I have never been to an Urban because of the prices, but I needed a dress for a night out. I found one for $28 and really like it :) the store was clean and the staff was so sweet! I believe the girl who helped us at the fitting rooms was named Kat or Kaitlyn, she was extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself is so unique and interesting. The store is very clean and they keep up with their displays well. The clearance section was also VERY organized. As someone who has worked in retail for over 8 years, this store is great! I can tell the staff work very hard to keep their store looking nice.

My daughter and I went on January 11th to look specifically for a dress we found online. Our first interaction was with a man reading a book at the upstairs counter. He could not have been less enthusiastic. You could barely hear him and he was so disinterested in doing his job. We did have a fantastic young woman who helped us find the right dress when we were in the dressing room. She was great. Found the right color by looking in the back. We then had to check out with the same gentlemen. Barely spoke and seemed very annoyed when we stood on the wrong side of the register. He honestly should not be working in any customer facing job. So confusing why someone like him would want to work in retail.

My teen/tweens especially enjoyed an in person shopping experience- I took for granted that they never have done this. They loved the aesthetic of the store/clothes. We even found something for my husband and Grandma as well. I have loved this store for over 20 years!

Google
I've been to this location a only a few times since I live in Dayton, but every time has been pleasant. The workers are friendly and work well with the store and its atmosphere. I usually always find something in the sale section worth buying, but definitely bring a good amount of money if you're planning on buying stuff for sure. Despite the higher prices, I love it!

Google
I'm old, so I remember when this store took over the church building. It's a unique setting and great location. Prices can be a bit much, but if you have patience you can find some great deals on home goods. It's a fun place to browse even if you don't want to spend money.

Google
First: it's expensive $$$ (for normal people like me) Secondly: it's very cool. Going just to see the store design and what they've done to the old church is warrant enough to visit. Their displays are modular and often change. Most of it is made from simple plywood. I go a lot, but rarely buy anything. Great music. Great stuff. Great shop, just expensive. A lot of their clothes are also very "fashion forward/retro" so there are tons of things that I like but look silly wearing. Be aware of that too. All and all a great place. I usually come to check out the clearance section. You can find great deals there from time to time as they like to unload stuff to make way for new products. Highly recommend.

Why is this place only open til 6 on a Sunday?

Google
One of my favorite places to shop since college (10+ years). Recently had an issue with receiving delivery for an item I ordered; Urban Outfitters Customer Service is not at all pleasant to deal with. Reps are rude and very unapologetic when it comes to issues with product. For such a communicable company, it's disappointing there is no focus on providing adequate customer service. Not good, definitely not great. Just asking for adequate service from a store/company that is as pricey and quality as UO is. Stay awake.

Yelp
First off the building is beautiful and it's very cool just to come in here and look around and see the building's art. On top of that you get to do some shopping! This Urban Outfitters has been here since I was in college- so at least 15ish years! We were visiting campus and I was actually really surprised it was still here and insisted we stop in to look around. I love that they have a little bit of everything and that it's a slice of what's popular/on the rise at the moment. There are gifts and toys, beauty products, home goods and clothing. I've always enjoyed browsing the home decor and I wasn't disappointed on this visit. They had some very cute throw blankets and a ton of mugs. The pricing varies and you can find some great deals, but some items you'll have to weigh how much you love them versus their pricing. The staff was friendly, but standoffish- there if you had a question but not overly helpful or in your face. We asked about a blanket on display and were told they could order it for us or we could order online- since we live in California we opted to just check it out online at a later point. Overall, we had fun and I think you should stop in at the very least to check out the building.

Yelp
Ruby at Urban Outfitters was so helpful when I returned a few items purchased for my daughter. I had extenuating circumstances in that the items were purchased by my daughter on-line, shipped to me in the US and I took them to Japan for her to try on and then returned those that did not fit. Ruby handled all the returns and called me to let me know what the status was on all the returns. Ruby did these complex returns in the midst of a computer/power outage at her store. She really performs well in adverse situations. Her customer service, attitude and assistance were remarkable. I would love to have her as an employee at my stores.

Yelp
I wanted to make a return of a skirt I got but it was just too small. I went to the store and tried to make the return and the girl at the register first of all was rude, and told me since I started my return online that I couldn't return it in store. Thats not true. My boyfriend and I both agreed she was being lazy and didnt want to do her job even though its not hard. I went back up to the register and told her how the directions on my return stated that all I had to do was take it to the store and an employee could refund it. She ended up doing it in less than a minute. She didnt even say anything afterwards and just gave me my receipt with a stank face. Its not hard to just do your job and be a nice person!

Yelp
This location is so cool - housed in a former church- so it is worth a visit just to take in the atmosphere! I am definitely older than the typical Urban Outfitter demographic, but I was able to find a few items that are perfect for me like a biker jacket and a couple of soft layer-able shirts. The two staffers were friendly and helpful, one even went in the back to look for my size (large) as many of the items on the racks were small or medium. I don't think I even say one "extra-large" item in the blouses, but maybe I missed that. I was able to get the biker jacket in a large enough size, so that was fun! Cool place to hang out on a Friday night for 30 minutes of light shopping. Enjoyed my time there! Oh, I think the man at the check-out was named Grant, and he was especially nice. The lady working, too, but I didn't catch her name. They seemed very enthusiastic about their jobs and that is always nice to see!

Yelp
On a day trip to Cincinnati this location of Urban Outfitters was along the way. Cool setting - formerly a church - with a main floor and downstairs. The women's selection is on the main floor. Bright colors, most everything was a mix of stylish and comfortable. It was difficult to resist the Def Leopard hoodie. Downstairs is men's, housewares, records and sales items. Definitely a much smaller men's selection. I did snag my son a green hoodie, which he loved and immediately put on. Fun pit stop to our day and plenty of staff to help. They were chatting and helpful during checkout.

Yelp
Hipster's paradise in an old churh? Yes! It works! Cool products and excellent funny gifts to be found here. Great greeting cards! P.S. You get a nice tote bag with every purchase.

Yelp
I've been to other Urban Outfitters around the globe, but the one in Cincinnati is one of the coolest. Located in old church, the interior decorators have done an exquisite job of preserving the interesting architectural details and making use of the building's unique space and lighting. While a rather sacrosanct spot for a fashion retailer, this Urban Outfitters makes a subtle statement about American culture--we're devoted to the higher power of fashion trends. Once inside, you'll find the same hip women's and men's clothing and the irreverent novelty items you would find at any other store in the chain. While I've never been a big fan of the quality of the clothing here, most pieces are reasonably priced. Don't forget to check out the clearance racks downstairs for the best deals.

Yelp
LOVE this place! Been to Urban Outfitters in other states and this is one of the smaller ones which still has a great selection. I like buying their jeans and nice clearance section down stairs. Staff is friendly. A bit on the pricey side, but great quality of clothing.

Yelp
Good location, cool building. It's your typical Urban Outfitters on the inside though. They offer a wide and eclectic array of knick knacks that are as much fun to look at as to buy for friends. You can typically find something for anyone. Prices are just OK. The clothing is expensive and certainly not the best. Overall fun and quirky and can serve as a welcome distraction if that's all you're looking for.

Yelp
I've been going to this Urban Outfitters for years and I have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly, willing to help, and available to help with sizing, opinions, and dressing rooms. I needed advice on deciding between two dresses and all the girls offered so much input. Now I wear that dress all the time and they were definitely right. Also, the store is clean and organized beautifully. Plus the building is so cute!

Yelp
This is a typical UO, with the usual hipster clothes and accessories. The people working here are a little nicer/less pretentious than other Urban's I've shopped at before, so that's a plus. The best thing about this particular UO is that it's in an old church. We actually couldn't find it at first because the Urban Outfitters sign is so small (and it looks like a freakin church). But I think it's very cool that they were able to renovate a beautiful old building and turn it into something cool and different. There's no parking lot, only street parking. They also have a small record selection at the front of the store. I found a pretty rare album (Dead Man's Bones) there for list price. Basically I paid ~$25 for a record that I could turn around and sell on eBay for almost twice that amount if I wanted to. If you're into indy record collecting, this is a place to check out in Cincinnati. And sometimes when they do their half price sales, they put the sale records on half price as well.

Yelp
Urban Outfitters is the ultimate paradox. A place for people who are looking to buck the trend, yet in and of themselves are desiring to set the latest. A place for people who are attempting to be unique and individual, yet all the products in Urban Outfitters are mass produced and are sold across the country. A store built into a church that has (had) buddy Jesus figurines and shirts that say "Jesus is my homeboy." It's no secret among my friends that I'm not very into fashion, but it's very obvious that many people enjoy shopping at Urban Outfitters. I've been in the store many times with friends and while I continue to roll my eyes at all the shameless exploitation of current trends in our culture, I know that for many it is a place they look to for all their novel and hip needs.

Yelp
PROS: - Jewelry is beautiful. Pricey but you can sometimes snag a deal - Accessories are so unique and will snazz up any outfit - Fun to shop in this gorgeous old church - Hilarious gift items (which is normally why I come here) CONS: - Their clothing runs very small - Their prices are really high unless you find a stockpile of end of season goodies in the basement - A good deal of their stuff is dirty, damaged or ripped. - Sometimes they go a little too far and are a little politically incorrect and offensive. Overall this place is AOK. My advice, come when you are bored and looking for a funny or unique gift item for someone close to you that appreciates humor.
google avatar

Yelp
A very cool atmosphere. It is two floors of mid-priced clothing options. The girls clothes a trendy. I would say the men's options could use a little work. They tend to be more on the "feminine male" side and less on the modern guy side. On a positive note, the shorts I purchased were super stretchy. I always like dress shorts that feel like gym shorts!
google avatar

Yelp
There aren't many clothing stores in Clifton/Corryville that I can go to for everyday things like jeans and shoes, so this Urban Outfitters is pretty much as good as it gets around here. The building is really fantastic to look at... I'm sure it was a church or something before getting turned into a hip retail outlet. If you've ever been to an Urban Outfitters anywhere else, the inside and merchandise is standard - bohemian-esque clothes, knick-nacks and gag gifts, accessories, etc. The men's section is very small compared to all of the women's clothing, but if you need a place to shop for shorts, a tank top, or flip flops (...or sex dice), this is the place to go in the UC area.

Yelp
Urban is by far one of my favorite stores to shop and I always find myself spending my money there...lol. This is an nice location as well. It's very centrally located and unique inside. The staff is either very nice or very rude...no in between. The selection is also sub-par compared to other Urban stores I have shopped at. They do have their own parking lot though which is nice for being in the middle of Clifton.

Yelp
This is your typical Urban Outfitters, nothing too out of the ordinary. Same clothing, trinkets and home furnishings. Except.... It's in a church! Which, apparently to some, is blasphemous and in bad taste, but for the sinner in me I really like it and adds a little something to an otherwise run of the mill UO. Architecture aside, the store is laid out very well and isn't cramped. It has you're typical histerific fashion and accoutrements. Decent selection and you can generally find a few gems on discount. Which is where I make most of my purchases. Most of the inventory I just cannot justify spending the amount they ask. I usually go here and buy gifts for my sister (semi-hipster). They usually have some quirky item that'll go over well or some interesting/comical books.

Yelp
I have been here a few times shopping for Xmas gifts and also birthday gifts for members of the family or even some friends. I have always liked that this urban outfitters is located in an old church. Sure the prices are a bit high, and sometimes parking is tough to come by, but hey we the consumer are getting great quality shirts and what not. I especially like coming up here during Christmas season to see all the rad gifts.

Yelp
Urban Outfitters, I miss you. They're the retail epitome of vintage-looking (aka purposely distressed) apparel at the price ranges of $15-$300. They recycled an old cathedral to use as their retail location. During my time at U.C, I enjoyed shopping here for their vintage tees and semi-formal outfits. I recently stopped by for an outfit and to take a look around; they're very consistent with their exceptional customer service. I'm always, and I mean ALWAYS, greeted and assisted by an enthusiastic sales associate. I enjoy their brand, but just pass if you're not comfortable buying vintage-looking apparel at a higher-end price. I wish they had more locations in Ohio, so I wouldn't have to take a road trip. I love their store, and I love their customer service!

Jennifer Z.

Yelp
Urban has all the styles and trendy items you need to survive any kind of weather. When I first started out at UC, I stopped by a couple of times to look at their sale items and stuff they have on their shelves. Their prices are reasonable considering the quality and longevity of the material. I also really like their jewelry and accessories. I love sorting through their jewelry collection, hats, and scarves. They also have really cool belts sometimes. Their jeans and pants were really unique with cool colors and patterns. I've found a really cute mini fridge on display near the picture frames and greeting cards. The store is always being updated by their hard working and diligent employees. I've also bought candles from them before. The candles were perfect for long nights, cold weather and they smell so good! The store is in an old church giving the shopping experience somewhat of an antique feel with wedding vibes.

Yelp
I find myself stopping in here on my way home from class at least once a week. Urban Outfitters is the cutest little hipster store if you're buying ripped jeans, a record, or an adorable knick knack for the shelf in your room. Staff is usually quite friendly and receptive to questions. The sale section in the basement is killer! I am often finding clothes fro half the price or less. Granted, they are the rejects, but still. The downside about this store is that everything is just over priced. $49.99 for a paper thin tank top? I'll stick to the sale rack. I'm a college kid, let's be real.

Austin M.

Yelp
Men's section is super limited and have the worst sizes and I didn't meet 1 nice employee there. They were all super rude and didn't seem like they wanted to work there-Get a new job if you're that unhappy. Everything is also super overpriced so no wonder there was only 1 other person shopping with me there
google avatar

Cynthia D.

Yelp
Coolest store in the entire chain of UO. Interior and exterior are beautiful. This is a renovated church, and the light in the front is amazing. Nice sale area in the basement.
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
This is definitely the most unique Urban I've been too. It's inside an old church and is just beautiful. The space is cool and covers about three floors. Typical Urban items; great clothes, styles, housewares, and a fantastic sale area. The selection of shoes was small but this store is a great stop on a Cincinnati shopping spree.

Kathryn C.

Yelp
As a whole, this company has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I ordered an item almost two months ago. They shipped separately (extremely late), they never delivered one of the items. Still haven't been refunded. Supposed to receive a price adjustment (the new sale price) for the other late item. They took more money out of my account than the actually price. Still haven't seen the refund for that either. I will never shop with this company again.
google avatar

Adolfo N.

Yelp
I like coming here to be ironic, juxtaposing modern taste with retro icons just seems like what they do. They should extend their clearance rack prices to the rest of the store, that would make it more reasonable. Sure, it's a church, but it's a nice use of architecture, and why tear it down, when UA has run it's course, maybe some church can repurpose it back to it's original purpose. The clearance racks get 4 stars, everything else gets 2... so there you go, another place to get your hipster on.
google avatar

Ben S.

Yelp
Incredible architecture here. I love the design. But everything is overpriced and not very organized. Nothing about Urban Outfitters impresses me, they try a little to hard to ace the "I don't try at all" look. Urban Outfitters provides an easy way to get unique-ish clothes that appear to be "handpicked" but Urban Outfitters takes the fun out of actual vintage/boutique shopping by, well, existing. That's why it cultivates a "poser" image in my mind.
google avatar

Camilla W.

Yelp
I love Urban Outfitters as a chain for their fun, off beat merchandise....a good place to find unique gifts! This location is inside a church which is kind of neat. However, it can be difficult to find parking sometimes so I don't go here as often as I would otherwise.
