"This all-you-can eat soup haven includes a choice of broth and ingredients; load up the bubbling vessels at each table with fresh seafood, meat, vegetables, and noodles. Orders are placed via iPad, the selected ingredients are presented to each customer at their dedicated burner, and then the stirring and slurping begins." - Rebecca Gale

We have been coming here for years, every time after we try other hot pot places, we always come back here. From the selection of foods (especially the meats), quality of service, and inviting atmosphere, this location has been keeping it up. Parking can be a bit tight, but there are meter parking on the side streets also garage parking. They did added the delivery robot recently, it’s fun to “talk” to it 😂

Arrived at 6pm on Saturday. Seated around 6:30pm. We got a table by the conveyor belt. (Not all tables have access to the conveyor belt.) The conveyor belt food options augmented our orders on the iPad. The ability to see the food before selecting it was an important difference because this was our first visit. We had 4 people at a 6 person table. That was good for space because there is a lot of food on the table. The 2 hours of free parking is a good deal and necessary given the location. We ended up staying two and a half hours and got charged $6 for parking.

First time here for me with my son and wife (they are here all the time). Awesome selection and price. I love that you can also try different broths. If you haven't tried it, you need to get herrrrrre asap

Busy all you can eat hotpot for 2 hours. Get individual hotpot and ordering through a tablet. There is a revolving belt with commonly ordered things like vegetables, dumplings, etc. Would recommend a reservation for larger parties. There is an underneath garage that gives first two hours free parking.

I love Urban Hot Pot!! I've been to several places around here to get hot pot, and this is by far the best. They have a wide variety of options on their menu, so many selections on the sauce bar, great food, and dessert! Everything is conveniently ordered on a tablet at the table. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Depending on the day, wait times can be on the longer side, so plan accordingly!

Food : 4/5 (Main all u can eat menu good quality even though nothing fancy for hot pot style, not many choice of appetizer/snack or dessert) Service : 4/5 (Friendly/fast) Accommodation : 3.5 (very limit parking, unlucky, at that day my table was near the door and cold air came inside all the time when people open) Price : 4/5 (around $25 per person/lunch) Value : 4/5 Overall : It is a good restaurant for all you can eat - (only hot pot - no BBQ) inside not too small/nice and clean. Easy to check menu and order from Ipad anytime. There are also something interesting if you are curious to see there 1. there are robot servers and 2. food conveyor belt (only some area)

Went here for hotpot on a Sunday. Arrived early afternoon and were easily seated for a party of 5. It does get busy and there was a wait when we were leaving. It was about 45 dollars per person with a drink not including tip or any premium items. There are ipads at each table that u order from as well as a rotating belt that contains many of the veggie items. Its hot pot so i enjoyed it but its not something u can eat often because of the oiliness of the broth.

Yummy, all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant with so many broth options, plus meat, seafood, veggie selections to satiate your every desire. Lots of umami in every bite! Enjoy with friends, or dine alone; regardless, everyone gets their own pot of broth and burner to do what they want with it. If it tastes bad (which it wouldn't), it's on you!
