I don’t know what happened to UO or it’s just this location. We passed several employees in each department. Not a SINGLE employee acknowledged us on either floor. They like to stared though. Had we tried to steal something I’m sure they would interact with us. The vibes are dry and uncomfortable and now they just have the most basic every day clothes . When I was younger girl, I used to be excited to grow up and be able to buy all the cool unique stuff that they used to sell. There are dry basic taste seems to translate to their employees and the vibes in that store. I will not be going back. Cool fact is that Tower records used to be at that location. It was just high vibes all around now. Looking through the reviews, you can see a clear difference between the people that had a positive experience and the people that didn’t…Wow….. it’s not surprising that it’s going down hill. It’s just snooty employees babysitting the most boring basic clothing now.

Alyssa P at Urban Outfitters was amazing!! Not only did she help me shop, pulled pieces I never would’ve found on my own, and perfectly curated a Christmas vibe, but was also SO kind, patient, and stylish. Made the whole experience fun and effortless.

Very clean store and good attitudes by the staff members. Very helpful and willing to make you feel comfortable. A good time shopping in downtown Austin! It is very recommended for finding new clothes. Very Texan vibes.

We visited Urban Outfitters on my daughters 13th birthday around 7:20 pm. The store is packed with fun clothing but a little pricey, but still nice stuff. This is a photo of me tying my daughters friends shoe, the only photo we took in the store. The only issue I had with the store was the snarky comment by the dressing room attendant. When we asked for a dressing room I told my daughter to hurry and the lady said we needed to hurry because they close in 10 minutes. It was a little rude in my opinion.

everytime i come in here the staff is so nice, the store is well organized and CLEAN honestly the most well organized urban i have been to (i have been to others in austin / texas (dfw area) and this is the most well kept location), from working retail i thinkkk the girl w blond hair is the manager and she does a great job of helping out as well as the other employees on any given day! definitely happy this is the closest location to me now instead of the ones i have been to elsewhere

I'm not sure if this location sent it, but Urban Outfitters, you are WRONG for this. Pieces came broken off. Which isn't even surprising because the condition of this packaging job. Do better.

The aesthetic was nice, there was a nice scent to the place. However, the price range of a lot of their products far exceed what I would expect from a company like this. It also takes away from local businesses, and despite the price point, many of their products are not sourced from environmentally friendly brands. Overall, I had higher expectations for this store in terms of community impact, however they offer a nice range of products that appeal to a adequate range of aesthetics.

All of the ladies working were super helpful with my online order pickup, and very friendly and understanding towards the Husky puppy that was chaperoning me! Thank you for making an online order pickup so easy. Other stores make you feel weird about already ordering. <3

Don't come to this place if you're a person of color. The lady with the black curly hair was following me and my friend the whole time. Lady we don't need to steal. We had just gotten paid from our high paying jobs in the city lmao I know you don't expect brown people to excel. We were ready to spend a lot of money but ending up putting everything back. I will not have my money go towards racist behavior like that

Extremely rude customer service experience. I wouldn't recommend to buy from here. The shoes selection is also meh and you can get same shoes at other stores for less price.

Don't come here if you're visibly Hispanic apparently. A storekeeper in a long floral dress and black curly hair were watching me and my friend (who were fully prepared to spend a LOT of money) from the moment we walked in. Didn't greet us at all. We went upstairs and she was right behind us. We went downstairs and she was right there. Always within a few feet of us. I put back every single item I was about to check out with. Unfortunate that I don't feel safe coming to this particular store anymore, I advise anyone like me to take caution.

A hat was priced at 4.99 and rung up as 19.99 and the cashier explained it being an accident on their end and was surprised that it wasn't honored. Because it was such a price difference I decided on not purchasing it and as I walked away the tall blonde cashier said to the other cashier " it's because her dog peed upstairs" (which my dog did, and I immediately apologized and throughly cleaned it up on the floor" ) loud enough for me to hear. This is terrible customer service and not a professional way to address an issue . Let's not forget that being rude at a corporate store represents the company, not just you.

This is the cutest Urban Outfitters I've ever been to. They have two stories full of inventory. The bottom story is mainly women's clothing/accessories, and the top is for men's clothing/home goods. The prices are what you'd expect from any other department store, but I always like to visit when they have sales in-store. Sales happen fairly often, especially on furniture, and you can always find cute stuff for your dorm. I love this store, and I'm very happy they're just across the street from campus - so worth the walk!

Super nice and organized and customer service was very good. I purchased a pair of 501 jean shorts and they were pricey but they are made super well. They did not have a men's sections just to let anyone know that might go there shopping for men's clothes. I had a very good experience and there are many places to sit. There's a really cute little sitting area outside of the store behind it with a couch and fans and little lights inside of a tent. *NO BATHROOM*

I like this Urban for a variety of reasons, one of which is that it's in Texas. This has nothing to do with taxes or anything but simply put... people in Texas don't wear some of the same stuff that people in CA does. Which means = goes on sale = everything in my size! By this time, Texas is already well over 80 degrees each day, but CA is perfect weather for sweaters. I found whole racks of awesome sweaters at 50% off or more! This is the kind of stuff you will never find in CA.... really goes to show how great shopping at the same stores you find around you can be had in other states. Overall though, the store is well organized, sale section upstairs is NOT a huge mess like most Urbans I go to ... and the staff is incredibly helpful. Always going above and beyond to help you find something that you're looking for. Total cool!

Oh man, me and this UO go way back. Back when I was an undergrad. Confused. Cold. Alone. Broke. Blissfully ignorant of where to what. What to where. During these olden days (before the advent of electricity) the only choices on Guadalupe were The Gap (R.I.P., thank sweet lawd!), The Co-op (ermmm), By George (whoah $$$), some other boutiques I never dared step into, and this Urban Outfitters. This like all other Urban Outfitters, except i swear, it tended to have bigger and better sales than all the other Urban Outfitters. Possibly to accommodate students' budgets, or so I'd like to think? It's a two-story building - ladies downstairs, mens upstairs. I mostly relegated myself to the sales rack and I always managed to find a piece or a dozen, that I was able to incorporate into and spice up my usual college wardrobe of gym shorts, sweat pants, and sweat shirts. Me, I take chances, what can I say? I stopped by here recently and I'm happy to report it's still a pretty decent UO. I am currently not looking to expand my wardrobe, but I couldn't help but swoop up three deeply discounted still-fashionable dresses. Unintentionally shopping . . . it happens, am I right or am I right? We were here during the day on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded (school's out), but a modest crowd of young people. The store was pretty orderly, easy to navigate. During checkout, my friend cracked a silly joke with the cashier and he responded in pretty good spirit. So basically I love this UO. I mean it's more like a 4.5, because maybe I am a little too old to be shopping here, but tell that my impulsive shopping streak . . .

I'm a dad:) and taking your girls shopping is can be stressful. Based on taking my 2 daughters (9/14) and one of their friends shopping the night before Thanksgiving, I was very pleased with the service and attention they received from the staff at the downtown Austin location.

Great basics, trendy jeans, spastic t-shirts, "distressed" hobo blazers, some stupid crap. Check the sale rack. Wonderful belts. I love the belts here. Look, just because you've never had the urge to start a myspace page, that doesn't mean you're not allowed to shop here. Anyone who says otherwise can buy a one-way ticket to my fist. Trendy? Sure. Yesterday's de rigueur stripped shirts have turned into today's emo Sherlock Holmes vests. Coming in 2008: fluffy white pirate shirts and eye patches. "They're not jeans. They're pantaloons, motherfucker."

I'm glad I don't live closer to this place or they'd have me by the short hairs. Yes, I'm a sucker. I also love Anthropologie and Free People (all the same company) but who can afford all that crap? Sometimes things aren't made that well for what they cost and that stuff is usually only made for Los Angeles pixie sticks (just keep that in mind when you're trying on a size large)... Otherwise, I totally heart this place.

oddly, the employees, one in specific was very overbearing, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. not only was she was very robotic and streamline towards my group and other shoppers, but the UPS guy that came in to pick up something,,? instead of using excuse me sir she just screamed "HEY" overrall felt very watched but i guess thats part of theft prevention kind of wont go back also a terrible size selection but thats not their fault

We visited Urban Outfitters this weekend, and left the store with nothing in hand. It wasn't that there weren't anything that we liked, it's because the place is overpriced. Urban Outfitters has a ton of clothes I would wear, but I just can't bring myself to buy a 28 dollar t-shirt. It's funny that this store aims at the "college" crowd, because I don't know any students who could afford their clothes. If you have the money, then I'm sure you'll find something you like. If you are poor like me, then check the Clarence rack, and then leave. Also, its on the Drag.... which, has become quite the "Drag"...... this place used to be quite the happening stretch of shops, every time I would visit Austin I would always make sure to swing by. Now its really depressing.... its dirty, the shops are lame, its full of graffiti, and you can't take two steps without being asked for money. There are TONS of homeless people on the drag..... and they aren't too friendly.....

this store always has something for everyone. it can seem pricey at first, but the sales racks often have treasures that have been marked down. I'll admit, I spent three days here for sxsw, good bands, not too crowded and FREE BEER! can my opinion be swayed by free beer? am I a sell out? HELL YES! FREE BEER! and we left with a giant bag filled with clothes, all 50-75% off original price. the kids even found some books and fun things to buy as well. I like urban outfitters, their sxsw party was just the push I needed to turn us into happy (slightly less sober) customers.

Once long ago Urban Outfitters had t-shirts that said, "Everyone loves a Jewish girl." They were all the rage until someone realized that they had dollar signs all over the shirt. Le sigh. I used to go to Urban Outfitters every time I wanted to look at funky clothes that I couldn't afford. ( Sometimes we even dressed up in the craziest creations and took pictures...hey its almost as good as owning the clothes, right!) Urban Outfitters has some cool stuff, but it mostly stocks styles you can find anywhere. Personally, I would go to browse while you sight see on Guadalupe, but save your dough for clothing more individual in taste.

There are two different versions of Urban Outfitters: There are the super-cool flagships in some cities that carry 3x as much stuff and 3x as many brands and actually have a real men's section. These are great because the buyers for these Urban's seem to have great taste and in the clearance section you can find some amazing deals. Then there are the stores conveniently located across from a major university campus. These have an abysmal men's section, and carry mostly the Urban Outfitters brand. The problem with the quasi-Urban branded goods (or goods you only find here) is the quality control is horrible, you are lucky if they fit right and chances are they have the thickness and reliability of a tissue. Obviously this is one of the university-oriented stores. I have good luck with the rugs from this place though, as they are cool and well priced. Two rugs currently adorn the floors of my place now.

At the female store they made my friend take his handkerchief off because they thought he stole it. Teach your employees to mind their own business, We didn't come to your store to be accused of stealing something we obviously didn't.

When I lived on campus, I would frequent this store every weekend. This is where most of my scholarship money went to. Thanks, UT! I agree with the other Yelper on how UO is clean and organized. When entering UO, I immediately go towards the back because that is where the sales are at. Everything in the store is expensive but the sales area is amazing. For example, I found a $200 dress for only $20! Now, that's a bargain. I only shop here for sales and hardly buy anything that's full price. I'm a cheap-o. Overall, the atmosphere is pretty chill, music is good, and the workers are helpful... some of them.

A cashier shamed my friend for buying something she had every right to purchase teach employees not to be rude and judgemental. This store needs to learn to treat others with kindness and value their customers.

I would admit to loving this place whole-heartedly, but I just can't seem to confess such addiction to their presence seeing as I can never afford any of their items that aren't fresh from the sales rack. I will, however, say that I always seem to find something, pricey or otherwise, there is always something for me at Urban Outfitters. Whether it's in their unique selection of books, their clothing collection, or their apartment section, there has never been a time (yet) that I haven't found something I can't live without. For the record, I love those moments. The moments when you suddenly can't remember life without some amazing, positively-life-altering item that you simply can't live without. It's love at first sight with an inanimate object, I mean, who doesn't adore that? There's just nothing better. When I just walk through those tall, glass doors at Urban, I fall in love about 30 times every 2 seconds. You can surely imagine how overwhelmed I am. I suggest visiting on payday, if you can control yourself, and reserving enough time to fully explore both levels. It's worth it, and I haven't regretted a purchase yet.

I have to openly admit in this public forum that I LOVE this store and actually buy a lot of crap here, from clothing and accessories to home decor items, I love it all. Urban Outfitters has some of the coolest stuff in the world, even their books are cool! Whether you are looking for some cool home decor stuff to spice up that lame dorm room or a cool t-shirt to wear to the show tonight, you can find what you need at Urban Outfitters. I have bought sheets, wall art, rugs, bedspreads, books, clothing and so much more here. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time and money here and it has all been worth it. The prices are fair, the selection is fun and unique and the service is responsive without being annoying. Overall, this is a great store to get cool gifts, stay up on the latest trends and to outfit your life and your home with the coolest and neatest stuff around. Oh, and you can do all that without breaking the proverbial bank.

I can honestly say that I have never actually thought about contributing to Yelp until I had some of the worst customer service of MY LIFE at both Urban Outfitters locations in Austin. I just moved here two days ago and needed some new clothes for work - I first went to the location on Guadalupe and was never - NOT ONCE greeted by an employee. I could see that there were about 2 people working on the floor but neither of them even so much as glanced in my direction. I was so disappointed. I have worked in customer service for about 10 years and I pride myself on the service I give others - obviously none of these people do nor care enough about their lives or their jobs to even talk to an interested customer. The next day I went to the Urban on 2nd to exchange something - after standing at the counter for a good 15 seconds while the employees chatted with one another - someone came to help me. He acted annoyed that I was taking up his precious chatting time and yelled - yes, yelled - at his manager to come do the exchange. The manager herself was LESS than friendly and I left the store incredibly unhappy vowing to never shop with this company again. I don't know if anyone actually reads these or does anything about them but I had to put my thoughts put there. If I owned a business or even MANAGED a business I would most certainly hold my employees to a high standard of customer service - or at least read these reviews.

I'll admit to having a few things from UO. That said, I didn't pay more than $15-$25 for anything, which is about the right price point. Hint, the sales online are often vaster and cheaper than those in the stores. Not a place I'd frequent, but sometimes fun.

I don't really dress their style, but I like their shirts and their novelty items. It is true that the prices are insanely expensive, but the items on the sale are really cheap. So, I shop there for the items on the sale or in the clearance bin (I am poor, okay?! lol). I found my perfect long sleeve pull over shirt with a hoodie for $14 in the clearance bin on last week. The shirt is very comfortable and light that I could not find at another store. Their novelty items are perfect gifts for your friends or your family. For the furniture or the home decors, forget about them and go to somewhere else or on the internet. The home decors were insanely expensive that you could make something out of nothing at home. This reason is why I did not give them two extra stars.

I love this place! It is always clean, organized and just so happens to have alot of stuff that I need (ok, want, need, want, need, want)...sorry. I seem to have an uncanny way of finding items on their sales racks too. They have the best sales racks!! I have been to several other UO, and this is by far the nicest one I have been to .

I don't know if it was just a slow day at the store, but this guy was super helpful! Usually when I call and ask employees to help me find where a product is in stock, they just put me on hold forever. But this guy took time out to try and help me find the product. Though he was unable to quickly search all US stores he got me the information I needed (without even sounding annoyed by my request). Now I know that I can call customer service to help me find where an item is in stock anywhere in the USA (1-866-918-7226). Thank you, unnamed employee! You are a gentleman and a scholar.

At the entrance of Urban Outfitters, they have this shattered glass effect look on their windows. When I was a teenager (meaning three years ago...OK, maybe a couple more than three) my friends and I used to play out these crazy fight scenes acting as if we had indeed shattered the window. It was great fun. That alone is worth three stars. Urban Outfitters stocks semi-cool clothes that I wouldn't be ashamed to wear, but wouldn't choose to wear either. They have a few gag gifts, some home interior goods, and some pop culture art and books. I even saw a Guns N Roses t-shirt here which was almost worth four stars, but I think that would be a little generous. Next time you're there, try to think of creative ways to "break" that window. You might have a bit more fun than usual.

Urban Outfitters is, by far, one of my favorite clothing outlets in existence and their Austin store--despite the parking situation on The Drag--is one of the better ones I've been to. Trendy t-shirts? Check. The quality of the cotton shirts is unmatched. You'll never find anything softer. Casual dress shirts? One of the only Ben Sherman outlets in Texas. Quality hoodies? Check. Decently-priced jeans? Check. I personally love their clothes and the store's atmosphere. As for what everyone else is saying about the prices... $30 for a shirt is pretty common place these days, isn't it? Or is everyone still rocking White Stag?

i really dig the clothes and accessories but hate how everyone else and their mom shops here too. too bad though. the prices aren't scandalous. nothing like overpriced anthropologie. and when they have a sale, they have a SALE. one thing that irks me about urban outfitters in the sizes. how is it i can fit into an xs dress and the next minute can't fit my ass in a large blouse? i am not abnormally proportioned either.....my sweater kittens aren't popping out! it's like one minute i'm incredibly happy and the next minute im crying. ugh!!

A lot of their stuff will make you say "WTF." I mean, who would want an oversized size S t-shirt for $38? Hypothesis: If you buy the ugliest, weirdest, most expensive stuff in this store, you are 100% guaranteed entry to the exclusive Austin scenester club. The only time I would buy something from here is during a sale. Otherwise, you will just end up with buyer's regret. For some reason, I see a lot of sorority girls in here. Maybe the scenester kids do their shopping at night when no one can see them and copy their style. For the most part, the sales people leave you alone and avoid you if at all possible. The only interaction I have ever had with the sales staff here is when I need a dressing room. Good or bad, I'll let you decide. I don't know what you would need to ask them, anyway. Excuse me, sir. Do these granny lace up brogues come in a size 6.5? Also if you're not wearing a plaid flannel shirt, skinny jeans, and ironic glasses be prepared to feel out of place.

I like this place enough that I'll actually go to the drag for it. I like how you can usually find something good on sale. I like how they sell cool housewares with that DIY aesthetic-- like picture frames made of magazine clippings and funky coat racks-- pre-made for those too lazy to actually D.I.Y. I like how they sell scarves and wooly hats in Texas, probably just to be ironic. I like how Urban Outfitters mannequines are way more broody, retiscent, and alltogether more hipster than mannequines at say, Macy's. I like how they usually play good music, and someone usually knows the name of the artist. I like how the girls in charge of the fitting room are apparently restricted from wearing a certain amount of clothing. I like that their tees are more vintage-ier and graphic-ier and retro-ier than other places.

I am not a fan of this chain. I am just not. I have been in them what feels like 100 times and maybe purchased three things, all from the cutesy home decor section. I just think the clothes are over-priced and under-qualitied. That being said... I needed a sun dress and I needed one badly. I made the mistake of packing mostly pants-style garments and I was just uncomfortable (read: whiney). My friend went to the University and wanted to show us around the area. We saw UO and my other travel buddy thought it was worth a stop in to see if they had any dresses that would cool our Northern (read: wussy) bodies. Not only did they have them, they had them on the clearance rack, so I got two for about $25. Normally, I would give this chain a really low rating, but this particular one saved my trip, so three it is. A-OK.

This place we love... my 16 yr. old shops there whenever she has the chance and my 10 yr old can't wait for him to fit into the clothes. Staff friendly, good quality clothing it can get pricy but they have awesome sales... Clothes for all tastes, me 41 and I always find something. Wish that store had been around for my teen or college yrs, my room would have been very stylish and unique. Trendy as it can get, the muzik they play is good... I have fun everytime I'm there. Highly recommended for the BORN TO SHOP!!!

This review is for Kimberly. Every time I shop with her, she's always so nice. Great customer service and great outfit advice. She always takes the time to say hi and ask how I am. I go to this location specifically because of how great she and the entire staff is.

The clothing is awesome; however, it was hot as hell inside. Do they have any air conditioning? I might have bought more clothes if I didn't have to give up in the fitting room to sweat bullets dropping from my face. I'm not going to feel comfortable trying clothes on when I'm in a sauna. If something isn't working properly, post a sign or something. That's ridiculous. Anyway, I love the store and I will come back. Next time, turn the air up! ;-)

There were no larges on the floor. Every rack has XS,S, and M. There were very few L's. Urban already runs small, we know this. But it was very disheartening to keep asking the staff "are there any larges in the back". Thick girls wanna look hip and cute too. So get yo shit together urban. I shop to feel confident, not to feel insecure. Insecurity happens when you're forced to try on a medium and it doesn't fit over your juicy melons.

Oh, Urban Outfitters. You're my go to place when I need a fix of hipster and I'm feeling a bit too rich. Always there to remind me that I'm not a size 00, don't have enough piercings/tats, and am stupid enough to buy a $39 t-shirt with a cat plastered across the front. Oh, what would I do without you?! Despite these flaws, you always have me coming back for more. Perhaps it's because your distant cousin Buffalo Exchange reeks of old clothes, or I just can't bring myself to pay $54 for sparkly pink leggings at American Apparel? Or maybe it's the cups with "B*tch" across them or the scantily laced dresses that remind me that I like cake a little too much? But, whatever it is, kudos Urban Outfitters. I always come back for more.

Nothing exciting in here, although their art/home supplies are nice to look at.

I'm really impressed right now. I had a regular return and one that I wasn't sure they'd be able to do anything for me on - I'd bought a pair of shoes online about 3 months ago, worn in my office job and they quickly got scuffed and ruined. I explained to them that I realized they probably couldn't do anything at all, but they offered to give me a store credit. I'm kind of in shock that they could do that, and I'm very VERY happy to know that they're willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Lots of places just aren't like that. Thank you to the cashiers, and the company - I was already a repeat return customer but my friends will definitely be hearing about how great yall are.

I love Urban Outfitters but only for their sales. "Out of season" items are always 50-75% off. Its also one of the few places a guy as small as my self can find clothes that fit! This is a great store in a great location.

For such an expensive store, I expected friendlier service and better made clothes. I took my son here and the clerks were silent and somewhat judgemental. Then upon checking out (I assumed the 3 shirts and pay of pants my son was getting would be no more than $100) I find out that just the shirts alone were $100! And the pants were $70!

This is my favorite Urban Outfitters of all the ones I've been to throughout Texas and the US. I'm always able to find an amazing deal here. They also always seem to have the biggest variety of clothes to choose from. It's a great place to go to during SXSW, too. They have free shows, free beer, and free swag. I've found some of my favorite bands through their SXSW showcases. This is definitely the UO to go to.

Love this Urban Outfitter. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The store is kept clean and tidy. New remodeling is finally finished and clothing sale is now on the first floor in the very back. It tends to be pricy but there are always good sales in the store. I pick this urban over the one across from Austin Java on 2nd street any day!

Ok, sure, it may come off as one of those stores that tries too hard to make you look unique but fails at that aspect because it's a huge chain so everyone ends up buying the same thing, HOWEVER, this particular location is one of my absolute favorite clothing stores in the whole wide world. The clothing is trendy enough such that it puts a twist on otherwise basic looking clothes (an embellished collar on a solid tank top, a tunic that almost looks like a t-shirt but has a cute tie around the waist, etc.) but not so trendy that you think who the hell would buy that. That being said, their clothes are overpriced for the quality, which is why I never shopped at UO much when I lived in Houston and San Antonio. I mean, I bought a little black satin dress here for $58 and quickly returned it when I found a similar one at Express for $70 that had much thicker fabric, a lining, boning at the sides, and a sturdier zipper. The reason why I love this Austin UO though is because their sales are outrageously awesome -- especially when they have the extra 50% off clearance items sales. Last fall I bought two dresses and two tunics for $55 that regular priced would have cost me $200. I have bought countless going out tops for $10-$15, which is cheaper than what you find some Forever 21 tops to be. Oh, and that little black dress I mentioned earlier? I bought it in teal a few months later on sale for $10. Remember, it's this location ONLY that I like and ONLY when they have sales. My strategy for shopping this place is if I like something for regular price, I periodically check online for when it goes on sale, then I'm off to the store to buy it. And most times than not they have my size. If you care to continue reading, to emphasize my liking for this store...There was a cute top I saw at the San Antonio store that was $30, originally $58. They had only one small left, but I passed because it was more than I was willing to pay. I scoped it out at the Houston Galleria store. It was still $30 and they didn't have it in my size. When I went to the Austin store, not only did they have TONS of size smalls, it was $20. Have I convinced you enough to shop their sales?

This is for the men's store Pros: none Cons: -customer service doesn't exist here. Two ladies didn't even seem to notice me the entire time I was in the store. Even after making eye contact, it was total ignorance. -the selection is nothing great. The store is pretty small, there doesn't seem to be an"on sale" area. The clothes all seem to be pretty 4-5 years ago. -I thought it was neat that they sell records, but the prices are just STUPID. Piss off UO, Austin doesn't need your price gouging, wal-mart effect. I love alll the fun funky items that I can find!! This location is busy with UT students which makes it also a good people watching experiance.

I drove here from north Austin to buy the "What do you Meme?" game. I paid $30 for it, which is the same price as it is on Amazon or through the game's website. Turns out this game is a total knock off. There's only 45 meme cards NOT 75 like there should be. It's very misleading and disappointing that I had to return it. DO NOT BUY "WHAT DO YOU MEME?" from Urban Outfitters. Not the same game and not worth $30!!!

A week ago my sister bought a sweatshirt from here and they forgot to take off the security tag. She went back today to get it taken off and the lady handed it back to us and said she took it off. I asked her if she was sure she took it off and she said yes. Then we were walking out the door and it beeped again. My sister looked over the sweatshirt and it had the security tag on it STILL. The same lady came over and said it must have had 2 but we know it only had one. Typically the workers here are helpful but today was much different.

i love this store so much, but i literally don't want to come back based off how weirdly i am treated every time i come. employees are always acting rude and as if i'm stealing. how do you think i am stealing 8 huge items with ink tags when i am the only person in the store? it's very insulting and i always feel unwelcome.
