If quantity was quality, the place would get five stars. The menu sounds good, having many brunch/breakfast options, but the preparation leaves much to be desired. I usually judge breakfast joints on how well they do basic things, like eggs, gravy, biscuits. In this instance, I ordered the biscuits and gravy platter, which includes two eggs and hashbrowns. It's a significant amount of food.
The food arrived fairly quickly, considering how many people were there on a Saturday. First note: the eggs were over medium, not over easy; I can deal with that. The gravy portion was skimpy, considering the size of the biscuits, and it turned out to be cold in places and only warm in others; bad microwave! Bad, bad microwave! The sausage in the gravy was cut-up link sausages, and all-in-all it was tasteless other than for the pepper and I pushed it aside. The hashbrowns were decent and there was a sizeable portion.
My wife thought the crab and eggs benedict was mediocre, and our friend was less than enthused about the chicken-fried steak.
When the waiter came over, I mentioned that the gravy was cold and that he probably ought to pass that along to the kitchen. He said something like "Oh, really?" He also did not offer an adjustment to the bill.
In all, very disappointing. I will not go back; nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. Considering I live in an apartment building, I have contact with a lot of people.
