"Sometimes you wake up and realise that the last vegetable you ate was that potato six days ago. And yes, if we’re being honest, that potato had been deep-fried and came in a faux bacon rub. Behold, Urban Greens, the perfect place for certified Exciting Salads. On Palmer Street, they offer up a big menu of vegetable medleys packed full of habanero, hummus, sesame-marinated glass noodles, peanuts, pickled carrots, Norwegian shrimp, and other things that laugh in the face of a sad caesar. Our personal favourite is the beef saigon number because of the winning texture combination of broccoli crunch, tender pulled brisket, and little surprise bites of peanut. Although there is some seating, these hefty salads are perfect for a grab-and-go work lunch. Or if you’re feeling wholesome, find a nice little spot in St James’s Park. " - Heidi Lauth Beasley

I have ordered at Utban greens more than a hundred times. The quality of the ingredients is unfortunately on a constant decline. When selling a small salad for £15 why not use fresh ingredients (and consistent ingredient cuts). Hard to understand as the recipes are very good

Ok salads, lack of flavour and dressing. Each bowl should come with at least 2 dressings, or at least some olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar to dress or any salt or pepper. Ingredients are good quality but nothing to hold it together. Dry at times. Nice to see free water. Staff didn’t ask me at all on any options. I got the prawn bowl, when I swapped for a Pesto, it had more oil in it than Pesto.

Absolutely fantastic salad bar that serves high end, top quality ingredients that are changeable with other menu items and the staff are absolutely fab! You know it's a good place when the queue is out of the door, look at the photos! The only drop to 4 star for me is the vibe, pretty average food place and the prices are pretty expensive. A good solid bowl of deliciousness is around £15 Wish it could be a daily but unfortunately I'm not Bill Gates 😕

The salads are very tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The lower rating is only because staff often take out a piece of broccoli or kale as if they’ve added too much. Since the portions aren’t massive to begin with, it’s frustrating — especially when you’re paying £12–£14

Overall 8/10 Food 8/10 Atmosphere 7/10 Service 7/10 Great lunch place! Generous portions, fresh and high quality ingredients. All you need really. I’ve only tried the Salmon Salad and definitely recommend it. However, try it with the Gochujang sauce instead of the one it comes with originally. Trust me. There are a few suggestions I’d hope to be considered, which would take the rating up a notch. > Knowing what’s in the dressings is very important for myself and many people. So would be nice if the ingredients were added on the sauces. > Would also be good to have an option to have the dressing mixed in. So that you can choose whether you want it on the side or mixed-in. > May be add a Build-Your-Own bowl option?

Their staff was really helpful and kind towards me I didn’t order from them but I am sure their food is great. My phone was about to die and they were kind to offer me place to charge my phone until I can leave. I want to say thank you for your hospitality ❤️
