Urban Plates Will Flood Maryland With Locations for Scratch-Made Cafeteria Food - Eater DC

"California chain Urban Plates is ramping up its East Coast expansion plans, planning to open three Maryland locations for its fast-casual cafeteria counters before the end of the year. The first new shop is scheduled to open at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda on Monday, March 11. That will mark the third area location for Urban Plates since landing in Tysons Corner Galleria last summer. Another store arrived in Columbia, Maryland, soon after. Eater has learned two other shops are coming to Gaithersburg and Chevy Chase in the fourth quarter of the year. The company declined to disclose addresses until the leases are fully executed." - Tierney Plumb

I love this place. They have a lot of selections of healthy food and taste excellent! The place is very clean with very friendly staff. My favorite food are meatless loaf with colorful carrots, asparagus, brussel sprouts, and tomato basil soup. It’s difficult to find non dairy tomato basil soup. The location in Columbia sadly was just closed permanently beginning of July 2021.

Google
One of upscale experience with moderate price at Montgomery Mall. They divide the station into six, Salad, Sandwiches, hot plate, Kids and Stew. At every station you pick your protein and side dishes. All the staff are super friendly and eager to please. The foods are tasty and well presented.

Wow! Absolutely amazing, my friend and I came here and got such amazing service. The manager and workers were so sweet and friendly. We’re dietitians in training and thought the food was so flavorful and nutritious. When we asked for a vegan sandwich, the manager made a cheese free pesto just so the sandwich wasn’t dry. Definitely coming back! Such a warm and welcoming team :) - Much love from the sanitizer-rating girls!😄

Tried Urban Plates at Montgomery Mall; it's fairly new so it's nice and clean. The crew seemed amiable enough. Our group ordered from the "Plates" menu -- ahi tuna, kimchi chicken, and grass-fed steak with two sides each (we got veggies). They weighed the meat/poultry...to be honest, the portions were a bit on the "light" side. The portions were good enough if you weren't looking to feel "too full." [One of us (not a really heavy eater) had to order chicken wings from a nearby stall because, "that ahi tuna did not cut it for me."] Nevertheless, the food tasted really good. And that was what really mattered. Another one in the group ordered UP's Asian salad, and exclaimed utmost satisfaction. UP had mouth-watering desserts too! We shared the hummingbird cake and strawberry-vanilla shortcake, both excellently baked and temptingly presented on the display shelf. So, all in all, we were quite taken by the food quality (maybe not the quantity😜) and taste. We all knew we'd be back another time.

Google
A very modern kind of decor. Food was very tasty and affordable. I had the sweet potato and chick pea bowl and it was super tasty. Id order it again. Cakes looked delicious.

Google
Interesting concept for quick bites. Food court style and sit down restaurant combined. Beautiful interior decor, super clean bathroom and the faucet is low to the sink so the water would not spread out all over the counter, good thinking.

Had the most delicious and super incredible first experience at Urban Plates in Bethesda. Chef Seth made our experience 100x better with the best recommendations. The entire staff was so friendly too. Oh and the COOKIES - so fresh and butter free!

Google
This is a first time ever in my life leaving review in any place. Not only chicken on Chicken Salad was all burnt but also it was all fatty skin part and there were no white meat part in any chicken to eat. It was chunk of fats cut in pieces. This Salad is way different than the picture you had on the menu by the register. It went right in to trash can. I will not recommend your place to anybody.

Yelp
So it's been MANY years since going to CPK. Used to go to this location regularly for a long time, then I moved and the location at RIO Lakefront became our go-to location until things started to go down in food quality & menu changes. Last night a friend suggested this CPK location mentioning that she had been a few times lately and really enjoyed the food. So we were game to retry after 5+year break from CPK in general. Upon entering from the garage side, we walked through noticing a bustling & noisy atmosphere for a Thursday night. Our "experienced" friend asked the host if we could sit in the back where she assumed it would be quieter. It was for a little while, BUT, the booths need some rehab!!! The seating is SO low that you feel like the table is almost at your chest. For hubby who is 6'4, he wasn't finding that an issue other than feeling like he was sitting in a gully. Our friend ended up pulling a chair up and sat in the aisle instead and I sat on the seam which had frame support, not the most comfortable but elevated me a bit. Waitress was very nice and personable, but that's it for compliments on service. I asked for bread literally 3 times and when she DID finally deliver once our meals were almost done, she did apologize admitting "you did ask me 3 times". At least she acknowledged her error, which was admirable for a younger server. We were out of drinks and had to ask for refills which is a pet peeve of mine. Don't let our drinks go empty while we are still consuming food, just come by with fresh refills! Food was EXCELLENT!! I do miss some of my old favs and I also felt the bread was lacking both in slice size and not sourdough enough or at all. Oil served was silly with lack of adequate spices. Wasn't that the draw because they are from CA home of sourdough, right? So, we ordered, mine was the BBQ Chopped salad, full size with avocado, no substitutions and it was delicious and definitely hit the spot and actually entree worthy meal size. I was happy it met & exceeded expectations, even took a little home and had for side lunch salad. Hubby got his usual, pepperoni mushroom and sausage classic crust pizza, which he said was cooked to perfection. Dough wasn't overly chewy nor too crunchy. Just right, though he did comment that the pepperoni was a little spicier than he remembered. Our friend had the chicken Piccata which looked amazingly delicious and she said it was as she ate every last bite!! No dessert tonight, but on food taste and quality at THIS location, we would definitely consider return trip. Just wish some of those old favs would return.

Yelp
Bermuda, Bahamas, come on Pretty Momma to the Cocomo at California Pizza Kitchen. Okay, so California brings to mind beautiful weather and good food. I love how this California Pizza Kitchen located at Westfield Montgomery Mall and they have an entrance right near the parking lot. You can grab your food and hop back into your car in a jiffy. A huge shout out to Effie, who was the sweetest and took all of our allergies to certain foods very seriously and double checked my order to make sure everything was there and correctly made. The restaurant has some lovely photos on the wall and comfortable seating booths. It is dimly lit and well staffed. We ordered the guacamole and chips. The guacamole was creamy and tasty. I do wish they would have heated up the chips. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. They gave us a large serving and it had lots of flavor. I loved the dipping sauce. The pizza was packed with thought in mind. All of the toppings were packed separately. The only issue with this is that there really wasn't enough of certain toppings for the pizza. The pizza was delicious. I was not a fan of the red velvet cake. It really had no taste. It was very bland and I would probably skip that dessert next time. All in all, it was a great meal. Thank you to Mr. Shah who helped make sure my membership number was correct. You can get a birthday entree on your birthday. So, my pizza was my entree! Enjoy!

Yelp
Normally, I go there for the garlic fettuccine with chicken and it is great, this particular time it was missing something, did not taste right. I hope to have a better experience when I go back and try again.

Yelp
Pizza was not paper thin and my teeth remain unbroken. I am not sick from the food. Wayne is the goat! Smells like a pizza place! Yummy in my tummy.
google avatar

Yelp
Great service. Excellent food. Prices are a bit steep on some items, but good value on deals and specials. Menu has great variety.
google avatar

Yelp
Went here to grab a quick bite. The pizza was okay, I was not expecting It to have so much lettuce on It. It kind of took away from the pizza in my opinion. Service was attentive and It was nice to be able to sit outside by the water.
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
This place has really good service and a pizza oven in the middle of the space . Pizza is hot and fresh and comes out fast. Great stop if you are at the mall and need a bite to eat but don't want to deal with the food court.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food ans service! Team at Bethesda should be proud! Music was also really cool!

Yelp
Located inside Westfield Montgomery Mall, right next to Nordstrom on the second floor. Very spacious and with a small army of people working. The place is a bit more pricey than one would expect a pizza chain to be... Best deal is the lunch duos. I had a Carne Asada pizza with barley and smashed peas soup, and it was really good. The Carne asada was a bit spicy for my taste, but my wife liked it. The people working here are all to be commended... they are non stop busting their tuchis!

Yelp
we had a party of about 15 people unexpectedly. The team was awesome at accommodating us. the food and service was spectacular.

Yelp
The California club pizza is so good and always good quality. Ambiance is nice too. Friendly waiters

Yelp
Ordered takeout in mobile app. They have outside takeout entrance directly on the third floor of the parking garage. Stopped by after 30 minutes, and our orders were ready. The $7.49 pea soup was too little than we could expect. The Chicken Tequila Fettuccine was creamy and well made. After eight minutes of baking, we enjoyed the Garlic Chicken pizza very much.

Yelp
Decided to go here for lunch on 2/23/22. It was around 2:30 PM when we got there to the restaurant. Got seated promptly in a booth seat. Server was punctual and took our drink and food orders in a timely manner. Got the Peach Iced Tea and Half Cobb Salad with extra Grilled Chicken. Always decent... Bread was lacking for four people, but service was good. Regular customers to this location.

Barbara F.

Yelp
Disappointed. Ordered a pizza via UberEats and it was so overdone. Bacon was literally black. Sad face.

Yelp
Been coming here for many years. This is probably my favorite CPK location compared to the Rio location. Food has been consistently good and more importantly they don't mess with my takeout and delivery orders compared to the Rio location. Surprisingly my favorite entree is their Jambalaya Linguini Fini. Tons of shrimp, chicken and sausage and they don't use cream sauce for this dish. My go to pizza is their Sicilian pizza. Like their thin crust. They have pretty good lunch deals. Don't forget to sign up for CPK rewards! Get coupons and free entree on your birthday.

Dr. Picchello H.

Yelp
Stopped in for a pizza as hadn't been in a long time and remembered the food was good. The pizza was paper thin, unbelievably tough and chewy. It wasn't overdone, and almost broke my teeth. I asked if I had mistakenly gotten the "thin crust" but they said no this was the "homemade crust" It was virtually flavorless, very little sauce, and so spicy as to be almost inedible. Worse, ordered an ice tea, and....it's not tea. Some kind of fruity acid thing that burned both our mouths and throats. Manager said that was normal. Service was extremely slow. No hostess for 10 minutes so we went to the bar. There seemed to be plent of staff, but I saw my pizza sitting on the ready table, for almost 15 minutes. Not happy. Not satisfied. Will not go back.

Yelp
Family went there the Saturday before MLK day. We haven't been to a CPK in over a decade and this was where my wife and I would go when we were dating. Things have changed a lot in that time. This location had a smell reminiscent of cleaning solutions but was busy so we thought it might still be good. Service was just ok, but food was bland and just not the quantity I used to expect from the franchise. Next morning, wife wakes up with symptoms of food poisoning. My 3 year old stayed up all night last night vomiting the same color as my wife and smelling of old pizza. This morning I'm feeling it. Strong recommendation against this location.

Yelp
Surprisingly, I visited CPK for the first time this past weekend and it's a new hidden gem for me. I've always passed it off as another chain that I could've cared less to try. But to my pleasant surprise, I had an amazing experience at this location. The food is amazing, I love the bar and it's aesthetics, the staff is friendly and I didn't need any more than one drink! Will be back!

Yelp
We were so happy to find this California Pizza Kitchen giving out free meals to Veterans on 11/11. Our server engaged us in friendly small chats and he was very attentive, served us drinks and bread with dipping oil right away. Kung Pao Spaghetti was my favorite. Small pieces of chicken breast, green onions and roasted nuts with a little spice from some roasted Thai Chili's. Thai Crunch Salad went really well with the kung Pao spaghetti. It was refreshing, and had variety of colorful veggies. The crunch was definitely there, from the fresh greens and the crunch strips. The Passion Mango Tea was refreshing!! It was unsweet, and garnished with a sweet orange. So good!
google avatar

Andrea W.

Yelp
The staff was amazing! Our server brought us warm bread and our drinks right away. I had the Thai crunch salad, my husband had the Hawaiian pizza and my sister had the Kung Pao Spaghetti. The food was deliciousThe Thai crunch salad was light and refreshing. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the pizza was just delicious. I would definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I usually come here for lunch to get the lunch duo (sandwich + soup). The service is great and the servers are very professional. It does, however, take a long time to get your food once the order is in. I'm not sure if the kitchen is backed up during lunch or just slow to prepare the food. That said, the menu at CPK is large and everything I've tried there is great. The Kung Pao Spaghetti comes with peppers that literally made my eyes water. My favorite item on their menu is their Sedona Tortilla soup. I ask for extra tortilla for an added crunch. If you don't have a huge appetite then order off their small plates menu and get the mac and cheese balls. For dessert you MUST try the butter cake.
google avatar

Yelp
This place take a ridiculous amount of time to get someone to attend to you. You will receive your food almost 1hrs after and cold. I order a pizza, kids pasta and street corn. Pasta came "early" like 50 Minutes after ordering pasta was hard and cold. Street corn was order extra well done and extra cheese came out barely cooked The waiter was not attentive came every 30 min to make sure we knew he didn't know what going on. This is not acceptable- we have been to other California Pizza kitchen and this has been the only location where it has been the most horrible service. Montgomery mall location.
google avatar

Moritz R.

Yelp
We decided to try the California Pizza Kitchen at Montgomery Mall. Upon arrival it was not busy at all. They decided to seat us close to the kitchen which was a bit noisy. We asked if we could sit in a booth 20 feet away and then the host told us he can't serve us. He refused us service for no other reason that we asked to sit in a different seat. I can only say I do not recommend a place that refuses service for such a ridiculous reason. Sorry California Pizza Kitchen. You don't deserve my money nor anyone else's. Close up shop.

Carolin G.

Yelp
I have been a CPK customer since the year the franchise opened. My parents have since passed away; but our family has had many a wonderful memory of dining there through the decades, in Hawaii and in California. We all had our favorites, as well: Caesar Salad; Cobb Salad, Italian Chopped Salad; Garlic Cream Fettucine; the crusty, chewy Baguette slices and EVOO herbed dip; Avocado Rolls; and, for Dad (who could not handle many herbs and spices), the BLT Pizza, with its refreshing tossed salad a'top, and Applewood Bacon. FF to the delivery order from the Bethesda branch: Avocado Rolls: 5 Stars. Deep-Fried to Perfection, as the order arrived crisp yet not greasy. Delicious. BLT Pizza: 1 Star. Biggest Waste of $$$ EVER. Quality Destitute: Crust: Burnt Black in areas; DRIED OUT!; Stale, Crumply shards. Burnt Cardboard, Baby. This was... pizza crust?! *Phhhthllllpppttt. Cough. Carving off the black crust sections. 1/3 Inedible. Toppings: We've had a lot of these through the decades. With a decent topped salad. Delivery, right? The Salad part was a small bunch of shrivelled, wilted greens. So scant that for each slice? I ended up able to lay out about 5 shriveled little leaves per slice. This was no BLT. There was a salad dressing container to toss the greens in, but so few and wilted greens this pizza ended up being a cheese pizza with enough small tomato slices to have 1 roma tomato slice on each piece, and 4-5 wilted bits of greens. The bacon was conservative and chicken amount moderate. I felt robbed, to be honest. That was the worst and not cheap pizza I have ever attempted to eat. If THIS had been the quality when the restaurant opened, it would have died in 6 weeks. Glad they still get the avocado rolls right. But how is it the Bethesda location ends up the lousiest pizza in 3 states? I should have taken photos. Honestly, every time I imagine ordering anything since, I end up remembering what I paid for charcoal cardboard and wilted arugula. I understand delivery won't be the same as tableside; yet the avocado rolls were great. Hence 2 Stars instead of no stars. We were hungry after that inedible chintzy pizza. I had to go to the store and buy salad greens to try to redeem it into something, but it was almost inedible.

Yelp
This place is hit or miss. Nice people but the food is different every time. I contemplate tipping on my takeout because even though i put it in online myself, they tend to still make it wrong. Ie i asked for no mushrooms and my pizza was covered in it. The artichoke dip once wasnt really cooked fully. Things like that. Luckily i live close so can always return if i need to. On the plus side sometimes it is actually right and good

Sydney D.

Yelp
good food, service can be a little slow but all the staff is so nice! I come here with friends all the time One of my long time favorite restaurants
google avatar

Sarah Z.

Yelp
The service was great, we went there during dinner time, the service was fast, we didn't wait too long for the waitress to come. The food was great this is our 2nd time to go there.
google avatar

Stuart M.

Yelp
In the mall at dinner time. It was rush hour, and snow was falling. Staying put was the best option. I wasn't in love with the choices, but CPK provided a better setting than the food court IMO. We went with the BBQ chicken pizza. Decent crust, sweet tangy sauce, with smoky gouda, onion, and cilantro background. Pretty good. I was less enthused about the cobb salad. The bacon was chewy rather than crisp, I didn't taste the basil, the chicken had some seasoning but was a little dry. Our service fell short. Our waiter was nice, but the water glass stood empty, and the salad with dressing on the side arrived with no dressing. On a dreary Friday evening, CPK served as damage control.
google avatar

Grace K.

Yelp
This is our favorite place to come to eat. I love the Thai Crunch Salad and the Avocado Club roll. My grandsons love the Mac N Cheese. And their desserts are the best. My grandson had the Fresh Strawberry Mango Cooler which was delicious. Everything we ordered were delicious and the service was great everyone was so friendly. I come here for lunch with my coworkers and we always enjoy it.
google avatar

Phil R.

Yelp
I ordered a turkey and brie sandwich from the menu. I got a turkey sandwich with no brie and no explanation for its omission. I spoke with the manager who didn't offer an apology, just an explanation that they were out of Brie . When you can't get the easy stuff right, you're failing.
google avatar

Rose Y.

Yelp
My son was adamant about going to CPK on our vacation. Being the snobby foodie, I was reluctant to go. However, to my surprise and delight the food was fresh, the cauliflower crust was crunchy and the salads were tasty. Plus the waitstaff was informative and even though they were short staffed they provided good service. The mushroom pizza was tasty but too cheesy for me. However we were warned by waitstaff about it. On you next vacay to the DC area, check out a CPK. Or if you live here and haven't been in a while, you might want to give them a try.
google avatar

Sandie S.

Yelp
I ordered pick up from this location tonight and it went smoothly. However, when I got to my second slice of pizza I bit into something hard. There was a thin metal shard in my pizza. I'm thankful My mouth wasn't cut, and that I caught it before ingesting it. I won't be ordering from this location again.

Dan D.

Yelp
We will NEVER visit this location again!! The service is pathetic. The waitress lied to us multiple times as every table around us got served their food even though they arrived 20 minutes after us. I finally had to find the manager who said the food had been set up as to-go order. At least he gave it to us to take home and did not charge us for the appetizer or ice teas. The Rio location has been fine, but stay away from this one.
google avatar

Kendall P.

Yelp
7/4 - Today I had a decent lunch at CPK. I ordered the Platinum margarita and the lunch duo (BBQ chicken pizza, Mediterranean salad + tomato basil bisque soup). My favorite part had to be the soup. Next time, I want to try a different drink and pizza.
google avatar

Khoi N.

Yelp
Love dining at this location. It's located in the mall right next to the Nordstrom and Forever 21 mall entrance. Staff here is always attentive and friendly. Stopped by recently for lunch. Ordered corn tortilla soup, BBQ chicken pizza, chips w guacamole and the lettuce wraps. Everything was delicious and came out quickly. Our bill came out to around $25. CPK has a great rewards program. They have monthly specials with $10 off of $40, gift card rewards and complimentary bday dessert. So make sure you enroll. If I'm in the area craving some pizza, pasta or something innovative I always stop here. This location has an entrance from outside the mall which makes it easier for you to enter without going all around the mall. I'll be back to try their spicy buffalo cauliflower, cocktails and there other pasta dishes.

Yelp
CardiB Voice: This place was Regular,Degular, Shmegular. Seriously, this place was average at best which was super disappointing because the outside of the restaurant had a super inviting, rustic farm look going. Nothing wrong with the food itself just was a little lackluster and the presentation was a little sloppy. I ordered the Samoan flatbread but it looked like a flatbread under under a salad. I also fed the crispy Mac and cheese which are like fried Mac and cheese disks; I wanted more creamy and oozing but it was a little dry. The redeeming item was the sugar cane mojito!! So good; we had two. I also tried the raspberry sangria which was also good. Tip: drink first and then the food will seem better

Lorraine C.

Yelp
Love the consistency of deliciousness! Highly recommend the place. For both, take out and dining.
google avatar

Craig D.

Yelp
(3) ~ This score is for Takeout only, since they forgot our cup of Dakota Smashed Pea + Barley Soup and the crusts on the Pizzas were not the Hand-Tossed Crust, but rather something best described as thin "cracker-like" crust?!
google avatar

Sharon W.

Yelp
Opted for CPK for a pre-cinema meal on a busy Saturday afternoon. This is a high traffic area in the Westfield Montgomery mall so plan accordingly for your plan to park and navigate to the restaurant. My dining companion and I thought it'd be better to dine at the bar area since the wait time for tables was a long wait. The bar representative "Frans" did the damn thing! He was patient, made suggestions and ensured that he checked on us just enough so that it didn't disturb us while we dined. I enjoyed the Kung-Pao chicken spaghetti and the sangria flight. It was the first time having either and both were worthy in taste, price and portion. Weekend dining here can result in long wait times and if you have a small party (2 or less) then I'd recommend sitting at the bar for timely service. It gives a chance to see the pizzas being made and the hustle and flow of the kitchen staff delivering tasty dishes. If in the area I would frequent again. The menu can be daunting so review it online prior to expedite a decision when you actually arrive.

Martin K.

Yelp
This is your response to all complaints. I called your store and basically they said "too bad." This happened both times. Talk is cheap. No need to waste my time again. I will not use CPK again and I want to alert other potential customers. I used to love going there with my family
google avatar

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
This CPK is steps below the one in Gaithersburg. Service and quality was lacking. Our server brought us wrong things. My friend ordered a Thai Crunch Salad without avocado, but he brings one with avocado. I order a glass of Beringer White Zinfandel, a white wine, but end up getting a glass of Merlot, a red wine. Since it was difficult to flag down our server, I didn't bother to change it. I just needed some wine before watching 50 Shades of Grey. I ordered the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine, which is usually one of my favorites at CPK. This one was just okay. A lot of the fettuccine was clumped together. There is supposed to be chunks of chicken in the pasta, but here the chicken was little itty bitty pieces. CPK has a rewards program app. I had 5 dough points and asked our server about it, but he wasn't very helpful. With all these new restaurants at the mall and a renovated food court, I'd say skip this and try something different.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
Jessica saved the day and made our experience a 5-star here. We don't know what her position is, but she was amazing. We had a small problem with service, but she was able to take care of us and make sure we were satisfied before leaving.
google avatar

Nisa N.

Yelp
Okay so the best thing about my meal was the buffalo cauliflower (spicy) similar to buffalo wings minus the chicken. The Mexican street corn salad was super. I also got a really delicious drink that was lemon berry something -Perrier, lemon slices, blueberries, tyme and mint. Took away stars because my daughter did not like her chicken nuggets with broccoli. The nuggets looked like processed meat the broccoli was waterlogged.
google avatar

Marcus C.

Yelp
This place is decent. The chicken on my crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked, and my pea and barley soup was just ok. But my friends enjoyed their personal pizzas, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. It also took quite a while for our food to arrive after we ordered. Overall this place isn't great, but it's not exactly bad either. The server was kind and courteous, and the aesthetic is nice. However, it's not somewhere I plan to visit often.

Nev N.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in last night (Feb. 19) to eat after seeing a movie. We sat at the bar and Eliana (Eli) was our Server. We had the BBQ salad and the Bolognese pasta. which were excellent. She was fantastic!! Eli was attentive, helpful and has a wonderful personality. Eli was the only person working the bar and it was busy. I don't know how she was able to keep up with everything going on and maintain her smile and professionalism.

Yasi H.

Yelp
I haven't been to a CPK in literal years, but the one thing that I haven't stopped thinking about was the salted caramel pudding dessert. So much so that when a friend wanted to take me out to dessert for my birthday, this was the first place that came to mind. We just got the pudding and no main courses, so while I can't comment on the pizzas, the salted caramel pudding is by far the best dessert. It was later in the day on a weeknight so the place was pretty empty. I really appreciated the attentiveness of our server, even though we ordered just one thing. I'll be back for this sometime soon!

Scott C.

Yelp
Ordered 4 pizzas tonight, among other things. The sausage was old. Tasted sour. Called to get help with this. Was on hold for 10 minutes. I gave up. Still no resolution, hence the reason for my review. Normally any issues are resolved, but did not want to wait anymore. Who ever answers the phone was not willing to help after putting me on hold and was telling me they would be with me soon. Disappointed with CPK

Carla M.

Yelp
I ordered a Margherita pizza to be delivered by doordash. The pizza was over cooked and cold. When I called the store, and spoke with the manager, Alex, he accepted no responsibility, but put all of the blame on Doordash. But, the pizza was overcooked and cold! Surely, the driver did not cook the pizza. The manager would not compensate me in any way. Very hungry and disappointed customer.

Yelp
This was our second visit to this CPK. BP, his mom, and I stopped by for a quick dinner. I was super exited to try the Korean BBQ Steak tacos, but when they weren't on the menu I explained to the waitress that I saw them online and whether I could order it (as an entree). She came back to the table at least twice just to clarify what I wanted . This should have been my first sign... I asked her each time whether it was okay to order this and when she said it wouldn't be a problem, I was all "Great!" When the food arrived, BP's mom had a gorgeous salad, BP, had a scrumptious artichoke and chicken pizza and I got an appetizer.... The Korean BBQ Steak Tacos were an appetizer... First I was very disappointed, but as many know, my eyes are bigger then my stomach and the food was a perfect portion! BP offered me a pizza slice and I even though I was feeling stuffed, I really enjoyed it. There was an ample amount of chicken and the artichoke pieces were flavorful. -1 Star because the service was super slow for a Tuesday (early evening).
