I have an independent fast-food place that has been using Urban Roots' service for over the last 6 months on a weekly basis. I really like the idea that the company offer a flat delivery fee per order and charge us the same price as what Restaurant Depot does. Besides the flat fee, what makes this company stand out is that they tried to source the out-of -stock items from different Restaurant Depots when it is not available in one location. This saves us a lot of time and headache, especially in a period of labor shortage. If you are a restaurant owner or operator and currently shop yourself, do yourself a favor and contact Urban Roots to get a quote. I believe you will end up saving some money and a lot of time by using their services.

I am highly satisfied with the service! The only reason why I took one star because of the Monday deliveries. Hope they can deliver early Monday instead of noon time. Other than that, I highly recommend Urban Roots!!!
