad itself was good, but the tomatoes were huge, and the steak was incredibly tough to cut let alone chew. It was not served with a steak knife, and I asked for one (and got it quickly), but it hardly made the task any easier. We also got the shrimp appetizer dish which sounded more like a scampi on the menu. the sauce did taste good, but was very oily and it separated during the time we ate it. The focaccia bread was very disappointing. :( I love this type of bread, but this one was very dense and lacked flavor. I do want to be clear that I have heard others having great experiences here food-wise which normally include getting the fish and chips. One person at our table got this and loved it--this was the only glowing review I heard at our 18 person party, so if you're coming in for any reason, please get the fish and chips! Our table of 18 did have great service, and a good spot to sit for a large party. I have never had any issue with service or ambiance here, it is only the food that is lacking.

Great location in the old market plenty of room for big parties. Our server was new, but she was very attentive. I ordered the salmon patty lunch special with brussels sprouts. I don't believe it was homemade. It was decent, but I would try something different next time.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, quick service and great menu selection. Decided to split everything and glad we did. Best side Caesar salad - creamy delicious dressing. The 12 oz perfectly cooked filet with green beans and mashed potatoes. All perfectly prepared and the sauces were delicious. Ended with the s'mores cheesecake and could not be more happier with our choice.

Based on previous reviews, I was not expecting to enjoy this place as much as I did. We sat upstairs and the bartender was super helpful, recommending beers and giving us tastes. The Beer: I had pale ale and it was delicious, very hop forward, but also refreshing. Then I had the bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. So good! However, it was a 12 ounce pour and that was too much for me at a high ABV. My husband had the IPA, which he liked, but I wasn't a fan. Then he had Tequila Berliner. He liked that too. It's a little sour for me, kind of tasted like lemonade with tequila. The Food: we only ordered an appetizer- the humus. It was so good! It came with 3 kinds, red pepper, traditional and pesto. Kalamata olives, flat bread and greens with feta cheese. It just all went so well together. Highly recommend!

The ambiance was great for a Valentine's Day dinner! The Jackson St Jambalaya was fantastic! The service was excellent! Will definitely go again!

There aren't very restaurants that you can get a reservation for 7 people in such short notice other than Upsteam brewery. My boyfriend and I opted to share the Blonde pizza and treat ourselves to a dessert since neither of us were very hungry. The pizza, though relatively small and thin, was tasty. I couldn't resist sampling a variety of fries from others at the table, including the sweet potato waffle fries and classic french fries. Both were a hit, maintaining their deliciousness even after cooling down. For dessert, I chose the lemon tart, featuring an almond crust, luscious lemon curd, whipped cream, and fresh berries. While the lemon curd was delightful, the almond crust, unfortunately, fell short with an excessive lard presence, giving it an unexpected hint of duck flavor.

I'm not much into beer, but my buddy is and wanted to visit.He enjoyed a couple of brews.The place was busy midweek at 8 pm. The food was decent, and the service average, but beer was good. That's why you go to a brewery, right?

This was a great stop off while exploring the Old Market area of Downtown Omaha. We stopped in for a few appetizers and drinks. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our table. The restaurant is an old firehouse and yet truly feels like a modern brewery. The place is very welcoming and a great place for a meal or a few appetizers.

Great food, great location! If you're looking for some great beer and some really good food, Upstream is your brewery ya need to check out. I had the pork schnitzel and it was down right tasty. Crisp Light breading covered two large juicy tender pork fillets with a drizzle of their special sauce nestled on a bed of red cabbage and diced garlic spiced potatoes. Wow, it was so good I just couldn't stop after I finished one of the fillets! Talked about being stuffed! I washed it down with their season pumpkin spice Hefeweizen beer. Yea I know, really, pumpkin spice? Well, I tried a sample and I didn't expect it to taste so smooth... the nutmeg and ginger actually compliments the citrus of the Hefeweizen!!!

Upstream brewing Company is a good casual place for dinner with family. We made reservations on OpenTable, and we're seated promptly upon arrival. For appetizers, we ordered the artichoke cheese dip and the salmon rillette. The artichoke cheese dip was very tasty and served with beer bread. The salmon rillete was on the bland side, reminded me of like a tuna salad with mayonnaise, but with salmon instead. Definitely would not order this again. For our dinner entrées, we ordered the Nebraska pub burger with crispy onions, Havarti cheese, and a bacon jam. It comes with fries. Also, the black and blue burger with blue cheese, and bacon. Also comes with fries. The burgers were very good. Upstream brewery is known for their local beers and has an extensive selection, that we did not try any on this visit.

The Upstream is a convenient place to meet friends in the Old Market area. Large and spacious, extensive menu and daily specials. Staff is friendly and prompt. Our entrées were excellent, although the jambalaya special was an extremely small portion, in a thin layer on the plate. The chicken and sausage were chopped into small pieces, along with small shrimp, but very flavorful! Overall, a nice place to meet with friends.

Stopping in for good food and beer. Another old market staple, Upstream is a good choice when you don't have reservations at peak times. The large space and upstairs seating area allows for larger capacity. Upstream offers both indoor and outdoor dining which is a nice respite during pleasant weather. The lunch menu offers plenty of comfort food and some healthier choice options which will please everybody. Our server was very energetic and attentive. We enjoyed the artichoke dip, which is a long time favorite and great for a group appetizer. Salads, sandwiches, and pizza all came out fresh and crisp. The upstream has a number of brews and seasonal flavors for you to try. Flights have smaller sizes are a great way to go if you're not sure which one to get. Large selection of nonalcoholic drinks are available as well. Check out the upstream for cold beer when you're in the area!

Yes, Upstream Brewing is a brewpub. And, yes, brewpubs usually have elevated bar food. But, man, the chef at Upstream Brewery elevates the food so high that you'd swear you were eating at a fine dining establishment. And, no, I'm not gong to talk about the drinks first (excellent though they were): I'm seriously having dreams about some of the food. One thing I am still having dreams about is the tomato bisque. This is so much more than just a creamy tomato soup. It's savory and seriously robust, with chunks of tomato and flecks of seasoning throughout. Now, let's talk about the salads. Some places serve a garden salad, where the greens come from a wholesale distributor. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose, but this garden salad is from THEIR garden: THEY grow the greens; THEY grow the blueberries and strawberries and raspberries. It's seriously unlike any salad you've ever had: you'll want to savor every leaf. They add toasted almonds, dried cherries, and goat cheese, and top it with a "white balsamic vinaigrette", which is less intense than the garden variety (ha...get it?) vinaigrette. The fresh ingredients were so good that I almost forgot how amazing the grilled salmon was on top of the salad. I think this is the first time I've ever used 2 paragraphs to talk about a single salad. But, if you try it, you'll know why I felt so inspired. The same absurdly fresh greens adorn the Greek salad, which was flawless, except for missing beets. I liked it enough that I forgot about that minor omission. I got the jambalaya, which could have come straight from Bourbon Street. There's terrific flavor, but only a modest amount of andouille sausage, chicken, and shrimp. The heat is just enough to remind you that it's supposed to be spicy, but not so much you can't taste it. The chicken caprese sandwich is a cool interpretation of a caprese salad: mozzarella, tomato, and balsamic reduction with grilled chicken. The bacon was a welcome addition. And now, the drinks. Part of the reason I saved this until the end was because the food was all so good. But, part of the reason was because we didn't get our drinks until after our entrees arrived. Just so I'm clear, it wasn't a major hardship. The service was incredibly fast. But, for whatever reason, the drinks were stuck at the bar. No matter. The Moscow Mule was served with cucumber, which gave it a subtle freshness that you don't normally get. And, that mule had quite a kick. Bonus points for not only having a full bar at a brewpub, but also doing great things with it. Then, there's the beer. How awesome it is that they grow their vegetables and fruits on-site, and also brew their phenomenal selection of beer here. I ordered a white stout (!!) which looks like an ale, but had a richness that belies the light coloring. Since they had "drinks to go", I ordered a Scotch Ale and a mimosa, both in colossal 32 ounce cans. Each only cost $11. It was mid-afternoon, but it was already getting busy. The people of Omaha know they have a good thing going here. My only regret? That I don't live closer. This would absolutely become my go-to place for food and drinks, any day of the week.

Love the location, love the atmosphere. They have an incredible selection of beer they themselves brew. Food is usually above average, nothing wacky. This is probably one of the best restaurants downtown so I think if you're craving that location you should strongly consider here as an option.

Located in the Old Market, this tasty brewery serves succulent cuisine as well. Worth the visit if down there and hungry or desiring a brew. Parking in The Old Market is difficult and costly. If you find an exception, don't tell anyone. Guard it as a family secret and will it to your favorite offspring. Otherwise, plan to circle and know there's more parking in the northeast corner. Service is plentiful and diligent. They take care of you here. Bask. Cost is reasonable. Not cheap, but affordable. Depends on your intake. We'll be back.

William our server was amazing and mad great recommendation and his service was spectacular. Had some family from out of town and they had an amazing experience enjoying some of Omaha's finest food a brews. Excellent place and perfect for that holiday vibe this time of year.

Consistently good service and food in the old market. They have a nice selection of food and beers. My colleagues seem to like the pork schnitzel and get it pretty much every time and rave. I've tried the fish and chips and mac and cheese and quite a few other things over time. This beer battered fish and chips were done well with just the right amount of breading to be delicious but not overkill. We also tried the cheese curds and the baked pretzels. You can't go wrong with cheese curds and the pretzels were amazing. There's lots of space so even when the place looks crowded, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Another great visit to Upstream! I stopped in this afternoon for lunch with a friend. I don't normally order root beer, but wanted to try the house-made root beer today. I loved it and will definitely be ordering next time I return! The service was good and the server came around to check on us a few times. I've never been for lunch before, but it seemed like there were a good amount of tables occupied. Definitely a casual, comfortable environment for both lunch and dinner.

Love the ambiance, old building is completely redone. Large brewing tanks in full view behind a glass wall. Most of the beer, maybe all of it as I didn't check this is made on the site.. I like that the beer is available in a variety of styles. It rotates so be aware probably what you liked the last time isn't currently available. The last time we were there were able to walk right in and sit even though not late on a Saturday night, but don't count on it as have had to wait. During the summer there is outside seating with a nice patio. I had the roast beef and she had the Pork Schnitzel. Trie to order the Bangers and Mash, but was told they didn't have it. Not sold out, just didn't have it. Downgraded for this. Might not be completely fair, but if out tell people if simply now serving it take off the menu. Service was very good, she was 'around' but didn't hover. Polite and knew what was on the menu and able to answer questions. Would very much recommend for good food and beer. Seems to be a Sports bar style, but discovered was only able to easily see 2 1/5 screens. Almost forgot, WAY ABOVE average Root Beer plus you can but a large take-out container can be bought. Have a grandson who loves it.

Great spot for food and drinks. Stuck with root beer tonight, which is home brewed and delicious. If you like a thin crust pizza, I really enjoyed the Italiano. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice dining area downstairs, and more casual upstairs with pool tables and plenty of TV's if you need to catch a game.

Food was average to below average. Not a place I want to return when there are so many other places. The menu was tired and old. Not sure what happened to this place. Terrible. Don't waste your time

Really love Upstream Brewing. The food is super Delicious. I ordered the Pork Schnitzel with mashed potatoes and soup. All made to perfection. I also tried the Ol Gold beer. What a great taste in the food and brew. We sat at the bar and the service from the bartenders was great. Fast and on point along with making great suggestions on the beer selection. The ambiance is SUPER cool. Window to view the brewery. Great environment, great staff, great customers at the bar. A lot of cool things to look at. Bathroom is super clean and tv's at the bar to watch the games, Highly recommend

I used to eat here years ago when I would travel to Omaha on business. I had fond memories. Happy to say my first meal here in years was excellent! Fajita Soup was really great. Salmon salad was fresh and tasty. Service was great. So was the beer I enjoyed.

It's good food, good ambience,and lots of seats. I had a burger and fries and enjoyed it. Lloyd of craft beers and they will even let you try them, I opted for a margarita which was great!

Great food and AMAZING SERVICE!! We went there for dessert after dinner for my bday, and our server Torrance was so freaking sweet!! She waived my dessert check and gave me a free drink too!! We had a party of 6 and she took great care of everyone. It was a rough night since our dinner place was super pretentious but Torrance made our night and I really loved the homemade root beer! Great experience I'll definitely go back for more!! Not to mention that my company just had our annual summit dinner there and everything was DELICIOUS!! I absolutely love the upstairs area with the pool tables too.

Management has no idea how to run customers nor seating. All tables are marked reserved. The place is literally empty for a Sunday evening and the have arranged to have 30 guests stand instead of sitting down. Which then dictates no food? Right? Instead of helping out, the management has done the barest of minimums possible. Eh...beer isn't bad.

Located in the Old Market of Omaha, is Upstream Brewing. This is a classic brewery and restaurant with Midwest charm, something I have missed while living in California. With playing cards adorning the ceiling from a magician who comes Thursday nights, it'll have your family and friends entertained and left with a nice memory. Our host and waitress were extremely friendly, making us feel welcome on a chilly evening. There are a lot of new beers to try from and a sample is free. Our waitress was knowledgeable and offered recommendations to suit our needs. We got two orders of cheese curds, which were lightly fried and salted well. The marinara sauce was warm and flavorful making the appetizer a great start to the meal. Paired with their Cave Dweller Czech Pilsner, it was a savory combination. My ribeye steak was cooked medium-well and had a great sear on it. The meat was seasoned and tender, complimented by the smashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The potatoes were creamy, with garlic and salt at the forefront of the bite, accompanied by the truffle sauce giving more depth to the dish. The asparagus was crisp on the outside and tender when chewing, indicating that they'd been grilled to perfection. I paired my steak dinner with the Flagship IPA which had great hoppy flavor. Steak is what Omaha is known for and this dish delivered! My wife got the garden salad and this was definitely a dinner sized salad. With goat cheese and a myriad of fruit added in, the salad was refreshing and filling. The white balsamic vinaigrette gave a slight hint of honey and mustard that enhanced the toasted almonds and dried cherries. This was a Midwest meal I would recommend to anyone finding themselves in Omaha for travel or pleasure.

Had the gouda beer soup. The flavor was great. The creamy cheese and beer are a perfect match. It reminded me of fondue. It came out piping hot. We could have eaten just this for dinner. Our service was great. Prompt, helpful and very nice. We ordered the ribeye. It was very tender. The brand and peppers were great. I liked the roasted (smokey) flavor of the vegetables. The potatoes were very creamy.

We were bar hopping as you should in Old Market Omaha, and found ourselves at this fantastically chill patio. Our server (wish I could remember her name to give her a shout-out) made our experience fantastic! We had the best weather tourists could hope for, delicious drinks, an amazing summer berry burrata (super unique and a ton of food!), and a spacious patio experience. The inside had tons of space on every level, and I believe they even were hosting a groom's dinner that night. The reason I'm giving this only 4 stars is it took us about 15 minutes to get situated on this patio- as the host wasn't the most friendly or accommodating and they attempted to sit us on the un-appealing rooftop patio at first, about a mile walk from the entrance and next to the absolutely loudest air conditioning unit I've ever heard. We quickly figured out that wouldn't due and walked back outside in hopes of a spot on the people-watching patio on the street. Way better once we got there!

This is my 3rd time here, and it never disappoints. The drinks and food are delicious. Not pictured, but I highly recommend the burgers and pizza, too. The fish and chips were the best I've had in a long time. Come hungry because the portions are huge.

Beer Good Service Needs Improvement Cockroaches Bad We stopped in for beers and apps, and sat at the bar. No greeting or acknowledgment came for a while. Eventually our order was taken, and right after everything hit the bar, a cockroach walked by between us and our food/drink. Yuck.

Cute place in the heart of the old market district. Our server Jason was amazing and so welcoming! The ambiance was casual, nice place to have a casual sit down meal a step above from an Olive Garden, but not too fancy. The drinks were great and reasonably priced, but the food was just OK. The artichoke dip was a bit watery and the salmon Rilette could have come from a can, but it hit the spot. I'd recommend this spot for a casual meal with the family, or a large group because the highlight was definitely the accommodating staff and spacious dining area!

Our waitperson Rocked! Kenta (?) was fun and personable. The food was great too - pot roast w/ mashed potatoes and a burger. Good quality and quantity. Highly recommend!

A definite regular "go to" restaurant when you're browsing downtown Old Market. Great variety of delicious food on the menu. Try a beer flight to sample their many home brews. Comfortable inside dining in the old firehouse bldg and nice summer outside patio dining as well. You'll be back time after time

When visiting omaha we like to stop in here at least once. The food is good, they have lots of local brew (including root beer), the atmosphere is lively without being obnoxious, and the people are always respectful. Its a good place for the whole family. It also helps that they take reservations on open table so that we can book our party in advance. We will be back again next time!

We randomly chose this spot and it actually turned out better than expected. The Reuben soup for St. Patty's day was amazing and hit the spot. The bbq chicken pizza was well prepared but the bbq burger was over-sauced. The cheese curds tasted like mozzarella so that was a let down. The other thing is the staff didn't really have any recommendations since the 2 that we asked hadn't yet tasted the food or had just started a week before. Nice place for a family dinner.

Finally, getting around to providing a review for this brewery. My first visit I ordered the chili and it was delicious. Second time around I ordered the Gouda and beer cheese soup...the beer cheese soup was by far my favorite. The taste was amazing, and I can't imagine ordering anything else from there lol. Our server was great, the beers were great, and food was great. I wish I could give higher than a five star review honestly. I highly recommend checking out the breads they have to purchase before you leave. We grabbed the Devil's Food cake, bread, and the apple cinnamon bread...both were perfect for a dessert or breakfast. I had to stop my son from trying to eat the whole chocolate loaf in one day.

We were in town for a long weekend and came here on the recommendations of the hotel staff. It was a Saturday night and it was very busy. We were able to get a table inside without waiting too long. Our server was fantastic. He was friendly, easygoing, helpful, and just a really nice guy. He took our order quickly and got the drinks out, etc. I had to send my drink back because it was a jack and coke that was 99% jack. If I was in my 20's I would have been pumped but it was undrinkable. So they brought me a side of coke with ice to cut the drink a bit. The food came out after waiting a while, but it was so busy that I chalked it up to that. Saturday night dinner service is always tight. We ordered cheeseburgers and fries to keep things simple. The burgers were ok, kind of average. Nothing bad, just ho-hum. The fair prices and the great service made this a very good experience overall.

Was impressed at their ability to seat a party of 12 in under 5 minutes. The service was quick for a big party and the drinks were tasty. Great place for a quick bite to eat and a drink.

We ordered Door Dash while working out of town. Highly recommend. I got the Adult Grilled Cheese. I was a bit worried as a grilled cheese often does not survive delivery. It was great-melty, cheese, bread perfectly toasted and the apple was perfect. As an accompaniment, I chose the cup of gouda soup and should have ordered a bowl. Its amazing. I am actually googling Gouda soup recipes-I liked it that much. We also orderd the hummus trio. SOOOO GOOD! Council Bluffs/Omaha is lucky to have this restaurant. If I am ever in the area again-I WILL be back!

Amazing food! Server was stellar! Highly recommend the Nebraska Pub Burger and the blonde pizza! The bread pudding was exceptional as well. Will delete be back next time we're in Omaha'

This restaurant is not nearly as good as it used to be. Especially the artichoke dip.

It only took me forever to give Upstream Brewing a try, but I'm so glad I did! After an afternoon hike, some drinks and a bite to eat were much needed. My partner and I grabbed a few beers and this tall drink of Space Monkey was sooo good! We also got the hummus platter and a pizza to munch on. Both were delicious. A bit on the pricey side, but we really enjoyed our food on the beautiful patio so it was worth it.

My mother-in-law came to visit, and we wanted to grab something by the airport. We all tried the Gouda cheese soup and cheese curds for lunch. Topped it off with one of the beers and left full. The soup was delicious, and the cheese curds we crispy. We all loved it! Our server was very nice, and our food came out very fast after ordering. I keep saying I want to try their pork schnitzel so that means we have to come back again. I love history so the backstory of this building is intriguing to me. They have remodeled it nicely but kept the old charm as well. Plus, great beer on tap is always nice.

Looks at this place! Only the second Brewery/Restaurant I have been to in Omaha. Parking garage kitty corner to the entrance. That's really nice. 2 bucks to park. Service was on spot. Food was not bad. I had the Macaroni and Cheese with adding chicken. I was not overwhelmed with joy about it. They were out of the two beers that were the majority of what the group I was with wanted to order. I'm planning on a return visit but for now, I'm going with 3 big stars...

Looking for something to eat on a Friday night around 9 pm so had limited options. I am so glad we chose this place! We were seated right away in the dining room. They also have outdoor seating but it was pretty full. Place was very comfortable. Our server was pretty good. She didn't check back for drinks as much as I would have liked but overall decent. I ordered the tomato soup and it was delicious!! Best I have ever had hands down. The garden salad was fresh and totally yummy! It was the perfect size for dinner. My son had the burger and enjoyed it. Daughter had the jambalaya and loved it. Other daughter had the caprese sandwich with sweet potato fries and ate it all. Husband had Caesar salad with shrimp and chicken. Shrimp was disappointing and needed more dressing. Beer was cold and tasty. I would recommend!
