Ana Maria (dont know if that’s how you write it) was such a nice part of my experience at your shop, like literally top-tier energy, it’s the first time in my life I’m doing a review for a retail shop but really thought it would be worth it! I love your shop, but I’ll literally come back just for her. Keep being a great cashier ⭐️

Gian is hands down one of the best sales associates I've ever encountered! His kindness and friendliness put me at ease from the moment I walked in. He took the time to understand my needs and offered fantastic recommendations. Gian's service was truly amazing - fast, efficient, and personalized. I'm so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping at Urban Outfitters. The staff there is great, but Gian is truly exceptional. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten stars if I could!

I loved this store! I found it while visiting Amsterdam for the first time and it is pretty cool. They have very modern clothing items. The best part was the service I received from Eva, who explained where everything was in the store since it’s quite big and I was a bit lost. Excellent products and service, I totally recommend it. If I visit Amsterdam in the future I will come back for sure!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I really wanted to buy jeans, but it has always been very hard to find jeans that flatter me. A very kind worker called Isabella helped me find something fitting while also being very nice about it!

We went shopping at Urban Outfitters, and I had to wait a very long time for my friend to try on clothes because there are far too few fitting rooms. After walking through all five floors, my legs were really tired, and when I tried to sit on the stairs on the top floor, we were asked to move. Summary: Limited fitting rooms and not enough seating areas for waiting.

I came back to the store because of the excellent service I received from Gianfranco. The first time I came in, he was really attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed. His friendly and professional attitude made such a difference, and I was so impressed that I returned for more. Definitely a great experience thanks to him!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Urban Outfitters recently that I felt it was worth sharing—especially because of an employee named Gian. From the moment I walked in, Gian was incredibly welcoming without being pushy. He asked if I needed help and actually listened to what I was looking for. I mentioned I was trying to put together a last-minute outfit for an event, and he immediately had suggestions that matched my style (and budget). He even helped me find the right sizes and offered honest, helpful feedback—something I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how genuine and patient he was. I never felt rushed or like I was being "sold" to. He clearly knows the store’s inventory and had great taste, which made the whole experience feel way more personal than I expected from a retail chain. Thanks to Gian, I left with a full outfit I felt great about—and I’ll definitely be back. Urban Outfitters, you’ve got a real gem on your team!

Love the urban outfitters, we got helped by Mistafa and he was really nice. I bought very nice clothes a top and pants and they are exactly my style!

Our experience at the Urban Outfitters was amazing! My sister and I went in to see the sales and we got to chat with the amazing cashier Anna Maria who was so personable and great at her job. Overall great experience and got awesome new clothes :)

OMG I loved the Urban Outfitters! Its much nicer the ones I've been to in Antwerp and Copenhagen. The shop is huge. Three floors filled with amazing hipster stuff haha. Mostly clothing but also gadgets, books, jewelry, shoes, records, skateboard and anything hipster and cool really. It is just a really cool shop and so well decorated. The stuff is pretty expensive but cool enough to still actually buy it. My new favorite place for shopping!

Huge store! I think UO is kind of overpriced (the gifts area), but they have great stuff that usually involves cats & geek things so I'm all for it! Most of the people inside will be teenagers and young people in general, and the clothes are a bit too "trendy" to me sometimes (not to mention my size either runs out pretty quick) so buying jeans is a problem. They do have nice shoes, jackets and sweaters. Also nice purses! My favourite part is usually the books area (they have really nice coffee table books), so browse away when you're in there!

Gotta love this store. And not even so much because of the clothes. No, this place is on my list whenever I need a unique present for a friend. The collection of beautiful books, make-up, and other goodies is almost better then the clothes. Or is that just me?

A really nice clothing store which also sells cool accessories, music sheets and other random items! I saw a lot of cool stuff I wanted to buy, but the prices are a little high. The pieces are worth the price though! If you're waiting, there is also a little corner with a Super Nintendo on which you can play a game! I would really recommend this store if you're searching for a cool piece of clothing, a random cool item and even if you're searching a gift for someone!

Rude employees. Visited in October and was at first very impressed by the many levels of the store and diversity of products. However when my boyfriend and I were to pay the queue system was VERY confusing. A seemingly stressed employee informed us we were queuing in the wrong place, so we tried to move to the best of our abilities to where she told us to queue. However she did not point us in any direction of give any kind of clear directions to where the end of the queue would be. She then became extremely rude and annoyed when we didn't know where to go. We were obviously not familiar with the store and very confused. No amount of stress should be an acceptable reason for that kind of nasty and condescending behavior. A very quick and easy way however to lose customers though.
