Urban Grill Chicago

Okay, so I've been dying to trying out this place, and last weekend was finally, my chance. Our Harold's Chicken in Rogers Park is kinda iffy, and you never know when or if they'll open up or answer the phone. Anywho, I was in the vicinity and needed to waste some time, after dropping off my daughter at home. I was craving catfish and decided to place an order for a small wing and catfish dinner. It was ready in about 15-20 minutes which, meant it was cooked to order...nice! The place was clean and not very busy when I walked in. The lady at the counter made sure my order was correct before leaving, and since I live about 20 minutes away, it was still pretty warm by the time I made it home...good! The 2 fish fillets were the perfect size for me. Not too thick, or big, came cornmeal coated, and seasoned fairly well. My 3 chicken wings were pretty good and not heavily breaded or too, big in size. The mild sauce complimented my fries nicely which, was also a plus. After I finished my meal, I was full and ready for a nap. I was kinda impressed by the food and told my husband that he's gotta try them out too, which, he agreed. My only issue is, I wish they offered a couple more kinds of fish, like perch or cod. I'm glad I picked up 2 menus as I will be returning on my lunch break sometimes since, my office is only 10 minutes away. I'm glad that I stopped by.

This place it great! Ordered delivery for lunch (bucket of chicken wings) and they were fantastic! Was really craving some good wings, wanted to try a new place and Urban Grill delivered. Highly recommend! Batter was flavorful but still allowed chicken to come through, not over breaded. Was delivered hot and delicious! Now I have my new spot for chicken. Thanks!

I ordered the small catfish combo with 3 wings. The food was seasoned well and the mild sauce was great. The only thing I had a problem with is the portion of mild sauce. Next time I will have them put it on the chicken.

Fast, hot, tasty, and a good value! Ordered delivery and it arrived quickly. The wings were crispy and the sauces were delicious (tried Buffalo and mango habanero). The Chicago style hotdog was good and had generous toppings. Only thing that was meh was the fries. They weren’t bad, just nothing special. It was a lot of food for the price. I’ll definitely order from them again!

The food tasted AMAZING! I was on my way home and decided to pick up a 6 wing dinner and Chicken Philly. As soon as I got home, my wife and I devoured EVERYTHING! It was soo good! I'll definitely be revisiting this place to check out the other foods.

Had a long drive from Atlanta to Chicago. We did not eat because I knew we were going to eat at Urban Grill. It was worth the wait. OMG!!!!!!! For a family of 7 we ordered chicken wings, catfish, shrimps, Philly steak sandwich and extra fries. When eating at home, it was complete silence from the young to the old! Every food selection was excellent!!!! We cant stop talking about how good it was. Fresh and delicious!!! If you have not been there before, you must go today.!!! 👍👍👍👍👍❤

In such a relatively short time, Urban Grill has become a community staple! Always great food. Their wings are top notch and portions are generous. On top of serving great food, this establishment has become an active entity in the community.

Wonderful hole in the wall that hits all the right spots for inexpensive, indulgent American comfort food. They have all the classics you could want and the nicest staff around. Just remember to bring some cash so you can leave them a tip! (They take credit card, but tips are in cash).
